I have been coming to this establishment for years And the staff there are really something. First when you sign in they give you a look like hey Mr you can feel comfortable here and anything they can do to help you just come up and ask us and we will do our best to accomodate you. There are also many attractive guys at this sauna and the staff that cleans the rooms are also very nice and keep the rooms and the rest of the facilities very clean. And I even find coupons on their website. And the guys at the desk. Kevin , Jose, Dexter, Alex, and i cannot think of all their names at this moment but the clean up crew also does an excellent job.

I went to this place on a weekend. This place is not a sauna but a sex club. They used to have 2 floors but now the only floor that’s open is upstairs. The attendant that work that night was some skinny black guy and she is just not the friendliest! There are ways to talk to costumers without making them feel dumb or embarrass them in front of other costumers. SHE is just angry and doesn’t seem to like her job. And yes, I refer to him as she because she’s a miserable queen! She worried that the health department will shot them down if nobody follows the rules. Well, by the way she treats costumers you won’t need health department to shot you down , the costumers will just stop coming.Please tell her to get a new job.

Super hidden location, employees were ok friendly. The guy on my way out acted like he just didnt want to be there. Why hire someone who clearly hates their job and has attitude when there are actual friendly people who want to work. 0 amenities, showers didnt have hot water and apparently its been a long time since they have according to conversations in the locker room. Literally just hallways. So boring. This was my first visit and will definitely be my last.

What renovation? The place is a hole! There are dirty cabins, 2 cold showers and thatd it. No sauna, no place to have fun except of the small cabins. Wideo foom? Small shower corner with tiny LCD screen. We paid almost 90$ for 2 persons to get in. 1* for the friendly guy at the door. Who was probably not allowed to tell anything. Dont go there! Waste of money!

Hi I wanna say something about this place. 1 they say is a sauna but this information is wrong !!! Inside you only find some miserables rooms and toilets! I paid 36$ once I got inside and I found about this joke I wanted my money back and the guy at the entrance ( apparently the nationality was Indian ) was very rude and not at all understandable since it wasn’t my mistake! I wanted to report to the police! This is not fair at all! He Said to contact the manager Hope Someone will comment and report this as well!

Friendly and comfortable sauna, cozy rooms. Good menu. They have promotions, you need to register on the site 909gay,com create a profile and show the bartender, you will be given a free entrance and you will be given a free private room for 2 hours.

Got charged $40 for my first time there (it was just the antrance, I was shoked but didnt have a place to stay for the night). After I payed the guy told my my check-out time was in 4 hours, after I argued for a refound he told me they do not give money back! It was a scam! Inside you would experience the most horrible sauna ever, Steam Room is closed because is unsanitary! Dont waste your time or money!

This place was the most expensive let down I’ve ever experienced in my time visiting bath houses around the country (and internationally a bit). I read the reviews and decided to give it a try regardless. This is my heads up to you.First and foremost this place is pricy. For a locker and new membership it comes to $39, which, considering the rest of the details, is about $30 more than it should be.There are ZERO, NO, NONE, not a single play space or room. The ‘bath house’ is a couple rectangles of hallways with private rooms and mirrors on the walls. There are a couple benches which is nice, and some darker corners in the hallways.This wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that the staff would literally come through and break up any action happening, telling us we’re preventing them from ‘doing their job’. Lol. The crowd was really great and fun but the staff would consistently and quite aggressively stop everyone from playing and tell us to purchase a room. They said there was no sex allowed, meanwhile, no signs saying otherwise. It was the most condescending and invasive experience I’ve had at a bath house. Why the hell would I be there if that’s not allowed, and why the hell wouldn’t you put up a sign telling us not to play? What’s my money for? If I wanted to walk around in a towel and not do anything, I’d go to the gym.I’m really disappointed. Just moved to NYC from a city that had a couple decent bath houses and was excited to try this place but my lord I don’t think I’ll ever be back.You can get more action at the Eagle and you won’t be shamed for it.

This isnt a sauna, but a sex club. There are only rooms and a shower. Its old, run down, and has a horrible local reputation*. The result is that theres few clientele, the clientele tends to not be attractive, and the atmosphere is desperate. Its also a lot of money for little time, and technically you cant have sex there nor have more than one person in a room; the staff enforces this, presumably by whim. It simply isnt fun.* there is no sex club or sauna in NYC with a good reputation. Its a shame we lament about frequently. Either dont plan your NYC trip around sex, or double down on apps, sex parties (which usually rotate locations and are a bit underground), or dance parties with a backroom on the weekends.

Stopped by this club while in New York. It was a weekday and paid alot of money for nothing. Clerk told us sauna and steamroom were not in operation. But the price was not loweredLots of cabins and thats it!!! This place is expensive and a ripoff. Avoid at all cost. Overpriced and nothing offered except small cabins.

Pride weekend. Rooms only available for members. So I become a member. Requested premium room. Was given small room for two people? Paid $170 for 4 hours of cramped, HOT (sweaty, not sexy), average guys. I forgot to mention the guys who TRIED to just come in and use my room for their pleasure, since they couldn’t get one. Nowhere to buy lube, extras, etc. just an old vending machine. GREAT, NOW IM A MEMBER!! LOL

Check out SCUM parties in BK instead. It’s too bad this place isn’t more ‘Inviting’. The staff isn’t always nice, the music is mediocre, the place is generally cold, the showers MIGHT have hot water, the sauna ... ? Sometimes you wait on line ‘forever’ without consideration for those who want to be discreet. Granted the people that go there is beyond the clubs control but the presentation and experience for NY standards is very disappointing.

Well, firts of all, dont believe in all that bad reviews written by cheap-drama-queen-wannabes. I just moved to NYC area and been in another bath house in Queens, that is dirty, ladies, that is cheap, $20... Here, I paid $40, they call it a temporary membership (I guess to know you not a freak or something), I can use that card 3 more times. And, I tipped the guy who showed me the room right away $5, this is how it works you losers. Secondly, the place is somewhat clean, showers, WCs, bed sheets, towels etc.. but it is not a Hilton. There is an internet room with 2 computers, some fitness equipment and vending machines, I had a coffee for $1, not bad at all... Thirdly, it is like a maze, too many rooms and hallways, I just loved it, so much fun cruising around. Last but not least, I am a bottom on a chubby side and over 40 years old. I was there one Sunday from 6-9pm, Ive ben cracked open twice... Nice people, nice establisment. Hope to see you guys again. Stay safe. (And, cheap people please dont bother to come here, stay on your Grindr and get laid in parks)

This place is a scam, I asked for VIP membership they told me it was 80$ total (40$ per person) they gave me a card that stated 5 free visits before a cut off date. I returned for the 2nd time and they swore they never gave me this card or I could use it when I had proof of the card they gave me and now because my friends hair wasnt what she was ready for and now Im here trying to defend a battle that isnt important but seems to dealing with her demonsb

Very low quality and service. Not clean at all. Nothing working inside. Save your time !!. There is no alcohol drinks inside. Cheap vending machines. There is no quite place to sleep. There is no more showers . No food. No smoking place. Its 100% for animals. I just miss deutsche eiche sauna in munich.

The place is a complete dive. None of the pics on website are accurate. There was only one bathroom. Wall were torn down. . Not sure if the Eastside is any different but I would not go back. I had to give a star to post this, really didnt want to give any.

Having learnt about bath houses during Japanese week in kindergarten, I thought I knew what to expect. Apparently I was wrong. At this place there were people fornicating everywhere and using potty language. This might be nit picky but also the music was too loud. Also it is 2016, woman should not be excluded from things anymore.

If you have in mind a sauna you are wrong. There are small rooms and a small toillet. Rates are super expensive if you compare with other places in Europe. The staff is rude.

I read all the comments at the bottom but I said to myself, it could just be a personal opinion, but no its the truth, we have to run away..You will pay 38-40 dollars at the entrance not 23!Its not a sauna! There is no swimming pool, no hot rooms or bar to sit in, nothing at all, its just a few back rooms where most of you will find a guy on his cell phone who says he works here, you have to pay... plus there is work going on at the moment despite that it is open!!! Dirt like no other... very disappointed to find such a place in such a region!
