I had a terrible pain in my shoulder & stumbled on this place. the BEST massage i’ve gotten ever. my only regret was not having enough time for a longer session. for a 30 minute session, Angela did wonders. Will definitely be back again!!
Great massage (as always). Asked me whether I wanted hot rocks during massage without informing me of substantial additional charge. I will go back because its the best place Ive attended (Ive been before without this sort of swindle), but upwelling was not appreciated.
Three stars for a good, strong massage. But the environment was terrible. Not comfortable. And the therapist was talking through the curtain to others throughout. At the end, I gave a 20% tip and the therapist scoffed. When I refused to give more because of the talking throughout the massage she basically told me to leave. So, guess I won’t go back. Too bad because her technique was good.
My therapist answered a phone call while massaging me.I had a 60m scheduled today. We started on time and with no issues but I quickly noticed that she was talking with the other employees for the first 10min of my session. Then about 45min in she answered her phone which scared me and was YELLING. When she hung up she said it was her boss!Ive been going here for about a year now and my last three visits have been really bad. My session was over once and they were flipping the room for the next person WHILE I WAS TRYING TO GET DRESSED!So now this answering the phone was the last straw. When I explained to her after that it was unprofessional she said ok... TIP? I said no, not this time because I was not relaxed at all. After I said no she still charged my card with tip and I refused to sign. BOLD and OUTRAGEOUS. She tried to say she cannot reverse the payment but I demanded my money back. She went into her purse and threw the tip amount at me in cash.Bottom line is - you dont answer a phone call in a session. You can walk out and do what you need to do. You also dont add your own tip when someone says no.Today will be my last time there.
Pros: I frequent this place on a weekly basis because I love the friendliness of staff. I also love how their massages are for my painful bsck after working in a hospital 12+hrs. Also its very quiet peaceful and intimate. I brought my aunt here for her christmas gift and it was her first massage ever. She fell inlove and wants to come back and bring others.Cons: This place is hard to find on GPS. Make sure you call them so they can assist you with finding the location.
