I had a massage with my friends yesterday. The masseur is very serious and responsible, and gives us a very comfortable back press. I will come again next time, thank you.

Avoid this place. Suuuper unprofessional folks. Lady led me into a room, asked me to wait and get ready, then proceeded to take me out to pay (before the massage began) in nothing but a towel. After paying, she asked to see two forms of ID to prove my credit card was mine. Mind you, I’m in a towel, my bag is already in the other room—and she was on the phone half of the time. I finally ended up leaving and denied their charge attempt. Suuuper overpriced at $70/30 minutes anyways. You can walk down the street and find better, less demanding places.

Sha-Sha gave me a great massage. I left ten knots from my back that I didn’t know I had. It was a great experience. I will be happy to come back!

I was so happy to find a late night massage place open bc my back was really killing me. But I am so disappointed with this place and the service I will never be back. The massage was decent, despite my masseuse stepping out 2x for a couple mins each time. I didn’t mind paying first bc I know how people can be, no problem. But after the massage, I barely had my underwear on and the woman came back in and said “honey” it was time for the tip. I asked her to give me two minutes to finish getting dressed and of course I would tip her. I gave her $20 and asked for $10 back bc of the shortened massage and she pointed to a sign that said minimum $20 tip on a 1 hour massage that was not shown to me when I walked in. “Baby” it’s $20 minimum tip. Anyway this was not worth the $100 it cost me for a 1 hour massage even though it was close to 9pm when I walked in. Anyway; I wouldn’t recommend this place when there are so many good and cheaper massage places in the area that you can tip them more at for way better service.

I saw Alice and she was amazing! Well worth it.I do have to add that the prices on theirnsite dont match what they really are.Site says $70, in person they said $80 and the receipt came out to $90.

Its really nice the placeDepending on who you get the massage is usually greatOne big problem most of the workers dont understand English it says you can get hot stone hydrotherapy, Vichy shower. you pay 70 for one hour first time its great. Second time she tells me no show her the website and she had no idea what shes looking atHelp if she spoke English the first time, the lady said shell get some of that speaks English. I spoke to her and everything went great but this time she had no idea what Im saying, and it was a different lady I will try again though

Bad experience with them. They will robbed..when they take your money. They make it hard for you to get your refund. They telling me I wasnt help you but I have my receipts

Great experience. Conveniently located steps away from the Delancey St/Essex St station.The staff was friendly and accommodating. The massage intensity was just right and the hot stone was a nice added touch.They’re open late (our appointment was at 9:45 pm). Everything felt safe, comfortable, and not sketchy. I would come back for another massage.

Wildly terrible experience. I was charged $50 for a 15 min massage for which I had to pay (and tip) BEFORE the actual massage. She asked to see two different ID’s to prove my credit card was actually mine (!!). 2 mins into my massage the masseuse got a phone call and said they were over booked and so she’d refund me the money. Then she came back and said her friend would give me 12 more mins. Her friend walked in with a face pack on, completely unprepared. To say it was unprofessional is an understatement.

Called today for an appointment. Very nice over the phone. Showed up at 4pm - they were very polite but once we started the massage they were frequently texting with one hand and massaging with other. I could hear her keyboard sound typing away. There were many moments when the masseuse left the phone next to my head and it would vibrate as she received texts. Eventually she started playing voice messages out loud, I voiced my annoyance and she laughed and finally put it away.The massage was $60 - I was still planning to tip the masseuse $10 anyway, she very quickly pointed to a sign that says minimum tip is $20. Got extremely defensive when I pointed out how much she was texting and how much her phone vibrated next to my head. She argued it was only once (not true). I gave her the mandatory tip because I didnt want to argue over $10.Might be one masseuse but soured the whole experience for me.

The lady was VERY rude , VERY disrespectful and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! , I would NOT recommend this place to anybody not a friend or a family member. The charge almost double what other massage places in the area would charge and then they talk to you like your money is no good . I will never come here ever again . What a waste of time . I came to relieve stress but all the lady did was stress me out some more , yelling and carrying on . Please don’t go here I would not recommend it .. AT ALL .

Come here on a business trip, read the comments are a little worried, but have made an appointment to come, the result is very good experience, technician service is very good, ha ha! Feel earned

Very greedy place, I highly un recommend this place keep asking you for tips during massage moment I paid for 60$ an hour massage gave me only 40mins, massage is ok, I just feel rushed. This is not the place to relax.
