I have no words to describe, how good this massage was , I was suffering from pain in my shoulder for past 3 months and Bodi and his magic hand took this pain away. It was amazing, relaxing, he removed all the demons I had on my back , a week later I am pain free and relaxed, I definitely recommend Bodi. His hands are very soft and strong at the same time when need to be. He is definitely my guy for a great massage. He took his time and cover every corner of my body. As a local and a frequent spa user here in Manhattan i could say that this is the best men’s spa I’ve been to lately. The services and the staff were exceptional. It was also a delight to have a masseur who, not only does amazing body work but also knows how to communicate to a customer so eloquently. No offense meant but In other Men’s spa’s, you will find it hard to speak with a masseur when the only language they know is their native language. I had the best experience with Alex. He is super professional, a great conversationalist and makes you feel very comfortable. I did the 1:30 full body massage which includes a full body scrub for 30 min and a 1 hour massage. I left feeling refreshed. If you are looking for a good masseuse pick Alex! I came in for a one hour massage last week. Jack gave me an absolute fabulous outstanding massage. Jack target your knots, your pressure points and he understands how good and healthy muscle should feel like. Jack is sweet, soft spoken, sexy and handsome.I was recommended here by one of my friends. This place offers massages that are therapeutic that when I left I felt like a new person. I called to attempt to make an appointment, the guy on the phone was not professional and rude. He did not seem to understand why I was calling and kept saying “huh?” And just no real chance of ever getting to the type of massage I was inquiring about and what availability they had. It was a struggle to get any answer for any of my questions. Very turned off by the on phone service I could imagine the in person interaction. I would not recommend.

Not the greatest experience for the first time.The spa is ok and some of the therapist are pleasant but I was displeased on how the male manager in particulars attitude was towards me when it came to gratuity. I booked two services and for both services it wasnt the greatest experience to which at the end when it was time to pay I didnt realize at the time but my services received a discount but i wasnt aware of it because they already give 40% on services. When I went to tip the male manager in particular (who also was one of therapist who gave me the bad experience) starred down on my bank account through my phone as i was paying for my service through my bank including a tip. He then ask me what am I leaving for a tip , I tell him and then there is this hyper dramatic laugh he gives me as if what I was giving wasnt up to his standards and as this laughing is happening his wife is telling me and i quote tips need to be at standard amount always as if an expensive gratuity is mandatory for there establishment no matter how the customer feels about the service. This made me so uncomfortable because one they have no policy written saying this plus i thought it was up to the customer of what they would like to give because at the end of the day tips are a reflection of how you feel your service was handled not the other way around to which they have a sign in there massage room that says the same very thing which is hilarious. I say this all to say it wasnt a pleasant experience for me but if i were to come back i dont ever want that male manager as my therapist again because he was very unprofessional and everyone else was OK

I usually went to Energy on Monday or Tuesday and always got a couple massages from Jack. He is polite, charming, good English and caring. Start with free Vichy shower(which I like about this place) and follow by proper pressure and massage stroke to relax my back pains and sore legs. Feeling fully pamper after had a session with Jack. Highly recommended him but you need to book in advance.

I have been here many times, and I have never been disappointed each time. The only time the masseur Dragon asked me what kind of service I needed. He told me the price of the service. I was very disappointed. If I just come for a normal massage, the tip will also cost me at least $20. I was very unhappy. I understood what he meant. He wanted to do pornographic services for me to get a higher tip. Finally, I asked him how much the tip cost and he told me that basically the client would pay him $100. I will come back but not Now I don’t want him to laugh at a foreigner with bad English

I have been to many men’s spas, and i am pretty fussy about the space and masseurs. i got Energy men spa from magazine and was a total surprise. The place was easy to find. the reception is welcoming. i was greeted and taken to the massage room. it was quiet,private and clean. i had a massage and body scrub with Ken. He was polite,skilled, quiet, and checked in frequently about my comfort and he did a great job! he was nice and welcoming and applied perfect amount of pressure. Totally recomended!

I have been coming here (on-and-off) for a couple of years. Last year came several times for Win (masseur from Thailand)... very good, but he has now left. Tried a couple of other masseurs in recent months, who were not bad, but both spoiled the experience by asking half-way through how much I was going to tip! (I never had this problem with Win, who always gave a good massage without asking about tip... and whom I tipped accordingly.)

COLBY is an amazing masseuse!! He makes your feel so comfortable and asks you before hand what areas are bothering you and what he should focus on. Every time I go in, I never want it to end. The whole experience is peaceful, comforting, and just what I need sometimes to reset!! Highly Recommended!

His massage techniques are very strong, just like deep tissue Swedish techniques, from light to heavy, so that my whole body relaxes and relaxes, especially my shoulders and lumbar vertebrae are pushed by his oilvery comfortable. Biggest a$$hole is Charlie, I booked my appoint for Roger for 4.30 PM. I reached there at 4.23 PM, Charlie at the front desk, he said Roger took someone else. I said I had appointment for 4.30 PM, This m0therf*cker said this is what it is. Do whatever you want to do. I wasted my total 12 hours include commute and my fare money. I asked for Manager - He said. There is NO Manager here who can do anything for you right now. Now I understand this guy is keep changing spa every month. I am regular customer of energy. He messed up day completely,.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I don’t know where the 5-star reviews are coming from. This place is a D-U-M-P dump. And the people there are rude and SO unprofessional. The place looks like hell inside. There’s a sofa in the waiting area that I was scared to sit on. My masseur was maybe the worst I’ve ever had. Clearly had zero training in massage. It was more like random rubbing - rubbing a leg, rubbing an arm, then the same leg. Bizarre. Trust me, you’re more likely to leave this place with a rash than with a feeling of relaxation. AVOID.

So I tried them a second time and they took me very last minute and it was late at night. I was told after the first bad experience I would get a free body scrub/table shower but they did not offer it this time as promised. Not nice. Secondly they switched masseurs on me last minute and the guy I had did not seem interested the least bit in massaging me. He looked like he wanted to go home. His attitude was not great never even asking me if I was ok etc. The massage itself was ok but I’m more disappointed In not being given the free service as mentioned on last go round. Also I gave the masseur a pretty generous tip and he looked at it and scoffed at me. Very poor service again and this is the second time going there. Really not happy again, was hoping second time would be a charm and it wasn’t.

There is a new girl at Energy Men Spa and her name is Sunny she is young pretty and she does an amazing massage technique. You should try our lady masseur.

Im not sure if the other reviews are real... but the biggest NO NO when it comes to massage therapy is having a therapist texting on every single stroke. So it was a one handed massage. So bad I stop halfway, paid for half and walked out. Missed out on an easy 25% tip. FYI there are dozens of men spas in the city. Just took a quick walk a few streets to the next one.

This was the worst massage I have ever had. Alvin clearly was untrained and no idea what he was doing. The massage was incredibly uncomfortable. The table also smelled bad and was unclean. I left angry and absolutely not relaxed.
