This place was amazing I’ve had full body massages at many places but this one was seriously the best one I’ve been to they took so much care and the massage was so professional and hit every spot. Highly recommend to anyone in need of serious pain relief or just plain old relaxation and stress reduction. 10/10!

Had such a relaxing time here with my girlfriend. We got the couples massage with Mike and Vivian and they had magic hands! Very affordable, clean, great atmosphere, perfect temperature. Our massage included hot stones and hypoallergenic lotion. It was perfect, definitely recommend!

I went in for a “prenatal massage” that my husband got me thinking I’d go in to relax. Complete opposite. Not sure what her name was, but she definitely did not give a prenatal massage. I was lying on one side the entire. She did not use any oil or any lotion, just her bare hands. About 30 minutes into the massage I asked her if she planned on using any oil. She then put some oil on. I basically only got half of my back rubbed from top to bottom. No pressure what so ever. I gave a full 20% tip, although in my heart I felt she did not deserve it. I left thinking wow I could’ve rubbed my shoulder the exact same way, if not better! and saved some money.Overall, will not be coming back and my husband is super sorry he gifted me this massage.😔

Found this massage place before departing New York, wife and I wanted to get a massage before departing. Called, and facility manager answered, was courteous and professional, and got us in within the hour for a couples massage, for a great price, which also saved us money instead of buying on Groupon. We arrived at location, facility was very clean, calm and relaxing, and were welcomed by staff. We did the couples massage, side by side, and was literally the best massage I have ever had, very detailed, asked consistently about comfort level, and enjoyed! The massage was one hour, full body, front and back, and hit allDeep tissue and muscles, which felt incredible. Will definitely return when coming back to visit NY, truly enjoyed!! Highly recommend!!

The place is clean and massage is great.. Except one thing that was personal and made me felt good about this place less. Im a girl and I got a male masseuse. It was awkward at first as he already walked in and the place was busy so I thought there might not be other staff to switch. I dont really mind per se but I think it would have been better if they would let us know ahead of time first given that we almost fully naked in there.As to the service, he was a bit soft at first so I had to ask him to not worry and give me strong press and all. Its nice but still sometimes I couldnt help but thought about the fact that hes a man.The place also looks very professional and inviting.

We showed up early and they were accommodating extremely clean bathroom, room ,main area were all neat. They offered water, clean linen relaxing music. Very hospitable front desk and the masseuse was very professional and attentive. Overall very relaxing we enjoyed ourselves. The hot stone was the perfect finishing touch.

I have been coming to this place for more than 10 times now. I am in love with this place.Vivian, Leo and other massage technicians are so professional, friendly, and they know where all the pressure points are.The place is very clean, well kept and I would keep coming back! :)

I walked in without an appointment at opening and was able to get a wonderful massage from Mike. I like deep tissue massage and have chronic back pain, so I get 2-3 massages a month. Massage is so subjective, but this was a really fantastic massage, including hot stones, and I walked out more relaxed and more comfortable in my body. Will return!

I am not one to leave reviews but MAYA just gave me one of the BEST massages I have ever had. You won’t find a better massage at such a reasonable price anywhere else in NY.

I have had many massages but this was a low quality massage. Based on the techniques used, the masseuse was causing more pains and aches instead of relaxation. They were kind and welcoming but the service wasnt great. The language is a barrier and my masseuse could not understand that the pressure and techniques were too rough. She did eventually use her translation app which was helpful. I tipped below their suggested/expected tip amount of 20% because I did not enjoy the service and they were unhappy. I would recommend this business for massages. Also if you booked using a Groupon they charge an additional $5 for tax.

I was given a gift card as a gift. After I was told to leave my underpants on for the massage, 10 minutes in my female masseuse proceeded to un-consensually remove my underpants. I immediately opposed and requested a new masseuse. This was the most uncomfortable situation I have been in while paying for a service. I should have just gotten up and left immediately. When the appointment was over the asked I sign some form presumably something that said I would never speak of it LOL they are so unprofessional and stupid. do not go here unless you would like to be assaulted! 0/10 would recommend

This spa is a beautiful place to enjoy and relax. It’s spacious renovated with marble and adorable plants. The material used for facial and message are the best quality. Employees are professional in their skills making customers relaxing and comfortable. You must try to appreciate it all.

Definitely the most stressful/ least relaxing massage I’ve ever had. The massage itself was decent however I could not relax between the noise from customers entering/exiting and the two masseuses giggling and speaking in a foreign language during our couples massage. I’ve also never had a masseuse stop to text or leave the room multiple times to attend other customers. I wanted to stop mid massage however I was treating someone for their birthday and didn’t want to ruin their day. Quite embarrassed I even brought them there but definitely never again.I’d say it’s a good place to go if you just want a cheap massage but don’t expect spa experience because this place is not it!

Went in for a 90 min couples massage. It was amazing, especially for the price!!They were extremely thorough too - it included a very nice head massage, meticulous foot massage, a bit of acupressure, hot stones, and hot towels! Minimum tip is 20% but for the price, try to tip double, they deserve it!I’ve been to many massage therapists usually pricing in the $100-$175/hr range and they were never this thorough and precise with their massages. Super impressed and will be going back 100%

The pressure is perfect - not light but also not painful unlike many other places Ive been to. People are extremely nice. Would totally recommend!

Went for a couples massage for our honeymoon while in the city. It was weekday and very quiet and not too busy. The massage therapists were very attentive and boy did my muscles get a much needed work over. Reasonably priced and an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I booked a couples massage after weeks of working as theater and dance teachers for preschool kids. All I can say is this was an amazing massage- the massage therapists utilized a little bit of each technique for the full body massage. When I looked at the clock upon us leaving, they had given us 5 extra minutes! Incredible service (especially considering how affordable it was!!) and darling amenities. 11/10

This is the best massage place Ive tried in the last two years of living in NYC. I had a 60m Swedish with Chris, he spent time on every body part and did a superb job. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing - truly felt like a relaxing getaway!

For the price - absolutely top notch! It was a great massage in a clean but minimalist space. Not a fancy/overpriced Manhattan spa, but literally a third of the price of one of those locations. And honestly, a better massage than Ive had in years.

This was a very uncomfortable experience. When I entered the space was poorly lit. The massage bed they used had a beach towel for a blanket and a couch pillow with a paper towel for my head. The room had only a curtain for privacy and I could hear other people walking by the space during my massage. They were many other voices during my massage and the doorbell rang numerous times but I never saw anyone else before or after the massage, so that was confusing. All this being said, it was a good massage and she hit some difficult spots, but it was impossible to relax because of my concerns about cleanliness and privacy.

Came here for a couples massage and both of us had a wonderful time. Probably the best professional massage I’ve received. I really appreciated when the masseuse asked if I wanted a softer or deeper massage. I requested softer and that turned out perfect. It came with a hot stone massage toward the end, too. The facilities were very clean, and the prices were very fair - plus we got a $20 coupon for our next visit. I initially booked with them because their website was easier to navigate than a lot of the other spas I was finding, and next time I need a massage I’ll definitely come back!

Michael provided a comprehensive massage and had an excellent touch when applying hot stones. This spa does not have an obnoxious habit of asking for a minimum gratuity that is shoved down your throat. In this sense, I am further satisfied.

Just went yesterday for a couples massage for 60 minutes and it was so great! The masseuse got into places that I didn’t even know my muscles were needing attention to. My fiancé se hits massages so he fell asleep! But my only thing I’ll say for people that book is they prefer cash. But supper happy and relaxed and sore today!

My experience at Dolphine Blue spa was so delightful I had schedule a prenatal massage. When I arrived everyone was so nice they all had a smile on their face and made it feel very welcoming. My masseuse Emma was so nice she went above and beyond she told me acupuncture is better and so I gave it a tried and the results the back relieve instantly went away I will be coming back for sure for any mammas to be soon I highly recommend this place 10/10 :)!

If you are looking a place for ambiance and a romantic feeling, I would not recommend. I went here for a couple massage. The rooms were small and I could hear the greeter speak to other customers and customers having their side conversations while they wait for their turn. I also didn’t like how the masseuse had to keep moving my massage bed to get to a side because the room is so small. The massage itself was pretty good. If you just looking for a massage for yourself by all means go but as couple I’m not too sure if you would enjoy the experience

This spa is amazing! I have been exploring massage places in New York City for years to find the best, and finally I found one. They know hospitality in an Asian way, and their massage skills are outstanding. Unlike many of the stores in Chinatown, this one is extremely clean and well-organized, with plenty of privacy. Angela was my masseuse on the visit, and she is super friendly and skilled in massage to relieve pain in my back. The place is like a hidden gem on Madison Avenue, where you would not expect a massage spa, but you should definitely try it rather than going to another place. Highly recommended for those in need of physical and psychological relief.

The most stressful massage experience I’ve ever had.I came fine after a tiring work day, left with back discomfort.I had to ask that man to stop doing what he was doing. Weird spine stretching technique, with no warm up whatsoever.After one side I asked to stop ( that side hurts on a second day after massage).After that I had to explain and I have asked for a just normal relaxing massage, he said ok Swedish massage.Then in the middle of the session he puts a very hot stone on me!I left with a feeling that they have no idea of what they are doing. I have also bought massage for my mom that same day, she has bruises, and she has also gone through that weirdness and had to ask them to stop few times during “massage”.

Soooooo this location its clean but very noisy I heard the front the desk talking to customers as they came in to the place. Massage was a bit rough and felt rush like if you had to go pee but there’s a line outside if that makes sense. Towel to clean you up was extremely rough even though it felt great on my back lol. Lastly the lady in the front desk was very persistent on giving a review to her own place that she even took my phone and try to put 5 stars before I left the place so I decided to write my own a few days later.

Really great spa! Been here a couple times now and its always excellent massages. I have gone to so many massages places in the past and this is my favorite place based on price and quality. I have very severe neck tension and each time I request more attention to my shoulder and it has always been phenomenal. They really know how to get relief especially at my trigger points. Its nice because I feel like its more of a personalize massage than just a 60 min routine massage. Would highly recommend to everyone, I’ve brought my sister, boyfriend and friends here and they all have loved getting their massages here as well!

Listen, if I had the money to live in here, getting folded into wonderful, therapeutic pretzels, I absolutely would.The staff is fantastic and they absolutely know what theyre doing. I went in there a total wreck and left feeling like Id been dismantled and rebuilt - in the best way.If you get the chance, go! I wish Id gone earlier.

My mother and I came for a 2 hour massage and were very impressed with the services we received. Coco and Johana were very accommodating and both gave us amazing massages! We would definitely recommend this spa and plan to return soon!

Had two massages here by two different people so far, both were good: strong hands, targeted muscle knots manipulation, both respected my request to focus on the issues. The place is clean, warm with good privacy between rooms. Check in check out was smooth too. They prefer tips by cash.

Took my sister for her birthday for a prenatal massage and she had such a great experience the lady that gave her a massage was Angela and she was so gentle and attentive.. My sister says she can’t wait to go back and when she does she wants Angela again. Highly recommended.

I recently visited NY for a work trip and wanted a nice relaxing massage. They were kind and squeezed me in short notice. I had a male masseuse and he was extremely respectful and genuinely kind. The customer service was great. The massage felt great. I recommend 100% if I had to give any constructive feedback it would be that I had a room that was kinda close to the reception area and it did take me minute to fall asleep and relax just because the phone was ringing a lot but, I still 100% recommend! Went here recently with my girlfriend for our anniversary and both massage therapists were absolutely amazing. Not only was it super relaxing, but they made sure to focus on areas of pain or tension. They also included a short, hot stone massage, as well as gave us water and refreshments. Definitely recommend!!

Went for a couples massage last week and will not be back unfortunately. I wanted to enjoy because of the great price- but it did not go very well. For starters, the person giving my massage left my massage more than once to answer phone calls and tend to the front desk. The massage was very uncoordinated and kept changing back in forth between legs and back. At one point, he even stuck his fingers in my ear canal which did not make sense to me. Also way too much scratching of the head and attempts to pop different joints in my body. Place is clean and has good presentation though upon arrival.

Clean and nice! had a wonderful experience here .The staff was professional and friendly, and I must give special recognition to Wendy. She provided professional massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend her services and the establishment as a whole for anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience.

My boyfriend & I went for a couples massage and it was amazing! I had my massage done by Tony, and my boyfriend had his massage done by Vivi, which we both really enjoyed. The music was very relaxing and the rooms were very neat and clean. Just one suggestion - I would have liked to known a man was doing my massage as I booked under a woman, which caught me off guard considering you are naked. But overall, he was very appropriate and we got exactly what we paid for!

I went today on a Groupon. I had Vivi and the massage was great. The right amount of pressure and she checked in when she went deep to make sure I was okay. I mainly wanted my back and neck, she was able to massage the back of my legs and arms. My body feels amazing, the aches are minimal now but its due to my bad posture. I will definitely be returning, I highly recommend. Vivi was amazing, thank you.

My boyfriend and I went and got a couples massage this weekend and we had a great experience. Tony really focuses on your knots and is very good. We both enjoyed the hot stone part of the massage as well. The quality of the massages were great. The spa felt clean and safe as well.My suggestions to the spa would be to put the AC a little higher in the rooms, it was very hot under the towels. I would also recommend getting doors to the rooms, it would make it more private and quieter. We could hear people talking in the lobby and the phone ringing because there was only a curtain hanging at the entrance of the treatment rooms. I would also suggest towels around the face part of the table to increase comfort. Lastly, I would suggest that when getting a couples massage, the masseuses do not talk to each other and laugh during the massages, it was disruptive towards the end.All in all we really enjoyed our time and will be back for more massages and treatments.

Needed a massage badly after driving 500 miles from North Carolina to the city to visit family. Found this place while scrolling around looking for a day spa. It was actually amazing! And reasonably priced. The woman who did my massage was so expert at getting to the sore spots that I had developed after spending 16 hours driving over 2 days . We hit a few traffic delays and my leg was sore too from hitting the gas and brake over and over. She massaged the soreness right out of it! Highly recommend this day spa. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. Slim, elegant mature asian lady. Excellent Massage skills. I felt like a wrinkled shirt that was ironed smooth.This place is a hidden gem 1 floor up from Madison and 33rd st.

Not recommended. The man, and the woman who I asked to replace him, simply rubbed my body. Thats not a massage by a licensed, trained massage therapist. A massage therapist manipulates soft tissue. These two were just rubbing me. There was no health intake, no form to fill out to show what areas I had with physical pain -- important because they did not speak fluent English. The woman was rubbing me with one arm and leaning on me - leaning on my body - with the other arm on several occasions. Never have I ever been leaned on by a licensed massage therapist. In the middle of the massage I was asked if I wanted hot stones! I asked that I get a foot massage instead of focus on legs and that was woefully inadequate. I will never go back.

The staff was great. They were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. When I got there the spa was very clean and relaxing. Tony was very professional and very nice. He made me feel very comfortable and really dug into my knots addressing my issues. He even went out of his way and added the hot stones because he could tell that I needed it. I will definitely be going back and referring my friends.

Had a couples massage here. The man who answers the phone speaks very limited English and isn’t very friendly. I was told one price over the phone but paid a very different one once I received the services. Massage was ok, felt more like a back/body rub that I could get at home… for free. They also talked during the massage which could get annoying. There are no doors just curtains so you can hear everything that is going on. One thing that turned me all the way off was the signage they have up demanding at least 20% tip, they are super money hungry and greedy. The establishment is very clean and modern.

Second time leaving a review since I thinky last one didnt make it.Went here with my significant other, an we both loved the experience. The massage pressure isnt for the faint of heart, or for those with sensitive skin and low tolerance to pressure. They both went into our areas that were knotted an had a lot of tension. It was great for both of us, even gave my SO a face massage. That had them in heaven an was able to breath a little better afterwards. My body all over is knotted and need a good deep tissue an pressure massage. An thats exactly what happened. Will be going back when I come back in July. They also have facials, that Ill be booking as well just to see how it goes.Highly recommend. Love it. Wish there were places where I live with this quality.

I recently had an hour long body massage with Tony and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! He used a bit of a different technique than your typical spa massage which was so effective. For example I have problems with my neck and he just zeroed in on what was needed. The massage also included heat. The spa is pretty, calm, and spotless. Overall an amazing experience. I will certainly return.

Masseuses have almost no massage skills. They constantly are walking out of the session to pick up the phone or talk to other co-workers. Lastly they are not happy if you tip them 20% they try to hustle you for more money when you check out

Place is okay, i got a prenatal massage and it was my 1st so didnt know what to expect. Overall a good massage but wish they wouldve dim the lighting and better sound proof the room. I can clearly hear clients coming in and hear their phone conversation so takes you out of your relaxation element.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage. I had a great massage, but unfortunately my boyfriend didn’t. The woman who was massaging him kept leaving the room, and she didn’t do as good a massage with him as the person who did mine. We’ve been to other places and have both left happy so unfortunately 2 stars because only one of us had a good experience.

Very good massage and Tony wasn’t afraid to go hard on certain areas where I was tense. Tony was amazing, he is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciated his care and expertise. Also offered rewards with every 10 massages you get a free service which was nice to know. Would come again for services as I felt very relaxed during my 60 min massage.

Unfortunately not for me. Paid for 90 mins, asked them to stop at 50 minutes as I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. Asked for deep tissue massage but it ended up being an uncoordinated (she went up and and down my body and legs multiple times using random pressure random motion, then massaged my head and ears, then went back to my back and legs…..) massage. She used a lot of oil on me and at one point brought in some hot stones to use on me. I don’t know if this is just one outlier situation as I see some other good reviews, but “uncomfortable” feeling is still lingering even after I left the place. More importantly, the lady cannot communicate in English - I felt ticklish at certain parts that she was trying to “touch” and would like her to avoid it but she just went on. I told her that I would like to stop and she has to ask a different lady to come in to translate the message. In the middle of the massage, someone also came to my “room” to probably “speak to her” and suddenly switched on the lights. Overall I just can’t relax and can’t bear any extra minute of the massage. When I left, the owner did not even apologise after I explained what happened, but asked for tips instead….. Come at your own risk!

THE BEST SPA IN NYC! The Swedish massage and Sensitive Skin facial was the best Ive ever had reasonably priced, and absolutely rejuvenating.

The massage was very professional and I requested that she focus on my lower back and legs, due to tightness from running. She followed my directions and applied the right amount of pressure. Also the space is quite nice and the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very clean and its a large modern space.

Got a Groupon for 60 minute massage and it was just eh. I’ve been to other less expensive asian massage spas and this ranks lower on that list. This was not really a massage but more so just pressing on my back. The masseuse would apply the wrong pressure - e.g soft on my back but very hard on my neck. She’d also apply pressure to my back bones as well. Overall this was a fairly meh massage but price point was decent hence the 2.5stars (rounding to 3). Would not come back

OH MY GOODNESS initially I was a little apprehensive at 1st BUT MY LAWRD! LILY is the massage 💆‍♀️ whisperer she knew exactly where all the muscle pain was I never spoke a word to direct her. I was caught between crying and proposing ( mind you Im married with children) my husband kept checking on me because I was breathing through the deep DEEP tissue massage. Im going to create a budget to be here weekly 20 out of 10!!

Poor customer service. Why put yourself on Groupon if you are not going to honor the Groupon. He pretended to look up my reservation and pretended as if I never called. I wanted to come in today for a couples massage. He asked if I can come on Friday at 3pm and we both work so I said no I will find another place and he said ok come today. When we walked in for our appointment he acted as if we never spoke and he didn’t have me in the system.

I had one of the best facials I have ever had here, the dolphin infinity treatment. I have been thinking about how my skin looks so glowing and tight lately, and then I realized that it has looked good ever since my facial a month ago! The spa is brand new and they spared no expense. Ill definitely be coming back soon.

2nd time coming here. Place is great & friendly staff BUT I am in so much pain from my last massage , I thought it would go away within a day but I’m on day 3 & it not getting better 😭 My upper back & neck feels like someone was punching me for hours due to the pressures of the massage I got
