We consistently have work happy hours here, and Idk this place is just uninspired. It is essentially trying to be a Yard House (no shade I LOVE Yard House), but comes up short.The music is a bit too loud, the food is the definition of 3 stars, and the place is littered with finance bros. But this is finance bro capital of the Solar System so I should have anticipated that.

Went after work for a happy hour with some colleagues. Good drinks and good vibes. The food was also pretty good. Only did apps and drinks. I’d recommend the pretzel and the spinach artichoke dip with pita. The pita has black truffle and it’s a subtle but GREAT flavor

Came for an HBCU event my friend invited me to, and it was nice; the music was good. It was a brunch, and I had the egg Benedict, which was ok. My friends had the chicken sandwich, which they said was good. The kitchen wasnt open after the event and the restaurant itself doesnt play music so I went somewhere else. Service was good. Decor is nice.

Youd be absolute mad to go here. Thesd guys would win the award for the most dilute cocktails. Interior vibe is also completely off. One of the most disappointing establishments in NYC.

Great place near the Garment Center for food choices a level above the usual bar food in a relaxed but still fun atmosphere. The bacon mac n cheese with sweet potato fries was delicious. The drink pour is also generous.

The Annual Pretty Sweet event was a good time, the entire place was packed and there were two floors, multiple bars, multiple TVs.Overall a great venue.

It is two blocks from the Empire State Building, 5th & Mad is a vibrant place to hang out and unwind.Newly renovated downstairs dining area looks stylish and inviting, they really did a good job with this latest make over getting rid of those dark not ventilated “private” rooms and updating with a spacious open dining area!Drinks: we had a variety of Happy Hour drinks – no complaintsFood: We chose a few classic bar food to share such as sweet potatoes, French fries, sliders and bacon mac and cheese. I was originally going to give 2 stars but I can honestly say they just need a few more improvements. The Drinks hit! When I say they hit I would definitely go for the drinks, the food is okay not the best but it did its job, the hookah hit too & lasted really long however I would never buy a hookah for $40 & the refill being $40 Ill pass but it lasted really long for what I paid.The Dj was in his bag he had me out my seat majority of the time thats a plus because you usually dont have djs that know what theyre doing but he was doing his thing.Where the problem is, there is absolutely no AC, outside was cooler than it was inside. Especially during a pandemic still going on air conditioning should be their main priority, I felt like I was in a club just sitting down we were sweating that was too much. Please fix that problem, they claimed it was on but you dont see any vents in the back area for the air to circulate.

Both of our beers were completely flat. The food was bland. We had sliders and it had a large breaded chicken with pickles slapped on the bun. No mayo or anything else. It was dry. The MAC and Cheese was bland. It was definitely some of the most basic food I ever had. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was friendly. There was a party in the back and on a Friday night all local places are busy so thats a good thing. I would only recommend cocktails or bottled beer. No food unless you are starving and dont want flavor. Maybe the cooks just had a bad day.

Came here to watch Thursday night football (1st game of the season). The bartenders were very nice and quick with our orders. Great bar food menu and everything we got was delicious! There are TVs everywhere and multiple large projector screens. Amazing place to watch sports and I’m excited to come back for football Sundays!

We went for brunch on Saturday. I ordered medium rare steak and eggs, part of which was RARE. Id only return for drinks but not the food. Our waitress was awesome, so we tried our best not to fault her for the bad food.

We held the annual fraternity event there this year.... fabulous time. Drinks were flowing . Well made. Clean Safe and Awesome . A+ rating. Two floors of Party Time Fun.

The manager racially discriminated against paying customers ! Stated that he was an owner and continued to be aggressive and rude towards black paying customers during a corporate gathering !!!!!!!!! The restaurant began putting up curtains to close a section of the bar. Myself and another coworker tried getting the bartender’s attention and asked “where can we pick up our drinks?” when the manager/owner came over yelling saying we were mistreating his staff and told the bartender to ignore us. He then proceeded to say we were aggressive, screaming at him (in a bar), threatened to call the cops, and at one point tried to grab my arm to push me towards the exit.While some of our other non poc co workers were still able to pick up drinks at the other side of the bar. Completely degrading, belittling and embarrassing experience. Never again will I spend money at this establishment and I strongly advise AGAINST anyone else spending money at this establishment.

5th&Mad is amazing. Weve hosted a few events there now and have nothing but praise. The venue, food, and staff are all terrific!

Was here for a private event. I tried the catered wings, spring rolls and dessert. They were all really yummy. We were in the upstairs area and it was really nice, definitely accommodated our large group (probably over 100 people at one point). I ordered two margaritas while here, the first one was served with house liquor I believe and it wasnt very enjoyable. I asked for my second Marg to be made with Don Julio and it was really good.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Nasty sticky tables claims to be renovated, where? NOT! BATHROOMS GROTESQUE.The shrimps will be all u eat out of the soupy shrimp and grits Service and menu lack luster,, just despicable. We had more fun outside in front. 1st time last time.

One of the best places in the city, if you want to have a good time, talk, good music, excellent drinks and the best Attention is also excellent for watching sports, Noé is one of the best bar tenders in the place Attention and service 10- 10

My waitress was good, but the woman bartender upstairs with the brown bob on 11/25/23 was extremely rude and intimidating. I gave her a small tip because we we had waitress, and she proceeded to YELL all me tell me and said shed refund me for my drinks if i dont tip her more... so i tipped her more to stop her from yelling at me. I definitely felt extorted. She has no right to speak to me this way. Im sure Im not the first person she spoke to this way. I understand this woman was under a lot of pressure and I had compassion for her, but her attitude and demeanor will never make me come back to this bar. She was entitled and it was disgusting.

Went here for my bday and did the brunch menu. Music was great and food was good. The area we were seated was all the way in the back by a exit door used to take out garbage which wasnt good and the service was alittle slow.

An exquisite sports bar with loud, flashy screen and even noisier talks! Haha - but overall a worth visit if going for beer and sports or even cocktails on late nights

Great place with a great atmosphere, looks nice and fancy for a party. Service was amazing, bartender Noe was great and fast with the drinks and cocktails and bartender Yoshi was always making sure we were good with food and drinks, also great job by the barback always keeping the bar counter top nice and clean.

Waitress takes your credit card for a bar tab - at LUNCH! LOL - must be a large college contingent or regular dine & dash clientele. Super Low Class.Food we ordered was 1 step above gas station quality. Pretzels were stale and bland. They do not honor whats described on the menu (shorted us 1 jalapeño cheese sauce on 2 orders) And asking for extra sauce (because they only fill the bullets up half way - very little bleu cheese for 6 wings) is a whole separate task. Heres a free tip for management....you are not saving anything by skimping on sauce, you are just being petty, and its not a good look for your location.Lastly, be aware, they pull the old Miami Beach - 20% Gratuity is Auto Added to your bill when presented. Its added to your bill total when presented and there is no notice of this anywhere before it hits your table. There is still a gratuity line if you want to tip more - but just be aware that your 20% gratuity is already added to your bill total. This slimey practice it also likely a big reason for poor service here. Sadly, wait staff is getting paid wether they provide service or not.Not an enjoyable experience. Not recommended.

Private party, so I dont have much to say about the service and the food. The place is amazing, two floors with perfect acoustics, there were two bands at the same time, on each floor, didnt interfere.

This bar is on the louder side, but the upper floor has a section thats tucked away from the rest of the space with lounge seats for conversation thats easier on the throat. Not sure if that sections always available for patrons. I stopped by to survey the space, and I found it difficult to get the attention of a bartender, which is understandable given how busy they were.

I was invited here for my uncles birthday party. I had such a blast with Stu the bartender and Wellington. They brought the vibes and even played the music I wanted to listen too. I’m not one for going out but Thanks Stu you made it worth it!

We had reservations and still stood online for 30 minutes, regardless of having to pay to reserve. They had too many people trying to do the same things and no type of order at the door. $55 unlimited drinks and an entree. The only decent part of this night was the unlimited drinks. The food was absolutely disgusting. The pasta to be exact. Literally nasty. Dry noodles, no flavor. Just noodle and chicken and water “vodka” sauce at the bottom of the plate. They only had 3 plastic utensil sets left in the building... we were a party of 9. Hookah is horrific and is $45. Extremely harsh (if you’re a hookah regular, you know), only two flavors melon and blueberry... and only pulled for maybe 15 minutes. I am only giving this place 3 stars because ultimately, the unlimited 2 hour drinks did what it needed to, the DJ was good. Some of the workers are extremely friendly and cool.

Rented out the downstairs area for birthday party such a great time. Staff was so accommodating and helpful to set up the event. Drinks were good and place is so nice. Will be going back!

We had a work party here and the drink, food and staff were all on point, will definitely be organizing parties here in the future. Great location too!!

The view is simply beautiful on the rooftop. However, when we went there for happy hour, the waiter would take a while to bring our drinks. Once we got our drinks and finished them, when we asked to get more drinks (at happy hour price) they said that happy hour was over ;(( so we had to pay full price for the drinks. But the prices on happy hour drinks are nice and reasonable. I got the frose, which is a drink of slushy consistency, and had vodka + rose. Twas delicious and refreshing on this summer day.

Absolutely terrible place. Had an event setup here and the manager kicked out our dj and said we couldnt do anything else because some high school party came in downstairs. Dont ever go here, absolutely terrible management. Not worth anyones time. Guy did nothing to make it right or help anyone out, never host events here. Literally had kids, kids, getting carried out because they were passed out drunk. Serving underage kids. Terrible place

Great happy hour or group gathering spot in midtown. Ample space on the 2 floors. Large bars on both floors that serve up a variety of drinks and beers. The upstairs can definitely be for groups and private events. Wonderful bartender service and the burgers were the highlight. Large moist and juicy. Even came with a onion ring in it. Not too crowded and not too noisy so a great spot to catch up with others. Nice atmosphere and swanky couches and tables. Ill be back.

Stopped by for a coworker’s happy hour, just a standard bar, nothing memorable.

I met a few friends here for a Friday happy hour after ginger man was too crowded to get in.It was fairly crowded here too but there was an empty unreserved table in the back room near other reserved tables.Happy hour for beer is pretty good and the selection is okay, but nothing special. A friend and I split the regular and chicken sliders, they were serviceable but again nothing special.Its a decent happy hour spot for the area, but I wouldnt go out of my way to get here

My friend ordered a single $10 beer at the bar. He gave a $20 bill and only gave him back $7. When asked for his money back they refused claiming there was $3 for tip and taxes!Be careful, they are not legally allowed to do that unless you are part of a group. I guess they take advantages of foreigners who do not know the law.

The decor, space, layout was pleasant with plenty of TVs to see a few different sports. The staff were great and friendly. For the price the chicken wings were good along with veggie wrap. The nachos had the worst cheese (I would go as far to say that I dont think it was real cheese) and the calamari was a bit of a joke as well. I had 2 of the small plates, they were not small at all. I would have preferred small plates with a better quality of food.

Good food and nice (but overpriced cocktails) but bad atmosphere. I liked the spinach artichoke dip, the signature burger and chicken sandwich. The waitstaff was also very attentive. However the atmosphere at this gastropub is like a club. The music is deafeningly loud, every is very drunk and rowdy. It was not a great experience to eat there.

I can’t after work to a friends birthday celebration & I really like the vibe here. For the location they have great prices and good happy hour. I would definitely recommend and come here again.

Went there for a sorority formal and it was great! The only problem was that there were some people in the bar who were there prior to the start of our formal, so they were allowed to stay in the area we were in. They were a little strange and they definitely threw off the vibe. Wish they had asked them to move out of the private part of the location, but they refused to do so.Other than that, the location was great!

All around a good place to stop for a drink and some food.

I went last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. First of all, it’s false advertisement. The flyer says $45 dollars. We got there for the 8 O’clock p.m. brunch and paid $60 SMH. The tables were dirty, the service was horrible, the food, mediocre, the drinks watered down, bathroom dirty. Just overall a horrible experience. Our party made the best of the bad situation. Definitely was my first and last time there. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾.

Visited this bar for Sunday brunch. Bottomless mimosas or rum punch for 2 hours & a pre-fixed brunch menu. The waitress was on it with refilling cups, there was no need to hunt her down. The chicken tacos are so good. The waffles are more like Ego waffles. The also had a live dj. I highly recommend!

This was my first and LAST time ever going here. The experience I had goes far beyond disgust.The whole place is a rip off and I do not recommend going here. There are a ton more bars in the area that operate better.My friends and I went here for a NYE celebration and the advertisement was $25 for one hour open bar (9-10p). Except the line was down to the block for an hour and no one received an open bar. There was NO reason for the line too because upon entering at 9:58 there were barely any guests inside.That alone is bad, but It got worse when I watched the male bartender on the first level steal from the customers. It was noticed because I had first paid for two drinks with a big bill and he shorted me “ten” dollars when he handed me my change back. He tried to charge us $14 a beer so he can pocket the extra change. I then asked for two beers again from another bartender who charged us the correct amount. I then went back to the first bartender to see if he’d charged the same and he did NOT - he tried to rip us off again!! I watched him up-charge ALL drinks on ALL customers ALL night and give himself the extra money.

The $60 appetizer platters are an all-time bad deal. Just an insulting amount of terrible frozen food for $60, feel completely ripped off

-Staff was great, music was nice, drinks were accurate and effective.-Drink selection was a lil low in my opinion - I asked for 2 different drink before having to *Settle* on a 3rd request (Im a social drinker with a particular taste and selection) - but when I did receive my drink, it was full bodied and well balanced.-I dont think a return is necessary for ME, unless being coupled with an event, to which my presence is requested as an invitee.

5th & Mad is like our Cheers. My colleagues and I come here on a regular basis, and whether its for lunch or after work drinks/dinner, its always a good time. I cant say enough about the staff, as they truly make you feel like youre at home. They are super attentive and do not rush you out, like some other places. For a midtown bar, they have great lunch specials and the food is generally really good. Definitely try the mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers. Also, if you love a good spinach and artichoke dip, get that too! On Thursdays and Fridays they also have a live DJ, and can get pretty busy, but with being busy, comes being patient, naturally. Definitely our go-to spot for a good day, a great day, a bad day and everything else in between.

This is your standard bar meant for large groups and has been our our go-to place at work for any team events purely because there are very few places in and around Midtown which have team areas that can accommodate groups of over 10.They have ample seating/ booths as well as tables both on the ground floor and the first floor. The service has been usually alright barring one instance where the bar-tender was most probably just having a bad day and wasnt very helpful.ProsDecent ServiceAmple SeatingSpace available on most Friday eveningsThey have a large room in the back that can seat up to 12 -15 people together

Easy to get into if you had tickets. We went to the bucketlisters Mardi Gras party which did not disappoint. overall, a fun night with great music.

Great drinks, great service. Nice place to have a happy hour with coworkers. The place was a steam room though. Not sure if they were having issues with their cooling system, but was tough. Loses 2 stars because of it.

Great happy hour for large groups in midtown. Food was just alright, but thats not why you should come here. Decent happy special, 2 bucks off standard beers such as blue moon, corona, and they even had allagash when I last went. I think the biggest thing that this place has going for it is its overall space, 2 floors of open tables and bars is a big pro when youre looking for a decently priced happy hour in this sea of midtown dive bars.

Good centrally located bar to meetup with friends or colleagues after work hours. Their Happy Hour discounts the beers by $2 so you are saving quite a bit of money during this time! The Buffalo Wings I had were okay but I would probably try something else next time around. Good spot & I recommend ⭐

Perfect happy hour deal $6 select beers/wines/well drinks. Used a Yelp deal so was able to get buy one get one free drink special. Chicken quesadilla very good. Service perfect as well. Sat in the bar area and the waitress checked back just the right amount of times without being annoying.

When I was working on Madison Avenue, I started frequenting this more and more than usual before I finally found a new job. I still come here often, and friends throw parties here all the time because we love this place so much. The food is amazing as well as the staff. Can get a little crowded on weekends, but the only time I go here on a weekend is for those above mentioned parties friends of mine and I throw in the private rooms in the back. Great spot to grab lunch and a few drinks. I cant get enough of ordering a veggie burger with fries and a side of curry sauce (that curry sauce is like liquid crack).

My best advice: FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO!Went here with a group of coworkers for after work drinks and snacks. This place is the worst. It was so loud you couldnt hear your self think. And we were in a private room. Also our server was nowhere to be found after she took our first round of drinks. We had to go to the bar to get drinks. Also the food was just dropped at a table that we werent using without the bus staff telling anyone or asking who had what. The menu it self was subpar and the drink menu was yet another thing we did not receive.My best advice: FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO!

The only times that I recall going here have been for birthdays or something of the like, and Galway Hooker is good for that because its so damn big. Theres an upstairs mezzanine area, a lounge area in the back, and even an area with a pool table, so its easy to host a large group. The drinks are average priced and nothing to get excited about, but the service is pleasant and attentive.

Waitress was very nice and patient. Ambience is very nice for after work drinks, tapas. My wine came in a dirty glass with lipstick print. Food took extremely long but was delicious.

Good spot to drink and dance in. Was on the upper floor of a bar that was very spacious and can hold a lot of people. 4 stars since bathrooms are small, speaker equipment at this place kept blowing out every now and then, dance floor should be bigger, and bartenders sometimes take forever to get you a drink.

Portions were super small for the chicken (1piece of a flattened breast or tender) & waffle (1 small frozen waffle). The drinks were severely watered down. The rum punch tasted like juice. Music was decent. I dont see myself revisiting this location

Went here for brunch, group of 5 people.The ambiance and food was delicious (had chicken and waffles, chicken sandwich and wings). The mimosas and Bellinis were mostly juice, barely any champagne, bellinis were made with Tropicana juice (horrible). It was taking forever to get the refill for the drinks, one would think that for group of 5 ppl they would bring you a carafe. We probably only had 3-4 mimosas per person due to slow service, which is ridiculous especially granted the drinks were mostly juice. The service overall was HORRIBLE, it took waitress at least 20 minutes to come take our initial drink order and it took about 40 minutes to get the bill and have them charge the card. Unbelievable, my friend literally had to walk over the to bar station to expedite them charging the card and that alone took them 15 minutes. Not sure if we’ll be back.

Nice place, drinks are a bit expensive. The security was terrible. When a fight broke out instead of doing their job they just wanted money.

5th and Mad is the place to watch the games on Saturday for me.We were greeted with a huge smile and from there the whole 1st time experience was great.The food was great and so was service.I recommend this place for any occasion.OSU

Trash. Dirty and sticky tables. Food was so unseasoned it taste like it came straight out of a freezer. We had unlimited drinks with no ice and the server kept bringing one cup of ice for 6 ppl. Save your money go somewhere else

Went there to watch the ohio state buckeye game. It was okay. Biggest complaint was it was too loud. Couldnt hear a single thing my friend was saying. Food and drinks were okay.

Very nice sized place, good atmosphere but the was limited for what you pay seriously one small square waffle with the Jerk Chicken on top although it was rather good tasting the portion was small and it leaves you wondering. The DJ was good though

Service was slow from both the kitchen and bar. The staff seemed bothered that we were there while their friends sat at the bar and required attention. The food was unremarkable pub grub and the music was loud enough to be uncomfortable and make conversations impossible.

A party DJ playing loud chopped-up hiphop at 6:30pm on Friday evening is not a good idea; people are eating... eating average food served by moody wait staff. This place will probably close down soon, unless someone is foolish enough to put in another half mill to keep it afloat.

Lol this place is a scam. They advertise free brunch tickets on Eventbrite and once you get there, they hit you with a $60 per person charge at the door. This includes food and drinks, but there is a prefixed brunch menu that they do not advertise on their website or anywhere else because nobody wants to eat fries & wings for brunch. The menu on the website is probably 10x better than the brunch. On another note, it could be simply the event host renting out the space at 5th&Mad but if that is the case, they need to be cautious as to who they rent the space to because it’ll just give them bad business and a bad reputation.

This place is the epitome of the after work midtown bar. Good prices, good drink specials and the place has a certain elegance to it. You can have a great time here with friends. Just beware of the douchy finance guy type that sometimes lurks in here.

Large beer hall/sports bar. Great staff. I only come here for the Australian Football Grand Final - greatest sporting event on earth, the pinnacle of the greatest game on earth - and they put on such a good night for that. never to be missed for an Australian in New York.

Food was mediocore, had ordered Calamari and it was just batter & oil, over done with no taste of Calamari at all. servers were great with a smile on their face.. ok for drinks but too loud and noisy for a conversation..

My first time...met the owner and bartenders Noe and Natalie and the mac&cheese and fresh tuna tartar tacos...my palette was mesmerized by the flavors...Now you have for my dinner review as I said this was my first time

I always have a nice time at the Galway Hooker. Its a good spot to hit up when you are with a group. Ive been there on weeknights & on weekends for brunch. Definitely prefer the weekends, during the daytime. The pace slows down & its easier to have a conversation without having to shout to be heard.I am a big meat-eater & the sirloin burger at Galway Hooker definitely hits the spot. My friends are fans of the omlettes and the steak & eggs platter.The staff at Galway Hooker is friendly & competent. Added bonus: the bathrooms are tidy.

Decent Midtown event space.

Decent selection of beers and the staff is friendly. Great place for a more intimate birthday spot on a Saturday night. Typically very busy week days, as a popular after work drink spot.

Weve gone to 5th&Mad only twice, but each time we go, Jordan is always there to greet us and wish us a good time. The servers and bartenders are also great, but Jordan is an amazing first impression of the establishment.

Great spot for deinks and corporate events.

I recently took my friends here for happy hour and experienced some things I hadnt experienced there before. First my friend bought me a shot of Jameson and a Stella (which I always drink here and everywhere) took the shot of Jameson and it tasted as if it was watered down. Took a sip of my beer it was flat and had a weird after taste. I changed beers to goose island after he said something may be wrong with the gas pumping the beer. Another friend bought me another shot of Jameson, this was also his first drink and he tasted exactly what I tasted, a watered down shot. Food is very good I have no complaints there but I am a bit skeptical now of the shots they provide there. I eat lunch here atleast once per week and usually have a beer or two and had no issues. This was a first for me.

Decent food with an okay selection and good service. The decor doesnt really seem to match the theme - perhaps it worked with the previous restaurant. Nothing special, but good bar food/drinks.

Lots of variety for beers on tap, with nearly a dozen from NYC alone. Didnt see prices while attending free group event, but looks like it could be hefty. Snack food platters arent worth ordering at all, cuz even a grocery store can do better.

For those that work in midtown, and or those who need to commute home from Penn/Port this is a perfect location to grab a drink with friends. Its pretty lively during HH through the dinner crowd. There are multiple bars within this space; you can even host a separate party upstairs. Not to mention the location has space in back to host a private party.

This is a great after work spot, I worked not to far away from this bar and every I went in there wellington took great care of us, with great conversation and fast service. Its also fun to stumble in when whole offices just go in and watch the game people love there football, its a cool spot forreal reasonably price as well

Nice spacious place, Great dj, poor service at the bar where you had to place food and drink orders..smh. (cant comment on the food or drinks-couldnt take waiting over 1o mins. to order.) Why was there only one bartender on a Saturday night? You knew in ADVANCE,for weeks, that there was a party! Do better!

Went here for a friends birthday party a few years ago, when it was called Galway Hooker, and he rented one of the private rooms. This place is gorgeous and the staff was great for how crowded the entire bar was.

Showed the AFL Grand final which was great. The bar is an odd shape which creates a funnel effect, especially when the place is busy. Makes it very difficult to move from the front of the venue towards bathrooms etc.

I have worked in the service industry for 7 years. And am friendly to all service staff, but was confronted by the most hostile service I’ve ever received in NYC at 5th and Mad. After paying for my drink in cash, after standing at the bar for another minute. The bartender looked at me and said, “oh do you want your change back?”Thanks this is really a pathetic level of service at an overpriced establishment.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Bought a deal for a brunch. Not only were there ZERO vegetarian options, there was only ONE actual brunch option. tickets were $36 and despite that they only removed 30 from the final bill the ADDED %20 tip for themselves despite not serving us for several hours.NEVER buy a bottomless from here NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

The space is nice and spacious. However, it was a bit loud. We couldnt hear our speakers.

Went here for a MLK holiday party, beautiful venue! Hung out in the upper arena VIP. GREAT TIME! Would recommend to anyone. Just a great vibe.....music was incredible!

Horrible. Took my fiance here for a themed brunch and the glass of prosecco they gave us was champagne that they opened last week and forgot about, the glasses smelled like wet dogs, and the waitresses had a combined IQ of 34. If it wasnt for the fun theme and puppies, my fiance and her mother wouldve had a terrible time. 5th and Mad, please dont continue to hide poor service behind themed brunches, drag queen hosts, and overpaid DJs. Also, I can get better chicken and waffles at cracker barrel.

An awfully dark, noisy, and expensive restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed restaurant to enjoy a meal and a conversation, then this is not the place. Likewise, if you are on a budget, then certainly avoid 5th&Mad. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Went here for brunch this summer the food was good but the mimosas were better. The services was quick and their staff was very friendly. The bar had a great atmosphere!

Advertised happy hour not honored (changed the days without changing the sign) and they were missing half the drinks we initially ordered. There is a good reason it was dead Saturday.

Come for the relaxed Irish pub atmosphere and stay for their $11 Dollar lunch which comprises of a soup of the day, a generous antre and one of these bear/wine/soda. Try the Galway Burger with a running egg which enough to be a meal with in itself and get their very tasty fries. And add a side of Alcoholic Apple cider will fill you to a food coma. And if you are a regular, dont forget to get a stamp for a future free lunch.

JORDAN at the door is the BEST. I’ve never met him before but he was so kind, endearing, and personable that this is someone that you want representing your business. Honestly, as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, he should be managerial.

Nice drinking spot right in the middle of the garment district. its spacious and not too crowded; good drinks and they also have food. I recommend the chicken fingers.

Shambles of a place. Terrible organisation for the big fight on Saturday night. Might be alright on other nights but was way over capacity. With the prices charged they probably made as much as McGregor though so someone is happy!

Worst place ever to watch a fight or any other event. They dont have enough bartenders, they dont have enough supplies, and they dont have enough space. Customer service is terrible from the door man till managers. I went there today but Ill never go back.

Decent enough bar, but you dont need 3 people hovering over the cash register because some ditz cant figure out how to swipe a credit card. This is why Im of the opinion that bars need to be cash only.

Nice place has good bet selection. The food was ok though. The atmosphere is lovely and you will normally find a good crowd here ready to mingle.

Mediocre location but high prices. Our event for NMUN 2019 was advertised as Rooftop Party, but it was just a shabby indoor bar with two floors.

Huge Bar. Decent selection, this place gets packed due to its location near major transit connections and its size. Make friends with the staff, its the only way youll get served during peak times due to the volume of requests

Friendly club, reasonably priced, nice staff. I was there for an event so cant comment on the crowds.

Bartenders have the worst service. They take 30 mins to make 4 drinks. If you’re going to the bar for an event just pregame at your house. It’s not worth it.

It was so loud I could only hear about 1/3 of the things my friends said. The wait staff was attentive and nice and the snacks we ordered were good, though.

Great for happy hour. The lamb meatballs and couscous were out of this world. BBQ pork sliders were also fantastic.

Listed as an Irish Pub but definitely not that. Updated to play off the Mad Men theme. Nice if you can get a spot reserved.

BUT THE BDAY GIRL SPENT $2000 DOLLARS (TWO THOUSAND) ON BOTTLES SO THEY ALLOWED EACH PERSON TO PAY $20 TO GET IN FROM HER PARTY. 8PM INSIDE NO TABLES READY.... WAITED NEXT TO AN EMPTY TABLE FOR 30 MINS FOR THEM TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO SEAT THE ENTIRE PARTY. 40 MINS AFTER THAT THE BOTTLES FINALLY CAME. SO FROM 730PM TO ALMOST 9PM I WAITED OUTSIDE ON A LINE.
