Nina was great. It was beyond my expectations. The only thing I would love to recommend was the reception upstairs, no the front desk, was loud. I noticed it could be the only for nail salon in the back perhaps. But it would be wonderful if they can lower their voice for the spa vibe. Definitely will come back

My go-to Japanese nail salon! All of the nail techs are trained in Japan, and they’re incredibly detail-oriented and willing to work with you to make your nail vision come true. They’re all also very sweet and do their best, no matter who I’m paired with. If you love intricate nails and charms for a reasonable price, Yukie Natori is the place to go!

Have been going to them for mani pedi and facials for quite some time, always on point. Also, scheduling an appointment is relatively easy, esp as their nail department is always busy, they always “squeeze “ me in.

I would give 0 stars if I could.THEY DO NO DISINFECT TOOLS.Poor Customer Service: The owner and the employees are extremely rude and gossip about customer as soon as they walk out the door, There is something to be said about businesses that do NOT appreciate their customers. the service they gave me WAS HORRIBLE the nail polish peeled off !! Nails uneven and crooked if you want your nails done to your specifications, in a respectful manner, take your hard earned money elsewhere, where it is appreciated.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, TRUST ME!

Yukie Natori New York is the best and only spot, you should go to for specialized nail care! Technician Alejandra did my pedicure and manicure and the attention to detail and and her knowledge of cleanliness and nails is unparalleled this place and there technicians are on the money! best place in NYC yukie nail and spa is really a great experience. And my go to spot for a nice clean mani pedi as they say lol great establishment!.

I went for the dry head spa with massage treatment. Nina took great care of me! She was super professional and kind.This was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. I really enjoyed everything and I will be back for sure!

Beyond sad about this place. I’ve been getting my nails done here for about 7 months and my last two appts were with different nail techs that don’t follow the same protocols for Japanese gel. I’ve always wondered why the front desk asked if if it mattered if “a Japanese girl” did my nails or not. My nails are in the worst shape they’ve been in after this last visit. The tech filed my nails down so bad and my nails are thin and not healthy anymore as they’ve been with the Japanese gel in the past. I have six broken nails right now and it has only been two weeks. Also everyone charges different prices and there is no consistency.

Honestly I have pretty high standards coming from Shanghai… our family traveled to Serbia, Lisbon, Valencia this past summer & I was just not impressed w the level of service in any of the highly rated salons… Yukie Natori salon was the only place in the last 6 months that came close… the staff was super warm & friendly. The place was beautiful & clean. The 2 women doing my mani & pedi were super meticulous & I’m super happy w my experience today! Will def recommend & come back!! (They’re a bit pricey but u get what u pay for…) besides inflation is just redic nowadays. 🤣

I have been coming here over 3 years but the quality has decreased post pandemic. Save your time & money! I had gel extensions with designs. The technician filed all of the nails uneven. Left my thumb lumpy and the other nails thick and very unrealistic looking. Really 90s looking.One of my nails broke while putting on my shirt within one week, the another while showering 2 days later.The top of the nail was wavy (basically the gap from when gel is applied for the extension.$200+ down the drain. Save your money & your time.

STOP GOING TO THIS PLACE! A new policy they say they have always had is If you have to change it cancel your appointment and its within 24hrs of the appointment they will charge you for the full service to recoup their cost.This doesnt make sense because of someone takes the appointment time will they refund you?First this is a practice owners do for a struggling business, and what dishonest places do to scare people into coming in for below average services.

My nails are terribly week and I work in retail, so I wanted to get my nails done in a healthy manner which landed me to this place. I was intrigued about gel extensions and wanted to try it out and I do not regret it at all! The place is great, clean, friendly staff and professional. Best manicure I’ve ever received! You can tell they put so much care and precision into the nail shaping, cuticle trimming, and nail art. It really is another level beyond other places I’ve been to. For $60 it wasn’t too expensive either. Recommend Kaori, who did an awesome job with the watercolor effect.(Pic is from 1 week later—still going strong!)

I had a facial from Hilda and it was the best I’ve ever had! She was so warm and welcoming. The facility is beautiful and very classy. She offered me tea, and the treatments were all really relaxing, and good on my sensitive skin. The smells, from mango to peppermint, were indicative that the salon uses really nice quality products. She is very professional and great at the massage aspect, I noticed a visible reduction in facial puffiness by the end. By the end, my skin was glowing and I felt amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little me time.

I love this salon! Ive been for 14+ gel manicures, and these ladies know their stuff. To my understanding, Yukie is a beauty school in Japan, and manicurists that study there spend some time at their NYC location. All the manicurists Ive worked with have been Japanese, with varying degrees of fluency in English. Theyre fantastic, friendly, and do a great job prepping and then applying gel for a manicure. Ive had manicures here that last 4 weeks in great condition, but usually get 2 and a half out of mine because Im a nail biter. They also do Japanese nail art (where nails have tons of motifs, charms or gems), which I always drool over but never have time for. I cant recommend Yukie enough for their gel manicures.

I was here years ago and had a good experience. Decided to drive to the city before my sisters wedding and had the worst experience ever. Not only was I told my design can be done after showing it several times, it was not done and when I questioned this I was told she did not have time. Ridiculous And to make it worse, almost every nail broke off within the first week. I never had nails fall off while I was sleeping. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money.

Highly recommend 👌,Dry head spa therapy provided by Nina who do me a lymphatic drainage massage therapy was terrific ,she is so carrying and gentle .The whole experience was extraordinary.

I come once a month for a cal gel manicure. Yes. ONCE a month. It lasts for a long time. These ladies definitely take their time and make sure I leave happy. I had my had done here one. Beautiful color. I highly recommend this place :). AYA is the mail tech and she is the best 💕

Went for the first time today. Was going to get Shellac gel but was convinced to get the Japanese gel. Only $10 more and expected to last longer.I will say for a regular gel manicure this place is a little expensive, however it is worth the cost! She was very detailed and took her time with me. I have had very bad experiences with cheaper salons rushing you and poor quality. I will be back!

The person didnt seem professional. She did my scalp, than my face. Nothing on her hands, didnt wash hands, sink is in the room. I washed my face. I really wanted to like it, as it was a mothers day gift. She did offer tea, which was nice. 3 stars just because it has nice ambiance.

I had a massage by Nina that was great! She really worked the knots out and she added on a little aromatherapy technique at the end.Then I had a facial by Karina P and she’s absolutely amazing! She analyzed my troubled skin well and did exactly what it needed!And they always have promos going on.

This is my absolute favorite spa ever (aside from The Peninsula Spa where I get my massages and facials done.) I come here once a month for my gel manicure and sometimes pedicure, and every manicurist is cordial and does a great job on my nails. They are maintained almost exactly the same way as the first day I get them throughout the entire month, until its time for a fresh set. They also offer tea and water free of charge, and the location is very neat, organized, and clean. I am also always taken on time and the payment process is also very smooth. Its my go-to nail place. They also offer facials and massages that I will soon be trying.

The gel manicures here are hit or miss, depending on the technician, which is really unfortunate, considering they’re quite pricey. One time you get the best manicure you’ve ever had, then the next time, it’s bumpy, and your nails are all different lengths and shapes. My advice is find someone you like and stick with them, which also costs more… but it’s better than walking around like you tried to do your own manicure.

I rarely write reviews but made an account just to warn others about the absolutely atrocious front desk and customer service I experienced at Yukie Natori.Scheduled a nail gel art appointment over email for my girlfriend’s birthday. Came into the salon and they said I didn’t have an appointment even though I had email proof/confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they insisted that they were right, and I was wrong – and kept trying to aggressively argue with me. This completely ruined my girlfriend’s birthday. Please please avoid this salon.

Bought a Groupon facial from here for myself and my mother. We both received the treatment from Hilda and we couldn’t be happier. She is through, very sweet, knowledgeable and overall has great positive energy.We will return.

Head spa treatment was amazing! Roy was great. It was truly relaxing. Atmosphere was beautiful, great location, friendly staff, easy to schedule.

I’m sad to be writing this review. I have been coming here for almost two years. I love my nail lady and my nails always but yesterday I experienced unacceptable behavior. I have never ever had issues paying until yesterday when one of my cards declined. As soon as that happened they didn’t schedule my next appointment, immediately were nasty and watched me until I left the store (the owner came out from the back because I was waiting for my Uber I guess they thought I was going to steal something lol!) I have been a respectful customer and feel I would not have been treated this way if I wasn’t a person of color. I don’t plan on returning. Very sad and racist establishmentFor anyone wondering yes I did pay my full amount owed and gave manicurist and pedicurist a great tip.

Headline: Truly the best nail experience Ive had in the city, and I highly recommend it!This salon is unique because its actually much more than just a nail salon, but you can absolutely come here only for your nails. The Japanese gel technique is so precise, and I felt that so much care & attention were given during my mani/pedi. I was late to my appointment, and instead of the work being rushed or sloppy, I was provided with options to tweak the services I had booked to ensure everything was completed to perfection (and it was). My fiance scheduled a message while I was doing my nails, and he highly recommends Tatjana. Hara and Martha worked on my mani/pedi, but I have to say Marthas work was exceptional. I did a single color, but I hope to come back for a design sometime. The salon also provides a wide range of other services like laser hair removal, body sculpting, and more. Ive been in the city for 3 years, and this has been by far the best experience.

A bunch of liars. Not only did they not cancel my appointment when I called them a week before my appointment, but they also charged me a no-show even though I had phone receipts showing that I called them. The receptionist doesnt do her job properly - always busy / distracted when I called. The audacity to charge $50 is ludicrous, especially if it was not my fault.

This was my first time ever getting a massage and facial but the staff made me feel heard and understood. Throughout my massage, the person was graceful and asked questions to ensure that I was comfortable. My facial was an experience I could never forget, the person was precautious and informative. Asking questions to make sure my current routine was giving me maximum hydration and glow. After the facial, I couldnt help but be thankful for her advice. Finally, my Mani/Pedi was seamless, my nails came out clean and vibrant. Also, she answered questions I had about doing a Mani/Pedi at home. Overall, the experience was amazing, definitely worth the money.

The stars are for my nail technician yesterday. She was lovely and professional. Front of house/reception is unwelcoming and unfriendly. I will likely not return based on this.

I went to Yukie for gel manicure, it’s amazing!! The manicure artist did every step very meticulously and will not recommend expensive add ons if all you want is just single color. The products they use were probably brought from Japan according to the labels. The price is super fair. They normally don’t charge tips to card but allowed me to do so because it was my first visit. I hope it will go directly to my manicure artist otherwise I would feel very terrible.

I love this place but I learned a hard lesson today. DO NOT get a french pedicure. I come here a lot bc the girls are really diligent about pedicures however today not only were my toes filed wrong (not straight across but at angles) the white lines were not all the same thickness and was also not straight bc of how she cut my toes. Ive had this person before and I like her but clearly not for a french. I even got her to redo 2 of them cuz it was just all wrong but even the redo wasnt great. Im so mad I had to pay extra for a french bc I hated how it came out.

My daughter made an appointment here over the phone a few days back for 4pm today. She had been looking forward to it as a highlight of our trip to NY. When she arrived the front desk insisted that the booking was for 12 noon. I was right next to her when she made the call, so it was definitely 4pm. She was in tears. Tonight I see YNNY has charged a no show fee of US$140 to my card. Thanks YNNY!

This is a honest review on their head spa service. I have tried other places for head spa and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience but this place was disappointing for many reasons. When you book they let you know that if you are late to your appointment you will be charged yet I came early and the person was 30 minutes late getting me for my scheduled appointment. Also the technician didnt speak english very well could barely communicate and while the massage was good there was buildup left at the front of my scalp which I didnt see until I got home. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I’m sure they do nails excellently but I came here for lash extensions and a body scrub on separate occasions and the experience were both sub par. The lashes did not look full; nor did they stay on for more than a week. The body scrub was not even 45 minutes, even though it is advertised as 45 minutes. It felt good but after the scrub, the lady turned on the water for me and that I’d be given privacy to “take my time” and shower. They don’t provide shampoo; just some random “soap” filled inside a Purell bottle. After showering for 20 minutes, the towel I was given was damp and it cleanliness was questionable because it looked like a really old and discolored towel. Then I heard a knocking and was asked if I was finished ... I mean I thought I was able to take my time and I thought I was at a Spa... I wasn’t even offered a hair dryer as I walked out with wet hair... I had to ask the receptionist if I could borrow a hair dryer... she said I could go upstairs to their hair salon... luckily the people upstairs were kind enough to let me borrow it. I don’t know why this place is even called a Spa... I did not feel relaxed at all. If you want a legitimate body scrub, go to King Spa in NJ. They will actually scrub you down and make you feel like a new born baby.

I was there this pass Sunday and I had 3 different treatments, but the facial was not great at all, she used so much pressure on my nose that was so red, witch i said ok it will go away soon, but it last me till Wednesday and now the skin is dry due to the pressure-redness.The reflexology had done many times in others places, but at this place was a first time that it was not used any cream was done dry, i guess i should have requested or say something.The massage was great with Sima :)So overall i give 4 starts to the massage

I did massages another places but never was so satisfied until i found Yukie Spa, which i will highly recommend especially Nina which is very professional.I usually don’t write reviews much but i would give 10 stars if i can and highly recommend book this place and ask for Nina.

I love this place. I use to work five minutes away from here and now I’m an hour plus away and still travel here to get services done because they are very consistent.My only call out is they hard ever answer the phone and this is the only way to make an appointment. Although frustrating I still call until I can get someone. Then all is great. :)

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was planning on going since my boyfriend had gotten me a gift certificate. Scheduling with them is the most IMPOSSIBLE feat I have attempted in my life. The difficulty in finding an appointment time was causing me to grey! If you are a millennial with a fast paced life then stay away or be subtext to the $40(!!!) cancellation or change policy.I have to add, this is not a knock on their spa/nail services, but rather the customer service. Unfortunately due to scheduling I never had my appointment.

DONT EVEN GO FOR THE MANI/ PADIMy first time here was a disappointment. The woman who was doing my manicure cut my finger and caused it to bleed. I was not able to continue with the manicure as I wanted a light colour on my nails and my nail was still bleeding.Terrible experience. My toes were smudged the second I got home and shellac nails started chipping. When I called to ask them if they would fix it - they wasted so much time denying anything like this could ever happen. Awful service - wont be returning and warning my friend against the place.

I used to come here all the time about a year ago. Went back again a few months ago and after a couple of days, my gel extensions actually PEELED off. I emailed them explaining what happened and Julie, one of the receptionists who I LOVE explained to me they got a different type of gel and that I could come back for a new pair, this time free, and they would use a different gel. I come back, willing to pay for a new set (because it had been a couple of weeks and I was meeting with a different nail technician) with high hopes yesterday and only an hour ago, yet another one of my gel extensions broke! I havent done anything between today and tomorrow that would loosen or weaken them. 2 stars because they used to be amazing, but my last two experiences have been extremely disappointing.

This has been my go to place for wax for years (Hilda and Karina are amazing) but this review is not about them or waxing, it’s about laser and Lisa that does the laser services.I always wanted to do laser on a few areas of my body and the girls at the front desk kindly set up a package for me. I went on Saturday for my first session and the experience was just terrifying. Lisa started with my underarms and I don’t think I ever experienced so much pain in my entire life! She burnt my skin and claimed she had the intensity level on the highest! Why??!!! I kept asking why does it hurt so much? I’ve been to other laser places for underarm laser and the machine used was super high tech, they put some type of gel or cream on the area I guess so it wouldn’t hurt as much and it was completely painless. With Lisa it was the complete opposite! First the machine she uses looks like it’s more than 20 years old. Extremely loud sounds like an old washing machine. She doesn’t put anything on the area and it’s extremely extremely painful! I was in so much pain I told her to stop and that I didn’t want to continue with the other areas. I was shaking, I couldn’t even speak. It was that bad! If you are looking to get laser DO NOT GO THERE! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

DO NOT get a facial here. I arrived with a few blackheads and left with ugly bumps. The therapist asked if she could lance my skin and when I said I had social plans and didn’t want anything I couldn’t cover with makeup, she proceeded to leave me with bumps that even the receptionist and other therapists agreed were bad. The manager was not in and there was no attempt to fix the situation.I was then made to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled pedicure. All in all, a poor experience.

I came here for the signature European facial with Karina. She was amazing and well informed on the skin industry. She explained each part of the process and helped me understand which products would help my skin. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Mina was awesome. She really took the time to achieve my desired results. This is a prime location spot! Near Sephora, Bloomingdales etc. Lovely bathroom and kind receptionist. Try to miss the rush and its by appointment only. They do take debit and cash for payment and tips.

Located in Midtown Manhattan Yuki Natori is probably the best Japanese style nail salon in NYC! They recently moved to a new location on 56th street with a beautiful waiting area (even a bar!!). You can sip some wine, tea or coffee while getting beautified. I have been going for a few years and can’t think about going anywhere else! Mina is my favorite, she does a great job and is super sweet and patient

Reception girl Rose is highly not nice and rude, it make me very uncomfortable to be there, call there and ask any questions! Mani gel flies off in 1.5 weeks! Always i had some problem with changing my mani girl with who I have the appointment! Just change without ask me! I have finished coming, because the last time, I again received another mani girl, with whom I did not have appointment! It’s very annoying

I called them twice to make the appointment but they just hanged on the phone to make me wait, I waited more than 2 mins but they are seemed to forget making me wait.I hanged up and called again after a while but they repeated to make me hold the phone again…I had to ask why not the person who catch the phone just take reservation for me. SHE said she was being busy…. I’m also busy to make the phone call and wait!If she was busy to answer the phone call, just don’t catch the phone call, or tell me when to call back! It was very rude to take my time hanging on the phone!

We were even able to recognize some exclusive, high-quality French products. My wife opted for a facial and I opted for a massage.Massages are carried out on the lower floor in absolute calm. It was Karina who performed the service for me and she took all my requests into account. Massage pressure, areas to favor, etc. A pure moment of happiness.I highly recommend this wellness salon!

My reservation was canceled 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The reason is that the stylist doesnt come. Im sorry.Worst experience ever. Canceled off the reservation because the stylist did not show up.
