The best smoke shop in New York!! I live in Williamsburg … I go all the way uptown to get what I need. The selection is unbelievable!! Whatever you’re looking for , you will definitely find it @ SMOKE N VAPE

They sell Vapes but they dont sell vape juice. Pointless. I understand some flavors are illegal in New York but they could at least sell a tobacco flavor. The people are nice and the store is clean.

Let’s start with the fact that the shop is gorgeous, well-stocked, and immaculate. If you need it, they got it or they’ll get it. Secondly, the customer service is top shelf, bar none. Once you’re a customer you’re family and you’ll always see a friendly face welcoming you back. Lastly, it’s right off the A train, super convenient and safe neighborhood. If you vape in NYC this is the only place you need.

They are super friendly the answer every question you ask in reference to different products that you might be interested in. They never try to rush you out.

This is a store where you can’t leave unsatisfied, it just isn’t possible. From daily essentials to personal preference, they have it. If this store was missing anything that would be beverages. What smoker at a smoke shop wouldn’t like to grab a drink while stopping by? Overall the store is great, the merchandise is great ..try it out!

I bought a hookah from here and they left the hose out of the bag. It was a special hose with a snake head that I couldnt find anywhere else. When I called, a manager promised he would drive to meet me to give me the hose because I lived too far to go back to the store. Every day that past there was a new excuse of why he could not come meet me.When I bought the hookah I asked the salesman why there was a difference in price of two very similar hookahs and his only answer was the quality. But was is the smoke quality or the way the hookah parts are made? He didnt know. He was not very knowledgeable. I had to make the decision myself and I had to get on a step ladder to take it down. And when I asked about a coconut shell coal I never heard of his answer of why is it better was once again the quality.The hookah began to fall apart after three uses. I even had to use tape to close gaps of air because the base did not attach to the stem correctly. Complete waste of $100.Overall they broke a promise and I had to call everyday for a week until I gave up. The hookah had poor quality and they are not knowledgeable about their products. I will never shop here again.

My favorite vape shop Ive been too. The workers are very knowledgeable about all of the products. Reasonable prices and all sorts of parts and accessories. Best of all the guy that works in the evening has fixed 3 separate vape devices for me and gave me parts to fix 2 other ones at no charge at all. 5 stars all the way.

These Arabs want to rip you off horribly. you want the real vaping experience with the pros wholl even teach those who want to start vaping to go to Beyond Vape 4084 Broadway near the old Taco Bell at West 172nd Street, much friendlier experience and the staff there offer you to try Vape mods/samples of expensive mods, perfect for the cloud/flavor chasers and a library full of all juices.
