Good Guy Vapes at The Henley - Soho

I have to say after downloading the yelp app I see that good guy vapes on 22 Cleveland pl in New York is not added and this particular review is for that location. I am a frequent customer of this establishment s8nce it was called Henleys and for the most part the services and staff are cool. But just recently I wanted to purchase a device called the Reverent and I didnt even have this device 2 weeks before it began to give me problems, and this is after I went through so much from one of the staff there just to purchase the damn thing, and now its defective, nah this is crazy. I have spent so much money at this establishment to be treated as if I am a novice consumer and I intend on taking the item back and either getting a refund or replacing it with another device. Im starting to feel that if a consumer is not part of some of the staffs vaping community then youre treated differently and thats not the way to do business. But in all reality I believe that I will be taking my business elsewhere once I complete this final transaction with my device. If these people know me they would not want to disappoint me upon my return of this device. See you on the next review, and I heard they just fired an employee who I believe is an asset to the company.

Best vape shop in town. Staff knows thier stuff and are very friendly. Shop has super chill vibe, great space. Prices are ridiculous, happy hour every Tuesday 5-8pm 20%off.

Other places Ive been to have slightly better juice selection, but good guy vapes had the best hardware selection available in any store Ive visited.
