In a city where there’s a smoke shop on every corner, this is by far the best one stop shop! They have everything you can want, they keep good stock, the vibe is great and Zach is the best!

I visited this shop looking for some quality tobacco/cigars and was greeted with a very informative and polite young man named Moe. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the many different brands they carried and was happy to lend his assistance. I absolutely recommend coming to this lovely shop and enjoy a nice conversation with Moe, and they even have a lovely cat whos such a sweetheart! 5/5 stars!

Zak is amazing, honest and helpful, we got everything we need and he advised us properly, will be a returning customer for sure.

Great service, nice store. Only complaint is not much selection of glass bongs. For me, that is what I basically shop for. But good prices on disposable vapes and about average prices on everything else from what I could tell. The great customer service sets it apart tho!

.Really do not know enough about this type of store to truly critique it..But, to survive in this upscale neighborhood, they must be doing something right..Windows and doors are kept clean and uncluttered..Good lighting for merchandise viewing..Staff are personable and helpful..Thanks

Absolutely great service and selection I believe they are 24 hours which is obviously very convenient. Their prices are fare especially when you consider the neighborhood your in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I happen to work in the area and have several vape shops near where I live but find myself coming back here because of the wide selection of e-juice and other smoking accessories available.

MO is the best I had no clue about nicotine vapes and he was very helpful. I only trust him and will never go anywhere else.

They stock , e-juice, cigars, all types of rolling papers and smoking accessories. I once came here and purchased a really cool usb powered gold bar looking lighter, I have so many compliments on it people even offered me money for it, funny thing is Ive never seen it anywhere else, and sadly Smoke Zone no longer sells it. I purchased the original Pax here too many moons ago...the staff is cool. And they seem to be open pretty late.

Called early morning today so whomever was working this shift needs additional training in the product line. I was hoping he could pull a PG predominant e-liquid for me to jump in and pay for quickly. He specifically told me that ALL their e-liquids are 70%VG/30%PG. Completely inaccurate! They carry Halo Tribeca which lists PG first, which I learned by going online instead of relying on the salesman.THEN... when I got there he was visibly inconvenienced when I asked him to please get up and come onto the sales floor to help me.

As a UK vaper running out of juice. I goggled vape shops in New York. Decided to go here. Wasnt sure what to expect as other shops Id walked passed days before hand, had nothing I needed. This shop has everything a sub_ohm / rta guy needs. A full cabet of mods and tank. Loads of juice. That many I didnt know which to buy.
