This was my first visit to Harmony. I wanted to enjoy a special treat for my birthday! Great Service! Very Friendly Staff! Welcoming Decor. Both my mom and I enjoyed our massage services which included hot stones, a back sugar scrub and a face massage! Would definitely recommend!!

I started here a little over a year ago. I have many friends and family that I recommended to try the services they provide. Most of the staff has been friendly and courteous, others not so much. As an ENFJ I do not fair well with passive aggressive attitudes. I would research customer service videos and share them with the staff the owner should make the videos a requirement Interestingly as well no call from the owner.I have spent a lot of hard earned money on their services for myself as well as others. So do they really care about their clients ...?Sadly no longer a client as well as others I have recommended.

I love Harmony Spa! The customer service and professionalism is great. They made me feel like a queen for my birthday. Deanna is one of the best massage therapist. You can really tell that she loves her profession by her warm demeanor, knowledge and skillful technique.

Service was great! We were greeted with champagne and fruit. They made us feel extremely comfortable and we walked out of there feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely recommend Harmony Spa!

My husband and I had a lovely experience today at Harmony Spa! From the front office staff that greeted us, to our masseuses that took care of us, and made us feel so comfortable for our couples massage, our visit was truly relaxing! We will definitely be booking in the future!

As soon as you step into Harmony Spa, leave the chostic world outside and immerse yourself into tranquility and zen. The ambiance and soothing scents immediately starts to melt away stress and tension. Team Raj and Ty are skilled professionals. Raj is a fantastic esthetician and Ty a masseuse has incredible hands! Harmony Spa, was the perfect place to celebrate the start of my birthday!!! Harmony is definitely my new go to place for Spa treatments...

Soooooo relaxing!! I got the fix it all package with Kayla and it was absolutely flawless. Atmosphere was clean, quaint, and welcoming from the second you open the door to their suite. Kayla was so kind, professional, and personable I felt so at ease the entire time. Not to mention how relaxed I was after she was finished! Would absolutely return and worth every penny for such a great experience ❤️

Tierra provided the best massage I’ve ever had. Did the Fix It All massage for the first time, and will do it again! Also had the best facial with Kitti who did a great job on my eyebrows as well…so it looks like I actually have eyebrows!

I would like to recommend Harmony SPA to all who would like to rejuvenate . The expertise and services of massage therapists are incredible with high level of professionalism! Deanne is my favorite manage therapist . Tracy does excellent facial too!

As a first time facial client, I didn’t know what to expect, so like anyone else, I checked out a couple of videos on YouTube. I was pleasantly surprised that my facial specialist, Kitti, not only completed every step I saw on the videos, but she did them with such care. She explained every step she took and the benefits of them as well. She made me feel like a queen for the day. I would highly recommend Harmony Spa! This was an amazing Christmas gift I received from my husband. I’m excited to go back.

Harmony Spa is the ‘go to’ spa in the State. Having frequented many of the spas in the States and abroad, I find the personalisation at every visit is unique and very helpful in my anticipated spa experience. Not once in the over 5 years of monthly scheduled massage/spa visits have I been less than exceptional. With the yearly enhanced membership I find the the great variety of services available to me for massages and facials and even customised to improve strains and aches is perfect.Am 73 and going strong.

Just had my first-ever massage and it was amazing! They were super kind and welcoming and addressed all of my concerns. I didn’t want to leave! I got a couples massage for my best friend and I and we both had great experience. My friend is signing up for their membership (which sounds amazing but just not for me right now). We booked another appointment on our way out.

I recently had a “fix it all facial” by Kathy at Harmony Spa. I’ve had many facials in my time and this was, by far, the most comprehensive and best facial I’ve ever had!Everyone at the spa was so welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene. Having been welcomed with a mimosa completed the experience. I will be a regular!

Upon entering, I found it very relaxing and the person at the front desk was very cheerful and welcoming. I came in with a lot of pain in my right hip caused by sciatic pain. The massage therapist named Jessica was amazing when I left, I had almost no pain at all. She really helped me to be able to walk out without a limp its been 24 hours and I still have no pain. I will continue to come back to Harmony spa and will recommend your business to all of my friends.

Hidden Gem in Newark with a lot of little extras that make the experience better like Champagne before the massage and a headed eye mask during.Only giving 3 stars because I paid for the 90 minute fix everything and the service ended after 75 minutes. Price was close to $285.Those 15 minutes count in that price range.Update on original review*After I posted my review last week the owner called me and invited me to come in for another 90 minute fix it all massage with 30 of those minutes comped. Came in tonight and was greeted with Champagne and had hands down the best massage of my life by Jess :) Cant wait for my next appointment on the 27th. Again this place is a hidden GEM. Check it out.

As a birthday gift to my wife, I took her here for a couples massage. Everything was perfect! We are very pleased with their services and definitely will be back again! 👍🏽

I got a massage and facial. The massage was from Deana and the facial from Sam. Deana was great, very relaxing, and very considerate. The massage was deep tissue and she was very strong but still gentle on the skin so it hurt but in the best way. Sam was generous and thoughtful with the facial. She told me what she recommended for me and even helped me pick out some products I want to try and gave me a sample. Im always happier leaving the spa!

Overall such an amazing experience. The staff was great, the facility itself was easy and accessible. Such a clean and welcoming environment. The massage was 10/10 and the facial was 10/10 as well. I definitely recommend harmony spa!!

I had Covid 3 weeks ago and have not felt right since. I’m a nurse so days off are usually met with task, today I decided to take time for myself. Driving to the spa, I came down with a migraine- go figure. I really wanted to try to reschedule because I assumed it wouldn’t have been as relaxing as I wanted, so overall a waste of money. I’m so happy I kept with it. Such a relaxing 90 minutes with Kayla. I could feel her removing the headache from my neck. After, for the first time in 3 weeks- post covid- I was able to ride my peloton in the evening. I really feel like it was a reset for my body, which I’m so thankful for after 3 weeks of relentless exhaustion. As someone who has been to several Delaware spas, I will say…. It was certainly to par and I am considering the monthly membership. Thanks Kayla!

I went in using a walking stick but after my massage....; left out, not needing it. Tears of joy because I couldnt believe the results from just one visit. Deanna isnt a massage therapist, she is a healer / miracle worker. I love that feeling of calm that I get when I walk in this place, its beautiful and serene. What else??? I love the onnwers attention to her customers and the staff for being so supportively kind. Harmony Spa is the key to my Wellness Recovery! Let them be yours too. Another fantastic experience at Harmony Spa! Sam is exceptional at supporting awesome self care. She listens to all your concerns and attends to them but her knowledge and skill with massage finds the spots you didnt know needed attention. I left feeling physically better, relaxed and calmer. The front desk is consistently professional, attentive and friendly, too.

My husband had a massage today and I had a facial. Alex and Ali were both excellent. Always a pleasure visiting Harmony Spa.

I brought my daughter into see Ali for an advanced acne facial and Ali was excellent. She took the time to review the currently products my daughter was using, evaluate her skin care needs, and come up with a new plan of action for her. She was able to give her a wonderful facial and we hope for a fresh start with skin care as we enter the new year! Thank you so much Ali!

Eva was incredible. She offered incredible service for a whole body massage! Highly recommend this place as it is very clean, well managed, and has excellent service.

Absolutely lovely. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff is friendly and you get champagne or peach Bellini upon your arrival. The ambiance is so soothing and the therapists are great. I had a poor experience the 1st time I went and the owner herself made things right. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend If your looking for a much needed pamper session. You will not be disappointed

I had a fix it all massage with Tyler C. I typically prefer a female massage therapist but was pleasantly surprised. Tyler has a great touch and an intuitive approach. He knew where to apply to more pressure without me even having to tell him. He made sure I knew what to expect and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’ve probably had a 1000 massages but this was by far the best.He really went above and beyond to make it a five star spa experience. Trisha at the front desk was also super sweet and very helpful!

I have gone to this spa for massages for years. Every single massage I’ve received has been phenomenal! The staff are all so friendly, professional, and pleasant. They’re always willing to be as helpful as possible.I would highly reccomend Winnie or Ty for massages, they’re both lovely women who give excellent massages!! I’ll never go anywhere other than here for massages in Delaware

I had the most amazing experience at Harmony Spa. The thought , intention and care that went into my session was shown through everyone in the office as well as the physical environment. A very special thanks to Tyler for making my first massage so comfortable and relaxing. Ive had many massages in my day, traveled many places and experienced many difference massage therapists and I must say, Tyneisha at Harmony Spa was THE BEST. This was my first spa visit and I wasnt disappointed. HARMONY SPA was cozy and quaint. The staff was very friendly. My appointment was with Samantha. She did a really great job with my massage. I received a Himalayan Hot Stone Massage. She was very knowledgeable of the procedure and gave her best advice when needed. I left the building feeling very happy and extremely relaxed.

Had the best massage of my life today. Tyler C did a great job today and can’t wait to go back. I signed up for. Membership since I felt amazing after my massage . Harmony spa is beautiful, calming and welcoming. The staff are so nice and friendly. Looking forward to going back next month.

I had an awesome deep tissue massage from Deanna today. I was sore and tight all over when I arrived. After the massage I felt so much better. I scheduled my next massage with Deanna before I left to make sure she was available! I highly recommend Deanna at Harmony Spa!

I woke up this morning barely being able to walk to the bathroom, but after my massage with Jess I feel like a brand new person.

Harmony Spa is the go to spa. I have had many facials though the Delaware Valley. I am never taken for my true age. I have been downgraded 10-15 years. Why? My skin looks awesome 🤩 It is is the most relaxing treatment. Not only facial (fix it all) relaxing my shoulders and neck were just what was needed 💕. Thank you

Emily did a great job on my lash extensions, as well as the lash lift and tint she did last month. I have naturally straight lashes, and it’s been 8 weeks and my lash lift is holding up very well. I would definitely recommend!

Everyone was so nice from the minute we walked through the doors and told us happy anniversary. Our massage therapist Samantha and Jess were very professional and made sure we were very comfortable and very attentive. The place was nice and clean and a wonderful experience. We will be back again. It was my boyfriends first massage ever and he definitely wants to come back again. The pricing was great and even the process on the phone setting up the appointment was seem less. Thank you for making our anniversary great!!!

All I can say is, dont schedule online. Give them a call to make an appointment.I made a couples massage reservation 12/10 for my birthday 12/29. I received an email that day requesting more information (i.e. My phone number and who was joining me) to which I responded to the same day shortly after. No response but I didnt think anything of it.2 days before our scheduled massage I get a phone call stating they didnt have enough masseuses to do a couple massage, no problem just make it one person massage (it was my birthday anyway, my partner was just along for the ride)1 day before I get an email trying to confirm the couples massage... Huh?!? I call the office asking if the couples massage is now possible? Yes, someone canceled. Okay great!The NIGHT BEFORE our couples massage, I receive an email at 8:42p (after they were closed so I didnt even have the opportunity to call them) stating they didnt have my number (despite calling me to reschedule a few days before and that I called them earlier that day) and that the couples massage was canceled.To say I was disappointed my birthday plans were ruined due to their lack of communication between staff is an understatement. I cant tell you how excited I was for this massage, I was thinking about it for weeks.I wanted to give the business a chance to respond to my email voicing my disappointment but they have yet to respond and I even got a text message asking me to go VOTE for them to be BEST OF DELAWARE. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.So I write this review so someone doesnt go through a disappointment if theyre looking forward to something special on a special day and having to make last minute plans due to someone (or multiple someones) incompetence and lack of communication.

Harmony spa has an amazing atmosphere and an extremely friendly staff. I always see Sam for my massages and she is amazing! I suggest her to everyone who asks me for a massage therapist recommendation. Their prices are extremely fair and reasonable. They also offer couples massages which my and my fiancé will splurge on every now and then. I highly recommend harmony spa for all your day spa needs!!

Mimi was amazing. She helped me relax after a long stressful day at work. Her Swedish massage was so good I didn’t want to leave. My first experience with Harmony Spa was amazing and I can’t wait to book my next massage. 😊

My first visit here was okay! Very nice receptionist, and super close to my house, also My regular massage therapist had an emergency and needed to cancel so they were able to get me in which was awesome. I did the two hour Swedish massage, it was ok, i am not sure but the girl massaging me was doing a lot of odd massage movements on my arms and it did not really feel like i was getting a massage but was good when she got to my back, I scheduled the 2 hour because my back was giving me trouble and we did not spend a decent amount of time on that area (which i did ask for) as much as i would have liked, but she did great with my back massage, also she kept holding her hands infront of my nose/over my eyes which freaked me out slightly to get the aromas in my face which i never had someone hold their hands so close before so it was a little weird, also I kept asking can you increase pressure but had to continuously ask that because it would just get light again. Also you can hear people in the hallways talking and laughing while your trying to relax which was pretty distracting. I dont think the service I got was worth the money I spent, but due to their availability it was okay

My massage was amazing I would come back for that!! Facial was good. I did a body wrap that ended 15 min or a tad more early. However, I would not do that wrap again it was too warm and made me sticky to the plastic. Not great when you are in the middle of a final service, and she says, thats the timer for your wrap to end. She was very nice though .

Ive been here multiple times. Most recent visit was with Mimi. It was the first time I had a massage that wasnt relaxing to the point of falling asleep. I told her that I had done a lot of walking and need extra attention on my feet. I requested firm pressure. Mimi worked and stretched my tired muscles proving much relief. She twisted my limbs like an expert. I walked out of there without one single ache or pain. I removed one star due to the size of the room we were in. It was so small you couldnt walk around the bed without jostling it.

My Wife purchased a couples massage as a birthday gift. I had never been to a wellness spa before, and I had never gotten this kind of massage. The atmosphere of the place put me at ease right away. The receptionist was warm and pleasant. My wife and I were introduced to our massage therapists and taken to a medium sized room with two beds. The beds were warm and soft, and our therapists were extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. The hour long massage was fantastic. My muscles are still relaxed a day later! I cant recommend this place enough!

Harmony Spa is amazing. Everyone was so kind and accommodating for my massage. The staff was knowledgeable, and had such chill/calm vibes I felt no anxiety about being there: a huge plus for me. The room was beautifully set up, everything was explained thoroughly, and I was checked on periodically to ensure I was comfortable. Prices were explained ahead of time during booking and verified again prior to beginning so there were no surprises, and the staff at the front desk answered all my questions about signing up for the monthly package (which I will definitely be doing) and there was no push or hard sell to sign up, just information. Do yourself a favor and go - you are worth investing in!

Had a couples massage from a Groupon I had purchased for this spa. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Very cozy and comfortable. The massage therapists my boyfriend and I had were great and they took great care of us! We also got the sinus treatment and it really helped us both to clear out and drain our sinuses. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our massages. The owner was very nice as well and even offered us a complimentary mimosa! I will definitely be back again!

The spa is beautiful but the massage was very disappointing, particularly for the cost of the service.

I love this place, I find it so hard to relax during facials and massages but this staff is always so kind and caring. I think they genuinely care about their clientele, I’m great full to have found them, they truly go above and beyond! 💜

Update:Harmony Spa reached out and contacted me regarding our initial experience. I was surprised to see how concerned they were. A manger contacted me and offered for my husband and I to come in again for a better experience. Upon arrival, we were asked if we wanted champagne so that was already an improvement from our previous experience. We had massage therapists Jes and Tyneisha. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. They are both excellent massage therapists, highly recommend them! My husband and I told them they were the best massages we had in along time. This experience was much more pleasant all around. Thank you Harmony Spa for valuing the opinion of your clients and providing excellent customer service.Initial visit:Booked a “Couples Relaxation” package, which was described to include a scalp massage, foot massage and champagne.I did not receive a scalp massage and neither I or my husband were offered any champagne.Before the massage started my masseuse asked me if I wanted the complimentary CBD oil. This is all she asked. I specifically asked if It had harmful effects for breastfeeding mothers, to which she replied “if you’re breastfeeding you shouldn’t do it.” So I declined the cbd oil she offered. This masseuse never gave me my scalp massage, which was touted to be included in the package.When we were paying at the front desk, I explained to the employee how I did not receive the scalp massage nor were we offered any champagne. The front desk employee said “oh did you want that champagne now?” So, if we didn’t ask, then it would have never been offered? Also, no we’re not going to stay in your lobby after our massages to drink champagne.She then went and pulled the two massage therapist into a room to confirm my claim. She came back out and said “your therapist said she offered the CBd oil and scalp massage but you declined.” Why would I decline the scalp massage touted as being part of the package I booked? Also, we specifically had dialogue about the possible harm posed by CBD oil to breastfeeding moms and nothing about scalp massages.Then the front desk lady replied “well they vouched for each other, plus you’re not paying the full price for the package anyway..” So, I guess me not paying full price for a package they advertise means any future customers should not expect to get what they booked. I’m glad she was able to respond that way to a customer and view that rationalization as acceptable.Do not waste your time here. Strongly do not recommend.

Had my very first massage ever here. I did an hour couples massage with my boyfriend. This was a surprise for him and they were totally on board with surprising him, even though they needed some of his information, they just used mine other than his name. They were very professional, conversational when you wanted, and when you didnt feel like talking, it wasnt awkward. They made sure we were comfortable with the temperature, pressure, and angle of the beds. We will definitely be back for more massages! Thank you guys!!

The massage was the best massage I’ve ever had. Tyler was absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable and I could tell he genuinely loves what he does. My facial by Eva was also very nice and relaxing.

My facial at Holiday Spa exceed my expectations. The peaceful environment started my relaxing indulgence. The quality of the facial was amazing and I left feeling like a new woman. My skin is still soft and glowing a week later.

This was my very first appointment with Harmony and I had Matthew. Matt was very professional and courteous, with a lot of attention to detail. Did a fabulous job!!! Felt like I could sleep all day, didn’t want to leave. I had the Hot Stone massage and it was exceptional.

Everything was AMAZING!! All 3 of the ladys that handled my massage, body scrub, and facial know exactly what they are doing. They were very kind and everything was SO relaxing. The receptionist was also very nice. Ill DEFINITELY be back!

It is hard finding a good spa that has several services, with an excellent staff, that uses the best products and offers great pricing. I am so glad I came to Harmony Spa. They use one of the best products in the market and this was another reason why I came here! They offer lots of different specials for all services. Going back in March!

But the owner reached out to me personally and honored the code price and set me up for a time that wasnt months out. Had an amazing first time experience, that felt like cloud 9. Great massage! I was in town for an event and treated my cousin to a massage as well and she loved it! I forgot the names of our masseuses but mine was a young, handsome African American man with glasses. He was AWESOME! My cousin only had great things to say about her massage as well. Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be revisiting and requesting the same masseuse.

This place is amazing! I had the most incredible facial with a peel and red light therapy by Corrianna! She was fantastic and knew exactly what my was lacking and provided a customized treatment. Great place. I highly recommend this spa. I purchased a couples massage via Groupon. We made an appointment for Friday evening.The Spa is located in an office building and is decorated nicely with comfortable furniture and cool Buddha decorations. The Lighting is dim and the people at reception are very professional and their vibe is similar to Doctor’s office.You have to complete a medical assessment before the massage which is quite normal.We did not wait more than 5 minutes.We were taken back a narrow hallway to a couples massage room with two beds. We changed and got into the two very comfortable massage beds. We each had a therapist. Both were fantastic! I had a more relaxing massage while my partner had a Swedish. I added a lime scalp treatment which was heavenly. He had a foot scrub which he said was great.We left feeling very relaxed but energized. We very quickly determined we would be back.In fact, we are going again on Saturday.

I Went here for a massage and facial on my birthday. Atmosphere was on point, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When there was a slight delay between services, I was kept informed, and was also informed that the delay would not cut into my time at all. Each and every staff member went above and beyond. The massage therapist Ty was so kind and professional. The aesthetician was also kind, gentle, and the utmost professional. I actually woke myself up snoring during my facial! Absolutely 5 star treatment.

My fiancé and I came here today for a couples massage for our anniversary. We are both very pleased with our experience. Samantha and Lauren are both great massage therapists and catered to our different needs. We will definitely be return clients!

Where to begin? Nobody answered the phone to help me set up an appointment, which was fine because they have a text line to do so which was convenient enough. I requested a couples massage and they quoted me $130 knowing that I was not a new client, but when they called me the day of the appointment to “confirm some details,” everything changed. They told me I was given the price for a singles massage and that the revised rate would be $260. They would not honor the discounted Groupon rate for a couples massage either because I am a returning customer, even though my significant other is a new client and they messed up my booking (which was all backed up by text, so it was clear they made a mistake). Not only did they double the price, but the girl on the phone sounded like she was falling asleep and disoriented and was extremely difficult to get any information out of. The manager had to interrupt her in the middle of speaking because she was clearly having a hard time explaining the simplest of details. I was nice about it and didn’t push the issue on the phone, but the more I think about it, the more appalled I am. Maybe some people won’t care about these kinds of issues and will think it won’t happen to them, but this massage was all I had to look forward to all week and what I experienced today with the staff was a letdown, an embarrassment when I said I couldn’t pay the $260, and a really deep-rooted issue with their customer service. I am very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. And I would suggest that if good customer service is something you value, you may want to think twice before making an appointment here

I am such a penny pincher that it had been years since I treated myself to a massage, until I found Harmony Wellness Center. They have monthly specials that get posted on their website, and after seeing what was available at some great prices I couldnt resist. Im so glad I went! Not only was I not stressing about the cost, but the service was really wonderful. Ive never had a pedicure that included a back massage before, what a treat! I will definitely be returning. :)

This Spa is absolutely AMAZING! The owner Kathy is such an amazing person! Excellent & friendly staff! I get monthly facials and it is hands down the best spa I have been to! If you are ever in Delaware you have to stop and get any of their awesome services! The FACIALS are absolutely wonderful and you leave so relaxed, glowing and like a brand new person without a care in the world. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND and the prices are super affordable!

My first facial microdermabrasion and it was amazing! Samantha was wonderful and I had a relaxing time while making my facial stress fade away. Loved the way my skin felt dewy and refreshed after the treatment. Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

My wife and i had appointments there last week.We were very pleased with our entire experience .We went with complaints of back pain that i am sure was stress related.From the minute we entered we were greeted pleasantly and cheerily. We were offered tea or water then ushered in quite promptly.Our massages with the therapists were extremely professional and effective and we left very relaxed.The visit is well worth it and affordable. We would recommend it to anyone.

The staff at Harmony is amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable about all skin types and use an organic skincare line. They have even remidied skin conditions that my dermatologist couldn’t fix. I bring my 16 year old too. The teen facial, plus their practical skin care tips, have been very helpful. They’re prices are great and the atmosphere is clean and tranquil. Im a Harmony Spa regular. I found them on Groupon about a year and a half ago and was fully impressed by my esthetician Eva. So much so that I immediately purchased a Groupon for my Mom who echoed all my sentiments and later bought a Groupon for her girlfriend. As a person who firmly believes in treating yourself I love getting massages and facials. Sometimes youre met with hostility when you present a coupon (just the nature of the biz); what I got at Harmony was immediate appreciation, genuine concern and attention to my specific skin care needs, and an environment that just begs for a return visit. The owner, Kathy, makes herself available to all her clients and is diligent in making sure they are appreciated and taken care of from booking to exit. She makes herself available off hours and is open and receptive to all feedback. Ive written several reviews for them for various services but today was my first Fix it All Facial and I have already told several close friends (and of course my Mom) about how ridiculously impressed I am at the results. It was an experience that I feel most celebrities have come to take for granted. Ive been to many spas and paid incredible prices for services that I did not 100% buy into. Everything they have recommended to me Ive tried and committed to (almost immediately). I dont feel that quality has to equate to how much you pay. In fact, Im usually let down when I pay a ridiculous amount of money and leave with that feeling that Im a nameless face with a credit card. Im considered the coupon queen amongst my friends and family and I had to tell them all to stop going to places I recommended in the past because Harmony Spa is the only place where you will get the most quality for your money, and the best customer service no matter your age, or tax bracket. My profession is Customer Experience so Im a blunt but fair critic. The facial I got today is worth $169, but I didnt even pay half that (and no, I didnt use a Groupon). The membership pricing and services will literally leave you feeling like theres a catch (but im almost 2 years in... theres definitely not one). They simply do great work and love having satisfied customers. Im greeted with a smile, a mimosa (perks of being a member), and a tranquil environment where I either leave feeling completely rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of my day.... or so zen (aka relaxed... aka lazy) that I skip the to-do list and pick up take-out on the way home (because Im worth it). I cant rave enough about my Eva - she truly cares about her work (you can tell by her skin), and it was apparent in that first visit- I told her Im keeping you and the rest is facial history. Ive got my Mom hooked and bonafide with her own membership and shes a cosmetic professional herself so that was not an easy sell. Were talking about your body and your skin... everyone wants to look their best and I have friends that were genuinely afraid of judgement, ridiculous pricing, or adverse reactions. I have no trepidation when someone ask me for a good masseuse or esthetician. If youre a brand new spa customer- definitely find them on Groupon (or call to inquire about their internal promotions because sometimes their pricing is even better) and book an appointment. If youre a returning customer, share your experience so their place in our community is solidified. If you think youre completely satisfied with your current spa, do yourself a favor and give Harmony Spa a test drive. I guarantee youll either save money, be converted, or both. We have been doing couples massages here for a few years and we keep coming back. They have a members program that is absolutely worth the price if you are looking to go more than once a month. Love the atmosphere and the staff. Highly recommended!!

I really enjoyed the massage I got here. The atmosphere was nice. Only complaint I had was I had an appointment but ended up having to wait a half hour but the staff was courteous and apologized, having mistakenly messed up my appointment time. To me, the massage was what I needed to get back on track. Would definitely go back

***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND***I have had many massages over the years and I have to say I have never been in so much pain after one. The massage therapist said he had a hard hand and in the beginning of the massage I asked if he could go with less pressure, it was still very hard pressure and I was visibly not relaxed or enjoying my massage mid way through I asked again if he could use less pressure and again it was as if he was taking all his frustrations out on my back. I had a restless night of trying to fall asleep due to my back muscles being so sore.I also had a facial today, which was terrible and felt very rushed. I waited in the room for 20 minutes before anyone came in. Then She just started rubbing things on my face without even talking with me first or looking at my skin.( please note I also never filled out any type of paper work regarding facial treatments either) I had never had a facial here before but I know you need to ask if I have any face sensitivity or at least allergies but no right into what they call a “facial”. She applied multiple scrubs to my face for an unknown reason, I know from facials in the past that scrubs when used incorrectly can be harmful for the facial skin but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She didn’t ask if I wanted steam and just placed the steam machine in my face for what seemed like forever. it was getting hard to breath and I felt like my face was burning off. She didn’t even preform an extractions or ask if I wanted any, then out of no where she said “ok all done” and left, I looked at the clock and it hadn’t even been an hour.And the worst part was it was my birthday and my mom planed a spa day for the both of us and she had never been and I was excited to show her my favorite spa. But it was a huge disappointment and I was so embarrassed for saying this was a wonderful spa. My mothers facial was rushed as well we started at the same time and she was done before I was, on top of it the woman doing her facial made a comment about her wrinkles and made her feel self conscious, which is so upsetting.I have been to harmony spa multiple times and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I will not return. I felt rushed and unwelcome and I’m just very disappointed.

I called today 4/21/2021 to redeem a Groupon voucher for a couples massage for my wife and I. I was on the phone with Ashley and she asked if my wife or I had ever been there before. I explained that it was my first time and that my wife had been there before. She then informed me that the voucher was only for first time users. I mentioned to her that there is no mention of that on the voucher. In fact what the voucher says is “ Not valid for clients active within the past 12 month(s). “ She said that they have told Groupon about this numerous time and again affirmed that the voucher is only for first time users regardless what it says on the voucher. I asked for a refund and she said she would contact the Groupon customer service rep after getting my voucher number. This is completely misleading to the consumer who is not only unaware, but there is no mention of it in the voucher.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.Shame on both Harmony Spa and Groupon.

That was my first time here. It was really good . I had a swedish massage . Jenn was really professional , i was having some discomfort and pain in the shoulder and neck area , I felt way better right away by the time she was done and much relaxed and less tension in my shoulders . Definitely coming back for more sessions

I got a Groupon to visit Harmony Spa for a facial and a massage. The first thing I noticed was all of the measures they take to be eco friendly. They have reusable form and microfiber cloths in the bathroom. I was blown away by how amazing the massage was. I had Pristina, who has experience in chiropractic massage and she found every knot in my body! My body was in pain for 2 days after but it was the best kind of pain and I felt so much better after the massage. I am currently booking my next massage with her! The only con to the massage was the lotion that was used, it didnt feel very hydrating. Maybe something more oil based would be better?My facial was okay. I got the Aqua Glo with Corianna. I felt that she spent a lot of time trying to upsell me which I didnt love. I tried a peel to see if it would help me acne scars but I havent noticed much of a difference. The actual service was pretty standard and she was very friendly!

I always have lower back pain, I always thought was just a part of getting older. I also have been getting migraines more frequently, with my most recent on Tuesday. I have been getting massages for a few years now from different places and all have been great but today was a whole other level. I had an appointment with Pristina that works at Harmony Spa and OMG I have no lower back pain anymore. The massage was intense and she warned me it would be but that it would worth it. She was amazing. I didnt mention I got migraines, just headaches, but as soon as she touched my neck she said she was surprised that I didnt get migraines, which I told her I actually did. I walked out of there feeling lighter. I didnt know this is how you are actually supposed to feel. I cannot believe how wonderful Pristina was and I highly recommend her and this amazing business!

Bought a groupon which said that it could be used for customers who had not received service in the past 12 months. Despite me mentioning that I had a groupon when I booked the appointment, they refused to accept it and said it was because I was not a new customer. She said that I must have not mentioned the groupon when I booked my appointment but I did. What happened to decent customer service. So the language on groupon differed than what was on their website. So I had to pay for the higher services. Hopefully will refund me because I will never be going back. All of this happened on my Birthday.Reply to response: I actually purchase my groupon after I scheduled my appointment but I told you on the phone when I booked my appointment that I had a groupon. I understand your frustration and need to protect your image but I would not have purchased the groupon if you had told me that it was not accepted on the weekend. Instead of just apologizing you guys are lying. My boyfriend was in the room when I booked the appointment. I would not have come on the weekend if it would not have qualified. I also would not have purchased the Groupon if I was not eligible to redeem it but you did not say this when I booked my appointment. Thank you for the $10 discount but I would have preferred better customer service instead. I left a $80 tip prior to learning that you would not accept my Groupon. So I think your staff was more than well compensated for my services. If you dont like Groupon you need to find alternate formats to advertise your business. I supported a small business by purchasing the Groupon. Thankfully Groupon did refund my money.

Sam did a great job my only feedback is that at times as peaceful as it was the clinking of the cryo sticks in the sink for example and other noises disrupted the relaxation of the massage. That was a detraction.

Harmony Wellness has thought of everything; lockers, robes/slippers, tea, relaxing music, and excellent & respectful massage therapists. As a recent cancer survivor, my experience was less than subpar. Im a committee member and represent the American Cancer Society, as well as Living Beyond the Pain Cancer Foundation. The heating system malfunctioned and my guest along with myself was not given prior notice. I paid for the top package, and received low service. A portable space heater was brought into a cold climate room. My massage was interrupted because my nose began to run due to the temperature in the room. The table was warm, but the product and room were very cold. My body cringed everytime I was touched because the massage cream was so cold. Relaxation was never experienced, because I struggled to keep my body temperature warm. Lunch was made available in a cold kitchen. Once again, the same portable heater was used to warm the room. I was told after my session, that the business was having issues with the heating system in the building. The staff also stated that they were cold as well. My guest and myself should not have had to pay for a heating system malfunction, or business issue. I have not heard from Kathy Nowrey in regards to compensation. I shared my total experience with the General Manager, Lisa Dalton who thanked me for sharing but stated we cant refund any money. Lisa also stated the owner is away for pleasure and you can write whatever review you want in a nonchalant demeanor. I shared my story with her of beating the odds of cancer, and that this was to be a manner in which I celebrated and that my time means everything to me. Lisa stated again the owner will not return any money and handed me her business card. I will commit to making sure that no one else endures such treatment by notifying every former Cancer Survivor I know, business owner, those that partner with me, the fb community, friends, family, the Divine 9, and my extensive Ig following, to inform them of the lack of care rendered for a $550 Service. I left Harmony well spa in worst condition than I came. I felt cold in my body, tensed, stressed, sad, felt a cold coming on, hands cold, feet cold, and just a total disregard and disrespect for customer service. The masseuse was tipped because she did her best to try to warm the room. I am a woman of character and asked to speak with the owner and was told that she was away on pleasure. This establishment is one that lacks customer service, and even worst, empathy for those who have endured their battle with Cancer, and value their hard working dollar. The visit was to be part of a celebration for beating the odds and celebrating life. I promise to do my best to share this story! Problems occur, but more importantly, its how they are handled. Lias Dalton and Kathy Nowrey, life has a way of settling wrongs without asking permission from you. I promise to speak to your character, if you do whats right. If not, youll both answer to Karma!! I recently purchased a package on Groupon as a Birthday gift that their establishment decided not to honor on the day I chose because they are running their own Fathers day specials this week. Now normally the rule is if restrictions apply it should be listed...I assure you there were none listed. Most definitely poor customer service as well as horrible business ethics. They should communicate and clarify if they only honor on their chosen days, I assure you it was not clarified or listed for that matter. One dissatisfied customer should be more than enough to rethink their business practices.

I purchased a Living Social deal after a co workers provided a recommendation. I called to make an appointment, and was told that Living Social deals are only honored Monday-Wednsday, which was in no wise indicated in the fine print. However, they did agree to refund me. I guess I should be grateful for the refund.

I called today and I asked for an apportionment, as soon as I said the word Groupon it all went down hill. Now theres a black out period for Groupons until after the 06/16. Ive been trying to get an appointment here for three months already and every time I call or text its always something. Last month it was because of mothers day and I had to wait after the 05/26. Now this black out until after 06/16. Not sure why theyre on Groupon if there is always something going on and to top it all off my voucher expires the 06/14. I just feel sorry for my husband that wasted his money and I wasted mines because I gave my sister on for mothers day. Lesson Learn...

The facial was great, my skin felt wonderful afterward. I had dermaplaning for the first time also. So I may not be a good judge of what should have been done. But I expected it to be my whole face, and the dermaplaning was only around my jaw line, my nose and above my eye brows. But not my forehead. I was excited about my chin, forehead and cheek bones being done but it didnt happen. I went with a Groupon, so I will have to go somewhere else an pay full price to see the difference, and there may be none, but I will see. But the facial was great. I would go back.

I do not recommend this place to anyone at all, they are totally unprofessional, rude customer service and dishonest.Ive been waiting for over a month for my appointment and then on the day of my appointment they called me to cancel the appointment after I already scheduled the day off from work. And the lady was like: you have been to our office a year and a half ago and we cannot accept your Groupon deal . That was a total waste of my time and my money.The lady who spoke to me was very unprofessional and rude and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone else do not waste your time.

Was really looking forward to trying this place out, but unfortunately they play games with their Groupons. I bought a couples massage for my husband and I in hopes to use it on our Anniversary, instead they just wasted my time and money. They do not put their fine print stipulations on the Groupon site when you buy it, you have to search through their personal website to find out the stipulations, which to me isnt right...and equates to false advertising. No one is forcing them to do Groupons, if they dont want to dont...its a way to get costumers to try out your company for the first time....but all it did was put a bad taste in my mouth because of the games they play in order to use it.

I took my mother to get a massage and a facial. She is fascinated. They did an excellent job and great customer service. The attention to details, the Cleanliness was excellent Highly recommend this spa.

I would seriously suggest not to go over there just because they dont help you once they messed up with your skin,dnt know what kind of products they use,and she used an old razor for dermabrasion...not safe at all... once they messed up and when you complain they will say”contact with your dermatologist “ i mean really😳

I am confused. It seems like I ordered the dermaplaining facial and got just a basic facial. Without knowing the detail of what I ordered and what happened, I’m disappointed. Please make sure you know what to order and go over what is happening beforehand.

Employees are so very nice and the service is excellent. Pristina worked out my painful kinks and Kathys facial was wonderful. They are the best!

I had the most horrible experience ever ......The masseuse was excellent for me and my husband the owner/manager horrible very unprofessional screaming and hollering no communication within the office I had to wait over a week to get a couples massage because they have very little staff had this lady called me back to set it up with the pay arrangements from Groupon etc. and when I got my services there was still many discrepancies after speaking to the owner prior to my massage I wouldnt recommend this to anyone to ever go there again the owner /manger is a raving lunatic
