NEWARK MINI MART & DELI

I went to the Newark Deli located at 105 W. UNION ST NEWARK NY 14513 ON June 1st 2024 for the grand opening the food was made fresh to order and everything was delicious. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there its a hidden gem. They have great food, great prices and they also have a meal donation wall with post it notes with positive comments and quotes with donated meals written on the back for people who are in need in these rough times.The customer service was wonderful. I would give a 10/10 across the board.

I havent been to the deli part of the store so I dont know how it is run but DO NOT give them your card on the smoke shop side of the store. The first time I bought from here, the woman was very nice and very helpful. I had no issues, I spent 34.56$. The 2nd time there was a man I gave my card to, didnt check my bank account, I spent $34.56. I didnt realize until a month later when I bought something else and happened to look in my account that I had been charged a separate $54.00 on the same day. The third time I bought from them I spent $15 and was charged a total of $52.92. All charges showed up as SRV SERVICES LLC. Its a really nice store, the prices are reasonable and its helpful that they stay open later but one or more employees are fine with taking advantage of customer trust. Since it happened on more than one occasion I can only assume that its happened to more people.

Place is awesome, always have what I need. The deli makes some awesome sandwich’s me and my coworkers definitely enjoyed.

I bought one of their fake Gucci bags, I asked the store clerk if they were good quality because I’ve had bad experiences before and she assured me they were better quality than most but the strap ripped after a couple days, for $85 I’d figure it would last longer than a couple days, it fell right off my shoulder the second time I use it. I’ve called and left a voicemail hoping they’d make it right with amount I spent but nothing. I do highly suggest not to buy any of their fake designer stuff because it’s very poor quality for the amount you spend. Would’ve been nice to get a call back or anything, especially when that’s not the only thing I bought, afraid to even use any of it now. I work in customer service and your customers are your bread and butter, should’ve at least contacted me.

This is THE PLACE in Newark ! Great deals on all your smoking needs! Lots of other cool stuff!Good friendly staff. People give Nick a hard time for not being talkative. But when I walk out of that place, Ive gotten the best deal for my money than I get anywhere else! Thanks Nick! Respect!

Hello so I bought a vape on 1/29/24 and after that my mothers bank card was hacked and then again on 1/30/24 my cash app card also got hacked by the card machine to pay, we are not happy about any of this

Got some bud for my grandpa from the V&T store in Newark. They had signs outside saying that they were caught with untested bud but the owner Teeassured me he had something good. The bud ended up putting my grandpa in the hospital and they later found out that it was laced. They need to be shut down. They are going to seriously hurt someone 😡😡😡

Staff team is great much respect to them and the owners been in a million times and they never did me wrong 10/10

The guy that works the counter is so rude, never greets you, has no manners. Really seems miserable to be there. Dont think Ive ever seen him smile. Has the Im better than you attitude. Definitely sticking to the other smoke shops in the area. If you dont like your job, stay home. Today was my last day in there after my 4th visit and still the same rude customer service. 1/7/23

I just moved from Rochester to Newark. This place rocks! They take care of me on every visit. Highly recommended

I have to give it a 3 star even though I don’t want to. I love the store and products and have to say overall quality of the product is great. The 3 star rating comes from me purchasing a device that failed to work properly and then died (vape) I spoke to several employees each time I stopped by showing them the broken device. They would tell me to speak to this one that one. So I kept humble but I now have spoken to everyone who works there and I was finally told to come back tomorrow and we will have a answer???? I’m here now like??? I use to work in a private company selling merchandise and customer satisfaction is everything. It’s $30 about what I spent, I work hard for my money and shouldn’t have been made to have to say something to Everybody that works their as I’m coming in to spend more money. Lesson learned I guess
