I received a deep tissue massage from Morgan, and it was easily one of the best Ive ever received. I work with animals and do a lot of heavy lifting -- I have a ton of tightness in my neck and shoulders. It was like Morgan was following a map of all the cranky spots in my shoulders, addressing each of them with various pressure and techniques. In fact, Morgan even located a few areas that needed love that I wasnt even aware of yet! I can breathe deeply again and have more mobility in my neck and shoulders. Already looking forward to our next appointment!

Thats exactly how she made me feel - just wanted to hang out with her.Austin did an amazing job on my hair - from the cut to haircare to color, he executed my vision perfectly. Its like he knew what I wanted before I knew that 😊 My favorite hair appointment ever. Definitely found my place!And then Taylor who waxed my brows was so knowledgeable and friendly and made them look so nice and natural!The whole experience here felt like a vacation- awesome stuff and such a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t say enough about the quality of this place! From the moment you enter the door you are treated like a friend! The staff is 5 star!! I had my hair and makeup done there for my wedding and the stylists went above and beyond is every aspect possible! I even got dressed there and the staff helped me get tied into my dress! Emily, Kaitlin and Cherish is who I’ve worked with there and they are incredible! I can’t sing their praise enough!

Just wanted to start by saying that I have had multiple 5 star experiences at Bellezza but this time fell a bit short as my deep tissue massage left more to be desired. Morgan was extremely sweet, some constructive criticism I have would be that the massage didnt feel very personalized to my anatomy/musculature and physical needs- pressure was light to medium and her technique was a lot of upward brushing and up and down scrubbing with her knuckles over very broad areas. With a deep tissue massage, I look forward to deeper pressure targeted towards working the knots in my muscles. This was more of a relaxation massage, which can be great, but when youre anticipating some relief it can be kind of a let down. Another thing would be offering a bolster to help body positioning, by the end of the massage my back was hurting pretty bad. I think they just have one massage therapist right now, but I would definitely try another therapist if they got one because I really enjoy Bellezza.

Facial with Olivia was amazing! Definitely recommend her and also Devon for your hair needs.

Emma was great. Very thorough on my eyebrow and chin wax. Graciously answered questions concerning facial services.

I can’t say enough great things about this salon & spa. Book any and all your appointments here, you wont be disappointed.As a wedding anniversary gift, my husband gave me a very generous gift card and I enjoyed every second. Our close friend, Melissa at the front desk helped my hubby with the surprise gift. Taylor gave me a hair cut and listened to my goals for the health of my hair. She taught me how work with the natural waves and curls and was just a joy to talk with. The head massage while I was getting a shampoo and conditioner was heaven. Next was a full body massage and Morgan was a pure magician. I was experiencing some slipping ribs and had been to my chiropractor the day prior. I let Morgan know and she paid special attention to that area in my back and always checking in to make sure the pressure wasn’t too hard for me. Lastly I booked an appt for a mani/pedi with Shelbi. We started with customizing my pedicure with picking out a scent for the scrub and lotion which was phenomenal. If you’re someone who doesn’t like a heavy or overpowering scent like I am, that was very helpful. The foot mask with warm towels and the collagen foot socks left my feet so soft. I tried something new for my flexible nails, a structure gel manicure. They are very strong and don’t feel heavy and thick like dip powder in my opinion. The process is more tedious and Shelbi paid great attention to detail. They had my favorite red gel polish for my toes/fingernails and I’m completely obsessed.Everyone I met at the salon was very polite and happy to be there. It’s a gorgeous building and you feel relaxed the second you walk in. Again, thank you Bellezza and I can’t wait to come back!

From the first phone call through the check-out process every moment was a pleasure. Sidney (sp?) was a wonderful nail tech, the ambiance was idyllic and there were so many colors to choose from! I’m only in town for work but if I ever come back I will be looking to make an appointment again! I wish it was near where I live!

My favorite salon!! For the longest time I had such a hard time finding a stylist I liked and could see me regularly; Now I go here for hair, eyelashes, and nails. Prices are fair and workers are always respectful and on time.

I love coming to Bellezza. Austyn is the only person I trust to do my hair, he’s patient and always helpful.I’ve also had my makeup done by Taylor Eveland for a friends wedding and she was so friendly and did a great job.Adelaide gave me a spray tan for my friends wedding, the first one I’ve ever had. I was nervous and she made the experience great and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time.

Maria and Austyn are amazing. I did a wedding hair trial several months before my wedding and then the day-of Maria and Austyn did beautiful work on myself and five bridesmaids. I could tell it was their top priority to make sure we were happy. They did not bat an eye when asked to discuss and tweak aspects of our do-s!

I scheduled a nail appointment well in advance for my daughter to get a pedicure for her Junior Prom. The day of the appointment (which was the day before her prom) they cancelled the appointment and offered no solution to get her in before her prom (they were booked because there are three other proms happening the same weekend). All other places in town are booked. The most disappointing part is that they didnt even care or offer any help. So, they have definitely lost our business.

The stylist was very inexperienced and should have been monitored by an experienced Stylist. The color did not cover my gray roots and the cut was terrible. I should have gone back and got a refund of $90. An experienced stylist at another salon Fixed my color and cut! Unfortunately, you lost a client who has her hair done every 4 weeks, brows and pedicure.

Excellent experience, definitely coming back for another session. Stylist was very nice and intuitive when it came to the outcome of my haircut.

10/10 would highly recommend!! I went in today for a Brazilian wax and Kate C went above and beyond. I’ve been to another salon for the same service and it was night and day different compared to Bellezza. Kate explained everything she was doing along the way and made sure to confirm exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and professional and I will definitely be back!

I have received 2 amazing pedicures by Madi. She is amazing! Her attention to detail and her kindness can not be beat! I have my spring pedicure scheduled !

We scheduled an appointment for 2 aromatherapy massages for Saturday, Nov 19, 2022. Upon arrival we were told that our appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday. I informed them that we have confirmation for todays service. The young lady with braces sitting at the front desk was very rude! Had a nasty attitude and basically called me a liar about the appointments we scheduled for this day. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend this place due to the customer service!!!

I was excited to find a full service day spa and was looking forward to using many of their services. I was tired of driving all the way to Kenneth’s. I was concerned when the app did not let me select the level of stylist, as I always select the highest skill, but I went ahead and booked a cut and brow wax. I was concerned when I saw how young my stylist was but they already charged a fee when I made the appointment and the place was nice, I let her cut my hair. Big mistake. Not only did my wax get canceled because she took so long but I was butchered. I had long hair and took a photo of what I wanted, a short to mid length layered cut. My hair is so short and choppy there is nothing I can do but where a hoodie and cry

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I am not one to complain to a business after receiving a service, however I thought it over more and wanted to share my experience because I spent a lot of money. Last year around this time, I went to Nikki who gave me the Bella Eyes package and she was so lovely and did a marvelous job. I wanted to go back to her this year but couldn’t go on the days Nikki was available, so I worked with Kate. I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my service. I didn’t get the Bella Eyes done this time, just the lash lift and tint. Near the beginning of my service, I told Kate eyelash curlers do not work for me. Fast forward to the end of my service and my lashes were not lifted like they were last year. She also said “if eyelash curlers won’t curl your lashes, this won’t either.” I immediately felt like I was treated poorly and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I did not raise this issue at the time because I felt humiliated and wanted to run. Also, I was under the impression lifting solution would work as it did when I was with Nikki. I wish Kate was truthful with me in the beginning.Since Kate did work with me, I tipped her but I still feel like I spent $85 for absolutely no reason. I do not recommend Kate for customer service. I now have barely lifted eyelashes that look like I’ve only put mascara on without any curl and am out $80 from something that could have been avoided had I gotten the truth from the beginning. My fiancé told me I deserved to treat myself because I work very hard and I trusted this salon only to be disappointed .

I had my first pedicure appt. with Taylor at Bellezza - my toes needed a major spruce up before I head to the beach this month. Taylor was prompt, friendly and did a great job on my toes. We picked a polish color together and I love the results. I was so happy with the results, Ive booked my next appointment for April and I included my daughter, too. Great experience - great nail expert!

My husband recently purchased the fountain of youth package for me for Mother’s Day (included: a massage, manicure and pedicure, facial, haircut and color). One of the most expensive things they offer.Sadly, I felt it was a waste of money. The stone massage didn’t feel relaxing to me at all. The stones were hot and there was hardly any pressure applied during the massage.When it came time for my cut and color I had a picture ready of what I wanted. I was extremely excited because I had booked my appointment a month in advance. I wanted a balayage color with a trim because I wanted to grow my hair out. I now have a short hair that is uneven and she did a partial foil highlight because “that’s what she had time for” as I was waiting for my color to set she had the nerve to say to me “I won’t have time to style your hair because I have another appointment at six.”It’s pretty frustrating to not be a valued customer when you spend a substantial amount of money (paid in advance) and to hear you’re just being rushed through and you’re not getting the services you want or think you’re paying for.The icing on the cake for me was when I went to check out they tried to tell me I owed an additional $280. Did I mention I paid in advance? When I told the lady there had to be a mistake she looked at me like I was crazy. Once she “took a closer look” the difference ended up being $53 because I apparently had upgraded services.The only services I genuinely enjoyed was the manicure and pedicure and the facial was great. The ladies took their time and I appreciated them taking care of me.However, I won’t be going back. Simply because this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up doing my hair and I didn’t like how I was treated when checking out.

I just had my second appointment at Bellezza Spa. The first one- massage and eye lash lift/tint. The second one- massage and pedicure. This has been my first experience at a spa and with these services, and they were both amazing and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dominique did my massage both times, and I highly recommend her! Excellent service.

First time in and they exceeded my expectations. The space itself is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing and friendly feel to it. The stylists are incredibly talented and a joy to talk with. It was a bonus to be offered something to drink while I had my hair done(coffee, tea, wine). This seems like it would be a wonderful place to have a girls spa day or to pamper yourself.

Facility is nice and all the people are super friendly. I was a little nervous going in to get a massage, but the place had a friendly atmosphere and my masseur did a fantastic job. She talked to me throughout the session to make sure I was doing okay, and talked to me about different techniques she was using in our session. Thank you Dominique and Bellezza for a wonderful experience!!

I had scheduled a lash lift and tint weeks before my appointment, paid my deposit, and was very excited as I had never had a lash lift or tint. I’m 37 weeks pregnant, and was looking forward to having it before I went into labor as a treat to myself. No where on the website did it say they would not perform this service if you’re pregnant. I get there, check in and wait, and taken back to the room to be told they would not do the lift as she had never done a pregnant woman. I offered to sign a release of liability if she was concerned, and told her that I was a nurse, and if I was not comfortable getting the service then I wouldn’t be there. The technician stated it was similar to getting your hair colored while pregnant (which isn’t harmful if you’re in your 2nd or 3rd trimester), I told her I do get my hair colored, and I am comfortable with the treatment, but she said she was not. Hair color and perming is only not recommended during the first trimester due to rapid hormonal changes the fetus is undergoing during development. She offered to still do the eyebrow waxing ,but I really wanted the lift and tint to begin with anyways. This is such poor customer service, and discrimination quite frankly. I understand perm solution is not recommended during pregnancy, not because of side effects, but because the relaxer may not be as effective, which again I was willing to take my chances on. Her decision was purely based off of a “Google search” versus actual knowledge on the topic. I usually get my services at another local salon, but wanted to try a new place as they had good prices for this service. I will not be booking anything in the future, and I am frustrated that I took the time to find care for my daughter, and was looking forward to some pampering, just to waste my time, and deposit for nothing. Kate was the technician, and I just feel I had poor customer service all the way around, and wasted my time

I absolutely love this place! I went last week for the first time for a haircut and an eyebrow wax and will never go anywhere else! What a wonderful little gem in Newark Ohio! Everyone was amazing there! If you havent been you should check it out!

I love Bellezza Spa, but I will not tolerate being made to wait 15 minutes after a set appointment time. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I booked ahead of time to have a friend and my haircut at the same time. They double booked us on one person and then they were 15-30 minutes late starting my appointment. While someone else was washing my hair the person was still with the customer before me. I continued to wait after they washed my hair. When I was finally done it was over an hour from my friends scheduled appointment time and she just cancelled and we left. I love going here the people are nice and services rendered are good, but they have no respect for keeping on schedule, or their customers time. I respect their time by showing up early for my appointments, now they need to return the favor. I would hate to stop coming here, but I pay good money for the service, and feel that should be reflected in the experience.

Spent an afternoon with my Mom and sister here for my sisters birthday. She and I had a pedicure with a paraffin wax dip. Tawshia and Stephanie were fantastic. My mom had a manicure by Taylor, chair massage by Rhonda and got her hair cut by Ellie. Great atmosphere and fantastic professionals. So glad we found this spa last year.

I researched facilities and decided to buy Christmas gift certificates here after visiting the salon. I was very impressed with the staff and cleanliness.

Went for a deep tissue massage. There was barely any pressure used. The areas I needed worked on the most had the least amount of time spent on them or werent worked on at all.The staff was friendly and the place was very nice and clean. Unfortunately it was the worst deep tissue massage Ive ever gotten.

This is a beautiful Salon that I have utilized in the past. I was attempting to make an Appointment for tomorrow morning for a Pedicure…an easy set-up!BUT, I inquired if all employees were Vaccinated…the customer service representative said that she could not provide that information AND I further inquired if Masks were required…she said the technician would wear a Mask if requested.With the Covid 19 and the Omicron Variant RAGING in Ohio and across the country…I am incredibly alarmed and disappointed that a SPA is not requiring Vaccinations and providing reassurance that they support and endorse a Safe Environment!!

Was bought a gift for my birthday and Valentines Day. I got my haircut and I absolutely love it. Got home and Denny loved it. What a surprise! Then I did a massage, then a facial and then I got a manicure and pedicure. If you have not been here you should call and make an appointment. When I was there, each time I was greeted and treated like I was a princess. All my pain and worries left for awhile. When leaving I felt beautiful and great!

I had an appointment tonight with Rachael and it was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was so friendly and professional. I told her my hair struggles and she walked me thru the process from blow drying to styling and even walked out with me after my appointment to help me pick product for my hair. I will definitely be going back

Everyone, from the owners to the staff, treats me like a friend. Stephanie Fulk takes care of my nails like they belong to a queen....shes so particular about getting every detail just right....and yet she can get me in and out on my lunch hour. Ive had other services, too, and everyone has been friendly, professional, and skilled. And the facility is beautiful, warm and relaxing.

I come in specifically for Tessa. She only works on Thursdays, so you already know I have an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Shes amazing to say the very least. Extremely knowledgeable and doesnt shy from relaying said knowledge. (Your hair is basically walking advertisment, so she doesnt want you walking around looking wild... At least thats what I get) I appreciate all of her hair tips! As a slight perfectionist, Ive seemed to tame my thick, wild hair, but even so, I learn something from her everytime. Shes always polite and very professional. I couldnt recommend a better stylist. Photos Ive provided show a before and after~

Wow! Really amazing spa, salon, nail place!Went to their annual anniversary celebration and had free services, food, snacks, drinks, and things to showcase what they can do. This is a 5 star place, better than many of Granvilles elite spa, massage or salons could offer. People drive from 30 miles away to come here, appoints booked full up many weeks in advance which speak of the quality they give, including friendly customer service with a family at-home feel to it! My wife loved it and made it a sweet Christmas & Birthday gift for future spa plans- come here and make your wife insanely happy with you- Thanks, Bellezza!

This was a little while ago, but I got a spray tan for my junior prom and it was very patchy, almost immediately washed off in half of the spots and left my body spotted orange for prom. Thanks.

I spent an entire morning at Bellezza Salon & Day Spa, it was the most relaxing day Ive had in a really long time. Hot stones, stylish manicures, and pampering...whats not to love? I highly recommend you treat yourself and book an appointment ASAP! Cannot wait to spend another day here!!

Had a classic manicure done ($25!), but should have done it myself at home for free. Tori displayed zero customer service skills and did not even do her job well. My nails came out filed unevenly and the polish job was horrid. The nail polish was applied visibly very unevenly, with some areas being darker than others. Consequently, those areas did not dry properly and were scratched before I even left the salon. Even the front desk lady recognized the unacceptable job and gave me a $10 coupon, but I will not be coming back, so no use in that.

Awesome experience! It was my first time in today and I booked a gel mani and glo pedi. Wait time was minimal, everyone was friendly and my nail tech Danielle was fantastic! She was sweet and helped me truly customize my style. Will definitely be going back in a few weeks. Thank you Bellezza staff, you made my day!

I tend to schedule appointments at the last minute and not only am I accommodated into their schedule, but I am happy with each employee that I deal with. Lisa has a great business going and it is such a benefit to have an organization like this in Newark! I refer everyone I know to Bellezza.

I gave Bellezza 5 stars because I cant find anything to complain about. Ive been having pedicures there for sometime now and have always had excellent service in a clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Everyone Ive encountered there has been friendly and professional.

I had no idea this gem existed in Licking County! I live in Granville and typically travel quite a distance to go to a popular day spa in the Columbus area. Belezza offers all the same services, atmosphere, and amenities as the big city guys, but all in Newark! And their staff is MUCH more pleasant and personable! :) The building is quite deceptive from the outside. It is modest in appearance, but when you walk inside youll discover how bright, modern, and beautiful the space really is. Ive driven by this building probably 100+ times and never even knew it was there! I had a classic pedicure with Taylor and she did a beautiful job! I walked away with refreshed, relaxed feet and now I have a new day spa!

I was treated to an amazing 60 minute, much needed relaxation massage. Morgan did a phenomenal job, I would highly recommend her!

Tawshia Baker does my pedi & manicures regularly. She does amazing work! Shes very creative & gentle. Everyone there is so friendly. Its a lovely place to spend some down time being pampered! I highly recommend it!

What can I say...the spa is beautiful but most importantly the services are great and the people are professional and friendly. My stylist, Cassity Baker is a pro and has given me the best haircuts always. When I leave there I always look and feel great.
