TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not take your eyes off what you’re buying!!! We bought two glass pieces. One in the case was cheaper than another that looked very similar/ the same. I picked the cheaper one. When he asked if we wanted them wrapped he took the stickers off. We didn’t realize until we were paying that he charged the wrong amount and I knew I picked the cheap one. When I pointed out the switch he tried to gaslight me and show me a sticker with the higher price. Lori sat there trying to say that maybe the faded sticker made it look different. AND THEY refuse all refunds, so he stole our money. And shame on you Lori for processing it knowing what you’re doing. You guys are scum. Go to another shop!!

I popped in with my son for some D8 etc. There were so many choices that we depended upon the guidance of Lindsey - she was phenomenal in listening to what we were after, and explaining the products in easy to understand detail. Travis was awesome. He helped me out big time. I really appreciate him a lot. He changed my coil on my vape for me a few nights ago right at closing time and he is very knowledgeable about all things vape, friendly and helpful. H&H is definitely cheaper than some of the other vape stores I have been to that charge 7 or 8 bucks for the same coil I was only charged $5.49 for at H&H. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to H&H for their vaping needs.

Just wanted to say that I have been coming here now for several months and the customer service is extraordinary and very tentative to the customers needs its a pleasure each time that I walk in when I deal with the employees that work here theyre very well knowledge of the the products that are available and are willing to go the extra mile to try to get what you need if it is not available in their store so they were going to discontinue a line that wasnt selling as good as once was but because it is a product that a religiously purchase they decided to keep the product on stock and I am eternally grateful for that and I have to say that theres not one employee that Ive ever dealt with that was unable to make me satisfied when I left the store and I just want to say thank you for your hospitality your hard work dedication to your job and you can tell that each person that works here definitely enjoys their job because they take the time to learn and be able to answer any questions about any product there without having to go and research to give you an answer well done with your training and your customer service glad you guys are in town

The owner never followed through with their promises to me and the staff is very uneducated regarding vape products. They literally dont even know how to search their own inventory! The final straw for me was false advertising.. They say theyre selling 120ml for $29.99 but its actually a 100ml bottle. When I pointed this out they refused to adjust the price OR their printed menu and said you should just know the price, the amount in the bottle isnt a big deal since the price is the price.
I love this place. Ive been to several vape shops around and this place makes you feel like youre in families home. They keep the air clear so youre not in a fog dungeon. They strive to know everything about the products they sell and if they dont then they find out for you. And they are all around nice folks. I really enjoy every visit to this place, as a matter of fact Im headed there now.

The staff here are just as knowledgeable and attentive as any wine sommelier that you would expect to encounter at a high-end wine shop or any fine cigar shop. It has an old apothecary feel to it, and it reminded me a little bit of the Chinese medicine shops that you encounter all over China and in Chinatowns. The place is really clean, has a really modern feel, but with all those bottles it really does make you think of an old drug store. It also reminded me of the hookah bars that I used to travel to when I lived in India. There you pay a little bit and get to sample different flavors of tobacco. This was a lot like that. Its too bad that they dont have some tables set up and serve hot chai tea or Turkish coffee!The staff really listen to you, they are knowledgeable in their recommendations, and theyre primarily interested in making sure that you are happy and satisfied rather than trying to sell you something more expensive. I had just come from the Patterson House in Nashville and I was impressed about how similar the waitress at the Patterson House who is an absolute cocktail expert was to the Vape experts here at H&H. They have a menu thats like 10 pages long the flavors then you can combine those. These folks are absolutely not pushy.As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by a staff member who stopped cleaning and walked over to assist me. The first thing that they asked me after seeing if they could help was whats were the flavors I was interested in and liked. There was no move to try to push a particular product on me. Instead, I was just asked questions about the sort of things and flavors that I liked.I didnt know this but theres some relationship between the battery and the resistance of the coil that actually does the vaporizing and so you need to match that basically for the sort of strength that you want.In addition to remembering my name, this person (Vivian) already picked out some samples for me to try. She explained that the samples are not free because its illegal to give away free tobacco products. However, I was able to pay for as many samples as I wanted, and I think that they actually just deducted all of those off of the cost of my final purchase.They had a really cool clearance rack/shelf. I bought a couple of really inexpensive things that sounded cool in order to try them and even bought my friend a couple of flavors I think he would like.I like this place so much Im planning on stopping again the next time Im moving through and going to Asheville. They were also telling me about some CBD oil which I am really interested in because Im a serious weight lifter and have been reading that that has some great workout recovery potential. I didnt really have enough money to get that along with my vaporizer, The Vape juices, and a couple of presents that I had picked up for my buddy. But the next time I passed through Im certainly stopping here, picking up some new vape juice, and then trying out the CBD oil as a sublingual application.

Bought a tank that had a lose lid that slides open and leaks. I tried to take it back immediately and the lady ignored the fact that the lid was lose and didnt replace it.
