I am a health care professional and have used this spa facility for a couple of years now. Needless to say that the services are exceptionally 5 star. Jie has always given me the best professional care and have always addressed and fixed my musculoskeletal problems. She is very thorough, professional. Above all, their prices are really good!Must visit, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am very pleased to have found Radiant Spa Massage in Newton Corner and my go to place for healing and relaxation. I chance up on the place when coming out of a PT session next door at Marathon Sports. I felt that I needed more than PT to help my body recover from multiple injuries, and to get rid of certain toxins that I was exposed to. Jie did the job for me. I feel very grateful for her dedication, skills, and a combination of Eastern and Western healing philosophies.

I took my mom for a cranial sacral massage for her headaches and neck pain. The owner of spa told us that it will be a little hard and the skin will bruise a little but there should be no pain afterwards. Today is day 3 of the massage and all these 3 days my mother have had high fever and stiff neck and headache is so much worse. She couldnt even sleep from the neck pain and bruises. Rashes/ bruises are still there. when I called the owner of the spa to tell her she started screaming and saying that is not her problem and she is not responsible for that. Worst experience ever .

Jie is wonderful, I have a very nice experience at Radiant Spa & Massage with Jie working on lymphatic drainage, she is very good and also very polite. My surgeon introduced me to see Jie. I really recommend her.

I had a 60 min deep tissue massage. Although the massage helped a little to get rid of some myofascial pain in my upper back, it was too harsh for me and I ended up with severe red marks on my back. (The massaeur warned me that i might have little pinkness, but it’s beyond that!) The special apparatus which the massaeur used to eliminate myofascial pain was not a relaxing experience at all.I had much better massage experiences after which I felt relaxed besides mitigated back pain; but I couldn’t have it here. So, I won’t come here again.

Amy was great! Very thorough and takes her time. I also did the cupping therapy. All my pain was gone. Highly recommend Radiant Spa and massage.

Finally found a fantastic massage - Jie is amaaaazing! Ive been looking for good or at least acceptable massage after moving here from home where I used to get weekly traditional massage. Glad I came by at the very last minute!

My work is physical and I’m on my feet all day. I came across this place by chance while in town for the week and to my surprise it was the Best Massage I’ve ever had. Jie is fantastic. I asked for a deep tissue massage and she nailed it! I went in with shoulder, back and feet pain when I went there. Jie paid close attention and focused on it. (Jie has Therapeutic Hands) She took her time working out knots I didn’t know I had in my neck and the hot towels felt so good. I walked out feeling better and that night I slept like a baby. I only wished I lived closer because I would go regularly. Jie, Thank you for taking me in on such short notice and for such a wonderful massage.

Dont go here! They burned me with the hot stones! They gave me a deep tissue massage which is not what I asked for when booking. When I arrived the masseuse did not ask what I wanted. She offered a complimentary hot stone. It felt hotter than I would have requested but not painful. the massage ended 5-10 minutes early. Upon checking out when they asked how much to add to the card for tip and I told them $10 and she said No, you must tip 20%. They then charged me a credit card fee without warning. They also charged me an extra $10 for the deep tissue I didnt ask for. Upon arriving home my skin started to hurt and burn. The hot stones gave me terrible burns!! I had to go to urgent care. I called to complain and they just said put lotion on and we will give you $10 off next time but I wont ever come back here.

I had an excellent 60 minute therapeutic massage with Ji. She listened to my description of what things were problems for me and used her skills in line with that.This was my first visit to Radiant Spa. I had not been to a massage therapist since the pandemic and this experience was very positive.

I am a traveling ER animal nurse. Made an appointment on short notice and it was very easy. I thought I wanted to short massage but I asked for an hour and a half massage. They werent able to give me an hour and a half massage, instead what they did is I had two masseuses work on me at once and it was amazing. It is a very clean salon. And the hot stone massage is amazing! I will certainly be back anytime I am in town!

My first massage at this place wasnt so great. I wrote a negative review and emailed the manager (Jie). The manager called me to apologize and offered me to make things right. She gave the massage herself and that was the best massage I have ever had. I have so much respect for this business now that the manager went out of her ways to make it right for a new customer. I will definitely be going there again.

I have been seeing Jei Wei for 4 or 5 years for Body Waxing, Massage, and recently haircuts in the salon part of the spa!.Most hair places that service men do it as a sideline, and no care is really taken with their male clients. I can tell you that the care and attention she took with my first haircut there was astounding! She has a way of making you feel like the most important client she has! Many hair salons for men I have been to take 10 to 20 minutes for a guys haircut, thats all, with Jei it is never rushed and I feel she gives the utmost attention!I started out years ago asking her if she did waxing for men, as many salons do not do male waxing, but over the years I have been seeing her for body waxing she gives time and attention to my wishes and is never rushed or short. I always feel taken care of. The skin is not torn and I have never had a single ingrown hair.Her massage services are well practiced and sure handed, she is great at discovering my pressure and ache points. I have always been happy with them and recommend her to anyone.

I went to Radiant Spa today for a massage and was blown away. My massage was for 90 minutes and it was a great combination of relaxation and deep muscle work. I left feeling refreshed and my muscles felt so much looser then when I went in. I will be a repeat customer! Thank you!

This was the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. Jie is truly a master of her trade and she’s an excellent conversationalist. The whole experience was exceptional, start to finish. I honestly wish I lived closer so I could every week!

Jie is an expert massage therapist who can tailor the massage to your needs.I used to suffer back pain from sitting too much for work. Since I started seeing Jie earlier this year my pain is all gone.

I made a last minute appointment with Jie while staying in the area. The space is clean and comfortable, the music calming. She pinpointed the source of the leg pain I hadn’t been able to shake for weeks and dug in. Immediately, I can put on shoes and climb stairs without wincing. Amazing!

Radiant spa massage in Newton.If I had read some of the reviews, I would not have gone there. The owner, Jie, did exactly what she did to Kelly to me. Without going into details, I am simply sharing a pic with the public. Don’t waste your money on small businesses that have no respect for people.

I was having pain on my right back shoulder and also my neck. I decided to go to radiant spa and I talked to Emily. She was good and to be honest after her massage I feel great and I can actually move my right arm freely ( before it was really stiff) I will definitely going back for my next massage. Thank you!

Radiant Spa is as fine a place anywhere around Boston. Beautiful spaces, clean and comfortable rooms and truly professional staff. I get both a haircut and a massage and both services are superb! Jie does my hair cut and Jie and Lee offer excellent deep tissue and Swedish massages. In addition, both therapists are thoughtful and very kind. Best around and thank you.

I recently went to Radiant Spa for a massage post Covid! What a fantastic find. Jie did my hour massage and customized it based on my specific needs. She was able to identify the knots and treat them via therapeutic methods like scraping. She added in the hot stone mid massage to relieve the tight hamstrings. I left feeling so much better and would highly recommend to anyone based on quality, cleanliness and extremely good value and well priced!

Terrible experience!Had appointment scheduled for 10 for a 1 hr massage. Arrived @ 9:55 & spa was closed. I called & some girl said she would be right there! Girl finally showed up @ 10:10. Little to no apology. Went into an extremely cluttered unappealing room and massage did not start until 10:15.Felt extremely uncomfortable. About 10 minutes into massage; her cellphone began blowing up.She was booking more appointments & calling what possibly was another co-worker( she was speaking another language on some of the calls did not understand ) to come in while attempting to rub me with one hand. This went on for the entire massage; which was NOT 60 minutes but more like 40( atleast 30 minutes she was on phone or left the room twice with me just lying there).Because she was speaking so loud, heard her tell someone on the phone ( while supposedly doing my massage) to come in @ 11.Apparently they were these two shady looking men that had come in while she 1 hand rubbed me as she continued to make calls with other. I could hear the men out front because they were talking loudly & laughing; while I was still having my NOT Massage !!!She then said You all done!She had the nerve to charge me w/ zero apology.I paid & told her I did not get 60 mins & was totally interrupted by cell calls during my time. She shrugged her shoulder & didnt care! Against what anyone would have done however these men were frightening; and I just wanted to leave--I quickly tipped her $10 ; because I have morals & do the right thing-I was so upset, frightened by these men, disappointed, & uncomfortable- I just wanted to get out of there!!I work extremely long hours & hard for my money- the massage was something I needed to work out stress & pain. This experience added MORE!!This place is a total joke!! Dirty & cluttered & would check their license-Do not waste your time nor money here!!!! So disappointing, waste of money & TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I had terribly painful tension in my shoulder and neck that so bad I could not sleep or focus on anything else. I called and told the owner the situation and she gave me an appointment that day. It was an intense, deep-tissue massage which completely eliminated all of the pain! 2 days later I am sitting here at the computer, back to normal. I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful to them. If you have a pain in the neck or another issue and need it cured I would highly recommend Radiant!

I have been dealing with neck shoulder and upper back pain for a few years off and on. I’ve literally done everything from physical therapy , acupuncture, cupping therapy to deep tissue massages and all would help but not for to long. After 2 therapeutic massage sessions with Jie I’m happy to say that since February I’m finally so much better then have been in years ! I’m also stretching a lot more as she advised i should be doin and it has definitely helped. She is truly amazing and a master in her craft! Truly grateful.Thanks Jie,

Professional & knowledgeable massage therapist that offer fair rates and exceptional service. I’m a cameraman often traveling and I often find it difficult to get a proper massage while traveling. I’m so happy I found Radiant - might even need to make a trip back just for another session. Wow, my neck feels loose!

Love radiant spa! The service is always amazing. Me and my partner go there for a massage very regularly. I get a deep tissue and he gets Swedish. The deep tissue massages hurtttt (for good) but are so worth it after weeks of working out. The spa is super clean and the ambience is nice! It’s value for my money. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

First Impression- Very clean and comfortable interior. Friendly Staff.Massage- One word to describe it therapeutic. Jie (pronounced Jay) worked rigorously on my injured hamstring and both hips. This was very targeted and thorough.A day after the massage, i was doing some hip exercises (like cat cow type stuff) and my right hip clicked into place and my pain on that side was gone! Fingers crossed that it stays that way.Also had some work on my neck/shoulder area which has been an issue for 5 years now. I did not ask her to target it but we did a little work on it and I feel the area is looser. My girlfriend is a former massage therapist (hurt her hand after 3 years doing it) does some work on me every night and was really surprised to feel how soft the stubborn part of my upper left shoulder was. So she just booked Jie too for her low back.I will definitely come back on a regular basis because even though massage costs add up, I would rather pay for an effective treatment than suffer in pain or pay for deep painful massages that dont actually help me get back to running or lifting or feeling awesome.Glad this was not another waste of time massage.

Incredible service - helped relieve back pain and neck pain by doing therapeutic massage over the course of a month (3 visits). I have been in pain for years and now finally seeing relief bc Jie knows how to manipulate muscle and get it to begin the healing process. Truly amazing - if you have chronic pain or any type of soreness radiant spa can help you. I’ll be a routine customer for life.

Ive had 3 massages here in the last month and it has helped me a lot! Jie is an expert with years of experience and shes been helping me with my stiff neck and shoulder problem. She even gave me pointers on basic stretching and self-massaging to combat the issues caused by 8 hours of sitting in front of a laptop!

This is by far the best massage place on the planet period! Jie is a superb masseuse and the best. So Im not the comment leaving type but I had to sign onto yelp and leave an honest comment. Ive been going here for almost three months now for deep tissue and occasional cupping massage. I get instant relief before leaving here. I lift a ton of weights at the gym, which results in tons of knots, so I need 1-2 massages every month, and Jie and her associates always find a way to squeeze me into their busy schedule! My picky gf loves her massages too. My gf ended up recommending Jie to a fellow coworker, who cant stop going to Jie! Thank you Jie!

Radiant Spa is absolutely incredible! I came in with a headache from severe neck and shoulder tension. After my massage my headache went away completely! I was also shown a few neck stretches to help prevent this reoccurring. I could tell everyone truly cared about helping me feel better. I 100% recommend investing in your body and visiting Radiant Spa!

Jai is amazing. I went in with a lower back problem -- got up suddenly after sitting for a long time and twisted something. She assured me that it was a muscle problem and suggested a deep tissue massage. The pain was unbearable before and after the massage, I was able to twist my body without any pain. I am planning to go back to her. Thank you Jai.

I am an athlete and have had massage often in the past. Radiant is the best therapeutic massage I have ever had. The people are so nice and professional and are highly skilled in bodywork, alignment and overall wellness

Great place and great staff. DR. J took me in on very short notice and was able to fix my back discomfort. Very knowledgeable and wonderful. I was able to walk out with a 75% reduction in pain. Highly recommend!

I was visiting the area and stayed at the Crown Plaza. I saw the Spa when looking out of my hotel window and viewing the in room book. I received a full body massage, eyebrow wax, and reflexology. I feel awesome. Thank you ladies for great healthy treatment and advice. You Rock :)

All I was looking for a massage while I was visiting the town from a long trip. Be careful with this shady place. This place should be investigated by the police. They trick you into getting your money. They do things without your consent and make you feel very uncomfortable.

The massage was excellent but I was surprised by several things: 1.the 60 minutes Massage was only 50 minutes 2.I did not get the Massage I booked and 3.the tip was automatically added to the bill and the owner seemed worried that I would not pay.

I injured my shoulder and neck really bad and Jie helped me with my pain. She gives an incredible therapeutic massage loosening up my tense and injured muscles.

I liked the massage.Keep in mind that the price you will pay per standard massage will be $70+ 20% tip+tax. About $89. Not $70 as advertised.
