This was only my second salon experience, and Im glad I gave it another chance. Surepose staff are professional and kind, knowledgeable and down to earth. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I absolutely recommend them for anyone and everyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable experience.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere at SurePose was very calm and serene. I was stressed, because I was running a few minutes behind - and I have to say, it was so refreshing to not be shamed or ridiculed for being late to my appointment. Leon just took it in stride and gave me an info sheet to fill out while Cheryl, a stylist, came out and chatted with me about some cut and color services I had inquired about for myself and my daughter. They never made me feel rushed or like they had limited time for me. The entire place was very clean with elegant decor. The massage room was softly lit and quite peaceful. The massage by Leon was by far the BEST I have had in my life. He was very attentive to my requests regarding pressure. Between the subtle vibration of the table, the use of hot towels to relax tight muscles, the application of essential oils, and expert massage techniques, I got up feeling like a brand new person. There were many massage therapists listed in Newton to choose from, but I walked out of SurePose confident that I chose the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage at Surpose. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Service was very professional and courteous.Im one who wants a deep tissue massage instead of a relaxing massage. (I want it to almost hurt a little bit so the knots get worked well.) It. Was. Awesome. Even the next day, my back felt better than it had in months. This was exactly what I needed, and I highly recommend SurePose. They listen to what you want, and deliver.

Cheryl did a fantastic job at massaging the knots out of my back, neck and head. It felt so amazing that I made an appointment for my daughter to get a massage. I felt relaxed right away once Cheryl put her hands on me. There is a white noise machine, a fan if you get hot and a comfortable massage bed that also helps ease you. The spa is clean and Cheryl is very attentive and remembers my specific needs. I will definitely be going back!

I went in for a 90 minute Swedish massage. It. Was. Amazing.! I’ve had a number of other massages at resorts, medical spas, salon and spas - THIS was the most thorough massage I’ve ever received. The one hour massage I received from him was truly the best massage I have ever had, and I have had several. He made sure I was comfortable with the pressure level. Ive been getting massages for over 20 years now. This one, hands-down, is one of the best . Great techniques, massaged head to toes. Good way to relax and to relieve tension. 30 mins was just not long enough, I will be going back to get an hour massage next time.

Its a full service spa and is run by my brother and sister-in-law so some may say Im bias but I truly love their place and I have had the great benefit of a reflexology massage on my feet and I loved it, during this visit I did not have a massage but in previous years I have had the benefit of a massage for me Leon one of the owners. Give them a try and you too will be convinced that its a great full service Spa, and will definitely make a return visit.

I have been going here for years. They are a wonderful family. I have a severe medical disease and they went out of the way to research what would help me the most. I recently took my boyfriend for a couples massage for Valentines day and it was fantastic. I recommend them all the time. It is a 45 minute drive for me but it is soooo worth it. I have had a massage by everyone there and they all do a great job. Although i due enjoy Cheryl the most because we have a great time. You will definitely leave a happy person.

This was the most unique and wonderful massage Ive ever had. Leon did a great job. He used the perfect amount of pressure. It really was a full head to toe massage, he didnt skimp on any area. The face massage was a first for me and it was great. He puts a few drops of peppermint oil on first, which can be a bit intense but in a good way. It was so refreshing and cleared my sinuses right up.Also, I suffer from SI joint dysfunction and I dont know if its something that he just does with all his clients but it seems like he took time to specifically do certains techniques to help with that issue. My hip immediately felt better and I didnt have pain for days after that. This is huge as I usually suffer from some pain in my hips and lower back on a daily basis.The only more negative critique I would give is that sometimes the hot towels were a little too hot but if you just let him know, he will cool them down a bit for you.I would definitely recommend this place and I cant wait to go back.

I upgraded to an hour but think I even got pampered a little longer I think plus I think the first time you go the steam room if free. Best warm, peaceful escape I’ve had all year. With the birds chripping the whole team. Give yourself TIME. I texted them after I left saying “I hope I didn’t overstay my welcome” - honestly didn’t know - I thought they would come get me or at least kick me out when they close 😉. Their response back to me “Thank you. we appreciate your positive refreshing personality” 🥰. This place is a 5 for this 59 year old body!! Need to do a monthly maintenance massage and not get so stiff and achy - supposed to be good for your health and mind as well.

Had not had a massage in a while so I decided to treat myself. I chose the right place for sure! After filing out a quick piece of paperwork I was seen right away. I got a full body, deep-tissue massage and all my requested points were hit. I will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone I can.

We live in San Francisco and we are in Newton visiting family. We were looking for a place to get a massage and found this place. We found a gem here in Newton. The massage therapists were friendly and gave a great massage. I felt relaxed and my body felt rejuvenated afterwards. The price is great too. We hope to try some of their other services and return for another massage before we go back home. If you have a chance to visit them, I highly recommend it.

I have only praise for the staff, treatment and care I received during my appointment. I had to have my hair shaved off which is an emotional experience for this woman. Surepose staff talked me through process and offered encouraging words and even gave tips on how to rock my new hairdo. Thanks so much.

I went to see Leon at Sure Pose after going to 2 other massage therapist in town and 2 weeks of going to the chiropractor 3 times a week I was not doing any better . I called Leon and told him my situation almost in tears . I invited me in and he went straight to work doing what was called Spinal Decompression once a week was his recommendation . I told him this may be a little different because I was in so much pain. He told me if we do it to often we will bruse the mussels and the and our efforts would be pretty much the same as everyone else that had tried working on me and if the pain got to bad I could give him a call and come in and see him . I could tell at that point he was there to help and not for the money! After the first appointment I am not sure that I felt much improvement but after the second appointment I felt so much better and by the 3 rd appointment I havent had to take any pain relievers since my neck no longer locks up throughout the day and my headaches have gone ! Even seeing Leon once a week for the past 3 weeks it is less then half the price of the bill at the chiropractors office . And the results will speak louder then anything I can tell you! Check them out yourself you wont be disappointed!

SurePose Day Spa/McPherson location is wonderful! I like that it was calm and clean. I couldnt have been luckier to get in the same day!!! I was in pain but within half a session Leon used his gifted hands to loosen up my back. If you are looking for a massage home, look no further!

Scott does a professional and deep massage! He works out the kinks and sore spots. He is thorough, and listens when I have input to the treatment process. He responds to the different needs that I have during different visits. He not only listens, but hears my concerns for treatment.
