Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. I came in, last minute(my own fault) and wanted an hour full body. My abdomen had been hurting for days because of long drives. Lilly was absolutely amazing. I could not thank her enough. She went above and beyond what I had expected. She even went over the time limit to treat my abdomen a little extra with a hot stone. Next time I find myself in Noblesville I will be coming back without a doubt. I seriously cannot express my gratitude enough. She knows exactly what she is doing! Thank you Lilly!

I had a great experience with the massage therapist! The issues that were mentioned in previous reviews must have been solved. I will definitely be back!

I have had many massages and many at foot spas and this was the worst by far. I hate to leave a bad review and wouldn’t have except at the end of the visit went to pay and saw there was a credit card fee so paid cash then the lady and the man were demanding a tip which I was about to go to my car to grab a tip but felt they were being rude demanding continuously which is not what a tip should be. If it was even a decent massage with good customer service I would have. The water was too hot and told them and they just continued so kept my feet out then the hot towel literally burnt my feet and I pulled away but he continued and now I have sore burnt feet. The place also had a weird smell and did not seem clean. After this experience I will only go to the one foot spa on allisonville rd next to Kroger that I usually go and always have a great experience.

First off, believe the current reviews. The gentleman who did my massage was nice but in NO way trained. It was a weird rub/forearm type thing. The foot massage was decent, thus the two stars. Definitely not a professional setting in any way tho. They don’t speak English which I don’t mind but they didn’t even seem to realize I had an appointment and they moved me after my massage started because they needed the room. They were nice but spend your money elsewhere.

I have been going to Longevity for years. Overall, the treatment is very good for the price. For example, $60 for a 60 minute massage. Really can’t beat the price. No bells or whistles but at that price who cares. Here’s my concern. When paying, there was a $2 charge and they wanted to add a $20 tip. I assume the $2 was for using a credit card. That is understandable as the credit card companies charge a fee. My concern is a $20 tip on a $60 service. That is a 33% tip. I generally round up from 20% to $15 but 33% is ridiculous. What is most upsetting is the lady didn’t want to reduce it to 20%. I would like an explanation. As stated, I have been here dozens of times and this is not a good customer experience. A tip is based on the customer service experience and not a guarantee. Please explain.

I’m guessing this place was taken over by someone else because I certainly did not get the treatment that I used to. I asked for a 30 minute foot reflexology and a 60 minute body massage, but I got a 90 minute massage. I kept trying to explain what I requested and they finally took me in the room where they used to do the foot massages. They didn’t keep me there very long, then we moved to the body massage room. I never did get the 30 minute foot massage. When I went to pay, they wrote down a price of $92 +. Because no one there spoke English, I wrote down a tip and the total amount. The person there said no, it is a $20 tip. I told her I decide what I’m going to tip and she kept pressuring me to pay more of a tip. When I checked their price list on the counter top, they had charged me for a 90 minute massage instead of what I requested and their price list said $90, not $92, then demanded a $20 tip. The massage was okay, nothing great enough to tip that much let alone overcharging me for the service. After multiple times going back and forth about the tip, I decided not to argue about the overcharging and told them the amount I gave them was all I was paying. Even after running the credit card for the amount, she talked into her phone again and it transcribed to me that my tip wasn’t enough. They obviously don’t want customers to come back. I certainly won’t go back there. What a shame, it used to be a great place.

My massage experience overall was just okay. My main issue was the lack of communication which I think had to do with a language barrier. First, no one asked me if a male therapist was ok (it was, but it would be the professional thing to ask first). He did not introduce himself, ask what kind of pressure I wanted, ask what areas of the body to focus on, etc.- all the usual questions one would be asked before a massage. There was also no communication during the massage, such as “is the pressure ok?” and so forth. There was no communication before putting hot towels on my back and hot stones (I’m laying face down, it would be nice to know what was about to happen, it was startling). Finally, when paying, I was trying to leave a $12 tip, which would have been 20%, very standard for a massage (and generous, given the lack of communication). The lady at the front desk could not understand what I was saying, and insisted I leave a much higher tip, $20. I finally did, just to get out of there but I will not be returning. I see now that others are experiencing this same issue with tipping. I guess you get what you pay for, I will stick with the chain places from now on.

This is the third time coming to this place & I have always had great experiences! First off I arrive 5 min before my app. It was sched for 4:15 I come in the guy ask me to wait 15 min & has me lay down in a room full of other beds so I said it was fine. As I’m laying there one person brings me water they have another girl come to lay down in another bed & they walk in & out arguing ( not sure about what)so then about 20 min later the guy comes to get me I usually have a female & I had a guy this time. which is fine but I fully undress & stay in my underwear (thong)& cover with a thin see through sheet so I was fully exposed. Usually it’s a thicker sheet…The message was nothing like my other two experiences he was very hard on my back & he kept saying “softer” I would say “yes” & he still was very hard on my back! I never got the hot stones at the end it was nothing like before! I go to pay its 60$ he writes it down on paper then writes 10 next to it. I said “no I will pay 5 for tip!” So a female comes over points to 70$ & says “you pay this”I said “No I pay 5” she says “okay”. I give her my card & she puts it in wrong & says”card no good” I said well it would help if you put my card in correct” she kept trying to make it like my card had been declined! Then Flips it around & says “okay okay!”& it’s approved! I have never been to a business that’s telling me how much to tip especially for horrible service! & 2 making me think my card was no good! I will never go there again!!Not to mention he focused mainly on my butt which made me very uncomfortable!

This place is a scam!!! I ate next door at a restaurant and they cloned my card and ran a phony $112 charge on my card!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This place is terrible, I asked for 1 hour deep tissue massage and it was nothing like thatI asked them again can they do deep tissue with more pressure and there was no change, on top of all that 3 times it was interrupted for a few minutes each time and I didnt even get a full 1 hour of massage it was shortened by 10 minutes. When it was time to pay they started demanding a $20 dollars tip and I refused it and explained them why I dont feel like tipping because the massage was terrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, waste of time and money and disrespectful staff.

I enjoyed my massage. I did the comb massage 30 minutes back rub and 30 minute foot.

My husband and I went in together as first time customers. I was stressed about reading about the pressure they put you through to tip high and before the massage, so I was wary. However, we were not expected to pay beforehand. The women were very nice, professional, and respectful of your body. This was the first “full body massage” I’ve been too, so was unsure how that worked. They did an amazing job without hurting you.I never said to the lady how I was always tender on my left side of my back and shoulder, but I noticed how much work she put into my left side. I never realized that you could make a massage that relaxing, while truly opening up tense muscles. This is my new favorite place and look forward to coming again!! ☺️☺️

I would not go here. The massage was decent but they didn’t inform me of a $2 charge to use a credit card at the start. They didn’t speak English so it took a while for them to understand what I wanted. There’s no music or ambiance and dogs at grooming shop next door barked the whole time and the 2 ladies at the front spoke loudly in Chinese together and on speaker phone my entire massage. I couldn’t relax so when I went to pay and k found out about the $2 charge for credit card and I didn’t have cash on me, she then pressured me and wouldn’t run my card until I tipped even though I tried to explain through Google translate it wasn’t a good massage because of the noise. I ended up having to tip to leave and I felt stressed at the end. Won’t be returning there. PS I’ve lived overseas for a long long time and am good at navigating languages I don’t know but today was hard for me.

This was hands down the best massage me and my wife have ever had. We called last second we were able to get in and received an amazing massage. The 2 ladies met all are needs and more it was just great. We will be returning once a month from here on out. Keep up the great work ladies!!!!

It was an ok experience. But at the end i tipped 25%, counter person said loudly, not enough. That ruined my relaxing message 😒. Other places offer better service and even more important- a smile

This used to be my favorite go-to for a one-hour body massage. After my most recent encounter, a little over a month ago, I will not return. Not only did I have to sit up for part of it, which was awkward and not remotely relaxing, at the end, the man who checked me out wrote down tip options on a card and pointed to them. Now, I always tip, even on less-than-stellar service, but this was very uncomfortable and came across as a requirement, rather than letting the customer decide. I am sad that a business I used to recommend is no longer one I want to use.

UPDATE 7/11/22This really saddens me to do. As you can see below I had originally given this place a glowing 5-star review. For over 2 years Ive been going and seeing Mary...who I still love.I injured my back the other day and called today to schedule with Mary. When I arrived Mary was no where in sight and none of the 3 people there spoke any English. I said Im here for my appointment with Mary. Everyone smiled, nodded and showed me to the room.I got undressed and waited on Mary. A different lady came in and started immediately giving me a massage. I asked where is Mary and it was clear she didnt understand me.I should have stopped the massage then, but I thought Mary is great, maybe this lady is to. I was VERY wrong. She didnt ask pressure and what she did could barely be called a massage. It was more pinching and very fast rubbing.When she got to my lower back I tried to tell her it was very painful, she continued and pushed very hard to which I pulled away. She did seem to understand then and went easier in that area.I let her continue the sub-par massage and at the very end she placed her hand behind my neck and very forcibly sat me straight up. I honestly thought I was going to pass out. I yelled no no no, I cant and she continued to try to push me up. I was forced to hurt my back worse by quickly scooting away from her.I will go back, but if its not Mary I will immediately turn around and walk out. Nobody wants to leave in more pain then they arrived in.Original Review:Just had my first massage there and I am beyond pleased! My therapist was Mary and she was terrific. I used to be a member at massage envy and I can say that this massage was better than any that I had there. I will be returning again.

At the moments felt more like fast rubbing than massaging which was painful. The session was interrupted few times because therapist had to answer his phone. Overpriced for what you get. When I was about to pay I didnt get any bill/check, just blank paper where was handwritten $120 + tips. After I paid, guy (not the therapist) insisted on tips (???) multiple times and started pointing out blank paper whit price on it. I am not going back.

Had a couples massage a few weeks back and was overwhelming pleased with the experienced. i didnt catch her name but the lady who did my massage was clearly experienced, communicated well with me on pressure, and gave me an excellent full body massage. came out feeling more relaxed than i had in a LONG time. I highly recommend this place.

They were 15 minutes late getting is in for our appointment. No one was there except the front counter when we arrived. The massage was okay. Mine used very little pressure at all. My daughter said heres was a little better. Person doing my massage to cover front desk twice. ☹️ Not nearly as good as it used to be.

I called and booked massage with Wendy, I got there I got totaly different person... I was very confused because I didnt get full 90 minutes and after he asked me how much tip? After I gave my card this place changed me extra $2 because I used my card... This place used to be very good ...but something happened, I definitely dont want to come back.

Great massage. First person I worked with was great. Second person came in and wasn’t satisfied with the $10 in tips I left so pressured for more tip money. After what I paid for the massage a high dollar tip shouldn’t be expected. Because of this pressure I will NOT go back.

I stopped in today to get a 30 or 60 min sports massage. When I was asking about the different types she didn’t understand me and wasn’t able to explain the differences. I paid up front, before the massage began and was expected to tip on a massage I had not even had yet. During the massage, she was texting and talking on the phone and had to go up front and answer the door because she didn’t have help. My 30 min massage was more like 15 minutes with the texting, talking and interruptions. The massage itself was good when she was present and actually massaging. Had I paid after, I would have expected her to either give a discount or ask me to come back for a better experience. Not good customer service at all.

I took my daughter there for a relaxing little treat and boy was it ever ! We got an add on of the hot stones and I was surprised by how wonderful it was ! The warm stones were a great addition to the foot treatment! It was super clean ! Everyone was very friendly and it was a perfect afternoon! We will be back !

This place was amazing. My boyfriend an I got a couples massage and they where so considerate about asking about the right pressure and making sure the hotrocks where the right tempature for us. Not to mention the oil they used was amazing. They hit every region equally and seemed very experienced.

I’ve been going here for several years and am always relaxed and very happy with the service. The staff is professional and performs a wonderful massage experience. The surroundings are clean, calm and serene. The pricing for their services is unbeatable in the area.

Caution: Do NOT book through their website.I booked through the website, and received a confirmation email stating that the reservation slot was booked for a 2:30 appointment. They later called me to ask if it would be possible to move my appointment to 3:30 which was fine with me.I showed up at 3:25 and was told that they do not accept online bookings anymore due to enough people not showing up for the appointments. Why bother calling me to change my appointment time if you are going to tell me that it is invalid anyway when I show up?At least remove the online booking feature from the website.

I would give no stars at this visit ... didnt honor our appointment time for three massages couldnt take us for 45 min.took someone who was late . Wouldnt work with us , thought our frustration was funny. One employee left to take care of his baby instead of working with us. The worst service we have had here and we are frequent customers!!! No manager or owner to talk to!!! We received no massages and no customer service !! This needs to be made right with us !!!!

This is a very good Foot Massage Spa. I am a truck driver and my feet always hurt. Ellen took great care of my needs. I would highly recommend this spa for wonderful relaxing massage.

My wife and I went today for a couples massage and we were really impressed with the quality and techniques of the clinicians. The price was very reasonable and we had a very relaxing experience. We will be back when in town!

I am so thankful that this place & Mary were suggested to me by a friend. Just got my second massage & my body feels so much better. I havent had a massage in a couple of years. I was overdue. Excellent.

I was very pleased with the experience. I stopped by yesterday and got the 10 minutes chair massage. Stopped back today for the 60 minutes massage. My back and neck was very tight and the young man did an excellent job.

90 minute couples massage. Great service, prompt and professional. We’ve done numerous couple massages and this ranked right up there as one of the best. We’ll go back!

Made a 3pm apt. Went in 15min early to be told they were too busy and to come back about 5pm or the following day. Will NEVER try this place again. WOW

Always a friendly smile and professional service. The prices are very competitive. Its been said that massage therapy melts the stress away....... Its true.

Went there doing Covid. It was extra clean and they took my temperature. My therapist was awesome. She communicated with me about pressure. She was very good.

I highly recommend Longevity! I have been to many foot spas however this one is by far the best. The staff are highly trained and are very accommodating to your needs. The atmosphere is very relaxing, I will be returning again and again.

Great value for the money. No contracts. Easy to schedule appointments on short notice. Experienced therapists. Hot stones are a nice touch.

I come here often and ask for the same person each time. The price for one hour is very reasonable and if you clearly tell them where you want them to concentrate, you should be quite happy.
