Massage Envy

I did not have a great experience here. I have been one time and it was okay. The therapist wore oversized rubber gloves for the massage which was weird and noisy, and she also cut my time short. I paid for 60 minutes, yet was taken back 5 minutes after my appointment (still needing go through the survey and get undressed), and then my therapist ended the massage 7 minutes before the scheduled time. So, really I got about a 45 minute massage. It would have been much cheaper to buy the 45 minute option instead. Anyway, I booked my husband a massage here for Father’s day and because I signed in to my account while booking, the reservation was put in my name. (I didn’t realize this) When my husband got there at his scheduled time, the therapist came out (Trinity) and said “No, you are not your wife and I will not touch men. Men are disgusting.” Now, I realize this error was probably my fault, but it could have been handled much better. This was his Father’s day gift and he was pretty disappointed. I’ll find a different place to go from now on.

Great Experience! The couples membership is well worth it. One 1⃣ hour massage a month for the both of us for 140$ split payment. The enviroment always clean, relaxing, and great guest service. Looking forward to coming back.

Gail was amazing! I’ve never done a facial before and she did so great making me feel comfortable and explaining what she was doing. She was so easy to talk to. It was such a relaxing experience and was just what I needed! I will definitely return to see her.

I went for shoulder problems. The knots in my shoulder and back make sailors jealous. Debbie was so polite and knowledgeable right from the beginning. When I was done after 90 min of good, intense, but manageable pain, I was able to move my arm like I was 18 again. She is very approachable for any questions or concerns. For my first professional massage, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Debbie. 6 stars all day!!!

I had a great massage by Deborah. Her massage was very relaxing. She rubbed some tender sciatica areas out. I remained pain free for several days. I will definitely go back to her!!

Angela was absolutely wonderful! She really listens and paid attention to every detail. I felt completely different walking out and even better the next day!

I received a chemical peel yesterday from Taylor. She is an amazing aesthetician! She walked me through each step and helped me plan for my skin care needs before my daughters wedding! I have been to Taylor multiple times over a couple of years and the compliments that I get about my skin are a testament of her skill and attention to my skins needs. I am only hesitant to highly recommend her because then it would be more difficult for me to get in to see her! 🤪😄

I workout regularly 5 days a week and have a full time desk job. This lifestyle requires a regular deep tissue massage. Odin uses the right amount of pressure to loosen up all my knots and tension. I highly recommend him.

Be careful with the women at the front desk. I asked to leave a 20% tip, and they took a 40% tip. I let them get away with it b/c my massage was good, and the charge had already been done. But I think I will call my bank to get a new card, b/c if they did something like that (very dishonest), I don’t trust them with my card number! Will not be going back to this ME location anymore!

There is a reason I keep coming back ,its Molly and her amazing healing powers! She is so good at addressing all my problem areas. My membership is so worth it.

I had a 60 minute massage with Angie yesterday to address my neck pain and tightness. Felt so good when I left and continue to feel so 24 hours later. Highly recommend her!

I’m an equine barn manager and am on my feet 8+hrs a day, Veronica asked me my job and what I felt I needed worked on and listened.I had been there a few times but never with her. She worked on me based on my need for relief and I never felt better than with her! She hit the points with perfect pressure and seemed to know what I needed. Afterward she told me to ice and warm my arms for relief after the massage to help. I’ve never been more impressed by someone to give advise afterward and to really care for my relief. Veronica is the best one to go for, she’s also very easy to chat with and kind.I didn’t see the glass of water she left for me and came out to give it to me as I was checking out. BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST EVER.She cares because she cares to help, not cause she just gets paid too.SHOUT OUT TO VERONICA!!!!!

Carol was great! Very soft spoken, engaged in some conversation (initiated by me) without going into her life story.😂 Some do. Pressure was perfect. Works only on Thursdays, and I will try to get another appointment with her soon.

Odin was great! Very strong hands & nice technic. I have lots of old scar tissue to break up, but he was very careful.

I booked an appointment for the next day, I was amazed there were still slots open. Beth was the best therapist I have ever had at ME. My session was more therapeutic than relaxing (which was what I wanted) and she explained everything she was doing, gave me tips and advice for things I could do at home, and got me much more mobility than I had when I came in. I joked and said if I hit the lottery I would hire Beth to be my personal masseuse!

I am usually in pain when I come in. Ryan is attentive and truly loves his job. He is very happy when I tell him the pain is gone. I love massage nights because I always get a pain free deep sleep that night.

Beth is by far one of the best massage therapists I have been to. She always uses the right amount of pressure and addresses my trouble areas. I always feel so much better after a massage with her. I really appreciate Angie’s attention to detail and how she really studies your muscles to hone in on the ones that are tense. She then really works on those tense areas to get them worked out. She is a muscle tension assassin!

I had a 90 minute massage with Angela. She did a great job, concentrating on the upper back, shoulders and arms. I was so knotted up from working on a computer but Angela got all the knots worked out and I’m feeling much better and relaxed!!

Vicki is my go to girl.Best massage therapist!. She is very knowledgeable in pressure points and different techniques. I have many muscular problems and she knows how to make me so much better.

I’ve been doing prenatal massages for my entire pregnancy and Ryan Odin is one of the qualified prenatal massage therapist. He has always made each session relaxing these past 9 months! He makes sure to ask at every appointment where I’m experiencing more pregnancy pains and he’ll make sure to spend extra massage time on those areas (mainly my back and feet). I highly recommend using Ryan Odin if you are looking for prenatal massages.

My experience with Massage Envy at the Noblesville (Mercantile Blvd) location is always amazing!! I see Odin, and he is wonderful! He is skilled in his trade, listens to my needs and always delivers. He is professional and educates on understanding where my problem ares are with feedback on techniques to alleviate some of the pain in between visits. He’s receptive to each session and engages socially with me or allows for silence and relaxation based on me needs for the session. I’ve seen him throughout my pregnancy for prenatal massage and post and he is great! I couldn’t rave more about him! I started with this location and signed up almost 12 years ago, so they come highly recommended in my book! Self-care is so important in today’s busy and hectic world. I indulge in 90minute and 2 hour sessions monthly personally as my recharge! Thank you!

I have been using the Noblesville Massage Envy (on Mercantile Blvd.) for years. They always provide a professional environment and great service!

The therapist, any that Ive ever had have been great. I love the facility. I would like to ask for a better scheduling process. Of all the apps out there one could easily be made for your scheduling process. It is grueling to try and schedule an appointment. And your online process is even worse. Please fix this. I have so many stored to use and cant even get them scheduled unless I call 6 different sites to find who is available. This is the one and only complaint and its big enough to go elsewhere.

My therapist was very informative and knowledgeable. The lady that helped me at the front desk was great. She explained everything and answered any questions. I had a wonderful experience.

Vicki is a great massage therapist and does fantastic cupping. I have some knots in my traps that are contributing to migraines n the cupping Vicki did, along with other techniques to the occipital area improved my migraine to where I felt so much better when I left. Its the next day n Im still better. Cupping is worth the cost, will be back!

Great food in a clean, new environment. The veggie tacos, sangria, and pineapple slaw were my favorites but everything was delicious. My husband tried the 5 taco deal and enjoyed one of each taco. Friendly, attentive service and worth it. We will definitely be back.

Nice facility. Im always greeted promptly when arriving. The staff is helpful and the rooms are nice. Ive only done massages here and they are usually really good. Ive not settle one on favorite massage therapist, but all the different ones seem to have things they gravitate to.

I feel like I have been robbed. I signed up for the monthly plan prior to the pandemic. Of course, like most businesses, through no fault of their own, they were understaffed during the pandemic and I was unable to make appointments. The understaffing still continues and the therapists I need to see remain unavailable. I contacted the franchise and asked for a refund of the $1,200+ I paid over the course of the shut down. It seems fair, that if they were not able to provide the service I paid for, they should refund the money. But they were ADAMANT that they will in no way refund my money. This is absurd and unethical.

The front desk staff is amazing, but this massage envy has their tranquillity room in a terrible place. It is supposed to be relaxing to get you ready for your massage, but they put it right at the front on the other side of a glass door, so you hear everything from the front and the light shines into a room thats supposed to be peaceful. And I dont know about everyone else, but when I get a massage I want quite so I can relax, tour massage therapist isnt supposed to be chatty Cathy. In fact they shouldnt talk at all. a person getting a massage will tell them if something needs to change so they shouldnt even have to check in. Honestly Im disappointed with my appointment. Im going to try one more time with a different therapist, but I have low hopes at this point.

I had such bad breakouts and was so conscientious about my face, I never felt like I could get my acne under control, when it would clear up for a short period of time I would be devastated at the amount of scarring.
