Stopped by to get Geek Bars. Lauren was so helpful. We talked about flavors, etc. she then gave me info about refillable options and was extremely knowledgeable. I liked the fact they have vape juices available to smell! May not taste 100% the same but is so helpful. The store itself is warm and inviting.

Im new to vaping, and they were very patient with all my questions. Amelia made good recommendations based on me being a beginner.

I purchased a ecig that turned out to have a burnt coil. They let me return it for something else. I purchased another one it turned out to not work at all. They told me I could not return that one since it was a discounted item yet I believe that they should of allowed for me to return it since they still sold me a faulty product. Also their prices are ridiculously high. There are far better places than this place I would not recommend buying from here.

Was there on Wednesday and thought I had bought a cookie there before, but was told youve never had cookies. No problem, but the employee was too busy sitting and vaping to help with any other product I might want to buy. No suggestions? Just stared at me until I realized how unwelcome I was and left. A guy came in right as I was leaving, and he was out the door within a minute also. Obviously this is not the place to go unless you know what you want and you dont want the clerk to speak to you.

Have shopped at artisan vapor for a few years now. I live in Greenwood and still would rather make a trip to any of their stores. Atmosphere is always fun and the people are great and not just the employees. Never feel like just a customer when Im there.

I just talked to Dustin here at Artisan Vapor. He helped me with everything that I needed in a very timely and professional manner. I was actually trying to go to a different vape shop closer to home but they closed as I was walking in. After experiencing the service from this shop I still start driving the extra distance. This is my second experience here at Artisan Vapor and last time was about a year ago. Ill be back more frequently for everything I need. If the owners see this review I highly recommend giving some praise to your employee. As a small business owner myself I know how hard it is to find good customer oriented employees.

Super confused as to why their juice is about 55% more expensive than any other store in the area. When I asked why that was the case… they lied and said Indiana taxes just went up in the last week. Was then attempted to be guilt tripped into tipping this guy by hearing all about how underpaid he is when his job consists of sitting at a counterwhile vaping all day on his phone. Just go to higher grade instead.

I love this vape shop! The employees are very knowledgeable about the juices and devices! I have NEVER had a bad experience at this store! The employees are always very nice and patient as well. I purchased the wrong product. I walked out the door and walked right back in and they would not return the item. They forced me to exchange it for something else or keep it. Make sure you read the incredibly fine print located next to the register.

Stopped by today and for some reason their prices more then doubled. 2 bottles of juice anywhere else in the country cost under $40 for the 2. Tried to charge me $79.and some change for just 2 bottles. Will not be returning... The exact same juice from here only cost me $32.10 for 2 bottles from the smoke shop in Elwood.

Definitely the best experience I had in a vape shop. Valerie was very helpful in getting me the right cbd juice for my vape as I am new to cbd and had no clue what I was needing. She was thorough and explaining all the different products which is an experience I have not received the other Vape stores.

Havent had the best experience at this place so far. I bought a ego c twist and charger for almost 30 bucks which seems kinda high for the type of quality, and I was sold a broken one. Called the store once I noticed the charger melting and I was told to come in to get a new one. I went in and they were out so Shane wrote me an IOU and told me to come back on Thursday to get one once they got more. I came on Thursday and was told to come back on Saturday when a manager will be there. I didnt think it should take a week and a half to get something replaced or even refunded. Fingers crossed I get some help on Saturday!

New to the area and didnt know too many people here. The guys working were super outgoing and very friendly. They obviously were knowledgeable and the prices were great! Never went to a artisan vapor before because I thought they were more expensive! After a week of being here and shopping around I found out they were actually cheaper... Shocked to say the least. Why would anyone go anywhere else???? I feel silly for never going to a artisan vapor before this. Couldnt be more pleased

Bought 25$ Disposable vapes supposed to be 6000 puffs lasted about 4 days . Had many of them from here and had the same experience with all of them. My vapes from other stores (cheaper with less puffs) lasted weeks longer . Definitely not 6000 puffs as they are selling and definitely not worth the money or the condescending tone from whoever responds to these reviews. I will continue shopping around and telling all my friends to take there business to a company who actually has quality products. Not looking for a “free” vape but definitely expect my money’s worth. I wouldn’t accept anything further from this place free or not.

I have been in 3-4x. Half the time I get some great knowledge from the staff on products. Other times, I can tell they’re not as educated on some items, which is ok, I can google things. I spent over $100 in different items. I didn’t love the delta 8 gummies I purchased, but that’s not their fault. I also purchased a 4000 puff glamee vape. I just started using it 2 days ago, I purchased it on 12/22. I still had some left of my other. Long story short this pen should last a very long time. After using it maybe 30 puffs it has already failed. I contacted the store, even agreeing it should not have stopped working they will not exchange it. Offered a discount to replace it, but it’s obviously a defected pen and is at no ones fault but the manufacturer. I’m disappointed they’d rather make $10-13 from me on a new pen, than just exchange it for me, and make me WANT to buy products from them, but instead they want the $$$, not a loyal customer.

They gave me the wrong bottle and I didnt realize it until after opening and tasting it. That was partly my fault. I was also charged over $70 for TWO 100ml bottles and one of them was supposed to be 25% off. This place is way too expensive and has no better juices than its competitors in the area. I cant believe I tipped that guy for the tasting. Never going back.

There is almost never what I need here. None in that shop pays attention while they are working almost everytime I go they give me something I didn’t ask for. I can normally return it but how hard is it to pick out one item, I never buy more than one thing coming in here. It’s my second resource shop. Most the time you pull up and wait 10/15 minute because every employees is busy on a “smoke break” in someone car on the side of the building. And it’s probably the most annoying ng place to purchase from I spend about 20 dollars more than normal when I go in. I don’t recommend going here they waste your time.

The only shop I go to. They have a large selection of juices, salts,CBD, mods. And unlike other places, you can actually look at the labels on bottles before buying. The shop itself is a relaxing place to be in, the staff are always super helpful and willing to answer all my questions.

My favorite part is checking out and then the person having the audacity to ask for a tip when they dont have knowledge of what theyre selling. Know what you want and or need when coming here.

Nate was such a helpful person and I am glad that he was able to help me out today. The store has an amazing relaxing feel and am going to recommend to anyone who needs anything.

Purchase a Vader pod from them it work for a 2 month went in to trouble shoot no help had to buy new pods 3 wouldnt sell me one ..just put new one in and jucie from home wouldnt even give some jucie to see if it was the pod no longer get my business other companies have helped ..not here .

This place is awful. They sell clone devices. I bought a smok device from the employees it was having several problems so there answer was to have me trade it for a different brand mod. I was given a vaporesso and that was a terrible idea it destroyed the batteries I had bought and there solution was to lie to me have me drive over an hour from my home just to be told they wouldnt refund me for all the bs that is going on with the device. And come to find out they kept my previous device instead of sending it to the manufacturer where it was supposed to go and then resold it so someone else could face these problems. They should be shut down.

They’re friendly enough. Their prices are kind of high compared to shops around. It’s not a bad place but I just didn’t get a cool vibe when I was there.

My only con is that juice prices are somewhat higher than other places, but the pros are a great staff who are knowledgeable and down to earth, they have what you need, and the vibe of the place is great! I would recommend over Hoosier Vapes or Indy Ecig.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first good vape set up. The guys were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I am positive that I will never need to buy another pack of cigarettes again! Ive smoked for 30 years, since age 14. Ive tried the cheapie vapes and none of them compare to what I have now. Excellent juice flavor selection and for the person who said they rip you off?...if you want a quality product you are going to have to shell out a little. to me and what I paid was nothing compared to what I would have spent in cigarettes in a week. In the long run, Im saving a heck of a lot of money and my lungs will thank me for it. Not having tar gunking up in my lungs anymore is probably one of the best things Ive done for my health in quite a long time. Thank yall so much and I will definitely be back!

No one here really knows what they are doing. It’s kind of depressing. All my mods and attatchments have been overpriced compared to other vape shops coming out of Texas as a “national” company they still jack up the prices for our state. They charge for building when any vape shop would be willing to help for whenever. Juice is illegal?? Like how do they get away with this. Constantly hearing stories of harassing other vape shops. Employees even tell me how much they hate juices FROM THE SHOP THEY WORK AT. I haven’t gotten one positive comment even from employees. Anyone who shops here is falling for a scam. I’m sorry but it’s true. They lure customers in with deals and sales every other day because they can’t even keep customers. The most basic level of vaper who started 2 months ago will literally know as much as their employees. I walked in and all the wanted to talk about was fortnite, like no I’m not here to play your free game I can play at the comfort of my home I’m here to buy product. And they knew nothing about the products they sell?? They don’t have even have stock of their mods. They sell one and they are sold out. What shop only carries one of everything and that’s it. Depressing. Any other vape shop in Hamilton county will be able to service you at the level of a rocket scientist compared to the apes that work here. 1 Star if I could give 0 I would. Enjoy vaping and do yourself a favor stay away from this company.

Asked for my Id as soon as I went in the door. Now it wasnt even in a nice way. Well Im 56 years old. Never been asked for an Id the min I stepped across the threshold of any door. I wanted to ask. Why u serve alcohol here? They just lost a possible 100.00 or more sale. Will not go back

Guys were stoned when I came in last week. Didnt have what I needed, which is a really popular brand/item (coil). I had a huge story typed up but Google froze on me. Dont go here. Seems like a Father believed his son could run a business and invested into it. Idk just seems like a cpl young guys winging it. Horrible service. I wont return

Visited store from out of town. Purchased Juul refills at a cost of over $25! Same exact product for $13 in Dayton Ohio at Speedway. Very shady.

They have a good selection, but their prices are jacked up a bit (as are most chain vape shops). They deal in the premium mods and juices mainly. I shop here for my mods, coils and tanks only.

40$ for juice I can buy online for 20$ with free shipping is pretty sketch.I dont care if it was on sale or not. And to ask for a tip when youre ripping people off is ridiculous.
