Massage Envy

I really like this facility and the staff is SO nice. But some of the business practices from the corporate side are just silly and not customer friendly.For instance, after accruing quite a few credits from being out of town (and not thinking about freezing my account, my fault), i thought it would be nice to surprise my mom with a massage only to find out there is a $10 charge. Its not a lot of money, but when already paying so much per month it just feels unnecessary and not the kind of energy I would expect from a company based in wellness.I understand that businesses have to put the bottom line first, but this just feels like one of those small customer service moments that has nickle-n-dimed a bad taste in my mouth instead of creating loyalty to keep me coming back.

He is always been great! This time I came in I had 14 free visits left after I got rid of my membership. If for some reason the 14th free visits were taken away and I wasn’t gonna pay $200 for a 90 minute session so I cancel the left. For as long as my daughter was a member and paid for me to attend, and I got all those free visits filled up I think it’s a shame for all the money she paid for these visits to be taken away. As far as the service it has always been great to me. It’s been above standard using him , that’s why it is so hard to get in to see him, because so many patients love him Two months scheduled out at a time.

Riley was amazing and she really knew what she was talking about when it came to the muscles. She even gave me a recommendation for stretches to do after my visit to keep these muscles from stiffness. I highly recommend if you book with message envy to book with Riley! :)

After moving to the area in mid-2023, Im thankful to have found Blake, my therapist, and Massage Envy - Hamilton Town Center! The ME staff is friendly, and the environment is relaxing and calm. As an active person and runner, Blake listens to my needs, then expertly addresses them. He always makes me feel better. Without a doubt, Blake is one of the best! With his help, I’m able to keep doing what I like to do! Kudos to him!!

Ruby consistently gives a 5-star massage. Her full body massages are relaxing but also hit the high tension areas and works them out. She is very personable and takes your lead as to whether you want to just enjoy your massage in quiet or you would prefer to engage in conversation. The only downside is that she is so popular that you have to schedule well ahead and time to be sure to get In when you want to!

Josh is very knowledgeable, professional and knows his anatomy well. He has been working on a problem area for a while which we are making progress. My range of motion has improved along with being able to perform tasks easier. I would highly recommend him.

Jeffrey is an excellent esthetician! He is kind and very good at helping me improve my skin. He also encourages me to try different treatments and Ive enjoyed all of the them. I would encourage anyone with skin concerns to reach out to him!!

Such a good experience! I hurt my neck this past week and she took that into serious consideration during the duration of my appointment. It was thorough and I am already feeling much better!

I only have great things to say about Massage Envy at Hamilton Town Center! The staff was SO helpful, extremely nice, attentive and made me feel special! I’m a caregiver to my husband and not only did I have an amazing massage at this location, but I met some incredibly supportive and caring ladies there as well! It was all EXACTLY what I needed!! I had an experience that I’ll never forget and plan on many more returns!!

Matt is the best massage therapist that I have experienced in a long time. He’s very thorough and does an amazing job of digging in and working out the knots with his fingers. More therapists should adopt his method of massage as it’s very hard to find and why he’s always fully booked.

The staff is always phenomenal! Josh has a gift and I would highly recommend him. My back and shoulder are in such better shape thanks to him!

Brandi is phenomenal. She is my favorite therapist as she is great at deep tissue. I always feel better after a massage with her.

Ruby is fantastic! She is consistent, and knows how to work around injuries without completely avoiding the areas. I always feel much more relaxed after every massage.

Blake once again, was awesome! He focuses on my trouble areas and provides the perfect pressure. He provided me some additional stretch options for my lower back as well.

Josh is fantastic and I always the therapist that I see. He is great at targeting my specific trouble spots with the appropriate tension. As someone who has had disk fusion surgery and has some special concerns, I always know I am in good hands with Josh. I always leave ME feeling great after my sessions with Josh!

I have had 2 massages by Colton and he is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I have also had multiple facials with Kristen and she is AMAZING as well! You’re missing out if you haven’t seen either of them! Self care is important! And they both do an amazing job at what they do to make you feel and look better!!!!

I have been a customer for years now and have never had a problem with any part of my business with massage envy. Brandi is and has been a great therapist. I am very grateful for her and her ability.

I did a 90 minute massage w Blake and let me tell you it was wonderful. I have been having severe migraines and just wanted to focus on my head neck and shoulders due to my muscles being so tight and covered w knots. I did a firm massage and even though I’m sore this morning my muscles are not tight and the knots are gone!!! Also I have nerve damage/issues due to MS and also having carpal tunnel in my right hand and arthritis in my neck. My right hand and arm being worse with numbness and pain. When I told him this he worked on my arm and hand where the nerve is. Do you know I started to feel my finger tips again. I was so amazed. My finger tips have been completely numb for a while. I’m not saying it will a 100% fix what’s going on but I do know when I left I had feeling in my hands and didn’t when I walked in. I have already made an appointment for 3 weeks w Blake.

I love my monthly membership where I can pick between a massage or facial. Robin and DeAnn are the best! I highly recommend for quality relaxation time and de-stressing.

Brandi is the only therapist I will see. She understands what deep pressure is and when it’s needed. I don’t need a “relaxing” massage I need deep tissue relief and Brandi delivers every time. Everyone else is just rubbing lotion

This has to be the worst experience Ive had over the past year. The beginning was fine. The first therapist I had unfortunately had a beard so big his mask kept slipping and spent more time with his hands on his own face than my back. I had another one which I wondered if I even had a massage. One guy pushed so hard I had bruises. I finally found a guy I liked and he moved to another Massage Envy Location. Finally at the last 4 months of my contract... Every month Id get a call (THE DAY BEFORE) and was told that my session (THAT I BOOKED 4-5 WEEKS IN ADVANCE) was cancelled due to this injury, or called in sick, or broken bone, but they couldnt schedule me again for 8 WEEKS! I was FINALLY able to cancel my contract and was told I had 3 sessions left but they couldnt book me for 9 weeks. SERIOUSLY.. and that my time period would expire on being able to use these last sessions after I cancel. So... after getting the manager who refused to refund my money to extend my time period.. I waited 9 weeks... went to the massage... and was charged on my credit card the full amount. This location needs new management or something. It is a hot mess. SERIOUSLY.. I dont know who reads these things but if this is a franchise.. its not doing the corporation any good.

Brandi is a top-notch therapist! She focuses on those areas that need attention & has the perfect pressure to work out knots, etc. She is polite & very pleasant!

Colton is always great! He listens to me about problem and sensitive areas, being careful to not aggravate other orthopedic issues. I trust him

I was ready to end my membership until my massage with Brandi yesterday. Completely changed my mind about Massage Envy. I will be back regularly!

I had my very first facial the other day and Madison was great. I also had Christian for a massage. He was amazing too. Another 5 star.

I have been going to Massage Envy for 12 years now or so and have always had wonderful service. Matt is my favorite massage therapist. HE always adapts my sessions to whatever is hurting/bothering me at that time.

Thought I’d never find another Pfrimmer therapist after my long term therapist passed. Best massage I’ve had in almost 3 years!

I have been wanting a firm pressure massage for awhile and I finally got in! Blake was amazing and I felt so relaxed when he was done!

1-21Walked in with a tight back and hamstrings . My hips were uneven. After my massage with Matt my hips were even and I was pain free!

Really nice facility. Super lovely staff. Jeffrey did my facial and it was incredible. Highly recommend! Will be returning for sure!!

I felt very comfortable. However, I did not realize there was an extra charge for the cleaning in clogged areas. I will do that again next time, but explaining the extra charge should have been in the conversation.

I’ve been going here for years. Lately it’s very hard to get an appointment with my usual therapists. Her schedule gets booked up for months so it’s no longer convenient for me to go here. The front desk girl was very rude to me and could care less about accommodating me. Considering canceling my membership.

We have been here a couple of time while visiting family and were very pleased with the quality of our massage. The staff are friendly and helpful. We actually got a membership in our home state because of the treatment that we received here. I have been a member for more than a year now and so happy with it. I get a massage about every two weeks and it has kept me mobile and healthy after a major back surgery. Would highly recommend them for the special needs massage or just a relaxing one. Give them a try!

Went a couple days before me birthday for a couples massage. My fianceé had an excellent massage and mine was horrible. I specifically asked for light to medium pressure and dawn my therapist definitely did deep. She did a lot of stretching with my arms, which was weird and didnt feel good. At the beginning I told her I didnt want anything to be done on my legs. She obviously wasnt listening because she started to do my legs and then was like oh I forgot you didnt want to do legs. You should have yelled at me when I started.... Well no she should have actually looked at my sheet... Manager said she would recommend someone and I could come back in and get the introductory massage price. Why would I want to go back? Not good customer service and that massage therapist really needs to look at peoples sheets. Currently in a lot of pain and not happy

I love going to this location! Everyone is friendly and it is very relaxing. I have a massage therapist who is really good. He is aware of how to deal with my tight knots and has a wonderful feel for what I need. And they have wintergreen life savers, always a treat.

I got massages regularly for awhile and then my girl left so I stopped going. Last year I went to a different location to get a massage for my birthday and it was the worst experience. Well..today is my birthday and I decided Id give it another go but I was pretty nervous about seeing someone new again. I had Alisha and it was hands down the best experience Ive ever had! She listened to why I was anxious about coming in and was extremely reassuring that that wouldnt happen again and gave me an amazing massage! Cant wait until my next massage!

The HTC location was where I started with massage. It was very loud, in the waiting area and even in the rooms. The building is not set up ideally for this, so location was a poor decision for the experience of a massage. The staff do not appear knowledgeable, and I felt as though my massages there would have been done better by students. My initial massage therapists talked the entire time, even when I tried to be silent.I moved to a different location and was injured twice there by staff who would not take my verbal cues to stop (bruising, pinched nerves).I tried to cancel my membership Saturday. The woman who was there would not make a copy of my cancel form, which I thought was odd. She said the manager would get it to me that day. 2 days passed with no word. I called Monday and was told I would definitely get it in my email that day because the weekend was crazy busy. I called again today and was told once again that it was crazy busy and that I would receive the form again today.I recorded the conversation, as is legal in the state of Indiana. I explained to the staff that if I get charged again that I would open a dispute into the matter. She hung up on me. This was about 15 minutes prior to writing this review.

I would give less that 1 star if I could. Total SCAM, Do not sign up! We signed up for a year contract. We tried to cancel, having not used any but 2 or 3 appointments for the year. They told us that if we cancelled, we would lose all our compiled, already payed for sessions. Over priced and a TOTAL RIP OFF! Dont do it!

Staff is so friendly willing to help with all my needs. My husband and I had a couples and the therapist were amazing. Love the customization of everything in the massage as well.

I have been told numerous times that with a note from a chiropractor that I could cancel my membership due to a bulging disk in my back. My wife used most of my accumulated massages, but I didnt get it cancelled before the next payment was taken. So when they called me to ask me to schedule something today, I was told that what I have been told by every person in the past was a lie and that I have to risk COVID to get a note from an MD in order to cancel.

Courtney helped relieve pain that I have had for months. I couldn’t appreciate her skills more!

I called their place their nosal town center and the one in Noble sell it sell the mercantile boulevard very friendly staff very professionalif you have back to hip problems or everything else or if youre ticklish they will take care of it sure everything is done right very professional staffat both places Noblesville town center and in Noblesville itself on mercantile boulevard

Very unhappy with Massage Envy. They put expiration dates with short timeframes on gift cards to take your money without providing any service at all. I believe this is illegal. I would recommend against using Massage Envy.
