Lemon Seed Designs Aerial Fitness

My first experience at Lemon Seed was while supporting a pop up shop for a friend’s health and beauty services. The environment was so warm and welcoming, and the aesthetic of the storefront was so calming. I had to come back a second time for the full experience, and booked a private party to celebrate my birthday with friends. Angie, the owner, is a true gem and was such a sweet spirit and showed us such a good time and was so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend Lemon Seed.

I went to Lemon Seed for a friends birthday party and we had SO MUCH fun! Our group age ranged from 30s - 70s with various shapes, sizes & abilities and we all felt completely welcomed and comfortable at Lemon Seed. The owner is a ray of sunshine and taught us really fun ways to use the silks and poles. I definitely recommend and look forward to going back!!

I was hit by a cop car going to a crime scene he was speeding I now have a lifetime of back nd shoulder problems this was my 1st trying the air yoga instantly could feel relief hanging in there for a few minutes Miss Andy showed me a couple of special move and some stretches my girlfriend bought me one and Im going to have it installed this week and my house so I can work on my shoulder and back I highly recommend going to her store at the mall and trying the air yoga out is the most amazing thing Ive ever found for relief I cannot believe Ive never been here wasting my time and gyms and going to see The specialist chronic back pain kneecap within 10 minutes it was such a relief on my knee definitely have to try this out

Had a blast and learned so much, thank you for your patience and dun atmosphere, next time Im in town Ill be back for more swinging and spinning and ofcourse, Stretching !❤
