Used to love it and would go often. My last massage was terrible. No pressure despite numerous requests. Something must be wrong with the massage therapist because she is usually good. Tonight she was absolutely terrible. I will likely not come back because I feel like i wasted my precious time and money.

This place is a gem. I walked in and was seen right away for a full body 1-hour massage. I was weary of a deep tissue massage because my muscles were sore from running and strength training, so the masseuse adjusted to the perfect amount of pressure. Initially I wanted to focus on my lower back but she released knots in my shoulders that I didnt even know I had. I felt so much lighter and relaxed after the session and immediately booked a follow up appointment.

Just had a massage with Lucy, it was exactly what I was needing. They were able to schedule me the same day which is amazing, it’s clean, and quiet. Lucy, you have such an intuitive touch, I appreciated your service so much, thank you!

Recently had bad neck and shoulder pain so I called and booked a 1 hour Swedish massage. This was the most uncomfortable massage I’ve ever had. Wanted to ask the masseuse, Amy, to stop the massage several times throughout the hour.She did not apply pressure throughout the massage, even after asking her to increase the pressure. Used mostly her palms to press down on my back, and used one hand limply to press on my neck and shoulders. Felt that she wanted to pass the 60 minutes without massaging. Overall would not go back.

I just went for my first massage and I am thrilled. Deep tissue, cupping, and hot stones included in the hourly rate. The masseuse was very skillful and the place was clean. I will return! Thank you—atuofimo 🌸

After my ankle surgery I couldnt walk at all so when you are not walking your muscles gets weaker 2 months sitting in bed or on the couch finally my doctor requested physical therapy and I can walk with the boot on so I walked 2 blocks and I saw this place and let me tell you very clean very professional not too much English but they understand what you need I told her work on everything except my right foot and it was just what I was looking for and if you are looking for something else besides legitimate massage dont go there, I do recommend it you feel brand new again 😀

They are tricky about the prices and not exactly nice people.They can be very passive aggressive and very aggressive for the tip. I worked all my life and dont ask for tip. This people is Chinese. Thank God they are allowed to get a life.in this country. They should be more grateful and behave properly.

Above and beyond! Clean, professional, and excellent service. The nice ladies there are professional, respectful and they know what they doing, very well. Ive been here three times for couple massage, and it was the best. I just made a plan to have massage there every week, simply because this is one of the best massage places Ive ever been in.

Was able to see me the same day, one hour after calling for availability. Had a massive headache and needed a head and neck massage. 45 minutes for $45 was fantastic and best money I spent. The masseuse had very strong hands and was also gentle. She also messaged my lower back. I felt great and my headache disappeared after a good nights rest. Highly recommend and make sure to tip!

This place is amazing! I came here with my mom and it was so easy to book an appointment. They did such a good job at massaging and relaxing our bodies. We felt so much relief coming out of the spa. We will for sure be coming back, especially with such affordable prices!

I stopped in for a 30minute massage on my neck and shoulders and it was AMAZING. The massage therapist unlocked some tension that had been there for ages. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area but if I did I would be there weekly!!

Had an appointment with Lucy for a deep tissue. AMAZING. I had a bad piercing pain from extensive workouts for a few days. During my hour session she took her time and really worked the issue out. Left almost brand new and if my pain was at a 8 of 10 it was around a 2-3 after. Along with the full body massage, hot stones, and attentiveness I would definitely recommend and have already scheduled another appointment.

Massage therapist was very bad. no pressure or technique , I basically was rubbed lightly for 45 minutes, no effert depite saying nimerous times to please apply more pressure. . Manager said sorry next time . Extremely disappointed!!!

I got a full body massage there. The masseuse was good and gave a really good massage. I don’t mind hard pressure so I liked it but there was no communication about anything as ahe did not know English but I didn’t have any problems. I would have given 5 stars for the massage but what happened after the massage really made me angry. After I paid and gave 20 percent tip they didn’t even want to talk to me. I asked if they provided head massage and of i could book for the next day, the owner just shouted from inside some room we have our next appointment is coming soon and didn’t even answer my query. There was no one waiting there, I was alone. She could not even acknowledge the question or request for future appointments and that really made me question if i shoud ever go there again. I dont like leaving low ratings and if u check my profile i dont leave bad ratings but this was something that made me sad after a good massage session. Anyway I hope she learns bec my masseuse was really good but this rating is just for the owner’s bad behaviour.

Great massage for a 90 minutes. I got shoulder, neck and arm pain due to using the computer for a long time. The skill of the masseur is the best I have ever met. She relieves my pain with good control of strength. The only problem is they cant communicate fluently in English, but I use gestures to remind her that she can understand. It was a good experience and made my body feel alive. Ill be here again next time.

Cant beat the price for such an effective and real deep tissue massage. It would be great if they had a separate person to answer the phone so that the therapist isnt speaking in whispers on the phone from time to time during the massage. But honestly for this price, the occasional disturbance is worth it.

We picked this location because it was convenient to where we were staying and they had some availability. But we really lucked out and had such a great initial massage that my gf scheduled another one for the next day before our flights out. Fantastic experience and great massage!

This place is trully a gem!I got a couples massage with my wife and we both came out walking in clouds.The therapist are very professional and theyre very knowledgeable, they hit all the right places like their hands had a mind of their own.The prices are unbeatable, just $100 for a couples massage. This is my go to spa from now on.

Highly recommended. Clean, professional and GOOD! I think the last time I has a massage like this I was traveling around Thailand. I received a massage from Amy. A Deep Tissue Massage and she was AMAZING! I had a terrible neck, back pain and walked out feeling like a new human.

Had a pretty bad experience this past weekend. We booked a couples massage on Saturday. My masseuse was wearing rubber gloves which was quite unpleasant and kept pulling my hair out she also went into a coughing fit mid massage which was very uncomfortable for me. Overall massage was OK the pressure wasn’t great and she didn’t really hit any triggerpoints. But the worst part was after the massage I want to use the ladies room and my boyfriend went up to pay. He also left a tip he asked for the receptionist to break the bill but she said it’s OK don’t worry about it I’ll give it to them. As I’m coming out of the bathroom my masseuse runs up to me and starts yelling “you tip me, you tip me” to which I responded that my boyfriend already tipped for both. So instead of saying I’m sorry or apologizing she gave me a scoff and a dirty look and walked away. Super unprofessional and really really unpleasant feeling. Will not be returning.

Omgggg !! I literally just walked out of a couples massage right now and it was the best most relaxing experience I’ve ever had . Definitely going back next week. This place is aaaaamazing! Highly recommend this Spa, the therapists knows exactly what they are doing. I feel like new! I came in with all types pain and stressed out... after the massasge I was so relaxed and relieved 😌. They are very professional. Until I visited Massage Zen, I had never counted down the minutes, praying for a massage to end. I shouldve rose and left, throwing a $20 on the table but Im not like that. The masseuse had very thin, long fingers of boney steel which caused me more pain then before walking in. I cant imagine she is requested by any patron, certified, and she was likely fob. I will never return nor recommend.

I have a sciatic problem, and I can say very happy this is the place I was waiting to have near home. I am 64 years old man and pain is all over me, Lucy and Yuyu had been very helpful, I feel very grateful to have their fantastic therapy. They have a Chinese traditional Oil which is miraculous. My daily life is back to normal, I have recovered my good mood. Thanks Massage Zen!

I tried making an appointment twice here. They were very shady about the appointment time and availability. Said they would call me back to confirm. I waited two hours with no confirmation, so I called back and they said “If I call you, don’t come. But if I don’t call you, please be here at 3:30p”. WHAT?! What kind of business is this? Doesn’t seem legit at all despite all their use of the word on their website. Garbage.

Very on point deep tissue and oil massage. Clean and professional no chit chat. Appreciate they fact they don’t upsell membership or package. Their good work makes me a return customer.

This was one of my boyfriend and Is favorite places. Always kind and attentive. I could call the same day and they always had appointments available. The massages were excellent, we left feeling like new. About 2 months ago we went and I left upset. The massage was not the same as other times. I felt like instead of giving me a massage, he just distributed all the oil all over my body. I decide to go again on Sunday, Fathers Day with my boyfriend to give the place a second chance, the same thing happens to me and even worse. I left upset and disgusted. Throw the money there. The same person who treated me (massage) was the one who charged me (I had never seen her before) and dares to ask me for a tip. The times I had gone that I liked the service I paid and then gave the individual tip. But they never asked me for a tip. How are you going to leave a tip for a service that you are paying for and you dont like it? I HONESTLY WONT GO AGAIN.

The place has spectacular music to relax in total silence, the very friendly staff is there from 10 am to 10 pm, you call and separate your session, it is cheaper than the average spa, the hour costs $55 dollars, totally recommended if you live nearby Dont miss the opportunity to relax in a pleasant environment with professionals.
