I came for my first massage today with Laura after seeing the sign and reading the great reviews. It. Was. Incredible! The staff was extremely friendly and the space was instantly relaxing as I walked through the doors. I’m a physical therapist and very picky about my massages, and I instantly could tell that my masseuse Laura knew what she was doing. It was probably the most relaxing massage I have ever experienced! I will be back soon, and regularly, so glad I found this place!

Dulce was incredibly nice, attentive and polite! Her technique was also amazing. I felt like new. The spa by itself is super relaxing and has an amazing vibe and staff. I’m definitely coming back.

She is super knowledgeable about many holistic topics and her massage techniques were incredible. The Spa is super neat and absolutely relaxing. This is a great massage spot with good prices. You can do a deep tissue massage for couples or add a lots of options including red light therapy and facials.We got a couples massage on Valentines day weekend and it was amazing. We added the infrared sauna to the package and the combo was just great. They had a station with chocolates, red and white wine and relaxing music during the entire time.They were running a bit behind on another massage but we were happy to enjoy the wines and chocolates in the room. They also did not rush our massage as a result and we got a full hour on the dot of our session!Claudia and Mariela were really wonderful and we both left relaxed and happy.Parking is super easy and plentiful which is a rarity in NJ. We will definitely be booking this once a month from now on! Thank you

Isabel is a great masseuse, gives a great deep & firm massage. The rooms are large and nicely put together, and the staff are friendly.

I highly recommend this place for a couples massage. This was the first massage my boyfriend and I have ever gotten and the ladies made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. I had planned this for his birthday and we both could not get over how relaxing the massage, sauna, and ambience were. The champagne and chocolates were also delicious. The ladies were very considerate and sweet. They were not stingy with exactly how much time was spent on the massage (I believe they may have treated us an extra few minutes because it was my boyfriends birthday). I thought this was extremely kind of them to do that. I was so relaxed after coming out of the room and felt like I didnt thank them enough before leaving, so if the owner sees this, please let the two ladies on 03/01/22 know how wonderful they were! This place is fairly priced and I would definitely come back here and recommend it to others. Thank you!

If I had to describe it in two words, they would be: simply exceptional. Im referring to the treatment, the atmosphere, the background music and the massage. 10+

A family member recommended this place so my partner and I purchased a couples massage (which included sauna access as well as wine and chocolates). We also inquired about possibly adding on a cupping session. They said that would be possible and told us it would be a little extra which was no problem.We arrive, check-in and we get settled into a secluded room where our session would take place. We were told that we would get 30 min relax and use the sauna before the massage. It was really pleasant! Our masseuses came in and mine didn’t even talk me through what they would be doing and didn’t double check with any of my pain points I mentioned on the chart during check-in. We also noticed that despite the areas we emphasized on the chart, we ended up getting identical massages. Why ask us about injuries or specific parts that need tending to??? Honestly, there was a slight language barrier but some form of a check-in would have been nice. Once the massage was over they packed up to leave but my partner inquired about the cupping that we confirmed with them ahead of time. She had no idea what we were talking about but agreed all the same. My partner has had cupping done for a knee injury but never for their back.Everything started as normal: the masseuse adding the cups on his back. However, she left them on his back for 30 MINUTES! Which was way too long. Despite what they may say, there are several medical and holistic wellness sources that say 5-15 minutes is the average. She assured us it was fine but something in our gut was saying otherwise. Please please listen to your gut feelings. When she removed them my partner had all of these red blisters on three areas of his back. Not the regular cup marks but blisters and boils in the cupping marks. We read about them being toxins rising towards the surface of the skin but something still felt off. When we inquired about it, she reaffirmed the toxins. However, why was this not mentioned to us as a possible side effect?! It’s been 2 weeks and the blisters are still there and are currently scabbing. We have been doing proper first aid and making sure they’re clean every single day. We’re worried it will leave permanent scars.Due to this incident, the average massage, and lack of proper communication, I will not be returning.

I had a great experience today. My brother got me a gift card for a prenatal massage and my masseuse Claudia was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed and by the end of my session, all my muscles felt lighter and my pain was gone. Id definitely be coming back.

The massage was decent overall but why include the info paper at the beginning asking about specific parts to focus on if you just give the same massage to everyone? I wanted pretty much just a leg massage but got only 5 minutes on each leg with a ton of repetitive motion on the back and arms. My partner also wanted a different focus of muscle groups but we noticed that they did the massage in sync for both of us. So I dont think they looked at the paper for the areas we circled at all.

Couples massage is so worth it! We are very pleased. The pricing is perfect, with the couples massage you get wine or champagne & chocolates. Before your massage begins you and your partner can relax in the room inside the dry sauna (to ease those muscles) and have a drink. The ladies are very professional and the place is clean and Covid safe (everyone had on their masks)Definitely going back!

I am so happy I found this place. Extremely professional & clean. My go to person for my massage and facial is Claudia. She does her job really well and also listens to your request. I highly recommend this place for your massages or any skin treatment. You won’t regret it. Also, they are so price friendly for their amazing services. Good job team wellness spa.

I can honestly say, it was one of the best massages I have experience! And I have had plenty prior to this one. And I went with my mother which she is very difficult to satisfy, and she LOVED IT! IA highly recommend Elizabeth AND Claudia if you want a massage! Thats who we got and they were amazing!

Wonderful location and easily accessible. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere was so relaxing and pleasant. Starts with 2 masseuses and it was HEAVEN. It was an 85 min Swedish massage. This should be advertised because it’s an amazing feature!!! Would recommend only to offer water at the end of the massage.

I went two weeks ago for a deep tissue massage and it was everything and more than what I wanted. It was so relaxing and Claudia who was my masseuse got rid of all my muscle tension I got from the gym. It is inside a building which was a little confusing but everything else was completely awesome. Highly recommend

I go to Team Wellness for Post-Op care and I love it!. Claudias hands are magic. She makes you feel very comfortable and always keeps honesty when it comes to request. She is professional and welcoming. Highly recommend her services! (non surgical as well)

This was a surprised birthday gift from my boyfriend. A couples massage. It was a beautiful experience. Champagne and chocolate was placed in the room. I just loved every minute. When we left a total stranger said, You both look amazing!

Worst massage of my life!! We went for a couples massage $185.00 dollars and my massage was absolutely horrible! The guy said there would be Champagne and we got Pinot Grigio which didn’t bother me much. At least my boyfriend had a good massage his girl was great. Mine on the other hand was extremely disappointing considering there reviews! Do not get a couples massage at this place. I would not return

This place used to be my go to. It has been sold to new owners who are nothing like the previous. My appointment for was cancelled an hour before my time because my old therapist either quit or was let go during the transition, and I couldn’t be seen by anyone else because they were booked.The new owner called and said she did try to call me earlier in the day but didn’t bother to leave me a message, so at 5 pm on a Friday I was forced to scramble to find another place to take me and everywhere I tried was booked.As a runner, my massage and stretch appointments are vital to my training and are scheduled with purpose. Having my appointment cancelled right before the NYC Half marathon, to be blunt, has screwed me - as I’ve tried to nurse my own sore and tight muscles on my own unsuccessfully.Needless to say I won’t be returning. I have no idea how the massages are, but the professionalism is severely lacking.

Went for a facial today. Don’t waste your time or money.I got a groupon for a 1 hour facial or deep cleanse. When I tried to use it, a week later (expiration was October), they said they were not accepting Groupon anymore but can give me the same facial for the same price. Fine no problem.My appointment was for 545, I laid down on the table at 545, she put steam on my face for 15 min (the clock is right in front of your face). At 6 she comes in, does a few “extractions” but not the kind where most aestheticians go deeper under your skin to prevent any pimples come out. She puts on a scrub (which later I see was St Ives), puts on a peel that needs 7 min to dry, then peels, sprays something and disinfects my skin. Done. My facial was done by 625, 40 min later! Of which she spent 20 min steaming and drying. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she said my skin wasn’t that bad so it didn’t take an hour. I’ve had at least 25 facials thus far and none have been as half a** as this one or as fast. Of course I paid, got to my car and could see a white head right smack on my cheek. Don’t bother going. The place has no set standard and has a lot to be desired
