Great smoke shop and great workers only BIG down side is that they are NEVER on time. Whatever the time is that they’re suppose to open, add an additional 15 -20 min

This place is great. Stumbled upon them accidentally but very glad I did. I went to 2 shops that day and both were sold out of glass screens. These guys not only had the glass screens, but they also gave me 5 of them for free. Great customer care, fair prices on items I saw and and good selections. I would highly recommend. I am definitely going back.

I visited here to purchase a Kind Pen, and received a faulty device. I went back the next day even though I had thrown out the receipt prior, the kind worker there said he remembered my face and still did the exchange and even upgraded my purchase. Impeccable service and probably one of the best shops in the northern jersey area!

Came here on a recommendation from a coworker. Been here 2 times and customer service and pricing was great each time. Second time I went in didnt see the discount but when i mentioned it the salesrep was nice enough to add it for me.

Great place super happy the staff was very helpful and review to follow. Really like that this is magnetized not screw in and contains your cartridge safe since its inside only of you drop it on top but lets hope not. Cheers

Went Inside to buy a vape. They Did not have what I wanted and try to sell me the display model. Saw some others that were not too pricey for me & my lady. Got the smoke minis not knowing they leak...returned a day later to see if I could get a refund ...customer rep cleaned out the leaky vape but it still leaks ..no refund available... not a satisfied customer ...would never shop there again!!! Also Reps had no mask coverings covid still aound people...smh this is what happens when you try shop locally... this store gets a 1 star from me.

Trash spot they sell defective urine test they take the seals off and dilite it I failed a drug test reiling on this spot straight trash and robbery

Very knowledgeable staff, always accommodating, friendly, and at your service.I personally shop for vape items 100% of the time and all my questions always have accurate answers. The vape e-juice menu is filled with the top shelf liquids if you will. I feel they always commit to honesty when selling their products.Lastly, the environment is absolutely one if its kind. Certainly a place to visit if youre out of town.Dont forget to ask to use the 3D glasses!

I usually dont post experiences and shopping events but I was so amazed at the prices and customer service that it is my obligation to let North Jersey know about this place. I really enjoy vaping, not only for the fact that it has made me quit smoking but I love finding a great juice. So I purchased a vaporizer and juice and there was a minor defect with the mod due to a manufacturing glitch. I went back and they not only exchanged the mod ( no questions asked ) but gave me a complimentary premium 60ml vap juice. I just wanted to I to thank them and hopefully help there business because they deserve it. THANKS !!!!!!!

The store literally becomes transformed when you use, the eye glasses. The rug, ceiling, the floor, and everything in between was designed to give off a tripping effect. The prices and customer service are top notch as far as most merchants act these days. Thank you again to especially Zak & Zarina for being so helpful and great.. Staff is great I always get the help I need with a great energy.the staff meaning the owner and the girl know just what I like treat me well as I am a very good customer.i only go to them but now recently there was a new guy that I dealt with I had a problem with what I bought and I was not satisfied with how he handled my problem.i dont like this guy he doesnt have knowledge on the products .I always get salt nicotine and never menthol and I spend alot of money in there and by mistake they gave me menthol salt nicotine.i usually by at least 3 and I wanted to exchange them and I go and its a new guy.he exchanged 2 didnt ask me if I wanted 35 or 50 mg bottles and took 2 back not 3 cause I used it one time to fill my pod well thats how I found out it was menthol so its not my fault.he said it was used. You could hardly see that it said menthol and good thing I put my glasses on and checked the other 2 but I got stuck with a 20 bottle of menthol cause I was given it by mistake.yhe owner or the girl would have accommodated me but this new guy sucks.i wont buy anything if hes there.not knowledgeable no personality no smile.ugh I really tried not to get upset about this but my friends there know me as the girl with the cane and I hope this guy isnt there when I go cause this is my favorite place and if hate to have to go to another vape shop cause of this guy.dint like him love my other 2 buddies.
