Have come here several times as it is very close to my house and very convenient. I regularly get massages and have tried many different places in the area. This is one of the best. Clean and quiet. The pressure is very deep which I like. I think the price is very reasonable and I always make sure to tip well. Will keep coming back here! All the therapists I’ve had here have been excellent.

I went on Google maps to find this spa which happens to be very close to my relatives here. I am from Florida and love trying out new places. Today, I got the 90 minutes with the free table shower. My therapist was Sophia and she was very good. Next time, I will definitely ask for her.

Im a therapist of 38 years! This IS the place I go to get my muscle kinks out! Sophia works me over. My first appointment was for just a basic 1 hr. Deep tissue. Ive graduated to 2 hr. Massage. In 2 hrs. Sophia turns me to oatmeal!!I sleep so well til I go back the following week.

I have been to SO many massage places: high end, franchises, privately owned and I have to say that this is the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. I have only had Lou but im sure everyone else is pretty good too. Lou is so thorough and gets every single nook and cranny in your body. Ive had him twice and he has provided the same experience both time. Both times I didnt even tell him what needed more focus and he just knew. Highly, highly, HIGHLy recommend this place. Its so reasonably priced and they actually do THE FULL hour and not 50 minutes like some other places.

I called, and the Gentleman at the front was able to schedule a 90-minute session with no problem. The Massage with Ms. Susan (massage therapist) was AWESOME!I had a crook in my neck, and my entire body was sore. Ms. Susan located all my problem areas!! She provided the best massage ever!! She is a Master and is very intuitive!Its amazing that I did not have to say anything, and she was able to provide a perfect massage ... It was just what I needed.I left with no pain and feeling rejuvinated. Most importantly, my neck was healed ! My body was recharged and ready to get back in the gym.Ms. Susan is very skilled and the Best in South Carolina! A LIAN Massage is as good as it gets !! The leadership does a great job.Very clean facility and top-of-the-line service 5 Star!!

*edit: Beware, they apply a $4 convenience fee for credit cards. I guess the bright side is theyll also gladly accept tips via credit card. I learned this on my second visit. My first visit I simply used cash without thinking about it because the service plus tip worked out to my cash on hand. For this reason I changed my rating.I was able to get a walk-in 30 min session for my aching shoulders and neck from traveling. The masseuse was very nice. The salon was very clean. I left feeling much better and rejuvenated.

I got Cathy as a provider from this establishment. I don’t know how there are 1 star reviews, but she delivered as promised. I asked for a deep tissue, body was aching all over from packing my stuff for a move. She definitely gave a really awesome, not so painful deep tissue. She got my calves, feet and right arm. It was very rejuvenating. Massage Envy is extremely overpriced while this place you will get a better massage for a fraction of the cost. Again, get Cathy. She is an awesome provider if you are looking for a medium hard pressure.

Great massage... Went for the 90 minute and did not regret it one bit. The lady that worked on me was absolutely thorough with strong, skilled hands. I recommend giving them a try. The prices are very fair. The place is clean and well kept, even including individual hand-drying towels in the clean, spacious restroom. I doubt anyone will regret going here. I also recommend calling to make an appointment so you know your spot is held.

I normally go get my massage here from Jenny she was off today so Cathy filled in. I didn’t think massages could get better boy was I wrong. She gave me a deep tissue massage. I came in with sore shoulders and a sore lower back ache. When she was done with the massage I felt like a million times better than when I walked in. Cathy has healing hands. Just AMAZING.. Thanks for making me feel completely comfortable and relaxed She is so professional and knowledgeableThanks Cathy. ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER….

This place is awesome! I regularly get massages at urban Nirvana and from my private body worker, so I am picky. First off, Genny went an extra five minutes which is huge. I feel like every massage i have had recently they are always trying to cut short. Next, most of her techniques were fabulous. My body worker is absolutely amazing but she is triple the price, and I dont feel like the massage is three times better. This place is super clean as well. I feel like if this place got sheets instead of towels for over the body and added a relaxation room it could easily compete with high end massage spots.

I booked my 2 hour Managers special massage on a Wednesday. Showed up for my appointment on Friday and they had no record of me. He said he could fit me in anyway so I thought great. During my massage, he had his cell phone with him that turned out to be the company phone. He kept taking calls repeatedly during my massage. Two different times he laid his phone right next to my head so it startled me when it buzzed. Three times when he answerered calls, he booked future appointments but didnt write them down so no wonder he didnt know about me when I arrived. The other people who worked there also kept knocking on the door and stood there for several minutes having a discussion while he was massaging me. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had for a massage.

Best massage I think I’ve ever received and the pricing is extremely fair. I did a two hour massage and boy was it worth every second. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt like a million bucks. Very good service and I will be back.

Very good massage place. Have been about 10x and have had a good experience each time. They have essentially been able to take me in anytime I’ve needed as well.

My husband and I called last minute for a weekend couples massage and they worked us in! It was the best massage either of us have ever had, absolutely amazing! Prices are reasonable and the ladies were so kind. Definitely will be back!!

Awesome massage spa, typically have a walk-in availability and the prices are much better than the local chain places. Always leave here feeling 1000% more relaxed.

I’ve been going faithfully for months!! They gave my body a little stretch and I mean get on top of the table and make sure they are doing it right! One time they were running behind and I had to wait a little over an hour but I wasn’t mad they made sure I was comfortable gave me a room and told me to rest I was so tired that day I slept so good before my massage lol & they are open late.. I’m actually about to call to make an appointment now lol 😊

Tinni is amazing. I made a last minute decision to get a massage and they took me in 15 minutes. I am an 28 yr old esthetician and makeup artist so my body takes a beating. I needed some relief and i am so thankful that they were able to take me with such short notice. Tinni was very attentive and it was like she knew every place where I had pain without me even saying it. There were many times in the massage that I got emotional, not because of pain but because there was so tension being released . I am so glad that I found this gem ! Will be a monthly regular from this point on 💕

I had a 2 hr massage and it was wonderful. She didnt even need to ask me where I wanted her to focus her attention, because she found all of my trouble areas. The warm oil and hot towels are a nice touch. Ill definitely be a regular here!

Jenny is wonderful!! I sure am the other therapist are great too, but Jennys so good I cant imagine anyone better. I use to go to massage serenity because of her and now Ive followed her here. I also met Renee at the front desk who is very nice and has a sense of humor that I enjoyed.

I sent my husband there as One of his birthday gifts and requested hot stones instead he received hot oil. He also reported that the worker appear to be aspirated and the task was too taxing on her, to massage a full body male. He didnt feel that she did well enough to receive a tip but she requested a tip several time. Although this was a bday gift for him(he did give her one). Im disappointed my husband did not come home relaxed as it was my intention for him to be.

Absolutely loved this place. Our appointment was at 12 we were taken back immediately, No wait at all. The guy and lady were both very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this business to anyone whos looking for a nice environment, quick but also great service!

I called to see if I could get a last minute 2 hour massage and it was very easy to be seen. I am a care provider for both of my elderly parents and I was so stressed, tight and knotted terribly. I left feeling relaxed and I promise you it is worth it. I was so relaxed that I became part of the comfortablebl larger massa g e table. My first visit has me hookef.

This was an absolute nightmare. Got a couples massage with my best friend and for the first half of the massage the masseuse was blasting music from her phone. Untill she was asked to turn it off by one of us. They stepped on my friends back without asking. They had no knowledge of pressure points and or knots. They were loving and friendly people but have absolutely no professionalism when it comes to being a massage parlor. They were talking to each other through the entire massage and excessively laughing. Far from a relaxing experience. Sorry to say.

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I suffer from constant body pain and was able to move for a week unhindered after Sue got done. Amazing.

The massage was good but I didnt like when the doorbell would ring the masseuse would stop to go answer the door that cuts into the session that you paid for also we booked for a 90-minute massage but they said they didnt have enough time to do it so they did 60 Minute massage.

I was told a 30 minute wait. I asked for the restroom and she told me. They had wash cloths and so I wiped my feet since I had been working all day and came to sit down after about 4 minutes. She came out and told me to come back, that it wasnt 30 minutes. All I can think is that someone else came in while I was in the bathroom (I heard the doorbell) and they let them in instead. So they lost my business.

I got a massage today from Rose. Very sweet Chinese massage therapist. Her massage was very thorough and was able to work out some very tough knots in my back and shoulders. I highly recommend Miao Ren Massage and make sure you ask for Rose.

Michelle gives an amazingly strong deep tissue massage for being such a little woman. The business is very clean and I’d say overly concerned about COVID, which doesn’t matter to me. The owner is very responsive in answering requests for appointments.

Great place for a great massage

I scheduled an appointment for my wife and I for our anniversary two weeks prior. We travelled over 4 hrs. When we should up, they no recollection of my appointment that was scheduled. Highly disappointed with their lack of communication
