Caroline offers one of the best massages especially if you have persistent muscle pain like I do.She is professional and personable and makes you feel comfortable… saying this is your time to relax. The space is quiet and inviting. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend a massage with Caroline! I am a runner and I constantly have sore muscles or I’m experiencing different aches and pains. I have received a few sports massages at different places in the past, but Caroline has by far done the best job, and I have always left a sports massage feeling way better than when I came in!

Carolines space is so peaceful. My comfort was of the utmost concern to her. I have an issue with my ankle, so she altered her style to avoid causing me any pain or discomfort. Im typically uncomfortable in settings where Im not fully clothed, but I actually almost feel asleep I was so relaxed!! I will definitely be booking future sessions with her!

I have been to many different massage locations before finding Caroline and I can say she is truly top notch. She listens and adjusts to what you say but does not waste a minute of your massage time. She allows you to escape mentally and does not talk during massage unless that is something you want to do. She is able to apply firm pressure for a consistent 90 minutes (And probably longer!) and makes her transition times quick to ensure no down time. Some of the best hands in the business which is why I took the time to write this review because she deserves it!

Yesterday I had my first massage with Caroline. I had been looking for a new massage therapist. Caroline was recommended. It was a great experience for me and at this point in my life after 20 years having massages, I know what I like. The atmosphere in her room was peaceful and inviting. I liked her music-very calming. Caroline was very professional and friendly answering all my questions before and during and after the work she did. I felt her strength as she worked on me. I like deep tissue work and she really seems to know her business and found my troublesome areas. I love having my feet and hands done and it was awesome.

Caroline is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! My first visit she spent a ton of time getting to know what my issues are and then established goals for that visit and my next and what to concentrate on. Caroline has latest and greatest techniques that were new to me even though I have been to many practitioners over the years. Her treatment room is very spa like and a relaxing retreat. Both the vitality and sports massage that Caroline offers are great! Over the years I’ve had many massages. I must say, Caroline is the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Having a rather old, fat, arthritic body, Caroline knows exactly what to do to help alleviate my stiffness. She gets right into the knots in my back & works them out. I’m a knitter and my neck & shoulders get very stiff. Caroline knows exactly what to do. Be sure to talk with her about exfoliation. I can attest that exfoliation then a massage is definitely one of the finer things in life. I highly recommend Caroline!

I have been getting what I was massage therapy for many years - or so I thought. I had been looking for a qualified, experienced, therapist for a long time. In December I checked around once again, for a solution. I called several places, and discussed what I was looking for to Caroline. She was an excellent listener, and explained what it is she does. I have been searching for an effective massage therapist on the seacoast for years. After having tried many, I finally found Caroline and I’m never looking back. I have set up standing monthly appointments to be guaranteed a time slot. I’m very selective when it comes to massage therapist. Caroline listens to my concerns and acts according. For example, I recently injured my shoulder. Caroline asked me very specific questions and tested my shoulder mobility prior to my massage. She then massaged my shoulder asking for feedback as she did so. She was able to break down scar tissue thereby increasing my mobility and significantly reducing my pain. I could go on and on but I’ll end with stating that Caroline is a true professional, extremely competent and sincerely committed to helping her clients!

Caroline is amazing, professional, physically strong, and deeply committed to giving your body what it needs. She listened to all of my needs and made my massage relaxing, yet purposeful. I left feeling rejuvenated and my muscles instantly felt better. I teach about 12 Fitness classes per week and I could tell that my hip was starting to bother me. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Caroline. Upon entering the studio - I immediately started to unwind. The room is tastefully decorated with tree branches, fairy lights and soothing music and aromas. I requested a deep tissue massage to really get rid of my kinks from sitting over a computer all day. Caroline used various techniques to get into my muscles including the Gregorian method ( she does the yoga for you) and a few other moves which Ive never experienced before but which helped me relax. She paid particular attention to my shoulders where I hold tension and to my feet as Im currently suffering from planter fascitis. Caroline periodically checked to make sure the pressure was okay ( it was). I wanted the session to go on and on and felt like a puddle after it was over. I plan to visit 3D Vitality Massage whenever Im in NH.

Absolutely the best massage I have had flat out. I am a former paratrooper who jumped for 10 years, law enforcement for 13 years and now I fight in medieval armor twice a week. Knots, cramps, tightened muscles are really feeling like I am 22 again. Caroline is poetry to your sore achy muscles.
