I walked by and the my took me as a walk-in. Karli squeezed me in between appointments and I feel very lucky. She was attentive, professional, soft on her touch and firm at the time of the massage. I have a couple injured toes and she was very mindful about them and cared for the injures until the end. Definitely recommend this place.

This establishment is very clean, well staffed, has a relaxed environment, and it doesn’t smell like chemicals. I got my pedicure done by Lan and she did a great job and was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

It was my first time at this salon and it was AMAZING! They are so kind and wonderful, my nails came out exactly like the photo and it was affordable for nails in LA! I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be back here. Thankful I found this spot and cannot wait to be a regular customer 🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️

My wife has been going to this salon for almost a year and was really great working with an ingrown toenail, however he last visit was a nightmare. She came home crying in pain because they rushed her in and out, managed to cut her actual toes due to cutting them way too short and it will likely cause more problems for her in the future. They offered for the owner to call but that hasnt happened. Weve waited but no response, so they apparently dont care about the poor service my wife received.If shes been a client for almost a year, why couldnt they provide the same service she normally receives.Unfortunately she will now be looking for a new salon.

Such clean, kind and relaxing place! Very happy with my first ever facial experience, and had the best mani pedi I’ve experienced in a very long time!!!

Im a working mom who literally never gets a second to herself and I was so looking forward to relaxing for an hour or so during my mani/pedi. My husband bought me this gift card in March of 2020 and Im JUST NOW getting the chance to use it because of the pandemic. I arrive here only to get perhaps the quickest, sloppiest nail treatment of my life. My 1 hour mani/pedi service lasted at most 15-18 minutes. I literally felt like I was part of an assembly line. The woman doing my nails rushed so much that when she was finished she bumped my finger with her cart and didnt even redo it. She just tried to cover it up. I then asked the woman doing my toes to please fix it, and she just put another clear coat on top of it. They didnt remove excess polish on my fingers or anything when they finished, just rushed to start on the two people next to me. Im so disappointed in this experience.

I love this place. Very friendly people, home atmosphere, and good service. The masseur Jenny is amazing. My manicure with Lan is nice and neat.

Had a great experience here! I will definitely go back and refer my friends. I got my first deep tissue massage here - and Jenny did such a great job working on my back, legs, arms, I felt a lot of tightness and now a lot of relief. I also got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It was a great experience, a relaxing spa, and nice people work there. Highly recommend!

Do not sleep on this place for massages!! been here twice and both times have been amazing! got a Swedish massage with Nita and shes so good! very professional and attentive to places you need more work on her arms are like rolling pins in the best way, best sleep after my massage will be definitely coming back more often!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for four years and I will not go anywhere else. All the ladies here are meticulous. They don’t do acrylic so there’s no gross chemical smell in the salon. A lovely little place to relax and be pampered. Oh! Their facials and massages are wonderful, too!

I love the no smell part of the whole experience along with the fact that they have HGTV playing on their TVs to keep you occupied. 😊 They are a very cool full service all around spa. They have a very nice massage area in the back. Not only can you get a mani & Pedi but, go for the whole experience and get a massage while your at it!

Good price, very friendly staff. We were walk ins and only had to wait a few minutes. Nail techs did our toes (it was my friends first ever pedi too!) And made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. A month later and my toe polish is still not chipped! Looks good.

My favorite place to gety nails done. I dont trust anyone else. They do a good job and the staff is super friendly.

I come here for massages mainly. I go to one of their massage therapists on a regular basis and the cost is very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and go for the 90 minute.They do nails and face treatments here as well. Its popular, so I recommend phoning first, though same day appointments are common. They never have a nail salon smell. Which you can appreciate after a soothing massage!

I love coming here for facials, manicure and pedicure. I haven’t tried the massages but family says they are really good. It’s clean and the staff is very professional. Staff is knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable while working on your nails. Big shout out to Yada and Maya.

If this place has the same massage therapists from 2019 when they reopen, I highly recommend going. This is not a hand and stone type massage. It is a more advanced Thai infused type of massage. They are really talented. I worked at a holistic spa for some time so I know when a massage is on point and they know what they are doing. I litterally went a year ago and the second they reopen and I am on the west coast? You know where to find me lol.

At first I was excited about this place. I got a pedicure with my friend and we had appointments. I had to wait about 45min until I got a spot, okay. It felt like my lady was rushed since other costumers were waiting as well. My polish chipped the week after, and after removing it, I got weird bubbles on my nail. Weird but I probably wouldnt return

Had a wonderful pedicure and much needed gentlemans facial tonight at The Room Organic Spa. The staff was pleasant and professional. The facial was spectacular and even thought the extractions were painful, I loved every minute of it. I can definitely see a difference in my skin.

I have been coming here for 8-9 years. I think their mani-pedis are some of the most reasonably priced around (they charge slightly more for COVID cleaning now, but it’s still decently priced). I have always been impressed with their level of cleanliness and I still am, especially with how clean we need things to be now. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I have found my mani-pedis often last a lot longer from here than most other places. I love the staff as well and that’s a big plus for me as well.

Great spot for a relaxing mani/pedicure. The gel didnt last as long as some other places, but they dont buff your nails super thin. When I got the gels removed, my nails were still strong.

Ive been a regular for mani, pedis, massages, waxing and facials for years, since they first opened. Every time I decide to try a new place, I end up back here. The only downsides arent their fault: A serious shortage of parking (give yourself an extra five minutes to find a spot), and the smoke shop right next door that always has a bunch gross dudes sitting right outside puffing on cigars. RO prides itself on its fresh-air environment so its not something you want to walk through on your way in and out. If Room Organic Spa moved to a big shopping center with lots of parking and no cigar-chompers outside, it would get five stars easily.

So, I just had such an incredibly lovely time here that I actually made a Google+ account just so that I could review it. I feel so spoiled and pampered right now! Lan (Lon?) did an incredible job on my nails, was sweet as pie, and made me feel like a princess. I was already in love with this place by the time I was handed over to Angie to do my eyebrows, which I am very, VERY particular about. I just moved to Los Angeles from Connecticut, had to leave my beloved eyebrow guy (who I was spending 10$ more on) and never thought I would be happy again. Angie did an INCREDIBLE job. The arches are perfect and clean, and she kept them just as thick as I wanted. Not to mention she created them out of an absolute mess, as I have been too fearful to get them done professionally in almost two months. Anne (or Annie) at the front desk offered me water upon my arrival, coffee right before I left (how did she know?!) and hugged me on my way out (Im pretty obviously a hugger.) The prices here were exactly what I would pay back home for not even half of the kindness or professionalism. I love them!

Worst place ever! I went for an arm wax and the girl didn’t know what she was doing. She was waxing in small strips until I showed her to do large portions all at once. So, of course I have little patches of hair still on my arm when she tells me she’s done. So she goes back and tries to wax the little patches. I asked her to wear gloves for my own comfort and finally after the second time, she wears gloves but then takes them off in the middle of the service again without saying anything. She left me with patches of wax at the end, didn’t even make sure I was wax-free before I left. I brought it up to the manager and she just looks at me and nods and says ok. Then, other manager comes and takes the practioner’s side! So now I’m getting wax all over my car wherever my arm touches. DON’T GO HERE!!!

The best in NoHo! Angie, my manicurist, is friendly, consistent, overall great at what she does. Staff are friendly, the room itself is always clean and inviting, prices for their many services are great... Highly recommended!

The one star is for the nice people and chill atmosphere.I would describe the mani-pedi as STREAKY. GLOOPY. IRREGULARLY SHAPED.I would share pics but I got rid of this awful, embarassingly bad mani-pedi polish within four hours of getting it. I was going out and had to fix the train wreck so I wouldnt be embarrassed when I went out that night.STREAKY: Not sure how a manicurist thinks streaky uneven coverage is okay...GLOOPY: Polish was so heavy that it didnt ever dry. Four hours later, still not dry. The top coat of color didnt cover the bottom coat of color, creating a seam-type appearance. I did better than this when I was eight years old!ERATIC SHAPING: I also realized with the polish off that the shaping was totally irregular and actually worse than when I sat down for the manicure. Instead of round, even that I asked for, I got points, angles with some nails longer on one side than the others, one nearly square nail, all over the map, all different shapes.My big question is: how could the person doing my nails think that this was okay? Seriously. I knew better than this when I was eight and first started wearing polish.

GG and team are spectacular at careful and effective massage. My only go to spa in the griddle Los Angeles area for feeling better after walking away with pain.
