There are many reasons for this low score.1) First and foremost I went in purchasing a Groupon for a 90-minute session. Before I left I did tell the front end person my grievance but it was dismissed. I have digital proof when I remove my fitness tracker from my wrist of the time that I spent there. From the time that it took it off, disrobed to have my massage and then time to get dressed again, I only had less than 1 hour!! When I went to the desk I told them that I was only in there for an hour total and she told me that I was there for 85min. I went to my car and watched the massage therapist hurry up out of there and leave before I drove off. I noticed on my tracker, clear as day that I only was in that building no more than 1 hour. They cheated me by 30 minutes AND I PAID FOR THAT. Also, I learned that they only do 50 min and 80 minute sessions and yet on Groupon fraudulently theyre saying they give you a 60 or 90-minute session. Beware!2) I had no clue that this was a shared space. I was led into a very dark area and my eyes were not adjusted when I went into the back. I was given a basket and I disrobed later learning that the drapes between the rooms actually were sheer and I undressed not knowing that. Super problematic is that this space was very loud. They tried to help you by giving you headphones which I found very annoying. I had headphones on but was very stimulated, because I could hear the music that was coming from the headphones, the music outside the headphones, the washing machine going on and the noise from the hair salon on the wall that I was near. IT WAS TERRIBLY NOISY! There was nothing relaxing about it. I do feel strongly this should be told to people.3) I do want to add that the massage therapist was pretty decent and accommodating. Overall it was not bad but I dont think I would have gone back to him. He just wasnt good enough. But I do believe that the environment really did ruin what could have been somewhat of a tolerable massage.ℹ️ My conclusion is that they need to let people know on their website and in the groupon that this is a shared space. Like me, I know that many people that dont like that at all. I felt violated not knowing that the curtains had sheerness and that the person beside me could have seen everything when I disrobed. That is very disturbing and violating to me.I think they could easily change around the way they have their massage space. The wall that they have their tables against borders the hair salon and the hair salon is very loud. Im sure that they are well aware of their sound issues but just removing our heads from the wall that the most noise is coming from would make sense.Since they give headphones to you, they should invest in better ones that have more comfort and would be suitable to have a massage instead of clumsy big things that arent noise cancelling.My point to this very detailed review, like all of my reviews being a local Google guide is I care deeply about the consumer, like myself. This is a buyer beware situation. Its fraudulent that they short-changed their people and they try to talk people into thinking they got the time that they paid for. I paid for 90 minutes and only received 1 hour. Pitiful business antic!! Wake up nurture reflexology, people wear fitness trackers all time and this type of stuff will eventually catch up with you.If you appreciate my review please give me a thumbs-up and like it. I came because the 5-star reviews. It was cool she could take me last minute but as soon as I walked in she had a huge response because my size, I’m a big black guy. I asked her if she could do it, she pointed to the bars above so I figured that’s fine. The entire time she mentioned me being fat, I changed subjects many times but it kept coming back to me being fat. I’m keeping this pretty clean because I know how it is to run a business. I wouldn’t even leave a review and just wouldn’t go back. She did the railing thing for 10 mins then mainly rubbed me down for 40 minutes when I repeated expressed my problem areas. Finally, I was going to pay a $20 tip as courtesy but she demanded $40 or more? I’d tip more if it was worth it, but this was rude and distasteful from the moment I walked in. Do what you want, but I’d just go somewhere else next time. I will not be back.

I needed to see Annie once again to take pain away. She is a licensed Therapeutic massage therapist. After 30 min. I felt a lot better.

This experience was gifted to me by my fiancé and it was amazing! At first I thought 70 minutes would be a long time. But, let me tell you, it was so relaxing and it went by really fast. Marley was the person who took care of me, and he did an amazing job! The staff was also very nice and welcoming!

I had a groupon for Nurture Reflexology, and was accommodated with amazing customer service. Nicole greeted me with a smile and a beverage offer. And then Marley gave me their 70 minute Signature Service. It was amazing and totally took me away to another place. So relaxing and attentive. I plan to come back for a full body massage next week.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: The details I posted about what happened today are true facts as I stated them. I was 6 minutes late and left of my own free will. This review is because I feel potential customers would be curious to know about the business practice—-the owner’s reply speaks for itself.........Nurture Reflexology is adept at offering first time visit discount and then promptly treating the customer like an idiot because traffic may have slowed you down. Arriving six minutes late doesn’t mean 6 minutes off your massage it means you are cancelled and charged. All the therapist places in the world and I give this place a second try to receive a nasty conversation from Alexandra about following rules. Pretty sure this place won’t last long with customer service like this. Don’t waste your time. Oh and by the way don’t let all the 5 star ratings fool you they bribe you with a bath bomb for a 5 star.In defense of the business owner she did get on the phone with me and make every effort to repair the situation. After a lengthy discussion and handing the phone back to Alexandra I was promptly told “good luck with your karma”.... karma isn’t luck Alexandra.So sad.Update—after being told I could sit relax apparently my review was read and the offer rescinded and I was asked to leave. Social media is amazingly efficient at revealing true natures.

Arrived a little early for my appointment (as I was unsure where it was located).Nicole (reception staff was very knowledgeable about all services). I decided on the full body table massage, which was was done by Shaun and he was EXCELLENT!The pressure Shaun used was perfect, just the way I like it (a proper deep tissue massage), I’ll definitely be back guys.Once again thank you Shaun and Nicole for your professional service.p.s. I have dealt with serious nerve/neck/back issues. I came here because of Groupon and was shocked. I’m very apprehensive about massages due to my injuries but Shawn was amazing. He actually relieved my pain and I had better mobility after 2 days. I will definitely be back!

First time visit and the receptionist Nicole, was very professional when making my appointment and very knowledgeable of all the services and products that are available at this establishment.The reception area was very clean and had a beachy feel to it.However, it was not the easiest place to find because the number is kind of tucked away in the right hand side of the building.Another con is the fact that it is a very small space. When you first walk into the treatment area, there are two reflexology chairs to the right facing the same direction, so you couldnt even sit side-by-side with a friend and talk. Also, the two massage tables are separated by a very thin screen which does not make for a totally relaxing environment because you can hear everything thats going on. I literally could hear somebody getting their legs done with a dry scrub. These rooms need to be just that, their own rooms with total peace and quiet so you can just drift away while listening to the overhead music.On the plus side, my therapist Gina, did an exceptional job with my 90-minute massage!She was very professional and made sure I knew that I could speak up at any time in regards to too little or too much pressure. Although, I felt really good leaving there, I would have liked a little more consistency with a deep tissue pressure. My massage was in between a Swedish and a deep tissue. But still, she is an exceptional therapist.It should also be known that their introductory prices come with a 45 day time frame to go through every single one of them.I paid $55 for the 90-minute massage.*** thank you to the owner for your quick response to my review. I was not offered noise cancelling headphones, that definitely would have made it much more relaxing. Good to know for the next time!

Very small, intimate, relaxing place. The staff is friendly. It was a little hidden and hard to find, I saw the sign as I passed the plaza, but it was easy to turn around. Ive had a massage, but never one that included a scrub and a drink. I love the free drink with the different packages. I feel nice and relaxed and will be recommending and returning!!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I was a little skeptical when I saw the exterior but as soon as you walk in it’s super cute and the receptionist is the sweetest! I had Shawn as my therapist and he did an amazing job and made me feel super comfortable. Will be coming back again.

We tried Nurture because we found a Groupon. But now were hooked. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were totally relaxed!! The prices even without Groupon were reasonable. We also love all of the homemade lotions and scrubs. Fantastic! Cant wait to make our next appointment!

The experience was amazing. From the time I stepped in the door, the atmosphere put me in a calming state. The massage itself was just amazing. Marley, my masseuse was cert professional at all times. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

This is my 2nd visit from my Groupon deal... which is such a great price for the pampering you get...and decided to upgrade to a full body table massage. I came on a Groupon and it was a Groupon price experience. The therapist himself was good, hand and foot massage was very thorough, nice aromatherapy scent even though it was not the scent I asked for, but I had to knock down the rating for several reasons related to the “overall” impression. First, you have to squeeze through a tiny hallway past one of the spa chairs, and then through their laundry/utility room where there are piles of used towels etc to get to the changing area. Just seemed unpleasant and unprofessional. The “robe” is a towel with a Velcro square and it was too big for me but admittedly I did not ask if a smaller one was available. The four spa/massage chairs are all in the same room lack of privacy luckily I was the only person at the time. The spa chair had no adjustment for someone as short as I am so my feet did not really reach the foot bath without me slouching down to an uncomfortable position. The Groupon advertised 70 minutes but I noted start and stop time at only 58 minutes of service, even though I showed up 15 minutes early as requested. You get a glass of wine which is nice but not really any time to drink it as your hands and face immediately wrapped in towels. They offer to let you finish it after but I didn’t really want to chug a glass of wine. They don’t give you any water at the end to flush your muscles after massage. Probably won’t ever pay full price but it was okay on a Groupon.

I have been here before and had a great massage. Now for the rub...I bought a groupon for 3(70)minute massages. I called when my sister was visiting and was told that it was not transferable to her. Today I called to use it and they said that since I had already been there, that I could not use the groupon. If you look at the fine print, the last line says “Valid for new clients only”I told her to look for the fine print on my review. I will NEVER be back there. What a scam. They sure don’t mind selling you the groupon but try to use it and you are SOL...

Had a very very fabulous massage this eve by Shawn. I requested deep tissue and he sure did work those knots out. Thank goodness! I highly recommend this gem that I never knew about right on Northlake!!!!

I bought a coupon through Groupon. The coupon says 70 mins massage. I came there, they said it was a CHAIR MASSAGE. Nowhere in the coupon that was mentioned. So the gentlemen told me I can upgrade, pay $6 for an actual massage. Of course I did that. The massage itself was good. Even though it was a full body, she focused on my critical area- so she spent 60 mins on my shoulders and neck. Once I left the massage, the gentleman upfront told me I can pay, an he basically repeated two times that I should leave a tip. I was going to do it regardless, but he kept repeating it so I just left. Definitely not going back!

Purchased a 3 massage package on Groupon. Before I purchased I called the spa and asked if I can 2 at the same time for a couples massage for a weekend time appointment. They informed that space is limited however they do couples massage I just need to make an appointment. I did purchase the package and then called for the appointment. At that point they told me they me they where booked for a couple of months on the couple massage and they took my number to call me back to set up a time.One month goes by two months go by i called them back they assured me they still have my name and number and would call me as soon as one opens.Fast forward the Groupon is now ready to expire I call back again once again no appointments available for long time.They assured me they would honor the Groupon even though it expired.More months go by still no phone callsI gave up!!!! You win they got my moneyReality is if you don’t do couples massage don’t offer it.

My friend recommended. The place was clean and I got a very professional massage. She worked on my back by walking on it and then putting the lotion on afterwards. Definitely worth my time.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is by far the most unprofessional and biased establishments I have ever been to. The owner was over 30 minutes late with no apologies then when I calmly expressed by concern she wass extremely irrate and because I am African American assumed that I wanted something for fee when I am a highly educated and successful black woman and do not need anything for free. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy especially if you are someone of color.
