Felt like the guy was rushing me out of there got an attitude when I asked if they had certain vape juice at the end of it I ended up just buying the first one I saw then it turned out to be expired by over a year. It’s a shame because it’s actually a nice shop. Do better

I take my friend here sometimes and she tells me how amazing it is. She told me they have the best service for loyal customers and sometimes gets discounts with her loyalty card. Definitely a business that can be trusted! 100% would go!

Never returning. Employee was rude. He was on the phone and repeatedly acted annoyed both when I came in and any time I had questions. Very impatient and pushed me to buy a flavor quickly that I didnt think I would like, I finally gave in and just bought it. He chatted on the phone while we checked out. This juice disgusting and was overpriced. I left my juice at home and this was the only place I could make it to on lunch break.. if I wasnt desperate I would have not given money to this business.

I recently visited Smoke and was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Moreover, the ambiance was exquisite, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Smoke for their excellent service and inviting setting.

Moonshot prices and selection are excellent. I had a bit of an issue.with tracking, so when I spoke to the owner Sam, he personally got involved and got my package out. Will definitely be back again as a customer.EDIT: after placing another subsequent order with said vendor, they are unresponsive in shipping my items. I have opened a dispute with my credit card companyBUYER BEWARE !!!

What a rip off! This business marks everything up by over 200%. A caliburn vape costs $50 the but you get it online for $22. Coils cost $5 a piece for the same when you can buy an ENTIRE BOX of them for what they charge for 2! The juice they sell for $30 you can get for $10!!! Not one good deal in that store, everything is a rip off, and they have horrible customer service too! Employees sit on their phones all day and figure they can rob their customers because they are all entitled NorthShore (BEEP)…. Seriously, this shop need to go OUT OF BUSINESS

Read the reviews was pretty skeptical then received my carta focus v2 recycler and it didnt fit I was bummed specially after wht the reviews said but went back and they gave no hesitation to replace it new one works great customer service was good will go back again they have alot of American glass too not bad prices

They order 0MG juice and mix it up for no reason at all, it changes the color and taste, burns the coil faster and cost me more because they charge more for there juice, and the nicotine they put in, so I’ll just drive 10 mins to any one of the other vape shops in the area and buy premixed juice for almost $10 less. Edit: I feel the need to add they rarely restock on juice and there usually out of any non menthol or non “freeze” products.

First time here. Just came in to check it out and restock on my POSH pen. Reasonable prices. Met with Mike, hes a cool dude. He told me this place used to be across the street and Ive been there before, meeting Brian last time. It was a while ago. Good to know this place is here, so if Im in the area I would definitely come back.

Purchased the Carta 2 on Thursday, It shipped out Friday and I got it Monday morning. Sick rig, quick shipping. Will be back for glass attachments and atomizers

Built a relationship here for a while but the pricing kept going up and up. They honored discounts for a while but they started giving me a tough time about the pricing. Great while it lasted. Won’t be returning.

Great prices, great selection, and the best customer service hands down! I had an issue placing an order for a Carta 2 and decided to give them a call... not only were they extremely helpful and were able to help me resolve my issue placing my order, but they were super friendly and even called me back within 5 minutes of leaving my number and name. On top of how friendly and helpful they were, they also shipped my Carta 2 out same day I placed the order. Amazing customer support and they have their sh*t together and are super quick! If I could give zero stars, I would. If you want to deal with a retailer who does nothing to acknowledge online orders outside of an automated order acknowledgment email, then this is your place. If you actually want to deal with a company who cares about shipping orders and taking care of customers who have paid them money, then look elsewhere.I purchased almost $200 worth of items on May 13th from their online shop, it is now June 9th and I have not received any of those items nor any indication they have any intention of shipping them. I have emailed them multiple times and have received zero response. I already purchased what I needed from another merchant, who shipped my order the day after I made the purchase and I received it 2 days after that. I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. I have serious doubts that they can even accomplished that feat, so I guess its time to file a charge back with my credit card company.

Great customer service and amazing collection of Vapes

10 out of 10 amazing customer service. They accidentally sent my package to my billing address and there was a problem with it being rerouted so it got stuck for about 5 days. They reassured me that my package would either get to me or get sent back, and that no matter what I’d get what I ordered. Luckily today it got unstuck and I was able to go pick it up but I’m so grateful to them for helping me worry less. I’ll definitely buy from these guys again:)

TLDR; STAY AWAY FROM THEIR ONLINE SHOP! I placed an order on November 30th and received tracking. The tracking states the item was never received by USPS. I have sent multiple emails and called on 12/13 to ask for a refund, only to be told no, my order was shipped. and then abruptly hung up on. The tracking is still saying it was never received by USPS and its been 14 days now. Just close the online shop if you cant be bothered to ship orders or respond to emails. Clowns!***UPDATE****Someone named Sam, reached out to me finally after posting this review. Asked if I had time for a phone call, and I did not. Then I explain about sending emails and the phone call, to which Sam responds Sounds good bud. Still havent received a refund or confirmation that a refund would be processed. What a ****. Just close this trash business down.

My experience is only purchasing in store, not online.Decent prices when compared to other smoke shops, in some cases almost better but usually about on par with other online stores (money wise). Their selection of glass is pretty nice just make sure you 100% make sure what you get works as you want it to. When I tried to exchange a unused glass piece the sales guy just said he couldn’t help me and walked away, so take that for what you will. Customer service is nonexistent if you want an exchange or help, but they’ll really sell the hell out of their products. Also for clarity: everything I purchased works fine, my only gripe was that one of the pieces appears to be too high maintenance, hence why I wanted to swap it for a simpler one (would’ve been ok with taking a $ loss too, I just wanted something smaller), I also wanted to ask about some chazzing on the banger that came with the carta I purchased, but couldn’t…. cause the guy just walked away before I could tell him about it. All in all, decent products, but their CS skills is not at all what I would expect from a storefront in 2023.

Been more than week since I place my order and did not got a response via reddit or e-mail. Not sure if the item I ordered was an actual pre order or not as there was a stock count of said item so why would it pre order? Stock count means you have it in stock. Anyway they are getting one star until they at least respond to e-mails or reddit.Update: Got a response last week and received my product today. Docking 1 star for delay in reply and vague product listing. Pre-order should have estimated shipped date listed.

I was super excited to find this shop as they have cool products and great prices, especially on Carta accessories. Some things are just too good to be true, however. I purchased over $200 of accessories, including multiple Chromatix items, which Moonshot has listed as being for the Carta 2. Unfortunately, they are NOT. The atomizer has a completely different connection and the Carta 2 doesn’t fit properly in the carrying case.I’ve been trying for over 3 weeks to discuss this with Moonshot and get it resolved to no avail. I’ve sent multiple emails, used their contact us page on their website, called the store, was told by the store to call Sam because they didn’t deal with anything from the website, called Sam and left a voicemail, texted Sam a few days later after no response, sent an IG message, and sent a Reddit message. Nothing. No response whatsoever.They had no trouble communicating with me that they were out of stock of the colors I ordered and needed me to make a 2nd choice, but they can’t seem to respond to me on this.I guess it’s time to dispute it with my credit card company. Bummer. I was really hoping they worked out, as I was going to order gifts for my team.EDIT: It took over a month but I finally did receive a return label and a refund. I was told they were going to send me a free care package to make up for the inconvenience, but its been a month and I never did. Whatever, no biggie. Got my money back.

Be careful when ordering from this business. They claim to have products on their site, but when ordering they don’t mention they don’t have in stock, and you’re stuck waiting for something that will never arrive. They use your money as a preorder and you never receive your product.They said in their response below they told me it was a preorder, that’s completely false to make up about not even having the product. They actually said the opposite and reassured it wasn’t a preorder. They just added the preorder detail on their website now that I’ve complained.Seeing other folks have issues with getting their products months later should be a clear answer to stay away.I chatted with the owner and staff several times, which they told me “the product is on its way.” He even went as far to say the products got shipped to the wrong city by accident and I’ll have it next week. Yea, it never came.He calls it harassment because I’m calling asking about the product I paid for, but they make up lies saying it’s on its way each time. “We just got it today and breaking down the boxes”Product never came. Be careful with this business and order elsewhere.If zero stars were an option, best bet I’d be picking it.

I am out the $35 spent on a nicotine replacement device to gift. It was defective. The young girl working there alone said sorry and had the replacement in hand. She has to call the boss first who tells her she can not exchange an opened item. Hmmm.. Opened? Used? I stood in shock, left the item in the new package, never to return.

Place sucked. First the guy that was there was so rude. He looked like he was wearing his little brothers shirt. I asked him about a pure mint flavor and when I processed to tell him of my brand he was talking bad about it when it’s a premium brand witch he showed me non. This place is a joke. 21.90 for a 30 mil wow plus nic. That’s not cheap where I go is 3- 30 mil for 42$
