Vape battery was gouged $15 more than MSRP of Youcan Uni Pro. Youcan direct is $29. Asked kindly for a budge on price match and was flat out denied. Will not be my new shop of choice despite being on my way to work.

Called in and the guy said he couldnt tell me how much their products were over the phone. Thats sketchy as hell

Today was my first time going to these places. As I walked in I was nervous and embarrassed. As I walked in to the store, a very friendly person greeted me and made me calm and very comfortable. I told him how I was feeling and he gave me what I needed and made me feel good about myself. I am grateful I walked in. I will going back to tell him about the product. I was surprised to find out that this store is fairly new. The selection of vaping products was very wide and diverse. Top of the line mods, glass, top fill tanks... Love the kangertechs! Oh and the guys that run it are really nice. They were very knowledgeable and made sure I walked out happy. Great prices!

Always had a good experience here because of the employees until tonight. Guy was extremely rude and confrontational for no reason. I didnt mind paying a bit higher prices than I usually do because the staff was cool, but now I will no longer be bringing my business to this spot. Terrible

They will sell you the lint on the carpet. I went in for something specific and explained I would come back once they get it, they kept on shoving other items down my throat saying that they were better. (Everything is cheap glass you can find online at a larger retailer) They dont cater to your needs, they tell you that you are wrong and that you should do it their way.

As a regular customer, Vortex is the best vape shop in Cook County hands down. They have everything you need there. The entire staff is super friendly and easy to work with. Don’t hesitate giving them a visit next time for your smoke needs.

Not a fan of this place. Went in to get some vape juices, and they were overpriced. I paid nearly $30 for a juice that would normally be around $20. Also wished this shop had a set up that allowed you to taste juices before buying them like Wise Guyz shops.

This place has beeen open for a while now every time I walk in I feel so welcomed people are always nice and honest. They always throw something in for free if I buy over a certain amount.. gotta say this place has the best deals then other vape shops I give this place 100 :)

Worst Customer Experience Ever! They sell you second and third rate items as new and when they failed they do not stand behind their products. From just reading their reviews it seems that i not the only one that felt. Not recommended at all

SCAMMERS. This place sells used and fake products and lists them as brand new products. If you buy any device from Vortex Vapes, be prepared for it to break within a few weeks/months of usage. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
