The foot reflexology massage was outstanding! It included a brief head and neck massage as well as hot stone. Great service at such a reasonable price!

Was referred to this spot for a post marathon treat. It was a wonderful experience. I had the one hour reflexology which was excellent. Staff was able to squeeze me in (it was busy!) and the service was fantastic. Prices extremely reasonable for great service. I will definitely be back!

I used to manage 3 very high end spas in NYC, so I’m very picky about therapists. This place is fantastic. It’s not fancy but it’s spotless, and my massage was incredible. I did the 90 minute deep tissue and her technique was on point. Pressure was perfect, she knew when to dig in and when to lighten her touch while I was in pain. I explained my areas of concern and she spent extra time in those areas but still completed a full massage. I bought a gift certificate for my boo and I am planning on coming once every 2 weeks. Give them a try!

The only place I will go for a massage. All staff is exceptional and professional. It’s always very clean and they listen to what you want them to focus on. Best in the business.

Awful and confused by the good reviews. No website which should have been my first red flag but given the positive reviews and I was desperate and they are open late, I decided to try. I came in and let her know I am having neck problems so please focus on my neck. Later, I said please I’m in a lot of pain and unable to look to my right because of my neck. She brought in someone to explain what I was saying, fine. I explain and gave a huge knot in my knot in my neck so please just focus on that. Both proceed to ignore me and I leave exactly as I came, maybe worse.Complete waste of time and money. A 5 year old could have done a more sufficient job.

Clean place, quick service, massage NOT great! I paid for a deep tissue massage that was very soft! I had to ask the lady twice to go a little harder and to target my areas of pain and STILL she didnt get it nor improved her method. I was beyond frustrated while receiving light pats during my so called massage. I will Definitely not be returning, I never had this issue at Westport Massage.PS there were two ladies giving massages that day, a taller heftier lady and a short petite lady. I had the short petite.

Overall good, but the communication/language barrier is problematic. I made an appointment two weeks in advance after having come here several times, but when I arrived they told me I had no appointment and that it was definitely my fault - not theirs. I could have settled for a 50/50 misunderstanding, but blaming it all on me and telling me I called somewhere else and I made the mistake, thats a bridge too far.If youre going to walk in, Id recommend them. If youre making an appointment for a specific time, I cant recommend them.

Awesome experience. The best deep tissue massage i ever had. In the last 2 years i had around 5 deep tissue massage in different places and Norwalk Massage is the best experience ever. Thanks for the service and the professionalism!!They were very attentive.. the COVIDV19 PROTOCOLS are great too!!

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and needed immediate relief on a Sunday. Lisa worked on my neck for and hour and although it was tender, she made it feel significantly better. Will be back, for sure.

Im not a picky person in general, but I am a tough sell on a spa as I was a massage therapist for 10 yrs.This place is truly wonderful. It is tranquil but not preterntious, and everyone from front desk to the therapists were down to earth and a pleasure. I got massage from Tina and Nana both were amazing. They were talented, well-trained, and really listened to what I was looking for. I went with a friend and we relaxed in the double room afterwards, really enjoyed the atmosphere. I left feeling like a whole new person. Thank you so much.

THE WORSTTTTTTTT PLACE TO GET A MASSAGE!!!!! do not go here. I went yesterday to get a deep tissue massage with my friend and they left us in so much pain. They did not know how to properly give a massage.. I have no idea what they did. My entire back hurts I can’t lift anything.. I can’t express enough how bad the massage was. Not worth $70 at all. Take my word for it. This is the worst place to get a massage. Also, all those other reviews are fake. They are the friends of the owners.

Ok paid 60 for full body massage and she only did my back and back of my legs. Didnt do the chest or front of the legs. She spent the whole hour on my back and neck. Im confused isnt full body back and front. I feel cheated.and disappointed
