Membership is not for all, was told one thing at sign up then changes with who ever you speak to. The massages and facials are good, but nothing that cant be found for less on groupon.

Amazing experience with the entire staff. But especially the awesome dedication and focus on the issues from Vanessa. Vanessa is one of the most gift massage therapist I have experienced. I cannot express enough gratitude for the work she performed. She eliminated my pain in one session. I cannot wait to return for another session with her. Thank you!

First I want to start off with wishing there were a ZERO star option. This location has been getting more and more unprofessional as time goes by. From my initial appointment here I regretted coming here. The operational manager lady Amanda was very rude to her therapist who asked her a question after answering she proceeded to roll her eyes when the therapist turned away, wow! Then the unpleasant smell coming from her mouth when trying to sell me a membership was just absurd. They have complimentary mints, it doesn’t hurt to pick one up. My massage was great but coming out of my massage once again another manager lady named Sabrina was very pushy to sign up as a member and not professional at all. She may be young with not a lot of experience I think there needs to be new well trained management for this place to ever change for the better. And the call center was such a disservice to this location as well!

Brian is a very skilled massage therapist. He has improved chronic pain that I’ve had for years! I hate to let my secret out because it is already difficult to get in to see him. Joe is very good, knowledgeable and professional also. I joined after my first session with him.

It is impossible to schedule a massage. There is no availability at all and the membership is a waste. I would not suggest getting the membership because you will be stuck in the contract for year and not even be able to schedule the massages you paid for. I can not even transfer the massages I paid for to other people for them not to go to waste.

Vanessa was amazing like always! If you need a good massage, ask for Vanessa!The customer service continues to get worse and worse. I arrived and my card for my payment didn’t work so I gave them another form of payment. They charged my monthly rate of $75, which went up from what it previously was. I went to have my service and then when it was time to checkout the person at the front counter tells me I owe $10 more dollars because I got a deep tissue massage. I have NEVER been charged extra for a deep tissue massage for the three years I have been going to the one in Norwalk, nor the 2 years I went in Wichita. Additionally, if they knew this was something extra, why didn’t the 2 people taking my money at the beginning mention it and take it then or at least warn me so I have a chance to make a financial decision, since clearly they knew this was a new practice. Why would you wait until I’m done and then inform your customer of this additional charge? One of the same people that helped me at the beginning and took my money was the same person at the end saying to me, this has always been a charge, they just haven’t been charging it. Again, if you knew that, why didn’t you say that to me at the beginning. They have no issues calling when they can’t get your money and threatening you by saying you won’t be able to get your service if your payment isn’t made, so give me the same attention and call when you are making by changes. I asked if they were under new management and they both said yes, well whoever the manager is needs to figure out how to communicate better with his clients if he wants them to stick around. Yes, I did ask for cancellation papers. Vanessa may be the ONLY reason I stick around.

Brian is the best masseuse I’ve ever been to EVER. He knew all the correct triggers points and was able to not only pin point my issues but give me suggestions on what changes I can make at home. I never really write reviews but I had to for my main man Brian. He’s fantastic!

Great massage by Brian, 1st time I received a massage from him and it wont be my last! 😍 And Joe and Vanessa are the best! Theyve been my massage therapists for years, love them they know exactly what areas to address without me even having to tell them. I hope the 3 of them never leave 🙏

The beginning and end of the experience happens in reception where the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve mainly had massage with therapists Joe and Brian who I ask for. Recently I tried Sade and was delighted to discover she is also skilled and effective at releasing those stiff sore muscles! : )I’ve been using massage therapy to relieve stress and discomfort for 2 decades and can say with confidence that this massage studio has excellent therapists.

Vanessa was phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable about the muscular system as well as communicating regarding the treatment. Roseann at the front desk was also amazing, incredible customer service. I highly recommend both of them!

I believe I had Sade, she is very good with her hands, everything was great, only real issue I had was that I was asked to go into the room at 11:08 for a 11am appointment and had to use the bathroom myself so I got ready for the massage at 11:15am and the massage ended around 11:50am. I do understand that massages aren’t really a full hour and that I myself burned 5 minutes of time but 40 minutes nevertheless for an advertised 60 minute massage is pretty disappointing.

I visited your Norwalk facility for the first time today and I am a long-time massage user. My experience was outstanding. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable and took down my health history.The best part was my therapist, Gabby, who led me into a well-appointed private room. Before she began, she asked me if anything hurt, or did I want her to concentrate on a problem area. She was fantastic.When I was done there were two new receptionists, who also were friendly and professional. Net, I was extremely pleased! I don’t see how others could have had had anything negative to report.Thanks for a wonderful experience.Dick Corbin

Sade was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! Her hands are gifted. But really, her kind and sweet demeanor are what made the massage so great! With all the negativity in the world, we need more people like Sade when we encounter others, even at places of business.

The place is clean and quiet. One can truly relax with the soft background music. But most of all, Brian did a good job to pinpoint the source of the pain and how to remedy it. Thank you!

I was out of town visiting my son and he was able to get me an appt in 2 days time! I was hurting and Brian gave me a good work out. Significantly improved my pain. Brian was very good. I would ask for him again!

Massage was good enough for me to think I want go back with Sade, pressure was perfect, she hit the spots. I noticed she wasn’t using both hands at some point (Im a massage therapist) but nothing bad about it. My 3 starts is because of the equipment, needs to be updated. But Sade definitely gets a 5.

My massage was great, but I had difficulty relaxing because the music that was playing was horrible for relaxing. I had to have Patricia turn it off. The toilet in the ladies room didn’t flush and when I went to the front desk to tell someone, it was empty.

Jessica is Fantastic. She does not hurt when doing extractions and always takes time to help me select the correct products for my skin. Also the front desk is always extra friendly and helpful.

Joe was amazing again! His method and the pressure he uses were perfect for me and I left feeling very relaxed. I look forward to my next massage with Joe.

I had Patricia as my massage therapist. She was wonderful. She started off by asking me what my goals for the session were and I identified two or three specific goals. The goals were overall relaxation, identifying some pressure points between my neck and shoulders and my temple/scalp region. She addressed all of them very well during the session. Her pace was great and she was able to give me a overall well addressed massage with appropriate pressure. I have had her as my massage therapist before and I would continue to go back to her!I had Jessica as my esthetician for a facial. It was really wonderful, very relaxing and highly informative. I asked her several questions about products to use to reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as what brands of makeup she suggests. I will definitely come back to Jessica as my esthetician.

A great place! I’ve been to many spas before, but I’ve never met a massage therapist that really knew his stuff like Brian does. Great deep pressure, but also so kind and gives great advice on how to continue to feel better with stretches at home after the appointment. Love it here ❤️

Vanessa is Excellent but i am not getting a full hour. It seems that she is booked back to back and the only way for her to get the room ready for the next person is to cut the clients time.

Jessica was very upbeat. She cared about my comfort by asking if I wanted the table heated, if the leg cushion was placed well. Small things like that that showed me she was thinking about the whole experience for me.

Easy to book online, friendly staff, and Brian clearly knows his stuff regarding body mechanics and how to alleviate pain. Very comfortable experience, start to finish, for someone who doesn’t get massages often.

Vanessa is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She’s skilled, professional and friendly. Always makes me feel comfortable and at ease.

I had two services today. One was a massage with Sade (I’m not sure I have the spelling of her name correct) and she was absolutely wonderful then my daughter had a facial and that was wonderful too

Very poor experience. After visiting Dermage Spa in Wilton this spa is no comparison. The session was not relaxing and it felt more like pinching than massaging.

I had a great stretch session with Joe. He provided clear explanations about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave me useful suggestions for things I can do on my own. I feel great after my appointment!

Brian is by far the best massage therapist around. He truly is amazing and has really helped me out with gym/softball injuries.

Worst massage ever, I went and my masseuse didn’t have any knowledge and experience at all!!!! I even couldn’t finish the session, plus the girl had a wound in one of her fingers and her bandage scratched my back and plus she had a really bad smell, what a nightmare!!!! Anyway I had to pay for that nightmare

The masseuses, especially DorothyAnn is super nice and she does an awesome job. That’s the only reason for the 2 stars. The management don’t really have manners, all they really want to is have your money on a monthly membership. It’s so difficult to cancel the membership once you get on. If you want to catch up on your service, you can’t put it on hold. If you want to use it up while holding your account, then you have to pay $20 fee.I’m sure the staff is only following orders, but they’re not typically nice about it. I hate it every time I walk in there (Norwalk) - so I am switching to a different location until I use it up

I had my first facial with Jessica. I found Jessica to be very professional and liked the time she took to recommend the type of facial that she was going to apply. I definitely will be booking another facial with Jessica.

Gabi is amazing, faithfully. Never had a disappointing visit w her. She listens and adjusts the pressure as needed. Super patient and professional.

I had a membership here that just ended after a year and have just finished my last massage. I didnt have any of the problems the other commenters had. The place is clean as far as I could tell and front desk staff was always kind even when I showed up really late to an appointment. The only drawback is the membership program because you cant just cancel it at any time if you dont want it or if your finances change. So youre basically stuck for a year unless you move a certain number of miles away from a Massage Envy location (which is close to impossible). However, this last massage was probably the best Ive had, so if you go, ask for Earnestina. Ive got bricks for back muscles and she helped a lot.

I’ve been to more than 25 massage therapists over the years. 1.5 hours with the rapid tension relief and a deep tissue massage with Brian and I feel better than I have in 20 years.

Love Gabriella, she makes you feel so welcoming, it was my first time there and will definitely go back, she has nice soft and strong hands

Just like many others, I got the deal for this place from Groupon. $25 admission for two (what a deal!). There are different kind of rooms (ice room, himalayan salt room, etc.). They were really clean. Based on G+ recommendation, I also had their full body scrub! It was really good. My skin felt really smooth afterwards. I would definitely recommend getting the scrub.

Vanessa is a superb therapist using techniques that engage larger muscle groups to effectively address localized issues.

So I walk into massage envy attempt to check in to be asked if I want to check out now mind you I’m a member, so my response was I shouldn’t have to check out because I’m a member but they would like for me to leave gratuity prior to my service wth where does that ever happen? I’m a generous person, but this really ruffled my feathers, and now here I sit in the waiting area while they talk about all of their clients. The professionalism here is atrocious. So disappointed

Joe is awesome. He does deep tissue. He is always booked and busy, so book him whenever you can!

Even if you have a coupon its not worth it. All they seem to have are customers with coupons. Nobody comes here on their own free will I think. Kept trying to sell products to me, I hate that. Look elsewhere for a nice massage in Norwalk. These guys are pricey for a strip mall massage parlor.

Not worth it. very generic. go to a real massage place, not a chain. i had a coupon so it didnt cost much but it still wasnt good. staff wasnt very friendly either. best part was the food i had at sand wedge next door.

Brian always helps me not just to feel better but to understand why I developed issues and helps me think about how to modify my behaviors for less pain in the future.

BADDDDD services 👎🏻It is a terrible service, the reception is not respectful or attentive, I called to speak with the manager of the place to make the claim and in the conversation I canceled the call and did not do anything about it, the masseur (he is a man, not presentable for this type of work) he does not know how to control the pressure for a massage, he does not know how to differentiate between a medium-low pressure to HANDLE, also in the massage room there was a very dirty fan, with a lot of dust (to be in a pandemic) and very noisy, my massage time was not complete and terrible.
