Ive stopped in here twice in the last week. Both times the old hag behind the counter ignored me and called people up in line after me waiting both times. I will not come back.

Be careful at this place. I used to shop here all the time but lately everything I buy from them tastes outdated and not very good at all. Especially the things they have on sale,and if you buy anything there on sale they will not refund your money if the product doesnt work or is bad.

Went with my mom to help her pick out a breeze bar since shes been wanting an alternative, and when she picked out a flavor I suggested she should get, both the manager and employee proceeded to get a rude attitude how I need to be the one to show my ID (Im only 20) and wouldnt let my mom show them hers, continuing to say that I was the one that chose it therefore I have to be the one to provide an ID. Which I clearly only suggested on which flavors are good. For shame.

The ladies in this store are amazing! I have always felt so comfortable walking in to get disposable vapes. They got me on the rewards program and I have been able to use it many times. One of the wonderful women remembers me each time I come in, (every few weeks) and that right there makes me feel like they care.

Went in there today 12/22/22 and had the privilege of meeting two of the rudest people ive probably met in my life. were rushing me, refusing to help me with the questions i asked and rudely kept saying with attitude i dont know look it up on youtube i bought a vape mod and beforehand i called in and they said they had the one i was looking for but not in the color but when i got up there the EXACT one i wanted was in my face after they told me they didnt have them. they were marked for $34 i got that and a bottle of salt juice nicotine and they tried to ring me up for $110 because they didnt think i saw the sign with the price it was on sale for. 0/10 would not recommend

I brought it up that a product they have his marked up 3 times more expensive that it is online. I understand they need to make money, but 3 times!! Then the rude response of, Then buy it off the website Customer service has gone to S#@T!!!

Very helpful staff. Juice selection is ok but needs more popular brands. not an RDA in sight big downer. Vape mods are on the way high end of Price. Could be updated to better brands. The make your own flavor juice is on point with price and flavor. They also carry CBD products which is awesome. higher milligram would be great but none the less still awesome. Salt nic juice selection is great. Salt pod devices could use some updating but good selection. All in all still a way better place to buy vape juice than puckerfish or whatever that place is called and still better than driving to Sandusky or Willard

Everytime i go in there this lady is always rude and doesnt care how she affects a customer. I wish she knew what customer service was and how to treat a paying customer. I need to speak with the owner if possible. Thank u

Great place for vape gear although a cheap tobacco shop and smells like cigarettes. They have a big selection of Juul comparable pods and a Juul pod tasting station. First one Ive ever seen and very helpful.

Decent place. Prices are comparable to gas station pricing on cartons but they have a large variety of roll your own options available. Also have itmes like kratom, Coco loko, and Vapes.

One of the best places to go for tobacco plus all your other smoking needs theyre really reasonable price I pay $20.25 for three boxes of tubes and a big bag of tobacco thats three cartons

My friend is trying to quit smoking cigarettes so he stopped by Cheap Tobacco in Norwalk this afternoon. The woman behind the counter was condescending and very short with him. He tried to explain why he was in the store, and she became impatient and unhelpful. We will NOT be returning to this store.

I was just in there at 4:15pm on 1/3/20 and the cashier with grey hair said she cant sell tobacco to me because my i.d expired remind you this is the same lady who I dealt with few months ago and said the same thing and that time I renew my i.d and this time she said the same thing to me she didnt look at the expiration date because it doesnt expire until 2023 i renew it back in October i.d dont expire within the few months so yeah with that being said and had that experience with her not once but twice now done lost my business and I will tell my family and friends to go to another cheap tobacco not you guys after I just had to experience that
