I have read all these reviews, good and bad and I can definitely see that if the wrong type of customer goes into this store they may have a bad experience. I am the type of guy who would be ripe to be mocked, overcharged and insulted if I went into this or any store feeling like I was king customer and everyone had to stop what they were doing and serve me.The truth is, this store has been my go to place as soon as I took an interest in vaping. For six years a variety of staff has educated me patiently on the changing tech of products and juice. They have always led me right; and my only bad purchase was something I had in my sights that I bought despite the warning of everyone in the shop. I still joke about that. They’re good people and they will steer you right. Just leave your attitude at the door and you’ll have a good experience. And if someone rubs you the wrong way, tell them. I haven’t encountered any egos inside that weren’t capable of defending themselves. Do yourself a favor and get to know this shop. No frills, good prices, and one of my favorite places to shop. Keep up the good work, guys.

Wicked friendly and easy in and out for the items I needed. Just missing some parts of my pax(charger and new lid) and they had it. Easy to find location on post road by Jordans. I will absolutely be in again while I visit here.Store is quaint, clean, and lots of selections of vape supplies and glassware. Update I love to visit every year when I come to see family. They are always well stocked and easy going.

I like these guys because theyre honest and up front with you. If they think you can find a better deal getting a certain vape juice or whatever online, theyll straight up tell you. Theyre also really patient with me because I always ask a lot of questions...sometimes stupid ones, yet theyve never lost their cool.So far theyre one of the top places that are my go to.

I live right by here and it is so convenient! Prices are a little high, but thats everywhere these days. They have all of my vaping products, and excellent service!

Shop is fine with a good selection but the gentleman behind the counter acted as if I was bothering him by asking a simple question about his products. Truly a bad customer service experiance.When someone walks into your store to spend their hard earned money the very least you can do is be helpful and friendly.

I’m often visit from Canada (Toronto). Norwalk Smoke Shop is always a must visit. Brian, Zach and the rest of the staff are amazing. Knowledgeable , friendly and down to earth. Their vape e juice selection is extensive and the prices are great. Keep up the great customer service.

Guys are awesome and helped me make the switch from Juul to a refillable pod system. Also educated me on flavor profiles and helped me find the best new flavors for my taste... Headed back there right now on my lunch break for a refill!

Hands down awesome shop, kinda one of those places that still feels so much cooler every time you come back, its like you end up being a part of the club kinda thing. Or Im just enjoying the assets of the shop a little too much. Lol. I read a few reviews about rude customer service and interaction. I will say, I understand how some people may have felt unhappy with the welcome committee depending on who they saw when they went. I remember my very first visit feeling slightly annoyed and a little insecure, they didnt have what I needed and I am a very polite person who kind of gets paranoid if someone doesnt smile or use all their please and thank yous through out our encounter. But Im really glad Im desperate and I continued to go there. Turns out some people are just quiet. They mean no harm. They work hard. They remember who you are and what you need. They try. And eventually they get used to you and start to warm up more and theres nothing like sincere and genuine interactions. Beats the heck out of forced smiles. And thats only one employee that tends to be a little quiet in the beginning. He is a good guy and a great help. And Youll figure it out if youre a whiny little twerp like I am and you need sunshine and roses all the time. Everyone else there is pretty energetic from the beginning and also very helpful. I really enjoy the place. Honestly I dont get to even go half the time. A friend of mine goes for me. But I love how they treat him. Hes a good guy and theres been plenty of times where hes gotten ripped off at different smoke shops trying to find certain brands etc for me. A few just made up prices. He is so nice and passive that when he questions the price and they snap at him he just backs down. I love how these guys at this shop have never once made him feel like he was an easy target or something. He always comes back with a free sample or something that they gave him for me to try. They listen to him when he talks about a brand we really would love to see stocked. They brainstorm trying to figure out how to go about it (my brand is apparently something that only I like lol no one has it anywhere lol) they give alternatives that ACTUALLY TASTE AND HIT JUST LIKE MY BRAND I cant tell you how many times some shop tells me that some random brand they grab is so much better than what I want and tastes just like it but better and everyone who smokes my brand likes it better and blah blah blah. And jt tastes lime garbage. But they have no samples so you dknt know til you buy it. I dont miss gping through all that. But that is why I love this place. Theyre not making up whatever they can to catch a sale. They actually know what theyre talking about and they actually have a sincere interest in helping us find the perfect brand. :)

Very helpful on first visit while wearing a suit. Second visit in street clothes, staff was very rude and not helpful as if I was interrupting a break. Was unhappy with previous purchase and they couldnt care less. Will never go again. Ended going to Merritt Smoke Shop, great place.

Terrible customer service! They will sell you anything BUT if you have a problem, they dont want to make good on it. Totally unprofessional. They wouldnt take our calls to try to rectify the situation and when we went in there, one of the nasty employees was defensive and accusing us, the customer of doing something intentionally, to damage the prod. He proceeded to get loud and swear. One week later we were able to reach the owner and he said to come by with the item and hed take a look. He was very quiet and annoyed the whole time and the end result was a refund. We wanted to take the money and buy something else but the owner said he refused to do further business with us, said that were always looking for trouble and then began to THREATEN us in front of other customers. Yelling profanities and threatening physical harm. Is this someone YOU want to do business with?!?!

The only vape shop thats worth going to period. As someone who has gone to almost every vape shop in the area these guys are hands down the best around. Always helpful and never take a customer for granted. Extremely knowledgeable about all tobacco products and always give you the time of day.

Everyone there is really helpful and full of knowledge. Theyre helping me figure out my vaporizer, flavors (which are free to try before you buy), and which mg I should be using while trying to quit smoking cigs. Thanks to everyone for helping me, even their customers are helpful.

Brian and his staff are amazing. This is by far the best smoke shop and vape shop in Norwalk. Amazing selection of flavors and incredibly knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else. A+++

My wife had problems with her Vape device, she had gone to other vape shops~ only here were they able to help her. The staff was excellent! I will definitely go again.

Overpriced, you can buy a lot of the stuff they have on the internet for half of the price. The staff has no patience if you cant make up your mind or know exactly what it is you want when you walk in the door, and so subsequently not very helpful.

I never owned a vape before so I came here, big mistake. People behind the counter acted like I was beneth them. All because I didnt know what exact kind of vape I wanted, and had questions. Terrible salesmen.

Prices arent as listed for vape products be careful with the hidden taxes. They attempted to charge me $19 and some change for a product they had price stickered at $14.99 by adding nearly 3 dollars in supposed Taxes. THIEVES

This WAS my favorite place but when one of the workers that were there got alil snippy when I ask to smell the flavor they said they were sealed in which none of the flavors that I ask to smell were not sealed. They told me to go some place else. Bad business I wouldve spent a couple hundred dollars there need to buy vapes, flavors, and accessories. Any body who wants to spend money in a place that is not willing to accommodate does not deserve my business an for that * I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE AND SPEND MY MONEY SOME PLACE ELSE* Young bucks now a days.. Learn to accommodate. For that you get one star I wouldve gave you no stars for that wise ass remark an I will NOT be returning.
