Rude asians and the masseuse are fighting and screaming at each other at the employee room. I cancelled my time the moment this lady comes to me and acting mad and very demanding. My partner went did his for hes hurting but the lady said, hey pay first and how much tip do you want to put my partner was just too nice and says dont i put the tip after the massage? with his head shaking, signaling me this is not a good place. The front lady who turn out to be his massuese was just interrupted in and out of the massage room talking to the co-massuese whom she had a fight prior in asian language.It is also a skeptical place for the wall says Acid Base Health Center where this is closed. Wonder if they are operating at a diffent name under New East.

Worst place ever. I have lymphadema and they told me before I booked my appointment that they know how to massage it. I had a nice lady Sissy but she didnt have any experience at all. I had to guide her the whole hour. It was not healing and relaxing at all. They asked me to pay ahead and tip more than 30% of the cost of the massage. I thought it will be great coming to a healing and wellness place. This is not!
