This place is okay. I meet here with a group of about 10 usually and the bonus of smoking inside is pretty good if youre into that. If you arent you dont want to go here. I like how the bar is separate from the restaurant .

Spent 50 bucks on 4 shots 2 Jameson shots and 2 wild turkey shots , nothing special. So it seemed kind of pricey for me.

I love thev Neon Moon . So low key and delightful. Very much hospitality from the bartender. Great juke box with great music selections

Always a good time here . Quick and damn good service , even when they busy , they get them drinks out . Nice dance floor!!! Best thing is the wide variety of people. They welcome all kinds. Food is good but really depends on who is cooking.Best Nachos ever.

Its your local watering hole. Nothing fancy, but its a comfort spot and a great place to chill, any day of the week.

I love to come to this bar and drink! You get a little drunk and you can just walk over to Pojos and have some breakfast and sober up.

Fun place to go and relax every other weekend.

Wanted to go out, listen to some music, have a couple drinks and smoke. Neon moon delivered on those aspects. Bartender lady was cheerful and attentive and when leaving the bar, Pojos is connected to it so thats a nice Texas style diner. If you like country and rock, this is DJ plays all the hits and karaoke is fun and engaging! Very laid back experience, enjoyed the great service in diner too!

Wonderful bar staff, best DJ, good owners.Love that its smoking permitted in ALL areas. Its great! I personally Karaoke there all the time and enjoy it every time I go! Nice people, they have a pool table, drink specials on weekends, happy hours, karaoke nightly, and they even have an outside patio you can go out to and enjoy the air.Its my favourite Bar in the Permian Basin.

Actually I was in the diner Pojos.I was very disappointed with the food. The bread on my Ham club sandwich was so small I could not keep the insides from falling out.French Fries were uncooked and cold. The biscuits were burnt black and hard could not eat them. Over medium eggs were over cooked. The yolk was hard.Very disappointedWhat used to be my go to home away from home is no longer desirable.

Went there for dinner and karaoke. Food was good but when we went to the bar for karaoke we were about an hour early, two people went to put their names in to be on the list for karaoke and then I went up. There was maybe 6 people in the bar. Karaoke began and I waited for my turn. An hour and a half later I was still waiting. 20 to 25 people went up and sang. Finally I asked the waitress what was going on and she said she would see. I had, at that time five more people ahead of me. I guess if your not a regular you get put after everyone else. Mad, I closed out my tap. But when I got my bill there were drinks added that we didn’t order. Fed up I paid the tap and we left. I considered the extra drink as her tip. Needless to say we won’t be back. It was my wife’s birthday what bust for her. Stay clear of this place!!!!!

I tell ya what!!If you like dive bars, and karaoke, then Neon Moon is the spot for you. Great people are here, and good drinks. BONUS: If you like to eat after a night of drinking.....Neon Moon shares a door with PoJos. Which is a great diner!

Wonderful, attentive staff. Super laid-back environment. This is our favorite bar in Odessa! Theres a restaurant attached, which we havent tried yet, but it seems very popular and I think you can even get some food items delivered to the bar.

The karaoke operators are goodThe bartender Jody is the worst. I am 55 years old and I have never experienced the rudeness or the abject snobby attitude from anyone in the service business that I have from Jody.I have to say I have been to this bar a few times and being served by Jody is like being served by the DMVTake your business elsewhere until she is put out to pasture…..

Chill environment. Good vibes from other patrons. The staff is attentive plans courteous. A good place to let off some steam at the end of a long day.

Found this gem searching for a place to relax and have a drink after work. Definitely fit the bill. Good people here, great service, and your able to eat food in the bar and drink and smoke... not just typical greasy bar food, great food, full menu. America needs more places like this. Will recommend to all my co-workers. Well done.

Dont go to neon moon. Been to Pojos several times and always a good time. We have bible study Sat mornings

Neon moon is a great place to relax after a hard days work. They have great drinks, great prices and no cover charge. Very relaxed atmosphere with great people. Karaoke every night with very competent djs. Restaurant connected for easy breakfast after a night of drinking, no need to drive anywhere and risk trouble. Go try it and you will love it.

Went in for a beer the other night. We had just sat down, when the grungy scroungy VERY DRUNK bar owner walked up to our table and got in my friends face and was very aggressive, he was clearly trying starting a fight for the way he was dressed. Hes lucky my friend didnt knock the rest of his teeth out. He only acted this way because he had bouncers watching his back. Been going to this bar for years, but I will never give this bar my money again.

I gave it three stars because my food was good, but it’s extremely dark in there no windows and tons of smokers. Also the bartender made a great Bloody Mary and was friendly but was talking to another customer sitting next to my husband and I, and the story she told was inappropriate to talk about while people are eating. She mentioned how she purposely “pissed her pants” in the back seat of a cop car and laughed about how her “piss” was getting the cops feet soggy in the front seat. Sorry I’m no prude and I get it’s a bar but have some class dude, people are eating lol.

That was the most fun Ive had in a very long time! Ash is such a sweet person and a very good karaoke DJ. The bartender is very attentive to the needs of the customers and another good person at the Neon Moon. I will go back!

I ordered 5 beers while attending and watched the bartender ring me up for 7 while closing my tab. I brought this to her attention and broke down my order which was 2 coronas and 3 XX for which she stated that there was indeed XX and Corona on the tab. I repeated that I had 5 beers total for which she said yes and handed me the ticket attempting to pass the ticket as if it was for 5. I was also pushed while standing at the bar by the woman who was working the floor. I would have gladly moved if she had asked or even made it apparent that she was attempting to scoot in behind me. I do not leave reviews but I feel as though I would not do the public justice by keeping shut. I will not be attending this whole in the wall again and advise others to steer clear.

One of the best hole in the wall lounges in the Permian Basin. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great drinks and great times. The karaoke is absolutely fun.

They dont water down their liquor like some bars have been doing. Its a different crowd from 10 years ago but all bars in Odessa have really changed alot!! It was fun still wish the dance floor was bigger. If you want to go have some drinks & unwind it seems like the bar to go too. Im probably not the best person to rate bars I havent been out in 10 years & Im born & raised in Odessa so I remember how the bars used to be & they have all changed ALOT!!! I WILL SAY THAT THE PEOPLE ARE A BETTER CROWD THAN THE ONES THAT GOES TO THE OTHER KARAOKE BAR!! Im used to a certain type of crowds & certain types of people Im not a judgemental person but I think bars should be mixed with a variety of people The Moon has that variety unlike the bar I refuse to name that has definitely had a change in people that go in there & its no longer a variety of people unfortunately. So Neon keep doing what youre doing maybe bring in a live local country band once a week & maybe a live local rock band once a week down the wall between the bar & patio to make neon bigger so that you can add atleast 2 feet to the dance floor & youll be the spot to hangout at!!!

I will NEVER go back to this place ..... went there last night and we waited like 10 minutes at the bar for the bartender to even acknowledge we were there to give us our beer ..... then we waived the waitress down to get another round and she looked directly at us and acted like she didnt see us and went to another table to see if they needed anything at that point we walked out.... horrible service!!

Went there monday July 6 2020. The bartender Debbie took really good care of me and got the catfish platter to go and she made sure I had everything I needed. It was the bomb. Thanks Debbie.

Love the bar, my go to spot when im on my days off work, they have a restaurant attatched and the food is actually really good and they serve pretty large portions. Bar just needs to add to their Karaoke collection, we dont all listen to country. One of the bartenders is bassist for a local band called Nightmare Canvass, they put on a good show, not sure if they dont perform here due to the size of the stage but, still something to check out.

Not a karaoke bar. Its a bar that does karaoke when it wants. Since it has very few people, they really dont want to do karaoke (unless you ask repeatedly when they will start). When they do, the KJ will play 2 fillers for every singer (or more). So the rotation will take forever. Oh well. Food ok... But pork rinds have rocks....

The pool table is fun to play on. Their D.j Brian has an awesome selection of music and is not afraid to use it. Stay classy yall!

Came in early and paid for our food and drinks in excess and when karaoke time came we were told to go last because other people (who I can tell you pay less in a week than we did in two hours) that they have prioritie over us.That’s backwards and why I doubt they gain new regulars.

Im new to town...and really nervous about singing in front of strangers...but wow awesome staff ..made me feel comfortable. The DJ is freezing amazing and such a talented singer. 😁 ... Thank yall so much..

This place was awesome total dive bar great bartender and karaoke host. All the customers were very friendly and welcoming come in have a drink sing a song or just listen to people.

I was surprised that on my second order of my drink. We had to buy something to eat. Not hungry..Gov. Abbott orders. According to them. So we left. Ty though

It was okayish bar tinder was good dont order chicken wings I ate some and ended up being undercooked still blood in it and the fries were cooked fries with bagged shredded cheese so definitely not good the girls behind the bar was helpful tho 🤷‍♀️

Its a good atmosphere. If youre in a motorcycle club, theres a no colors rule. Come prepared to leave or change clothes

I really like this bar. It was the first bar in Odessa that I actually felt welcome at. And karaoke while you drink? You cant beat that.
