I went in for a prenatal Message! Paige was great! I was very relaxed, she worked on all the problem areas. And I felt confident that she was taking care of me and my baby safely!

I like the convenience of booking online. Sydney is great! She’s has a super relaxing aura to her and the massage was great as well. She took the time to ask questions about any problem areas and followed through with flying colors👍🏼

I had never gotten a massage before and I was feeling very nervous. Monica did a great job making me feel comfortable and explaining about the massage process. I felt very relaxed and refreshed after leaving my massage appointment. I will be going back to see her again!

Sydney was incredible! I’ve only ever had 1 other massage, which I enjoyed. But Sydney went well above my expectations. Her ability to ask questions to work on you intentionally is awesome. She also has crazy good pacing. Felt like the muscles were evenly worked in the time we had which really shows her attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic massages! My husband and I called last minute on a Thursday evening to see of a possibility of a couples massage for the next day. They said theyd put me on a waiting list and sure enough they had a cancelation! The ladies who did our massages were great! Made me fell better in all the places I didnt even knew I needed! They also honored a price on Groupon I saw even though I didnt have an actual Groupon.

Highly Disappointing Experience at Simply BlissMy decision to visit Simply Bliss was primarily driven by a Groupon deal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a regrettable choice and makes sense as to why they need to be on Groupon to attract customers.Ambiance and Atmosphere:The ambiance at Simply Bliss was far from blissful. The place smells of grease and mildew, making the atmosphere unpleasant. The entire space, carpeted and unkempt, felt filthy and far from conducive to relaxation. The poor choice in music and the intrusive sound of a ticking clock and outside conversations further detracted from any semblance of tranquility.Massage Experience:My experience with the masseuse was exceptionally disappointing. Despite expressing specific areas for focus, it seemed as though my requests were entirely disregarded. The techniques used felt irrelevant and unprofessional, leaving me questioning the masseuses training and expertise. At one point, I even contemplated performing the massage on myself due to the frustration. Actually, I did start kneading my own shoulders at one point.The aftermath of the massage left me feeling more fatigued and stressed than before. And the lotion they use is repulsive.Customer Service:The lack of consideration for guests comfort was evident when, despite waiting for my ride, I was abruptly asked to wait outside in the cold as they needed to lock the doors. The dismissive attitude towards guests added to the overall disappointment of the experience.My visit to Simply Bliss was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to explore other options. The unsatisfactory ambiance, incompetent masseuse, discomforting products, and disregard for guest comfort make this establishment one to avoid.

My wife and I had a couples massage here and we can both say that it was easily one of the worst we’ve ever had. Every bit of the massage felt lazy and lacked technique. There were major muscle groups that were not even hit! We are perplexed at how this place has such great reviews. Maybe the masseuses were having a bad day or maybe we got unlucky. Either way I would avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.

Brett was my mom’s massage therapist & he was phenomenal according to her. Andi was mine & she was a delight! She was considerate, checked in on how her pressure was, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me the greatest massage I’ve had yet! If I didn’t live in Cali and wasn’t just visiting family, I’d be back there this weekend. I highly recommend Simply Bliss. Super professional & lovely ambiance. They follow Covid guidelines as well, so you get an overall peace of mind. Superb work. You don’t want to go anywhere else!

I booked an appointment with Brett after not having a massage since 2018. Booking seems very easy through their website, however, I called to book mine, as the new client special wasn’t available online at the time. The facility is very clean and all persons I interacted with were very pleasant and professional. The table had a warmer on it, which is super nice in this weather. Brett did a great massage. He was able to pinpoint all my trouble spots and work them out. Overall, I was and am very satisfied. You can tell it’s a good massage when you walk out feeling like you just woke up from a coma.

I have now had five massages total from three different therapists. One was before the pandemic, and two have been in the last month. On all of the occasions, the place has been clean and professional. They are taking the current public health crisis seriously and following CDC guidelines. They are professional and courteous, and provide a relaxing atmosphere to receive a massage. Brett is great with pressure and deep tissue. Kendra does a wonderful job checking the condition of the muscles in my body before starting my massage, and I was so relaxed this last time that I nearly fell asleep twice. Paige gives an excellent massage. I carry all my stress in my back, and I have been told my back is like trying to massage concrete. I will be continuing to book future appointments with Paige. It has been a few years since anyone has been able to get my body this relaxed. I can’t imagine how relaxed I might be if I hydrated myself properly.

I had an hour long massage with Paige today and it was absolutely incredible! She was so kind, professional, and the pressure and areas she worked were just what I needed. Extremely relaxing and I plan on making several more appointments!

A friend of mine purchased a gift certificate for me for my birthday knowing that I had a back that was giving me trouble and causing a lot of pain. I had called in hopes that I could make an appointment for the next day, but didnt expect to be able to get in as I thought that they would be booked solid. However, when I called, the owner was super gracious, and even though the WERE booked solid the next day, moved things around to work me in on their schedule! I had my massage today with Andrea (owner of Simply Bliss), and have NEVER had a better massage in my life! She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, and the best ways to eliminate pain through stretches I can do at home, as well as the massage techniques she used to release the pain that Ive constantly been feeling. I cannot tell you how much better I am feeling since my visit this morning. I HIGHLY recommend Simply Bliss to anyone who seeks an amazing knowledgeable staff of massage therapists, who sincerely care about the well being of their clients. Best. Massage. Ever.

Do you love the sound of a clock ticking? The feel of your skin suffocating under the world’s thickest lotion? What about that feeling you get when your loved one has rubbed that spot on your hand raw from caressing it with their thumb for the past 15 mins? If you answered yes to any/all of these questions, THIS is your spot!No music, just the lovely ticking of the clock for 60 minutes to really put you in a relaxed state of mind.Oil for massages? Not here! Instead you’ll get half a bottle of the thickest lotion you’ve ever experienced just to have it get to that almost sticky state after it’s been rubbed in a little too much.I can’t speak for everyone, but the “therapist” I was lucky enough to have for this hour spent roughly 70% of the time rubbing her forearm into the SAME spot on my back to the point it felt raw. The pressure was great though! You get a star for that one. 20% was spent on my neck doing the same thing, but in the way my wife would rub my neck while I’m driving and she is slightly annoyed with me for asking her to rub a knot out. The other 10% was spent randomly rubbing the rest of my body for a few seconds just to put the blanket back onto my lotion soaked skin.Also tried to charge me upon checkout when my wife had booked and paid for this appointment online.Just look elsewhere.

I feel like I should preface this review and say I have not had much experience with getting massages. But I thought my experience was awkward at best. When I got there for my massage, my therapist never introduced herself, did not go over the intake form I filled out online, didnt ask if I had any areas I was wanting her to address or focus on. She just confirmed I didnt have any implants or heart issues. I just really wish she had engaged with me more. Them not even introducing themselves was just kind of weird and I guess I was expecting more connection. Im an esthetician so I go over a lot with my clients before starting a service (reviewing intake form, setting expectations for the treatment) especially when its their first time with me and I was expecting something similar.

Brett was a great massage therapist! I only have positive things to say except there was a lot of background noise.Which could’ve just been me not being able to ignore it. $45 new client special is worth it even though they were going to charge me $80 until I asked about the $45 special I saw online. Overall good experience. Will most likely return.

This is my 4-5th massage total in my life since I find it awkward. Simply Bliss is where it is, I will go back probably monthly. Their process of appointment and prepayment makes it easy, not awkward, and my husband and I both agree the therapists were excellent! The bed tables are really comfortable, no strong scented odors, staff and the place are very clean, and we both felt the massages were beneficial.

My husband and I was scheduled a massage at 10 am this morning. We were excited as we have come in town from Amarillo, TX and a massage was one thing we wanted to have done. We were promised an amazing experience as I had discussed with the lady that answered my call for an appointment, several days ago, that we had a not so great experience previously with another massage place in OKC. She assured me it would be great and stressed more than once to be there 5 minutes before my appointment time. We received our confirmation by text at 945am. We were told to call when we arrived and they would call us back when they were ready for us. We arrived at 950am and called.....got a voicemail that they were with a client, leave our name and number and they would call us back when they were ready for us. I left a message that I was there for our appointment. I called every 5 minutes until 1020am. No call back. Still have no call back at 6:50pm. We are disappointed and will NEVER refer anyone to this business. If you couldnt be there, you have 2 phone numbers for us, we could have been told. This is a very poor way to treat your customers and customers that have traveled 250 miles on top of that and got out for an appointment in 16° weather.

Brett did an amazing job! I highly recommend booking with him. He made sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was good throughout my massage. I went in with a lot of tension in my neck and left feeling good as new. Thank you!

I have been looking for someone that could deliver an amazing massage and I found the ticket with Andrea and Monica!!!! They are botb absolutely fantastic, knowing exactly what I needed and putting heat on every part she had just massaged and moving on. They are telepathic I am sure. For our anniversary we booked our first ever couples massage. We took the day off specifically for this and to then spend the day together.This business requires atleast 24hr notice it’s their charge your card on file, yet they do not give you that same courtesy when they have to cancel. We were scheduled for 10am and they called the day before at 3:30pm to tell us one of their staff had a fever. I do realize these things happen but they could not accommodate us until late in the day where we already had other reservations. We tried to find elsewhere for our massage but as you can imagine at the last second that was not feasible. When I tried to call them back to go ahead and choose another day or time they would never answer the phone. I left a voicemail for return call and it has now been 3 days with no response or call back.Do not book a massage here unless good customer service doesn’t matter to you. Even when it’s your special day they don’t care to make it right.

I recently saw a therapist here on the recommendation of a friend and during the massage, the therapist did not address my needs and was unprofessional and inappropriate with his conversation during my massage. About half way through the massage, I asked the therapist to spend the rest of our time focused on the areas of concern that I had stated at the beginning of my massage. He did not do so. I shared my concerns about the inappropriate events of my massage and the lack of addressing my issues and the manager passed me onto the owner who didnt get back to me until I followed up for more information. In the end, they spoke to the therapist about the behavior, but told me that I should have spoken up about what I specifically needed/wanted during my massage--basically putting the blame on me. I will not go back, and you shouldnt either.

Very nice couples massage and professional environment. however we were not anticipating how much it was going to be since online there was a new client special and we got charged full price. it was $155 for a couples massage. almost double what we have ever paid before. very nice experience but probably will find someplace cheaper

Highly recommend this place! Jane did an amazing job making me comfortable and making sure the pressure was just right. If you are using a Groupon - you get treated no different than someone who is paying full price (cant say that about Petras). Also you get a full hour massage (also cant say that about Petras) Will definately be going back. Atmosphere and staff are top notch.

I had a massage from Randall a few months ago. He does awesome work! I wish I had more money to do a massage membership because I’d love to go every month. The new client special of $45 is the best deal in the OKC area (from what I saw) 👍🏻

My wife and I went to this business for a couples massage. It was my first time getting a massage and the first time we had been to this location. The masseurs did a very good job at everything from the music to the decor created a very relaxing feeling. I would definitely recommend this spot to others who are in the market for a good massage.

Wonderful Place! I came in from out of town needing a massage after working 50 plus hours. I found this massage place on Google Maps and it was the absolute best thing I ever could have done. There are two ladies that I have seen and they are both amazing. I left feeling both times absolutely great. This is a must go place.

My fiance got us couples massages this was my first massage ever and wow it was amazing we paid the $10 extra and got hot stones you can do that or aromatherapy I like hot stones and it was amazing I had a Male therapist and he had a female it was very relaxing the room was dim not to dark there was relaxing music it was a wonderful experience we already booked our next couples massage I have lots of neck pain and migraines he was able to hit a spot in my neck and hes like yeah no wonder my neck actually popped 3 times and it was loud I feel so much better after the visit tonight we will sleep like babies I highly recommend this place the staff if awesome and VERY FRIENDLY the place is adorable as well love love love! 10/10 do recommend (: check it out people!

Andi and Monica were super great to my girlfriend and I! Andi definitely beat my body up but it was so worth and she was really funny too! As visitors from Texas my girlfriend and I really recommend this place and these women really set the bar high for deep tissue massages! Definitely will be back if my girlfriend and I are in the area!

My husband and i had a massage today for the first time ever! This was wayyy out of our comfort zones but I have back pains so we went. There were 2 ladies by the name of Victoria and they did a magnificent job! Definitely would go back!

I had a massage with Krista and it was absolutely great! My only complaint was with the place itself. The music they played wasn’t super relaxing. At one point, it was so loud that it was shaking the table. I asked if it could be turned down and she tried, but it was as quiet as it could get. It would have been much more relaxing, but all I could think about was the loud orchestra music

Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I received the massage I initially paid for. She has wonderful customer service! I have had several massages all over okc and Monica is by far my favorite!!!

***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***I made an appt, but had to cancel it the same day. Called them twice and left a message once. No one returned the call. I called them again the following morning to ensure that they had received my msg. Staff told me that my cc would still be charged for the services. I had to get my credit card company involved to get the charges reversed. This never should have happened!!!

Couples massage with Andi and Jane. Andi was my therapist. Paid super good attention to pressure and what i needed. Jane did too. Andi gave me advice on my tension and headaches as well as stretches. Very pleasant massage. Very attentive and kind therapists. Will go again!

Krista is the best had a 2 hour massage and she made it worth every bit! Total relaxation and advised me of other services they have as well❤️

AMAZING! brett did a incredible job.. he told me everything that was going on, and where my worst spots were! he explained everything very well through the process.. you can tell he is very experienced! i will never go to anyone else other than BRETT! outstanding job!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. The front desk lady acted as though I was an inconvenience to her. I told the therapist I was there to relax and he talked the entire time. I’ve never been in a massage where i couldn’t wait for it to be over. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I did enjoy a few moments of peace and it didn’t cost me a fortune.

Krista is by far the best massage therapist Ive experienced! She is very knowledgeable & experienced in relaxing sore muscles & provides long term relief at each session.

If you need an amazing deep tissue massage, no one is better than Jonette. She teaches how to help heal yourself and doesnt just stick to a basic massage. Hands down, best deep tissue Ive ever had!
