Dillon was extremely knowledgeable across the board. I had many questions about a few types of products and he was very helpful. Its been hard to find a CBD store with a knowledgeable representative. Kure is my go to spot now.

You can find products much cheaper elsewhere. Their markup compared to competitors is anywhere from 25% to 100%. Being able to match the price doesnt make up for the hassle of arranging the price match. Especially if you are shopping for disposables, there is no difference in going elsewhere since their 2 week guarantee doesnt apply. Too many hoops to jump through to make the prices acceptable and their guarantee only applies to certain products.Not to mention that most of the things the guarantee covers (excluding juice) usually has a 30 day manufacturers warranty. Making this guarantee only for trying juice. So use that to find what juice you like, then go to Vapor100 or Green Gorilla for better prices.Edit: Their response says it all. But since it was missed the fist time Ill reiterate that no amount of customer service focus or being able to price match makes up for the insane prices or the hassle that comes with checking competitors prices. Other than trying out a juice steer clear unless you wish to pay more for the same items.

Great products and prices. A couple weeks ago I called to see if they had my juice and they didnt have it in the store. One of the guys drove to another KURE location and it was in the store waiting for me by the time I got off work! I wont go anywhere else!

I love this vape shop they are the only ones who have my brand and my flavor that I have found. They always make sure they have it for me, they also have a awesome rewards program they are always so friendly wont I go anywhere else.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive always had good experience coming here. Today, I was looking for Juice and a new mod but on a budget and wanted the best I could afford. Jaun was incredibly patient with me,I had a million questions it was nice havin him by my side ❤️ on the Juice I wanted something different and told him what Im into and next thing I knew I had a bottle of The Man from One Hit Wonder best strawberry cream Ive had thank you Jaun

Make sure to call ahead to make sure they have what you are needing and or are wanting. Alot of times they dont carry certain things unless someone requests it at the specific store... So if its something they dont normally carry, ask for them to try and get it at their location.

Sadly, this is an edit of the 5 star rating I gave in the past. I’m not sure what exactly is going on at this place, but it’s not good. I’ve been a Vapor world/shark customer for quite awhile. But yesterday I was forced to visit a competitor for the first time. For whatever reason, it’s getting harder and harder to buy juice here. The last 4 visits there have germ disappointing. They never have the flavor or strength for me or my wife. Yesterday they had maybe 10 bottles TOTAL on the shelf. It just seems like every since they changed names, they don’t care much about customer service. I was forced to visit another Vape store for my needs for the first time in awhile. I can’t be the only disappointed customer you have lost. You advertise “happy hour”, which use to be a great deal. But I can’t even purchase juice. Anyway, thank you ...

I went in last night for the first time and I want to say I absolutely love this place! The guy that helped me was very customer service oriented which you dont find most places anymore. The juice is perfect and prices are amazing! This is definitely my go to place from now on!

Both some items late one evening. Found out they charged me 13.99 for a 3.00 item. I called and left a voicemail that evening. They never called the next day. Tried to call for 2 days, no one ever answered the phone. Finally got in touch with them today, and they admitted they over charged me, but refused to refund the moneyAll they will offer is a gift card. Really, you are going to steal from a customer and refuse to refund their money unless they buy more from you. Will not do business again. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The salesperson was very helpful. I am new to the whole vaping thing, so he offered advice on what device he thought would be best and didnt just try to sell me the more expensive device. I was very impressed. A lot of times when you go into a smaller business like this, the employees act as if you are bothering them by wanting to buy something. This is how you treat customers if you want them to come back.

Staff ignored me, I came in waited 15 minutes for the ONLY staff member working there in the middle of the day. Then 5 more customers walked in and 2 tried to cut the line when the guy finally asked who was next. In this part of town Im not suprised at the type of service I got, and whats sad is this store has the better selection of products, so go here if your looking for choices and selection, and go to the one in moore of I35 if youre looking to get treated like a human being and a paying customer.

Nice looking place and clean. I walked in @ 3:23pm, only 2 customers about 4 employees. I looked around and stood around for 10 minutes and no one greated me or told me well me with you in a moment. I ended up walking out. What a disappointment, I would understand if you were busy but you were not.

Been going here for a couple years now. Always, have been nice and they pre mix and measure things here. Very consistent and good prices when the deals are going on. Sometimes they get busy though. Still top notch.

I went in to get some Hemp cigs, and they have them for pretty cheap. Some people have been asking about it and they now have them In 3 flavors. Cheapest I’ve seen so far. Guys were pretty cool too. I let Nick and Travis and they’re swell lads. Convenient south side spot too!

I bought a smok and I should have known better it wont hold a charge and when you do try to charge it, it takes hours to get just a little bit of a charge. It leaks like a sieve. And the coils might last 48 hours. Granted its only a $50 vape but still $50 is hard to come by in this day and age And of course you cannot get a refund. So 50 bucks down the drain. Any reputable vapor shop should stop selling those pieces of junk.

The staff was very helpful in assisting me in choosing a vapor system to help me quit smoking. They answered all my questions and even helped me pick out some flavors. I really appreciated that they took the time to show me how to set up my vape and helped show me how to fill and adjust it. I highly recommend the store for to their professional demeanor and friendly approach.

First off let me say the staff is awesome. Anyone who has an issue with the staff is either misinterpreting them or is just in a rush or feel entitled to be helped before anyone else. Every single time Im in here (or the one in Midwest City) I am treated with respect. Lots of it actually. I frequently buy coils and have them build on my limitless mod because they do so well with any build I ask them to do. Not only that but they are just good people. Will continue to drive from Norman to this specific location just to talk with these knowledgeable dudes. Never thought Id go back to a mechanical mod but Daniel showed me his and the rest is history. Thanks for all the great prices, products, services, and atmoshphere. Now if you guys could only start stocking Pinup Vapes (specifically Betty) I will never have to order online again.

I dont like it that well because one day I went there to get my friend a new glass to put around her tank. They said they were out so I had to end up buying her the hole tank and they wouldnt even let her have a free fill up. Because it was their fault not ours. They went ahead after arguing with us gave her a free bottle of fluid

Pretty annoying to get a text with a special, go in and they find honor that special. The guy was rude and I over paid by $10. Weve been going here years stayed with all the different name changes. Looks like Ill have to find somewhere new.

Love this location! Very nice staff! 1/2 priced house juices 3 to 5pm or 7 to 8pm, all day Sunday. Juice burns light but has amazing flavor.

Well, this was the only time I have been in this smoke shop. My friend was doing the shopping. But I will let you know how I felt about the place. It was very friendly. The ones working were very helpful, curteoud and explained things so you understood. Overall, Id give it a strong 4, maybe even a 5.

Since the NEW MANAGEMENT they new house juice has gone up considerably. 2nd visit was on black friday & they were closed cause of internet issues 😏 seems like the overall business is lacking in every category. Wish it was better like it was 2yrs ago.

Having to change my review of this location. Ive never once had an issue at any location and thats what keeps me coming back. However, I guess turn over has been so ridiculous that the employees no longer recognize the ones that come in on a regular basis. Today, Wade decided to talk to me like I was a child. I always know what I need. I never shop. Well right off the bat Wade asks for my ID after naming the exact thing I needed. I wanted to use some points Id been banking and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about.I guess its time to switch to a local company, not a corporate disaster.

Have walked out from not being helped multiple times. They wont be very busy but just cant help people for some reason. The only reason I go back is because its the only place on my way to work. One time they claimed they had no house juice available at all. Rarely have popular coils in stock. Ive started going 2 miles out of my way so I just do not have to come here.

Good products and service. The kid I got to help me wasnt too knowledgeable in what I was looking for, outside of house juice - and that was a simple menthol flavor. Not a bad thing. Very pleasant experience.

The prices are LOWER then any other store Ive been to in OKC, Mustang and Yukon. You cant beat happy hour juice. My husband and I loooove this store! We make the 1 hr trip every couple of weeks and usually place a large order to last 2 weeks. We never hear any griping about the amount bought, in fact, just the opposite. We pass many vape stores on our way there but we drive to this one! We are greeted very nicely and upbeat as soon as we walk through the doors. Keep up the awesome work guys. I do wish u had one closer to us out west around yukon area tho. I did the trade a pack program and am happy I came here. The guys didnt treat me like a freak for not being a vaper and really helped me understand my options. I tried several flavors, but went with the RY4. I will be back if for no other reason than the people and the prices!

Since theyve recently changed their vape line, their prices are ridiculous for juice. A bottle is now regular $26 and $19 during happy hour. I did forget to ask what size bottle, but still not paying that much for vape. Used to be my favorite store to shop, but will be going else where.

Best quality house juice ive found in the okc metro. The knowledge and patience of the staff is superb. Never felt pressured to buy or rushed along, nor have i ever left feeling i bought something i didnt want or need. The combination of an excellent staff, reasonable pricing, and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere makes this the perfect stop for your vaping needs.

They sold me 0nic juice for same price as a 3 like I used to always get, then in order to have nic I have to buy the nic pack and add it myself for 4 bucks more then I used to pay, and not to mention its dangerous to do that. Havent they heard of nicotine poisoning. Yeah Im going elsewhere!!!!!

Very helpful and nice staff. Most reasonable vap shop around. You dont feel rushed they take there time and explain everything to you. They also have some nice discounts. I paid $26.00 for the vap I bought and I priced it at another place and it was $45.00.

Very nice looking store and they are in the process of opening a connected lounge, shuffleboard included. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and the csr didnt try to force me into a sale.

Asked for a rechargeable disposable vape in banana, specified I cannot smoke menthol. Rather than inform me they were out of what I wanted, employee upsold me a different brand than the Hyde I usually purchase. Didnt realize he gave me no receipt, when I opened product later that day its a non rechargeable and very mentholated. Because employee did not give a receipt I cannot get a refund. Shop somewhere else.

Sorry, my experience wasnt so great. Went in as a new vaper wanting to quit smoking without any knowledge. Sales guy recommended a V8 that I found out later was for experienced vapers wanting to make clouds. He didnt offer me the trade the pack promotion for a starter kit and now im stuck with something I cant use. Went in today to explain the issue and again wasnt offered the promotion or any other remedy.Update...Manager Michael Mack reached out to me inviting me back in the store where he apologized and completely took care of the situation. Not everything always goes as planned but if you offer to make it right thats what great customer satisfaction is. Thanks Mike!

Great place to buy your vaping supplies. Only down side is not enough help at times to get you out of the store. When someone wants to buy a vaping unit it can cost several dollars. Usually I just want to get my juice and go. Inevitably someone is in there that makes it like a car buying experience with at least one or two stories thrown in to make themselves appear to not be completely uninformed about vaping.I have waited at times from 15 to 30 minutes. Somehow counter help has not been taught that you really need to get the quick purchases out by excusing yourself from the Edsel buyer and turning the faster dollars then going back to the Edsel buyer who is thinking about how much he can afford and has a penchant for finding the absolute best flavor to taste andinmpress with that bubblegum smell. Yuk......Anyway. Great specials from 3 to 5 and 7 to close.

Bought a product for my mother in law when she came home from the hospital. It worked 2 days. They pushed this product because it was suppose to be great and easy. I live 90 minutes out. tried to exchange it today. Im out of my warranty period. They did offer to discount a new one. I was purchasing all my thc free CBD gummies here. Unfortunately they wont get another dime from me.

I have been to a LOT vape shops and this one always has my rare atomizer and the brand of juice I used. The people are great! Best store in the city... And I have been to at least 15-20 shops. The best.

Dont buy anything other than juice. These guys dont know anything about whatever vape you have and will sell you anything not caring or knowing if it works for you or your vape. Bought a new tank today. Wanted something than ran about the same as what I have cause it was leaking. About 40 to 80 watts. Dude sold me a tank that requires a minimum 75 watts for a vape that only goes to 80

My husband just traded in his last pack of cigs for a free vape cig. The only thing he had to pay for was the bottle of flavor. He ended up getting kiwi strawberry. So far he really likes it. The chick that helped him out was knowledgeable and nice and she showed him how to fill it and charge it. It was a good experience.

First time at this low stress location. Getting back into vaping after being out of it for a couple years and Dylan caught me up in one visit. Very nice, very patient, and fair prices. Great vape shop!

I had been going for 2 1/2 years and saving up rewards points. When they changed their rewards points, with no notice, I lost more points then 150$ store credit. They do have a new program that keeps tracks of your purchases and will text you if you have enough points for a rewardI have been coming to this store since shortly after it opened. Quit smoking for 2 1/2 years then stressing out started again trying to quit again and having trouble this time looked into a number of mods and flavors nothing worked one afternoon went in and the store was not busy a couple of the guys working really took the time to help me work it out. They no longer carry 24mg juice but I had some and it did not even seem to be crushing the Nicotine Desire that is one thing I was trying to figure out they worked with me on flavors nothing was hitting the stop them they thought about the mg not being high enough and introduced me to Nic Salts finally found something that will beat the Nic fits and they have great flavors when they have it in stock. Since the moved warehouse you would think it would be easier for the to keep things in stock but it seems like that doesnt happen.I love the new lounge but I am bummed about them taking out bar stools as I am disabled and when I am testing flavors I know I am going to be standing too long. Some of the employees are very well educated about the products they sell others I probably know more then they do.Only issue I have with Vapor world is they have mostly very high wattage mods for cloud blowers and many new vapors just cant handle these. So if they buy one of these they dont vape for long. Or they have 1 or 2 low wattage available. Even if they do buy one of the real cheap low wattage they are cheaply made and do not vape well. I feel this inventory issue is based on the preferences of the employees of Vapor World as a whole. They need to look into some mid price and higher price low wattage mods and tanks that work with these. To include those that vape but do not need to blow clouds.I had a problem with previous online order but it was quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. Most vape hardware are warrantied by manufacture through the store so store policy on returns even if it just quits working is only 2 weeks because that is Vapor World policy. So if you buy same item from Vapor World and some other vape store, since most have at least 30 day returns if the exact item quits working 3 weeks after you buy it, if you purchased at Vapor World your out of luck while you can get it replaced or repaired or replaced at the other store for 30 days.I pass probably 6 other vape shops on the way to this shop as I drive from out of town but price wise for juices especially with HAPPY HOUR (3-5 and 7-8 daily), and Happy DAY (all day Sunday) its worth it.

Im older than the young vape kids who have never smoked but think its cool to vape, and these are the kids they seem to hire to work there. I have been in several times, have needed legitimate questions answered or have been interested in a product, only to be disregarded by some employees, and lost in a massive cloud of vapor. Because thats whats important, right? Who has the biggest vapor cloud, employees or their customers of the same age? This establishment should be treated as a business, not a playground and all customers should be appreciated. Ive been vaping for years and simply wanted to upgrade/see whats new and what would fit best for my lifestyle.

This is my go to spot. Kid last time really did not think I knew what I was talking about and tried to up sell me a charger I basically already had and tried to give me the most bs answer for why I needed it. Love the perks for spending money and variety of premium juice. The hardware is a little over priced just because I dont want to wait after buying online.

Vaporworld has the BEST prices of seriously any local shop in the metro. Their prices are the same as prices you would see and pay online (but minus the shipping). Their staff are very helpful, and the general manager of the store is SUPER cool and chill and him and all the other employees are very happy to help with any questions you have.Now as far as their juice, as in, Vapor World branded E-Liquid... Their juice is SO good. Usually when you go to a Vape shop and you try out the Vape shops house brand juice that they make, it usually sucks. So honestly, I was expecting the same thing with theirs. COMPLETELY WRONG. VAPOR WORLDS JUICE IS AMAZING. I purchased a Kanger Dripbox mod kit from them at such a good price, $39 with tax, after I had been to every other shop in the area asking for $55(!!!!) for the same kit. The general manager told me I would also get a free 30ml of juice with my kit. So not really caring since I figured it would suck like all other house brand juices, I told them to give me a Strawberries & Cream juice (theirs is called Utter Mutter) and when I finally tried it out, I was completely blown away. It tastes very much like premium companies strawberries & cream. I find it very similar to suicide bunnies mothers milk.So I apologize for the super lengthy review post, but I literally never write reviews online.. But I knew I had to write one for this shop and show them some love. Ive been to every shop in the area and have been disappointed with them all. So happy to have found an awesome local Vape shop with GREAT cheap prices and DELICIOUS juice. Try them out!!!!!

Used to be an awesome place with the best prices in town when it was vapor shark now it just like every other vapor store.. used to go out of my way or wait to buy anything vapor related when it was vapor shark now dont even waste my time.. just go to the closest vapor store they are all the same now.

I love going here, they are always so helpful and always make sure that I leave happy... when I had an issue with my vape leaking, I went in and they went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure that I was takin care of every single time I went in. Vapor world helped me stop smoking. They have the best prices around on Juice with a half price happy hour. They are friendly and explained in detail how to operate my vape. If you bring in a half pack of cigarettes and buy a bottle of Juice you get a free vape starter kit. Great environment, laid back and fun to shop there.

I have tried vaping for years. It wasnt working for me entirely. I still smoked cigarettes also. Finally, the young man at the store guided me to the Mr. Salt-E liquid. I thought that would give it a try. I am amazed at the difference it has made. Finally, no cigarette cravings. Just as satisfying as smoking a real cigarette. This will be a breeze to lay down the expensive and smelly cigarettes completely now. Thank you!!!

I quit smoking Dec 26 2013 because the guys at VaporWorld listened to my needs and hooked me up with a good rig to stay off with. It wasnt the cheapest they had in Stock but the cheapest is rarely the best. Ive had maybe 7 cigs since that day and Im so glad I quit. Vaping is cheaper, smells better, much less bad for you than smoking and did I mention youll smell better? I had to buy a new car because I couldnt get the smell of cigs out of my old one. VaporWorld has always hooked me up at a decent price and the guys remember me even when I only come in once a month.

First time buying/using a vape. I went in and told the guy at the counter that, and he sells me a moonshot and a cheap mod. Both of which I have no knowledge on. I informed the guy helping me that I had no idea what to do with this stuff and he tells me to YouTube it. Apparently I needed wire and cotton, neither of which they sell, and neither of which they told me where to even get it. Needed to buy juice and was handed a 6mg nicotine random flavor that I have no idea what it is. Any attempt at asking for information was met with YouTube it or Google it. Ended up going to Just Vapes. Will not be back here.

Place was fantastic, I wish they had more of a premium vape juice selection but the staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Walked in to get vape juice and walked out with a new vape, cbd juice, and knowledgeable.

I go to the location in Moore and on sw 89th they are both great stores they take good care of your and you cant best there prices some local shops sell stuff for double what they sell it for.

Changed my review because of good servise, but I arrived at 7.30... I know because I was supposed to get juice for my friend and texted him at 7.35 saying they werent open.

Went in for a battery for my Smok turned out the mod was bad, so I got a Geek Vape Aegis Mini Mod. Its smaller than the Smok mod and the Smok tank fit right on works great and fits comfortably in my hand plus its cheaper than the Smok.

Staff is friendly. They have a good size of variety. They are helpful. If you need a vape it would be the place to go visit.

I have been going to them for about 2 to 3 months now. Nothing is going to make me change my mind on going anywhere else to get my E-Liquids, Im sticking with Vapor World no matter what.

Love the place only thing is handicapped parking; I have no clue why but its 85% of time someone is parked in handicap. Their not disabled and vapor world doesnt seem to care.

This place never has anything , they are always out of good juice and certain coils ..all they keep saying is it should be here by a certain day and that day comes its another excuse !! Ive been we with them over 5 months and its gotten ridiculous with nothing ever in stock ...on another note the customer service is lazy as all hell , you ask about a certain juice or product and they act like you are stupid or have no knowledge of it all all , Im mean come on you work there you should have some kinda sense of vaping...I highly dislike this store ..I cant say anything on their other stores ..Ive not been to them ..but go at your own risk ...

I bought the e-cig They suggested .then a couple weeks later they stopped selling the coil for it .an also stop selling the coils for the free e-cig they give you for turning in cigarettes. Because of vapor world I can not use either of my e-cigs.will not ever go back

I visited the south store was ask to wait twice they would help me in a minute and then started to help people that came in after me and I was just ignored took almost 15 to 20 minutes just to find out they were out of the juice I came for been shopping there for almost 2 years if that is how they treat a regular customer I would hate to how they treat a new one
