First time at this location and Im very impressed with all the options from vape juice, kratom, clearance items, vapes, knives and more. I really appreciate the person who assisted me, cant recall their name, but they were extremely patient and knowledgeable as well as hospitable. And not like a fake hospitable like good vibes, authentically hospitable. I received one of their good deals and as someone who is ballin on a budget, its quite appreciated!

This is my favorite vape shop of all time! everyone here is kind, patient, and knowledgable. i considered going somewhere closer today for convenience... but ultimately decided i was not willing to sacrifice the quality service and great prices i get here for something a little easier to get to. the staff here makes me feel welcome unlike any other shop ive been to. overall a five star experience every single time.

They know what they are talking about in this store. So many options and flavors. It also has a very cool knife store on the other side. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Experienced, professional and courteous experience I had from them. Would recommend it to friends and family looking for knowledge on the subject and trying to look for alternative ways to satisfy what most might call just a dirty habit. This is the only vape shop Ill do business with. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I moved 30 miles away from Okc and I drive the distance to come buy from these guys. They have the biggest selection of juices and hardware of any shop around. I have tried other shops in the past and they pale in comparison. Bring your business to these folks. You wont regret it.

Matt!!!!! Thank you!!! I’ve recently decided to try and quit smoking.. again. Because of you, this has been my most successful attempt! I’ve been to the liquid vapor lounge twice in the last month. Both time, Matt has helped me! I’ve spent less than 5 minutes inside and both times Matt fixed my mod, tank, helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and suggested the perfect product to help reduce the need for cigarettes in between vaping. Matt you definitely know your stuff! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks again!

Fair warning, if you buy hardware from Liquid Vapor Lounge you might be sold worthless junk you can’t use.Was sold a tank that uses proprietary mesh that isn’t readily available (or at all from what I can tell) without any explanation or warning. Asked if I could exchange it, not refund just exchange mind you and was told no. Now, I’ll own that I should have researched it myself and not trusted Liquid Vapor Lounge to not screw a customer and that is on me. Silly to lose a customer over a $30 purchase but here we are.

Great place! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but the gentleman was very helpful and I am so happy with my purchase! The vape itself is perfect and and the liquid he set me up with is the exact flavor I wanted! Everyone in this shop is very customer service oriented and super helpful!

People were friendly but prices were a little high and they claim to have the biggest selection in Oklahoma which is not even close to correct. To each there own but there selection of juices lack a good large variety to choose from. Probably wont be back but might try again. And once again staff were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, patient, and were attentive. It was the product that I didnt think was anything great or anything worth coming back for

Hands down the best shop in town.I called before going in and the staff was more than willing to answer questions before going in. 10 minutes, not 10 seconds, not come in and lets talk. I went in and picked up 2 new pods and off I went. I wasnt satisfied with my juice I already had, so in again. Dylan was more than helpful and very patient with me as I had many questions and the store was getting busy. I stepped back, let them work and right back to it we went. He made sure I was happy and didnt have any unanswered questions. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. No other shop will be receiving my money from here out. The staff here are always super helpful and welcoming. They always have good recommendations if your preferred juice (or new vape) is out of stock, and demonstrate great care in maintaining customer relationships. The shop is also very much starting to feel like a lounge, and the owner sometimes has his pup around. Great community feel at this business, and a decent rewards program.Thanks, guys!

Luv this place! My family member is visionally impaired and they were so kind and patient and took the time with her to show her to use her new vape. No other place had bothered or cared to show her. So helpful when we come to get new equipment for our vapes and have recommended so great juice flavors. Thanks to all employees, especially Mike and I believe his name was Cody!!

Extremely helpful. I was at a different place earlier in the day and stated they didnt have the pods I was looking for. Liquid Vapor Lounge not only had what I needed but different choices as well. Highly recommend!

Went here about a month ago, I asked for a Smok Novo device, the guy behind the counter kept asking why I wanted one then proceeded to “recommend” the Vaporesso saying it’s better than the Novo. I purchased it and had issues with it 2 weeks end. The device eventually started pulling itself and finally burned up in my pocket. Very disappointing, went to a different shop to get a Novo. Do not recommend, go anywhere else.

Juice selection is pretty big, atmosphere is real cool and Im always in and out quick. Found a great juice line up there so Ive been happy with my experiences thus far. If you in the area and wanna find a new flavor check them out, prices are a little high from my experience but Im sure that comes with holding so much inventory

I found another gem!! Soo this is kinda of bittersweet. I was loyal to one vape shop for over 5 years , but here recently the owner has put inventory on the backburner . So I Googled this one was close to my house . I needed another juice n coil for my birthday this week. I met Vincent. Total sweetheart and knew exactly what to recommend once I told him my genre of juice. My mother also vapes so she was with me and bought juice as well. We love them ❤️ . Thank yall so much we will be back .

After purchasing a pack of LP1 coils for $25, I was shocked to have found them at other stores and online for practically HALF of the price of what these guys have them listed at. Just know when you go in, that you have to know what you want, because you won’t get any recommendations and suggestions. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

So my very 1st experience here was horrible a couple year back and I thought I would never go back but then I had to and Im glad I did. Each time I have gone there since it has been a great experience they listen they help and very friendly. Havent had any issues since Ive started going there again. Seems like there got people in there working now that actually likes helping people. Unlike that 1st time they make sure all questions are answered and that you leave with exactly what you need. Only thing is they need a better location because I almost past them up each time I go and parking sucks if more than 2 cars are there.

We always get great service but, I wish yall would keep more of my favorite juice on hand. There have been several times it has been out of stock and I have had to resort to flavors I am unfamiliar with. Only one of which I actually liked the other, I tolerated.

Do a little research before hand and the staff will be more helpful since youll have a better idea of what you want. Prices are OKAY, comparable to most online orders + shipping. You could probably save some ordering online but this is a great opportunity to support a local business and join a community.Havent tried their local brews yet, but thatll be next on the list. Their selection is unbeatable for OKC.

The staff here is really friendly and knowledgeable. When I started vaping after quitting smoking a couple of years ago I almost went back to cigarettes because some other stores I went to had staff that seemed like they were too cool to answer all my newbie questions. I went here and the staff were really helpful. There is a wide selection of juice and hardware for a all price ranges.

Today was my first time to visit liquid vapor lounge. Dylan greeted me promptly and asked me what I was looking for. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product in the store. Large amount of disposables and large amount of juices along with a great selection of vape devices. I will definitely be back.

I love this store! We moved away and now there are about 5 vape shops within a half mile radius, but I will drive the full 5 miles just to go to this shop. Dylan is hilarious, knowledgeable, and a super down to earth nice guy. The store always has everything in stock that I need and a great happy hour deal. 🤘🏼

Everything here is overpriced, 15-20 percent markup over other shops. Buy online where you can, there are fewer shops offering good prices and selection. They know we are subject to more restrictions so that somehow means they can make 30-40% profit with markup, this chain and Vaporshark chains, BEWARE

Craig was amazing! I walked in completely clueless about vaping, and walked out confident and very satisfied. The selection of vaping units, juice, and accessories was phenomenal. Craig walked me through different styles of vapes, helping find something that would fit my needs and lifestyle. His customer service was exceptional, the shop was clean and well organized, and my overall experience was incredible. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I go in this store, everybody is always friendly and helpful. They are not just there to make a sell but really there to address the needs of the Cx. Whether that be more knowledge of how to use their device properly, or just diagnose the issue with a simple coil replacement. The last time I was there, my mind was made up that I was going to spend it least 120 bucks on a new mod, but as it turned out, I didnt need one! Its always a great experience each and every time I walk in those doors

Very nice guy who I expect is the owner. Discounted some of my purchase of three mods and gave me my now favorite juice on the way out the door when he didnt have to. Thats customer appreciation and always gets my business. Fair prices on everything I purchased as well. I cant say that for the majority of vape stores in OKC.

I have been going to the lounge for years, by far one of the top 3 vape shopas in Oklahoma City. The staff is always friendly and willing to suggest a wide variety of juices,mods,builds,etc based on your individual needs. I cant say enough good things about this place, huge selection, friendly knowledgeable staff and an all around satisfying experience every time I go!

Blake is super helpful, knowledgable, and professional! Owner is the BEST and very personable. I hav now been a loyal customer for a year! I love all the guys... except for the one that acts like Im dumb lol... Overall I give them 9.9 out of 10 and I would recommend them over any other. ;)

The reason I decided to leave the house and come straight to this place was because of the reviews!!! The reviews are correct!!! Wonderful place!!! The guy that helped me was soooo very helpful!!! I tried asking about something that was pretty expensive and he was like, I think this device would be better for you It was only 25.00!!! The fact that he didnt try to sale me things I didnt need, was a big deal to me!!! I dont have any complaints at all. The only thing is, once I left, I wasnt really liking the particular menthol flavor I got. So I am just going to go back tomorrow when I am out and about and get a different menthol. VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!! Before I forget!! I was really impressed that while I was there, a few different people came in and he knew exactly what they needed without them telling him. Now that is someone who cares about and pays attention to the clients!!!!

Every time I go in the guys are great, and the pods I buy from them are always fresh. Also their cheaper than the old Vape store I bought from. I drive far from home but, they are so amazingly friendly. They are worth the trip.

They always have specials going on and it shares a space with a really neat Sharp Things (knives etc) shop. I visited this place in January when I was visiting OKC for a family emergency. When I moved back to OKC in July, even though there are probably closer stores to me, this is the only place I go because Matt and the staff made such an impression on me by helping me fix my vape when I was already stressed out.

This place is nice. great people. very helpful and fast service. the lounge is nice and they have a jukebox. nice couches. i would give it 5 stars but they dont make mixes for you but with the prices and the amount of ejuice in stock, you shoudnt have any issues finding something you like. highly recommended and will be my go to vape shop.

This is the very best vape store in all of Oklahoma by far. I live in Tulsa and we have nothing here that compares. The staff is so very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve communicated to the owner that he needs to put a shop here in Tulsa.

This smoke shop is connected to a knife store and it is surprisingly charming.

We were in town visiting and decided to check this place out because of the ratings. We wanted to try some juice to buy. The gal there helped me with a few but then regular customers came in and we were ignored. I asked 3 times for flavors for my husband to try. Instead of asking the regulars to hang on just a second for her to help NEW customers she ignored us again and again. I was disappointed that she didnt seem to care about the normal first come, first serve policy that shops normally follow. Especially since we told her we were in from out of town AND new customers!! Then she mixed juice right there at the counter, no clean room, no gloves, she didnt even WASH her hands!! At that point we left and will not be back. Such a let down to see this sort of behavior from a highly ranked shop in OKC.

Great staff with a good variety. You will not find cheep crap here! You get what you pay for. All the liquids are available for tasting for a nominal fee as per FDA. Easy to find out what the flavors are and they have a great reward system. Dont bother going to other vape stores.

Only one person in the store working, and he was rude to me from the beginning. He treated me like I had no clue what I was doing or what I was talking about. As I left, he followed me out of the store and continued to berate me as I got in my car. I did not feel safe in that moment, and no one should be treated like that.

Horrible experience! I went in because I needed a coil and some juice. They were good enough to get me the right coil but were dismissive when I asked about flavors and nicotine levels. They were acting like I wasnt there at some points even though it wasnt very busy, and were very unprofessional when trying get some information about salts. The final straw in the end while trying to ask another question, the clerk simply walked away midway through asking him bcs he wanted to watch vine videos on another customers mobile. He was laughing and left me cold. I straight up told them you just lost a customer that I would never visit again and that was the end of my visit. I threw away their items and nearly poured out the juice purchased from my vape to show my displeasure! Very rude, arrogant and unprofessional! DO NOT SUGGEST!Edit in reply to response:Yes Im 100% sure it was the establishment on 66th and May. It is catty corner close to Falcones Pizzeria which I frequent. I had to do a little digging to find out which day, but it was either August 18th, 2018 or September 5th, 2018. The time was evening around 7pm or 8pm. Im unsure which of those 2 days because I paid cash and threw away everything I received from there after coming from Falcones. Regardless, it did happen, which you assumed was the day I posted my review. However, I traveled a lot during those times and had no time to post reviews. When I came across seeing this place again on my maps, it triggered the bitter memory of what happen that day and words came out to write the review to warn others of the service I received. Ive only ever walked out of an establishment twice in my lifetime for poor service. This was the second time!At this point, you caught me as a non customer though. I just gave up vaping last week as an effort to stay healthier. I would love there top be a way you could accommodate me. If you need yo contact me, there are ways to do so if you are so inclined to make amends. At this point though, I consider my end of the matter closed due to poor service and first impression. The review will remain as is for now. It may not be indicative of your service overall, however that was a single patrons experience and if it happens to one it could happen to more than me alone. Thank you got reaching out in spite of doubting it happen or saying you were there the whole time... however, you cannot always control your employees if this was not you and dont remember the instance. I have been to many different vape shops in the city and not one of them compare to Liquid. Their selection is second to none and they always have good deals as well as excellent customer service. I love this place! This is not only my favorite vape shop, Id venture to say its my favorite small business in Oklahoma City! These guys are masters of something we see much to little of in our digital age, truly amazing service customer! Ive been vaping off and on for about two years and previously only Vaped amount a month straight at a time. But this time around Ive Vaped for over 6 months without a cigarette and i know with out a doubt I wouldnt be able to say that if not for this amazing vape shop and the friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely PATIENT employees! It seems Everytime I come in I have more questions than dollars and Ive never been made to feel they had better things to do or been rushed into buying something I didnt know if I wanted. I had been looking for a vape shop to be a regular at. I came here after finding no luck anywhere else. I’ve never had a negative experience here the guys are really knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll come in with an idea and they’ll bring it to life. They also have a rewards program that keeps me coming back for more.

Have been vaping for 8 years and I don’t claim to know everything but when it comes to my equipment I do. They told me I didn’t know what I had or how old it was. The juice selection is par but nothing crazy. One of the guys was cool but the other was insistent on making sure I knew that he knew more about my equipment.

A pleasantly decorated and well stocked store. A wide variety of vape juices on hand on the bar, although I did not see any bargain of note. However, in very short order I secured the point of the adventure which was an emergency blueberry in 2.4% nicotine solution. A left turn across May Ave traffic was a bit harrowing.Fast service, electronic ticket, SMS service. Overall a pleasant excursion.

This is my go to store! Theyre a little high on pricing but the service is definately worth it. The staff is really helpful and knows what their talking about. Their new rewards system is cool from what Ive seen from it so far. They have TONS of primium liquids and setups for most. Only gave 4 start because of the higher prices :/

They have excellent customer service, are very knowledgable of products and pricing, and most of all they are the cleanest and are always in stock. Walked in not knowing anything about vaping,just told them I needed to quit smoking. After a little description about how much I smoke, the dude helped me pick a vape devise that fit my needs. Helpful staff and will definitely retire to buy more liquid. Highly recommend

This is THE BEST vape shop in the city. The guys really know their products, and theyre super kind and patient with questions. I have been to many different places, and this is the place I come back to.

Theyre always incredibly friendly and helpful. Importantly, they follow pandemic guidelines and have an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser at the door and all employees wear masks.They have a nice rewards program as well. They carry a wide variety of flavors, house-made and premium. Along those, they also have nic salts and normal/freebase nicotine juices. They carry a huge variety of hardware and a wide array of coils for various hardware as well. They also have a nice discount bin which includes various e-liquids and often disposable or low-end vapes (should you lose yours or just need a backup).As a bonus, the attached shop (within the vape store) which sells a variety of items including knives, self-defense items like stun guns, LED flashlights, hatchets and tomahawks, swords, all the way to items like crossbows and high quality blow guns suitable for hunting. These are not low quality items or mall-ninja knives, but name brand high quality steel. This little extra bonus addition on the other side of the store is quite fun to just peruse if youve time to kill or are looking for a high quality knife/ tool for everyday carry.

I’ve been a customer since they opened and will not go anyplace else. The staff is amazing! They are so helpful. Also, the inventory is expansive so there are always new things to try!

If you have questions about hardware and have spare time. Talk to the employees here about vaping. Theyve recommended some amazing e juice flavors and hardware to me. The best thing about it is they dont try to up sale you. They want you to get what you need and nothing more. Yes their prices are high, but all their merchandise is authentic. The only other vape shop Ive found with lower prices sold unauthentic hardware. I urge everyone to check the authenticity codes of their hardware. This shop carries a very wide variety of premium liquid and a nice variety of hardware. The staff has always been nice and helpful and I have never had a problem with them. This place carries coils for all my tanks and they build coils for you. This is one of my favorite vape shops in okc hands down.

These guys rock! They remember me every time i come in. Theyre sassy in the best of ways and even though they are always busy they get you in and out quickly. Also i love that you get free liquid after so many points!

I had read GREAT reviews about this place and that is why, even though i live in Edmond, i decided to give it a try. I bought an istick 50w and a month and a half later it started to malfunction. I brought it back in and when i tried to show them the problem, it worked just fine! I assured them i hadnt been able to use it for 2 weeks and they traded it out with no hassles. Now THATS what i call GREAT customer service. And just like that, LVL has earned my respect and gained a loyal customer. I recommend everyone go in so you can experience how customers SHOULD be treated

I went yesterday and got what I needed to fix a vape. They have a vape that Ive had my eye on for some time so Im going back today for the vape, its on sale. Wanted to get another vape been having bad nicotine fits. So I chose the vapor lounge simply because there are open in Sundays. glad I did the process was simple. Told them what I last used asked for that or something similar. Came out better then I wanted. Sales people even tried to save me money by not buying extra atomizer. But im not in town very often, so I wanted to have extras. But props to them for trying and being honest. Great place will be back

The store is always staffed. Every time I visit they seem to have business witch is good. I visit about 2-3 times a month usually for liquid . They are fairly priced I can say. They also offer a Veterans discount witch keeps me coming back. Staff are helpful and frindly every time I visit but.... I have spent a few dollars on their products and it always seem to fail. Last time I purchased A new Moto plus vape kit after the one prior went out this current one is only 5 weeks old . Its either my bad luck or idk. Im not a heavy vapor I use it rarely like just on the stressful days that come along. To avoid actually smoking. I informed them that this was my 2nd purchase within a 4 month period. No accommodation was given they just said the store policy and left it at that . No reason on why this happens or a suggestion on another brand just twice the amount of money gone. People are nice here but this product or my luck has blemished our relationship.Update.. Craig the store owner is Amazing a true gentleman of his word. He stands for superior guest satisfaction. I will continue to do business and send business his way. I will go out of my way to shop here for my vape needs.

Prices are a little high they have some pretty good house juice for like 15 bucks for 120 they actually carry some rebuildables need more non ni- 80 wire like ka-1 and ss Ill definitely be back to check it out they also to have a discount bin to score some actual good deal theres a knife store in there too for a local store there pretty sweet glad they dont cater to just one crowed they do Id no matter how old you look so be ready

I bought off brand sourin drop pods here a few days ago, but questioned whether they were equal to the most common brand since I didn’t recognize the packaging. The employee assured me they were though when I tried them, they clearly didn’t work and were made of extremely cheap materials. I went back for a refund or exchange and they refused to do either. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will not be going back.

Extremely helpful/nice staff. Went into the store with a vague understanding about vaping. Staff walked me through all there products and I walked out with a great mod kit. I recommend going to this store .

Very nice vape store. This is the first vape shop I have been in that is actually run like a business.The store is well lit and staff was alert, friendly, and ready to help.Their stock of vape juice is quite impressive too.They have a large selection of house juice flavors as well as several different brands of vape juice available.So glad we found Liquid Vapor Lounge.

Worst vape shop I have been to in okc.Firstly the staff is not very friendly. The lady seemed put off that there was a customer to help.Second, the hardware used to sample juice is the lowest quality of any store I have been to. Tried a few premium flavors that no other store in town carries, but with the low quality testers made it impossible to actually taste the juice.Third, the prices... oh my lord the prices. Everything I inquired about was about 25% more expensive than every other store. Aspire Nautilus $40, msrp from Aspire is $24.95. Aspire Atlantis Coil $4.50, two other vape shops in town sell for under $4 with tax. Drip Tips start at $10 and go up to $30, are you kidding me?I want to let anyone who shops at this store that they are being ripped off. For your own good shop elsewhere...

Just purchased my 1st hammer of God v4 and the staff were extremely knowledgeable on series builds And configurations not only that but they went out of their way to make sure before I left I had everything I needed. This is definitely gonna be the vape store I go to from now on

House juice is good but the employee that helped us was more concerned about his vape than helping us. Our juice was labeled wrong. Hopefully next time I go to try this company out we get better service.

There is only ONE single good aspect: good choice of Premium liquids. The Manager is a VERY heavy pill popper/Drug user and has terrible mood swings (likely due to his use of the drugs and when he runs out of whatever his drug of choice is that day)!! Several of my friends know this for a certainty because he has asked (carefully selected people) when he runs out of his drugs if we can get any, which unfortunately I have witnessed. Highly unprofessional for the business and the fact that he still works there leads me to believe the owner is in on it all! He also has his drugs delivered to him AT THE STORE as he ALSO deals his drugs out of the store (outside because he says the owner Craig has cameras and microphones all throughout the store, so he says). Unfortunately I know this firsthand being that I have been solicited by the Manager himself to get him drugs. They are insanely overpriced, claiming it is because everything they sell is authentic, which IS NOT true by any means as my friends and I have personally checked with the manufactures, which then MOST of our purchases turned out to be fake! They also overcharge for most all products except the vapor liquid. The owner, Craig, raises the prices far more then they should be (Ive been vaping for years and certainly done my research)! Although they claim to have authentic products, most are not authentic but fakes. We have all learned this the hard way by buying mods and later to find out by the manufacture that they are not authentic as we were told by Liquid Vapor Lounge. Lastly but not least, the house liquid is cut with something to make it go further for them so they can make even more profit off of our hard earned money!My very strong recommendation is to purchase from Vapor World. They have excellent and knowledgeable customer service, and being they are a wholesaler, everything is authentic as well as MUCH, MUCH cheaper! Anywhere other than Liquid Vapor Lounge is honestly your best bet!Happy Vaping!!!!

Its hard to find someone who focuses more on helping you with something rather than selling you something. I came in with a vape box mod that I bought at a different vape store and was unhappy with it (Due to my lack of knowledge) The owner Craig could have EASILY pushed a sale on his vapes that would better suit me but instead changed the settings on my current vape to better fit me and never once pushed a sale. Thats extremely hard to find these days and I have nothing but respect for Craig and his vape shop. You guys forever have my business. Thanks.

Fire the snooty blonde girl!!!!Instead of doing her job she would rather watch TV. There were THREE employees and not one could muster the energy to raise their head up from their phones. I went in to have my glass replaced for my Smok tank. I was quoted this morning over the phone $5 each for both. She charged $8 for the glass and then $7 for my atomizer. When I asked her to replace the glass because every single other vape store does it for me she got an attitude and said Ypu can do it and that its easy while barely looking at me because she is too focused on the baby mama drama happening on the TV behind me. Ive been to vapor shops all over the country and this one really went over the top for laziness, rudeness, terrible customer service and horrible work ethic.

Great staff and good prices on some things but their juice is just too expensive. Id rather make an extra 10 minute drive and buy a 120ML bottle for the same price as their 60ML.
