I placed an order 19 days ago and still no package. It says 10 days. So, I requested a refund and it was denied. I am out 103.00 dollars now. They gave me an excuse that now the shipper has to ship it to Las Vegas then to Florida. There located in Oklahoma. Some route. This is not my issue. They should have stated that on the web site or at least contacted me about it before it was shipped. Cant contact the shipper direct. No info to do so. They should have given me a refund to avoid this review and losing a customer. I would not trust an outfit like this unless your a gambler and like losing money. There using there customers money to collect interest on it. Thats why shipping takes so long. It should never take more than 5 days anywhere in the lower 48.
I tried to be nice and patient. I’m done.don’t order here. I Waited for over 33 days for a shipment to come before giving up and disputing this charge with my card company.They assigned Rocket Shipping as the final mile carrier. It’s been over 2 weeks since the last scan / update was received with the tracking link they sent me. When I emailed them to ask what is going on they sent me an email of the shipping company who does not respond / says they can’t reach the carrier.Update: the carrier “lost” my order. Were they ever going to tell me? Probably not.If you value your brain cells do not give this company your business. It is not worth it.
I have been purchasing from them for years. Since they moved to Vegas they have been using a different way to ship. This change has been horrible. It takes 2-3 weeks to get items now. The last 2 juice orders, the juice has been bad. Requested to return for refund. They rejected it. From other reviews, I see I am not the only one. Buyer Beware. Spends your hard earned money with businesses who actually want their customers.
Very good prices, quality products, and they have the brands I like. They lose a couple stars because the flat rate shipping (the only option) is very, very, very slow. Think herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. Orders take upwards of weeks. For the first 10-14 days the tracking says the shipping parter has it, but the shipping partner OSM says they don’t. Then usually around day 15 it starts working its way from Vegas. Whatever vehicle it is being transported on doesn’t exceed the speed limit, and may be on three tires and a rim. There is usually a 2-3 day layover in GA , then it finally meanders to SC and into my mailbox. Even considering that, I will still order, I just do it way in advance of when I need my supplies. I suggest you do the same.
Im sorry I have to leave this review but its been over 18 days since my order was shipped. I still dont have the order and I have not received a response in order to resolve the issue and to request a refund. My other orders were delivered within five days and I was really happy.
So I have been using this company with good results until recently. The shipping is now taking way longer than can be expected. Ans I was told that they could do nothing even if the tracking never moved. Been over the 7 days they say.Im sorry, but I dont recommend this place unless you are looking for a very long shipping times. This is of course if it shows.Well now we are at 11 days, and no product.I have enquired about it again. But will most likely get told its not on them.It IS! This is your issues not ours!
I wish I could give 5 stars as PerfectVape deserve it, but the shipping company/companies they work with let them down. Ive ordered multiple times and very often it takes at least 3 weeks to receive my items. This is insane because it is supposed to be a delivery within the US. I would have received a product from China within the same lead time had I ordered something...
Dont waste your money. I ordered a couple of vapes for the first time and apart from the time it took to arrive, the product is useless. The product has a bad taste and smell. It has a manufacturing date of almost 2 years. I wrote to him and his response was PerfectVape does not compensate for burnt/bad tasting disposables as there is no way for us or our manufacture to test for that.. Any other online option is better than this one.
Been buying from them for a while. Placed an order on the 18th, no updates other than that day that it shipped, cant access the website and their phone number is not in service. Thus is the second order weve had thats taken almost 2 weeks to deliver. Whats concerning is the website is down. We buy quite a few at a time. If and when we receive our order, it will be the last one.
This company is a joke. I am still not convinced it is not a scam. I would recommend using another source. The customer service is just terrible. They are giving me generic responses instead of reading my email and addressing my issue. The last thing they told me was if I do not receive my package after a month only then will they do something to solve the issue or give me a refund. I am a little upset over the whole situation because they are the only place I could find a specific vape I really like that is no longer being made and now after the one month they will all be gone and I will just have to miss out. It is not worth trying to order again after all the issues.
Have made several ordered through this company over the last 3 years or so. Havent ordered in this past year, and will never again. Placed my order on the 5th of April, and still havent received it. Tracking has been non existent! Have emailed perfect vape several times inquiring about shipping and the tracking info to no avail. Then this morning (the 25th), the company that is delivering comes without notice to deliver it while Im at work. They left a tag saying they missed me. I called and they told me, they couldnt give me a time frame on deliver, and they would only make one more attempt to deliver before they return it back to the company. Im so over it! Now to wait another 4 to 5 days for delivery.If you are out of state from Oklahoma, dont order from here! It will be a month by the time I get my package.
After many years of being a loyal customer, I just waited FOURTEEN days for my $70 order, just finally received it and got a couple cheap throw away disposables. They are now having me SEND them back, before a refund or my order sent, and absolutely will not offer any coupons or discounts for a future order. I have always had issues with who ever runs the emails! They need a new job though!! Just awful!***I have reached out to customer service, the do not help at all……
I just received my first purchase of $300 with these folks and it went great - I received everything in tact, not damaged, nothing missing. This started with me placing the order and the tracking number wasnt updating. This made me look up the reviews after I made the order and I instantly regretted ordering. I emailed them and they were QUICK and PROMPT with replies. They were transparent about shipping and the process/length of time. And my order arrived SOONER than when they told me it would. Keep in mind, usually only people that are UPSET, DISGRUNTLED, or DIDNT GET THEIR WAY leave negative reviews. People dont generally say to themselves that was great service, Im gonna leave a 5 star review.. they do it when theyre upset. Do not let the bad reviews make your decision for you. These folks have been great to me so far. The prompt and quick replies are very appreciated. As well as their pricing and selections. Shipping isnt overnight, but they get here in 1 piece and PerfectVape is doing what they have to do to deliver their product. I give them 10/5 stars.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE if possible.It took 19 days to ship a package the size of a Twinkie. Now I see theyre here in Vegas...they could have walked it here faster than the DHL service. Numerous conflicting and incorrect delivery notifications were received to boot.The postage was 40% more than the merchandise and not worth a tenth of that. Ridiculous!
ONLINE BUYER BEWARE!!!!! When you order online they provide you a tracking number but it never gives you a delivery date or even a carrier name! They do not call, text or email prior to delivery like they say. They do not leave you a notice. I emailed customer service to find out the name of the carrier since tracking didn’t tell me only to be given a different email address to ask! They said they tried theee times but they did not, only twice, I have lots of cameras around my house to prove it. I even taped a note to my door explaining that I work and would not be available for a couple days and to please leave contact info to schedule a delivery or pick up…..they did neither. Then, when they return it to the sender, you either have to pay $7 to resend it or you have to pay them to get a refund!!!!! I have been buying online for years and only switched companies due to the change in law but I have never had these issues with other online retailers! Bottom line, they have had my money for three weeks, I have no product and have to pay them for a refund! Never again will I order from here. Disgraceful business practices.
Don’t waste your time. They will not uphold their shipping policies however when you receive a defective product they will shove that policy down your throat. Do your job and get my order delivered. You are who I paid and who is responsible for your product being delivered in a timely manner.
They offer a wide selection of disposable vapes with competitive pricing. Shipping was fairly quick. The only issue I have is with the vapes themselves, the puff counts are not accurate at all. This is with all the vapes across the board, and they are charging more with the higher puff count and they dont last long at all.
3 weeks since I ordered and still no clue on when I might receive my items. I was recommended this place because its local, but its not worth it. Stay away.
I’m sure this business is great. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and I’m giving them a two star when I want to give a one star all due to shipping. I placed my order on May 4th and it is now the 19th. And I still don’t have my order. The tracking on my shipment is horrible. You can’t find any info on the shipper. I could have seriously walked from Minnesota to the vape shop in Oklahoma and back by now. Their website states free shipping over so many dollars, but I was still charged a $10 shipping fee. In all reality if perfect vape had just stated that it was going to take this amount of time to receive products due to shipping I would have been able to prepare for how long it was going to take and they probably would not get so many bad reviews.. Also stating free shipping after spending so many dollars is false advertising.
I ordered 8 Czar disposables May 9, 2024. The order apparently shipped May 13th, 2024. I never received a tracking number. I emailed perfect vape May 16th, requesting a tracking number and also May 22, 2024. I never received a tracking number from either one. I have been using perfect vape since 2021. Never had a problem before until recently.
Garbage shipping.. I may not even get my package before my vacation which was 2 weeks before ordering.. I had to order from another company days after and receiving their package today even though I ordered after. This package is sitting in Vegas for days. Dont order from here unless you have weeks to wait.. They know about this problem too because Ive read other reviews and they choose to do nothing about it. Probably saves them 2 dollars..
I wanted to rewrite my review as my experience changes. The shipping sucks, which Im sure they know. Theyve explained that its because theyre trying to to get around all the vape bans which requires them to go through outside shipping companies. With that being said, I always get what I ordered, I havent gotten a wrong, missing or damaged item. The last few orders Ive placed have had issues getting to me BUT customer service has been incredibly helpful and very quick to resolve the issue. I went to my local vape shop and the 5-pack of coils was $35!!! So I appreciate the prices of perfect vape items. I would absolutely recommend perfect vape if you can be patient to receive your order and I will continue to be a loyal customer ❤️

We live in a time where NASA can send a Space Rover to Mars faster than a vape shop can get a couple of disposable vapes to an address in the United States. Seriously, Ive gotten packages from China sooner and those had to go through Customs!Ive yet to receive my package from PerfectVape and the tracking has remained stagnant in Las Vegas for 8 days! Perhaps its a business decision to cheap out on shipping costs using a third party shipper like OSM? These choices hurt a business. I will look elsewhere next time Im buying online after this experience.Apart from the shipping everything else about PerfectVape from the selections, prices, and site was good.

If you’re ordering from Perfect Vape be prepared to WAIT. We used to order from here exclusively before they changed their shipping format and it took 3-5 days. Now it takes 2 weeks to a MONTH. It’s just not worth the tiny bit of savings we may or may not get. We’ve gone to another company that although farther away can deliver in 3-7 days consistently.
Very unhappy I placed a order on June 6th got a tracking number on the 7th but it hasnt been scanned in yet by the post office ive emailed them and been told to wait but its already been 6 days and the tracking number hasnt been scanned im thanking its not looking good for getting what I ordered so gonna be filing a claim with my credit card company
Unfortunately after 2 years with this company my last 3 orders in 45 days have been un usable and they did not care about the consistent business. That tells alot about a business, especially in this day and age. Never had issues than the vapes ordered, 2 at a time twice a month started having issues, customer service was chastising the customer for their unsellable items. I wasted 2 days asking for replacement or refund. I dare say someone or something is going terribly wrong with their service. The pkg looked like rust water and was asked to open ,wipe off and drag on it while video taping. After all the orders Id have expected more .
Ive ordered from them a couple times. Contrary to their information on the website of shipping taking 1-7 days, the first order took 11 days. The latest order, well we are on day 9 and just got an update on the tracking. I dont know if OSM just didnt move the product timely or if Pefect Vape created the label but didnt really ship it that day. If it was OSM then they really should consider changing their carrier. Technically USPS doesnt have it YET, but does state that it arrived at our shipping partner. Their variety and prices are great (the only reason they got 3 stars), but shipping and getting updates on shipping sucks. May have to consider another retailer. Look at the reviews, it always the shipping. That ought to tell Perfect Vape that they should consider some changes.
I honestly thought this would be a cheaper alternative to vape stores. I was wrong. Well over a week and its still shows my package in Las Vegas. The excuse given to me was absolutely outrageous. If it is illegal to sell vapes in OK why would you have a vape business there? I absolutely dont recommend using this company. At this point i feel as if im out the Vapes and my money, considering the company take 0 responsibility for thier problems.We are now on day 14 and my package is still in Las Vegas. This is not a better alternative than a shop. Its a hassle.14 days later my shipment is out for delivery. They blame the unknown shipping company for the problem but continue to use them.

Never received my order purchased over $150 worth of items. I was told I could file a police report. If you order from this company make sure you pay with a credit card so you can dispute the charges when you dont get your order. After making this review they are now claiming there is gps tracking stating it was delivered which is a complete lie if that was the case it would have been mentioned to begin with when i emailed them the first time a month ago and provided proof of this and not just a comment on a negative review. Also would have been mentioned by usps when I filed a claim. They are just trying to justify their awful customer service it appears this is a constant issue for this company.
The last two orders were never delivered; due to a signature, I provided another address so it could be signed for and delivery STILL tried to deliver to home address. Reached out to vendor, no response; asked for delivery company phone number to correct issue, silent. This will be another refunded order and will not order from them again.
Horrible. Takes a long time to even leave the company, you can find the shipping service they use and track and see when they actually ship by doing a little research. Dont waste your money. Just exactly what I ordered, so I am happy, and would order again. Side note: The Aegis Legacy 2 is a wonderful little mod that hits very smooth. Been waiting for over 2 weeks for my shipment…. It says it was shipped but when I look into my tracking number it says they never received it. Do youguys take money and just keep it a lot? So this is my first time ordering with this company and so far not impressed. Shipping is not fast at all. I didnt not see these reviews before ordering, as they do not have a review link directly on there site. But now after seeing these reviews I am skeptical about receiving my order. Especially after seeing the review of the obviously leaky vape. The reviewer stated it looked like rusty water that was obviously a visual statement. Looking at the pictures of the unopened package it is clear that the vape leaked and or the battery defected. Yet this company wanted them to open the package and send a video of them pulling. This company surely didnt think of the safety of the customer. And this is concerning to me. And any and all manufactured defected products are returnable especially if it is clearly unopened package.At this point since my product has not even been mailed out I am leaning on a refund of my money and just cancelling my order.

The company is fine. Beware of the shipping companies they use. If the company is deliver-it and youre not home to sign they wont make any adjustments to the delivery and wont let you go pick it up at their hub, then will try again knowing no one will be there and end up sending it back. If they send something by deliver-it either cancel it or good luck.
No product 20days later. No human to speak to and multiple emails that take them days to answer. They said it’s illegal to send vape products out so they have to run it through California. What was to take 7-10 days is now 22. They said they would cancel and refund which they did not. So now I have contacted my bank, bbb and consumer affairs. Basement ran operation. Stay away from this business. Order through ECIGMAFIA! Got my product in 5 days and no issues. They’re great! Prices are lower as well. And they are legal to ship! Where’s my money imperfect vape???!!!
Don’t waste your time, patience or money!!! I am around 20 days since ordering and still have not received my order. Customer service is a joke. They provide no useful information. All you get is “ it’s at final carrier”. Their tracking says the same thing. They have no care your concerned or upset when corresponding, no sense of priority or urgency. They keep passing you off to the next person. Ooooh and your order does not ship from them. They have to send it elsewhere to be shipped out, and it gets sent to another facility and so on. So you or they have no idea if the package has been tampered with or what else that could potentially go on between them and you.This place USE to be great. They USE to shipped at a decent rate. This has been the worst experience and it’s not even over yet. I’m sure the package is never coming at this point and my next battle will be trying to get my money returned. Awful awful awful stay away. There’s much better places with shipping happening within days.

Contact business, they cannot ship items from there state because of laws, this causes them to channel the shipping through multiple carriers for legal reasons. Receiving the items took about 3 weeks from the moment I ordered.If you order from here, order in advance.

Ive been ordering online from this place for a long time now, each month. Never had it taken more than 5-6 calendar days for an order to arrive. My latest order? Were up to 15 days and still waiting for a delivery. Dont bother emailing customer service for an estimated time frame for delivery. They wont answer donor basic questions. Instead, youll receive a long drawn out email justifying the extended wait times, week provide no form of apology for the delay, no logistical exhilaration for the extended delay, and then refuse to respond to further emails.Sure prices are good. But horrible customer service may be driving me away. Ill update this review next month when I order again. If its still such a long delay with laughable customer service skills, then THEY will be the ones that drive me to a different online store.To me, its simple.... if youre going to start skating orders intentionally, put up some kind of notice on your website if youre not willing to do at least that much, then have people that can respond to emails in a professional manner. Customers such as myself are willing to spend a few extra dollars for actual custody service.So, PerfectVape, whars its going to be next month? Time for a new manager or shipping partner as both of these things seem to be an issue. Was told 2x it shipped. From where? even my stuff from Temu in China comes faster than this. I could have driven to Oklahoma from NY and picked it up faster.

My first order with this company took almost a month to fulfil. It was marked shipped when in fact, it was not. Upon contacting customer service to inquire why my shipped product (without tracking number) never arrived they said they wanted a copy of my ID. They did not request it until I asked about it and after they marked my product shipped.I did eventually get that product.I made another order that as of this writing (and pushing a month again) that has not arrived. I did however receive the wrong order. The company insists that I ship them back the incorrect product BEFORE they send the correct product. Given that this company has not been even close to reliable at any point I refused stating I would ship the product back AFTER they fulfilled my original order. They refused and have since become silent.
Buyer beware! This was a great place to deal with. they were honest and their shipping was fast. I had my stuff within 3 days, but recently its taking 2 weeks to get it and my order came in with missing product that I paid for and they are refusing to answer the phone or answer my emails.
Ordered last year in december, now I’m afraid that my package will just not show up at this point. Even 2 weeks I would have given this company some grace, but over a month is just plain ridiculous. They really need to work on their shipping even though i live across the country i could have driven all the way to oklahoma 25 times myself and gotten my darn package. I am writing this because after reading the reviews on Google I don’t want others to be hesitant to order from this company. I have ordered multiple times from Perfect Vape over the last 2 years and have had almost no issues. Worst thing that happened was that an order of mine was missing 2 bottles of juice, I emailed them and they replied quickly offering to either refund or a credit towards my next purchase. My orders always come in exceptionally short time (sometimes just 2 days after shipping). I just placed an order yesterday - the website stated that there may be delays so we will see how long it takes for my order to arrive. I think that most of the negative reviews I see here are from impatient people who usually receive their order or response to their complaint the next day. I also think that most of the actual problems are due to the shipping company and have nothing to do with PV themselves. People are too quick to trash a company before actually trying to remedy their issue. I will update this review with shipping time once my next order arrives. This company is trustworthy in my opinion - if there is something wrong give them a chance to fix it at least !
Had a decent experience with Perfect Vape. Order arrived as promised. The shipping took a little longer than I hoped but other than that I would do business again with Perfect Vape.
I’ve purchased mesh coils for my vape three times from this company and the coils are perfect. They are authentic and cost half as much as any other companies offering the Geek Vape mesh coils. Not only are they cheaper but their products are reliable and last longer! I really appreciate the customer service support from Dangelic. Anytime I send an email she is always there to answer any questions I have and is quick to respond! The shipping is fast and they don’t overcharge. I highly recommend Perfect Vape and I will continue to be a loyal customer!!
Customer Beware, I would have given less than one star if I could have. When you order a product and then dont receive it that is called theft by deception. These people are straight up robbers without guns. The customer service is terrible.

I have emailed several times on no shipping/tracking info. Ordered 08/02/23. Emailed 08/08/23 and they finally sent tracking. 08/14/23 - 12 days later.... Still shows label created. No shipping. Stated no refund available until 08/22/23.
I used to love ordering from here until mid summer. Every Hyde edge rave vape I get tastes horrible. The juice is literally black. Customer service wont do anything about it either. I tried contacting Hyde but they wont return my emails too.
Shipping they use is absolutely absurd. Used to get my order within approximately 5 calender days from ordering. This order is on day 15 and still has 5 days until the next stop! Will probably be close to a month before I get my products. Stay away!!
Horrible customer service.I have been ordering from Perfect Vape for some time. I usually order 10 or more items. My order is always over $100.00.My recent order was placed on the 22nd of August. I received an order (not my order) and notified them the same date of delivery.Now let’s be clear on this order…. The enclosed shipping label had the original customers information such as (address, phone number, email address, amount of their purchase etc.). Pictures were provided to Perfect Vape to validate the error. I even reached out to THEIR customer to let them know I received there order in error.It has now been 13 days of correspondence through email (don’t get me start on that horrible service) and at no point have they taken responsibility for their error and to resolve my order. They keep telling me they will email me a shipping label to return items that belong to someone else. (Still have not received the label). And once they receive those items back, they would be happy to REFUND/ CREDIT/ or SHIP my original order. So, let’s do the math… I receive the shipping label, send the order back (I have no issues with this process), wait for you to put it back into your stock, and then prepare my original order for reshipment, then shipping. We are now looking around 45 days to correct their error from the date they were contacted of their error.Call me crazy, but again. How is this appropriate customer service?My question is, do you want to continue ordering from a retailer who takes no responsibility in customer satisfaction, timely, and accurate delivery’s?I have already been in contact, placed another order, and received it from another retailer.And this matter still has not been resolved, nor have they refunded or reshipped my order.Retailers have a responsibility to provide the items you requested at the value they sold them to you. They were good the first few orders but now...They printed a shipping label but didnt ship and when you contact customer support they try to tell you its USPS not scanning stuff. Like, Just say you are slow and refund my order. Shipping!!! It used to be free after a certain dollar amount now its a 10$ flat rate. I would receive my order within days before but now 2 or 3 or 4 weeks to get my order. Previously a really good company but not anymore shop elsewhere.

This company has really gone down hill. I would not refer them to anyone. My recent order I placed is taking more then two weeks to receive. They dont tell you that when you place your order that your vapes are coming internationally. When you check out it says nothing about that, other then there may be a delay due to weather or holidays. This is not the case. I reached out for updates and they couldnt even answer my question. Just repeated what I asked!? I then asked for a refund because its been over two weeks. Whats the point? According to their website youre suppose to get your order within 10 days. Their shipping was amazing before Id get my vapes within 5-7 days. Customer service was just disappointing. Its definitely not worth the hassle just to save a couple of bucks. Go to another online company or your towns vape shop.
I almost placed an order with this company, Im glad I read these reviews first. Their Facebook page hasnt made a post since 2022 and does not permit comments on their posts... bet you can guess why and they disabled the ability to message them. Lots of red flags, buyer beware.
I have been ordering for 2 yrs roughly. Ive had 2 vaoes in 2 yrs that didnt work or was leaking. I did not notify them because thats a risk we take with anything. Last month i ordered vapes and it took alot longer than it use to do so i emailed them. They responded, explained to me whats going on and apologized. After 2 yrs this is the only problems ive had. Its been 5 days since i ordered last and the tracking hasnt changed yet. Oh well thats the mail service for ya. I continue to use this company because theyve been honest with me about my packages and i really enjoy the vapes that i get from them. Ill continue to use them even though it does take a few weeks now over the 3 to 5 days that i was use too. Thank you PV for finding another way for some of us to continue to get your products.
Perfect Vape is THE Best Vape Shop domestically in the United States! Theyre located in Oklahoma City, OK. Their customer service is amazing!! The 3rd vape to the right in the pic below had arrived DOA. This was not Perfect Vapes fault. I received the package still in the shrink wrap. All they had me do was video the issue and they sent me a replacement really fast. I love my Vaporesso Target PM80 SEs and theyre the ONLY vapes I have by choice. I will never use another vape again. I love their compactness, the coils are amazing, and theyre easy to operate. On top of everything, Perfect Vape has very decent prices. I am a Perfect Vape Customer for Life!!
Ive been ordering for about 4 months, I have received my items usually in a week. Ive recommended this company to friends, however this time Im a bit worried, I ordered Aug 28th, received email shipped on 29th, I have the shipping label created still. Today is the 8th, still no update. I did contact the company and they did get back to me right away. They said they had to change their shipping and send to Vegas first. I placed another order yesterday hoping Ill get that soon. Im waiting patiently for my two orders. Im out of vapes, so I really hope to get my orders soon. I will continue to order from here because other places charge too much...Update, I received my vapes, I will continue to order. Be patient with them!!!
I came across Perfect Vape online after a run on the pods my device uses at many other vape ware stores. They had what I need in stock and the price was right.I placed my order, and received it in record time. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the pods for my device, I received coils that I could not use.I contacted customer service to explain the problem, received a prompt response, and received a shipping label to return the coils.Within an hour or two of dropping the return off at the post office, I received notification that my pods had been shipped. I was very pleased with how efficiently Perfect Vape dealt with this understandable mistake.Overall, great prices, fast shipping, and great customer service. I highly recommend Perfect Vape. In fact, if they had PayPal as a payment option, they would be, in fact, perfect!

Ordered some coils and a few tanks from them. They came in good condition and the whole order was complete. I was a little skeptical ordering here as the reveiws are a mixed bag at best. Some people need to try and understand that some things are beyond human control and also do a little research on the product you might be purchasing. Like how it can handle long distance travel and possibly air freight(pressurization). Maybe even tempuratures. These guys seem honest and have great pricing on the stuff I got through them. Also it looks like they want to help resolve issues for customers but the entitlement is strong nowadays. So many people want to complain but refuse to go through the proper channels to get the issue resolved.
I have been a very very loyal customer to perfect vape! I never order less than 6 or 7 at a time and always have a couple that are faulty, they say if you let them know within 48 hours theyll reship or reimburse but thats a lie! Theyll do it once maybe twice then after that they block you from buying from their site and they wont reship or reimburse. My last order was almost $90 and they said they would reship and its been over a week and they just blocked me from their site so I will be looking somewhere else when my last order was 7 disposables and they were ALL BROKEN and they did nothing even though I let them know as soon as I had gotten the order! Terrible company to order from for sure, theyll let you think their good but then screw you over! I would give 0 stars if it would let me!

It said shipped a day after as well, I have friends who order from here and never had a problem and they said it came within a few days, which they live down the road from me. I have yet to receive anything, not even a notice or delay email. This is also my first time ordering with them as well.

This seemed like a long wait, but accepted it.When not here by 9-26, (yes, I waited two full weeks) asked via the website. Email back the next day said the Final Mile Carrier should be contacting me soon. Okaaaaay.Today, 9-28, I get a text from an unknown number that someone had an Alcohol or Vape delivery but would need a signature and ID---would I be available today?The guy shows up 2+ hours later. Tipped $5.So, delivery took 16 days (from Las Vegas to Ohio), cost $15, and had to chase to get info.The order was correct, but so much brain damage. Not PerfectVape of old--or even 6 months ago.Deal with these guys at your own risk.Oh, and coils I ordered for Kanger TS3? They last two days, if that. Either knock-offs or bad stock.Never again.
I would like to start by saying perfect vape has always been my go to spot to order from. I have been using them for about 2 years and I have never had any issues what so ever.( Ive had multiple accounts with perfect vape. ) If I was posting this a year ago it would be 5 stars But my most recent order has still have yet to show up after 45 days. (I am very understanding) I do realize perfect vape shipped it out right away. They did what they should have. Now this is what I am upset about. I reached out after about 15 days. They said sorry for the delay exc .okay. Ikl . Waited about 15 more days. So 30 days in total. I reach back out to support asking for a refund in order to go ahead and buy a vape in person. They say I need to wait until the package shows up and then deny delivery then wait for it to be sent back to them. So what wait another 45 -60 days for my refund ????. Um excuse me !!!!? If the package actually showed up why would I want a refund. Id rather the product I paid for !!! But sorry I cant afford to wait this long. I only have so much money. This is just nuts. So as of today (45 days ) still havent got my package and cant get a refund. So its shaping up to look like I got my money taken. (I did reach out to support once again today and if they actually fix this issue I will be for sure to update my review.

The prices are really good and that is why I want to stick with them. I have used this company for about 3 years and in the beginning shipping was fast with no tracking information provided. The last 2-3 orders I have received a tracking number but now takes longer to receive the product. PerfectVape can you please reevaluate your shipping procedures? One thing I dont understand is PerfectVape is located in Oklahoma right but the shipment ships out from Las Vegas?Response from PV Customer Service:Were extremely sorry for the delay in shipment. We assure you its en-route to you even if it shows that it hasnt scanned it yet.We reside in Oklahoma and Oklahoma has recently passed a ban on vapes in which shipping companies are narrowing down on. We have found an alternative way to continue to provide products and service for our customers by working with a shipping facility in Las Vegas that we have to freight our orders to. From there, they will ship it out to our customers. The freight process can take 1-3 business days. Ordered 2 batterys. Received a message saying 1 is out of stock, yet still currently shows available on site. And they say they will not refund for shipping. And Instead of refund I got a credit, so now I gotta pay shipping twice. *finally ordered 2 more using credit from before, and shockingly they never showed.
Customer service is bottom of the barrel trash. They shipped me someone elses order, I sent them an email with pictures immediately and after five days of silence I sent another message and still have yet to hear back. My prior order I had experimented with their house juice and it was harsh, very little flavor, so I sent an email asking for advice on buying another ratio and mixing the two to achieve another ratio that hopefully might be better and they replied back they couldnt advise me of anything because of legal reasons. I replied back asking what legal issues they had and if they could advise me which ratio might be less harsh and taste better and silence was their answer. They have super cheap prices but Im definitely taking my business elsewhere. Good luck if youre buying from them. Ive wasted $60-70 in the last two orders that Ill never see again. Looking at the reviews, I wonder how theyre still in business.

First time customer here, and I had a great experience with PerfectVape. I placed an order about a month ago and waited a few weeks to write this review to go through what I purchased and try everything and make sure everything was up to my standards. I will be a repeat customer. Initially, I was hesitant because of some of the unfortunate reviews written here, but let me give my two cents. Many of the negative reviews are about disposables not working, which are cheap in the first place. I used to purchase disposables in gas stations and vape shops and I have to say that about 1/3 of the cheap disposables straight up didnt work or had issues, so I think those problems are with the manufacturers and not with Perfect Vape. The items that cant be attributed to cheap manufacturing I give Perfect Vape 5 stars for the great prices, customer service, quick shipping and great selection.I finally switched to a refillable Smok 5 and purchased the necessary juice to make my own, switching from gas-station pods and disposables. I was hesitant to buy online, but the local vape shops didnt have what I wanted and Perfect Vape had great prices and I took the plunge to try them out. I was nervous that the shipping time would be longer than expected based on some of the other reviews here, but I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived in about 3 days. They didnt send a tracking number at first, admittedly, but I have the USPSs Informed Delivery (I highly recommend this free service from the USPS where whenever any mail including any package is scanned to be delivered to your address they send you an email with an image of the mail and the tracking information about when it will arrive). This service from the USPS let me see that despite that I didnt get a tracking number I saw it was shipped and in the system a day after I placed the order. Again, I highly recommend this free service from the USPS.They also had great customer service in my experience. I do have to admit that there was one item missing from my order, but I took a picture of the package and contents and contacted Perfect Vapes customer service and they immediately sent the missing item which arrived promptly a few days later. Based on the customer service, the prices, the selection and the quick shipping, despite my one small issue which was promptly resolved I genuinely give Perfect Vape a perfect review of 5 stars. I will be a repeat customer and I recommend you give them a try as well. If you have read this far, thanks for listening to my TED talk, and take a few of the other reviews where customers have had issues with disposables with a grain of salt because those issues would likely happen whether buying online or in a store or anywhere where they would buy them.Highly recommended, and I hope this review helps!
Because I could not give ZERO stars...Ordered 4 items. First 2 I tried were duds. Contacted customer support and they were unwilling to refund or replace the remaining 2 that I had purchased which were still unopened. I wasnt even requesting it for all 4.As I told them. It’s unreasonable to ask someone who purchased 4 items to open every one and “test” them immediately. You should replace a terrible product and save a customer.Lesson learned. Now theyve lost me. Standing behind your product should be the first principal of good business.
Never received the product after weeks of waiting and when I reached out to costumer service for an update nobody got back to me. Had to reach out a second time and still havent heard back from anyone regarding a refund for the product I never got. Waste of money and time. Just got to your local vape store
I have been a loyal customer to perfect vape. But I will no longer support this business. I ordered 10 vapes my last order and once I received them, they shorted me 1 vape and only sent me 9. I contacted customer support and they told me that it wasn’t their fault and that the mail carrier must have tampered with my package. After speaking with the postal service I found out that was not the case. Perfect vape refuses to refund me or send the missing vape in my order. Also in the order before I received 2 vapes that didn’t work and had to take them apart to fix them to get them to work. This place has terrible customer service and refuses to fix the issue at hand. Either credit me the money for the missing vape, or send the one you forgot to send.
If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered on Nov. 18th, and the next day it said my package was shipped. Its been 11 days, and there are no updates on it and im livid. Ive ordered from this company, before and remember it taking a little while to arrive, but it shouldnt take this long. I spent almost $40 plus $10 SHIPPING FEE, for something that hasnt arrived or isnt going to arrive. I even tried calling, and when i tried to call, the automated phone person, said to wait for someone to get on the phone and when I did wait, nothing happened and i had to hang up. I even emailed them, and no response either. horrible customer service, why bother having a phone number or a email on your website if you dont respond. I am never in my life, ordering from them again. TERRIBLE!!!
Received wrong product. Notified customer service and they wanted a photo of the product. After being told several times that they didnt receive the photo I sent the email to several friends who had no problem with viewing the photo. Why do they need a photo? All I wanted was to return the wrong product and receive my correct order. I have no time for a company that plays games like this when so many other options are available.
Ive been doing business with this company for almost a year and lousy customer service! I ordered 5 blue razz and they sent all Ice blue razz and then because of their employees mistakes holding my order hostage until I can send them all back to them and then they will release my PAID for order. Who does that!? They have Never requested me to do this before even when its their fault! I made a report with the BBB and cancelled my payment!! Couldnt have decent customer service! They rip you off with no phone number to call! Total rip off! Why should I have to do anything? Ive already paid for the Correct order! Incompetent employees cant even tell the difference in blue razz and Blue razz ice!! I found a company who stands behind their word!
Ordering was smooth and shipping was fast despite it being Columbus Day this past weekend. Got my order and I had been given another set of coils instead of the pods I ordered for my smok vape. I emailed them and let them know with proof and they had my pods shipped out by priority yesterday and they will be here today. At first I was upset reading the negative reviews telling myself this is going to be a nightmare trying to either get a refund or the pods. But it was far from that. Got my original order on the 11th, customer service was closed by the time I got it so they emailed me in the morning and sent the pods out. So within 2 days I had my original order. Great customer service, great shipping on speed and great product. You have yourself a return customer and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Absolutely no customer support. I did call the number which tells you to email them. After explaining the issue, nothing is done. This business will rob you. If your products are damaged or no good you are out of luck. Did not send me an order number. All orders were defected and or not what was explained. Stay away from this site at all costs. The lack of customer support and lack of contact is enough to stay away. Highly disappointed with everything I ordered and cannot even contact the company. Died out old stuff. I can buy these locally for the same price. Just wanted easy delivery. Too much to ask for. Choose another place. Reported to BBB and FDA.
The second time I order some disposable vapes, one of them was a dud! It wouldn’t smoke at all! So I contacted PV and they did nothing about it. I still continued to order from them though, until this September. My recent order in Sept. was sent to my apartment complex address, but without MY apt. #! So I contacted PV and let them know I never received my order and that the USPS tracked it down and said it wasn’t addressed with MY apt. #, so it was delivered to someone else. This was so upsetting because PV did not do anything to help me. They refused to resend my products. It was an order that totaled over $35. I am no longer a PV customer. Now I purchase my goodies from a local vape shop in my town. They aim to please! Plus no more $10 flat fees to worry about anymore. In the end, PV lost a loyal customer and I found an awesome vape shop in my area!!
I just made my 4th order with PerfectVape and was stunned to see all the negative reviews. I have not once had a bad experience with this store. Most people are blaming PerfectVape for things like leaking disposables or delayed shipping times but the fact is that is almost always USPS is fault. Please do not let the low-star reviews prevent you for support a small business like PerfectVape.
Ive ordered from them religiously for the last year or so. Never had a problem, swore by them, recommended to all my friends. Placed an order for a few disposables that was 60-70$ that was delivered but not to me. They said they could do nothing to contact the mail provider who also said they could so nothing and to contact the shipper. Which I did and was again told theres nothing they can do. I disputed the charge with my bank and continued to order from them because like I said for so long they were great, constant, and relatively quick. Placed an order that was refunded with no reason as to why. So I reached out to be told I was refunded because I disputed the charge but they have shipped to me multiple times since then.Seems very unprofessional to 1) make a customer lose out on a decent amount of money for personal gain & 2) cancel an order with no explanationAfter reading reviews on here I see Im not the only person who has had similar issues.Editing to add Ive placed over 20 orders so for them to claim 60% were reverse charged when only one ACTUALLY was is highly unlikely. Considered adding the screenshots of every order placed and the charges but it doesnt matter that much to me.
To be honest, I was really nervous about ordering from here based on the reviews and the fact that the tracking number didnt come with the email that said my order was shipped. But they have the cheapest prices I could find after searching around for quite awhile. Luckily, I received my device about 5ish days later without any problems. The device was new, wrapped in the appropriate packing, and works as it should! Felt the need to write a review because Im sure there will be others in my position and I know people with bad experiences are more likely to review.It seems the majority of the bad reviews are from buyers of Hydra disposables. Anyway, I do hope this company can figure out the tracking number thing, though!

Wouldnt order from these scam artists. My order never updated with a tracking number so I couldnt track it. After about 28 days went by I emailed asking where my product was. They then stated my order was sent back for an incorrect address. Well why wouldnt you reach out for a new address on 60 dollars in product? Then after asking for a refund they tell me that they cant refund me the $10 from the first time shipping it. So I pay $10 for nothing? Such a shut company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I placed 3 items order, all of them ware in stock. However, 2 days later I received email stating that 2 out of 3 items are out of stock and will not be shipped even in a future. They shipped one item and charged for shipping. No help customer support email stated Our stock levels are live so that is why items can show in stock at the time of purchase but not be available at the time of fulfillment. which is ridicules. These guys cant manage their inventory/order system. They didnt bother to contact me and let me know that 70% of my order will not be fulfilled. They just shipped one item and charged me shipping.
I ordered some juice and pods on august 8th and never got a tracking link which was sketchy to begin with but i said whatever ive ordered here before itll come, well after about two weeks I did get curious and they provided me a link which said it eventually came on august 25th at like 4 am which I happened to be getting up that early that day for work. Of course nothing ever came so after inquiring with perfect vape and rocketship it took now another 2 weeks to even be told that it happened to be returned to the carrier and they were only going to deliver once. At 4 am? What did i have to sign something now? Rocketship also said to contact perfect vape over a refund, who vehmently say that its been delivered, hell no ill just go to my bank, stay away from these guys
I ordered multiple devices from Perfect Vape. I ordered 3 × Hyde Retro Recharge Disposable 4000 Puffs (honeydew punch) and 1 × Hyde REBEL Recharge Disposable (aloe grape). Every one of them had an awful burnt taste from the start. I reached out to Perfect Vape the day I received them and only got an automated response stating that my replacement was denied. I was willing to send them back at my cost but never got a response to my follow up email. I’ve only ever used Hyde products and have never had this issue. Just a warning that what you’re expecting may not be what you get. I’m including a photo of my order so they can’t come back and say they couldn’t find the order in their system.Edit- I did respond from the same email associated with my account. Screenshot provided. The replacement was initially for the first one I opened. Came to find out they all were defective and tasted burnt. I’ve honestly considered this a loss and will be sure to warn others. 😊
See in their reply shipped next day, but I dont care when you shipped if if you shipped the wrong items. I have still not gotten what I paid for with them.......Tried an online order for two different packs of coils. After a week of waiting the package finally showed up with one single pod of a completely different item and a lot less than the order. Their customer service then responded that I needed to ship the wrong part back before they will offer store credit or a refund and that I will have to place an entirely new order instead of just sending me the correct items that I paid for almost a couple weeks ago now. I should have just went to my local store and ordered what i needed
Have been ordering from this company for awhile now. ALL products have worked and any issues have been resolved quickly. Sometimes things are out of stock but quick refunds as long as you do your part by contacting them. Amber is great to work with if there is an issue. You cant beat the prices and shipping is quick. Highly recommend !
This company is a joke. Will send you broken product then ask you to put your safety at risk to prove the product is inoperable. Refuses to refund the money spent on worthless devices and their customer service team is a joke. Will talk to you like you have no intelligence at all. Been a month now since I bought a 20$ pod mod that was broken sent video and never received a refund or a replacement. I have emailed multiple times. No number to call. Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and they declined my order and still have not refunded my money. Take your business elsewhere.

THEY DON’T REFUND MISSING ITEMS.Prices are good, but they never tell you if they can’t fulfill something. I just got my order and I’m missing an item so I checked my emails and my charges from them. They never let me know any of my items would be missing and they didn’t refund me either. Lucky for me I made an account when I placed my order, otherwise I wouldn’t have know that I had a credit in there for my missing item. What if I didn’t have an account? They don’t notify you that you have a credit and they don’t refund you. I’m guessing they get a TON of chargebacks.Only doing store credit rather than refunds is already shady. But my biggest issue is that if you can’t fulfill an item, you need to let people know. They try to be sneaky and hope you don’t notice you were charged full price for missing items.
I have been ordering from here for about 2 years. I only buy disposables. I have not had one issue. I get exactly what I have ordered with no bad vapes. Prices are awesome, they update you through email and they arrive exactly when they should. I will definitely continue to make my purchases from Perfect Vape.
Purchased multiple items from PERFECTVAPE. This company tries to maximize their profit at the customers expense! I ordered 6 items, after the order was shipped ( I could no longer cancel and change) I received an email stating 2 of my products were removed and I would have to reorder. They did give me a in store credit for the unshipped items. However when I went to reorder they wanted me to pay $10 shipping again?! I spoke with customer service multiple times explaining this was not right but not even the manager would hear me out and they would not send my order unless I paid an additional $10 shipping! If shipping only took a couple days maybe I’d feel a little better but it takes over a week to receive an order, sometimes 2 weeks. Very slow shipping!! Well, they lost a customer from this poor business decision and hopefully they lose many more that heed this warning!!I just can’t believe that you would let a customer leave with a bad taste over $10! Shipping me my next order with you covering the $10 shipping and I would have been very satisfied. I mean even offering to ship the next order for $5, at least it would have shown you appreciate your customers. It’s just crazy to me that you guys wouldn’t eat $10 now when this was a clear mistake on your end to make much more profit from me in the future and have a customer happy and referring more customers to your company to make even more profit?! I don’t ever write reviews but had to on this. I am willing to remove it if this is remedied.

This place has no idea how to run a business, nor anything about customer service. I ordered 15 replacement pod cartridges for my Sourin on their website and was sent the wrong ones, not even the same brand. Emailed, took several days to respond. Please send us a picture, done. A couple days later, do you have a printer to print out a label, no I dont. Then today, another email, we need a picture of all 15 of the cartridges we sent you before returning. How about you send me the return shipping label and you can take all the pictures of them you want when you get them back? They act like I am the one who messed this up instead of just making it easy and fixing the damn problem! UPDATE: The issue was NEVER resolved in email, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Been ordering the last few months and even though I dont get a tracking number, its always arrived in 3 days once shipping has been confirmed even with living in NY. Ive seen a lot of reviews on wrong orders or damaged products, but so far all my orders have been correct and I order Hydes which always come in original packaging, in an official hyde sealed bag with rubber mouth seals and tape around the air and battery charger slot and have never leaked or been damaged or opened. Keep up the good work guys👌
Horrible customer service by Vince.He ignores my email when he does not have answer.I ordered 8 items. Half of the order was wrong item. They charged the full shipping when I had to order new order the next day even though it was not my fault.Vince likes to ignore emails.I need and want better contact to resolve issues because there are defects when they deliver items.I understand there can be defects, but there needs to be better solutions and feedback.I want to hear from person who is responsible.
BAD BUSINESS! I placed an online order that was LOST and they just told me to wait it out. I filed a dispute with my credit card company after reading the reviews. they will ship at the cheapest cost, becareful. Customer service is VERY RUDENo, it is lost. It you go to the tracking number you gave me you will see an updated message as of today showing it is lost. STOP LYINGAlso, the post office verified you have not called in about this tracking number
This is a reliable vendor but not the fastest so order with delivery 5-7 days in mind. They take your money right away and you get your order confirmation the next day and maybe a shipping confirmation a full two days later. From there, add five days shipping time for the product to come from OK to MI and you have near seven days before the order comes. Shipping cost is reasonable at $3.00 and the product is shipped USPS. They really need to speed up the order fill to get it into the shipping state faster.
I love ordering from them as I dont live in Oklahoma, and shipping always reaches me within a week! Ive never run into any issues with my products and the tracking for shipping is always very accurate and available immediately after shipment. They have great prices as well!
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They Sent me the wrong item. They accepted to refund my money. They proceeded to send me a picture of the shipping label and the post office refused the package twice because the label was so faded. They finally after a month of back and forth sent me a pdf of the shipping label. Package shipped and when perfect vape got the item they said they were refusing to refund me my money. I asked if they could send the correct item instead of issuing the refund. It has been a week of sending multiple emails with no response from them. Will be contacting my bank and reporting fraudulence and contacting the better business bureau. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Always great support when I contact them. May take a few days sometimes but to be expected with a busy business. They are always accurate with time frames and products for the most part. I will get the wrong things sometimes but they will always correct things with me. They are very friendly and seem like awesome people working for them. I pretty much only use these people for all my vape needs.
Worst customer service ever. My package said it was delivered but never was, checked with usps. They Said contact sender, so I did (perfect vape) they said contact usps. Told them I had done so. Was informed nothing more they could do for me. 40 dollars down the drain.
We had an order of 4 disposable vapes totaling around $73. Every single one of those disposables were messed up in one way or another. They all fired on their own, burning the coils and making them unusable, I had one that pulled completely apart when I unplugged it sending the juice flying everywhere outside of the vape. The devices this company sells are defective and honestly dangerous. Their return policy has a very small window of 48 hours. We started having issues when the juice was about a third of the way gone. Perfect timing to rip off customers I guess. We will never spend money here again.Edit: My order was placed on June 16th, yes but there was also the delivery time. The point I was trying to make is that even if I had used all 4 of those products as soon as I had gotten them, it would have taken more than 48 hours to see that they were defective because there were no issues at first. I had problems right after that 48 hour window with every product. That seems like a company selling bad products with a window that makes it difficult for returns. I have seen many other reviews stating the same thing on the BBB website.
Updated, blaming the customer made me delete one star. I had no idea that the box would completely state what is in there, and if that was wrong would the customer still be at fault? Looks like a lot of wrong products get shipped out based on these reviews! Also whoever stated great response from customer service must be a family member. It took almost a week to come a some kind of conclusion. The conclusion was that it’s the customers fault they shipped the wrong item.Don’t spend your hard earned money here. This was my second order with them, I thought it would be perfect like the first. The shipping was kind of slow but understandable with the curtain situation. When my order arrived I didn’t think twice because it appeared to be correct. Upon opening the boxes, I found out that I only received the mods not the full kit including tank. I have dealt with a lot of online purchases over the last 8 months, so In my eye not a biggie. I called, left a voicemail. I would have been completely satisfied if they would have done like every single other company I have ever felt with in this same situation, just send the missing items But no. Then I emailed, their responses via email were extremely delayed. The conclusion for them was that they are sorry that only thing the could do would refund or store credit the difference. I know for a fact the tanks cost a lot more then they refunded. Please look for other options out there, yes it might be a few bucks more expensive but you pay for what you get.
I got super nervous when I could not reach anyone by phone. I was promised a tracking number via email once my order was shipped. My order was shipped in a timely manner but no tracking number was given. My only gripe is not being able to speak to a living human about a $150.00 order. I have not opened all of the elf bars but the 3 that have been open all seem to be working fine. This place is a scam. I ordered more than 10+ vapes and when the order showed up I only received 8 of them. After contacting customer support they had me send them pictures of what I received in the order to which I did. They then said the mail carrier must have stole them and hasn’t responded to me since. They have terrible customer service and do not fulfill orders. They won’t refund me or send me the missing vapes. Do not shop with them. You will regret it

Why wait until I blow up their emails? I never got a tracking number even though they said they tried to ship it and it was sent back! Poor customer service . I ordered a Zeus tank and coils. When my shipment arrived I only had the coils. I emailed their customer service department and after another week of waiting for a response they finally say that the tank was out of stock during fulfillment and my refund would take up to 10Business days ...more waiting..Why not just refund the money when you shipped my order knowing it was missing an item, instead they waited till I said something ..Very shady way of doing business. Will not use their site again .Update :A whole month later and still no refund . Don’t waste your money and order from another company !!!

I had an issue with part of my order missing. I didn’t realize it at first due to the extent of my job and the hours I work. I messaged customer service and although their policy states they must be contacted within 48 hours, I explained the situation to Deniyah via email and they credited my account automatically for the missing items. None other than a lapse in communication that was quickly resolved with no hassle to me. Much appreciated and a quick response as well!
My order was also processed and shipped quickly with no tracking number. No response after contacting them and no package. When you pay for priority shipping there should be no reason for no tracking number. I will update my review if my package arrives and its contents are in working condition. I placed my order on 4/10. Today is 4/24 and I have yet to receive my items. Ive emailed them a couple times. Theor response time is less than quick. The first time I reached out it was because my item had not been processed after 5 days. I was told it takes 1-5 days to proces . 2 days later I asked for a refund because the order still hadnt been shipped. I then received an email saying my order shipped. All they did was create a label and did not ship my order for another 2 days.I would steer clear of this company. They sure do boast about their BBB rating on their site. I should have took that as a warning.BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!
I have been a loyal customer for over a year spending at least 100 plus dollars a month. In June I ordered and received faulty devices. They were all the same brand and I chalked it up to it being a bad batch. Fast forward to today and I received my order and four devices are faulty again. I reached out to Perfect Vape only to be told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Upon receiving this decision I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau only to find that there have been complaints made and I should have started researching them a year ago when I started ordering from them. In these trying times I work hard for my money and cant afford to give it away. Do your research before you order anything at all from this company. I feel compelled to tell others to be very careful with them. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Well I am not one who writes a lot of reviews but recent experience compelled me to do so.Placed an order with all items in stock. Received an email 2 or so days later stating they are refunding me part of the total amount as some the items are no longer in stock. And less that 10 mins after that the order is shipped. And the customer service is no help and what I did not got an explanation for is how the order was in stock but went out of stock after placing order. The only way I can see that happening is they fulfilled a bigger order and not mine even though my order was almost $100, sure not big enough. What a shame.
Despite the website saying there could be delays, shipping doesn’t take that long, received items in about a week and a half. One of my recent orders was missing one pen and i emailed and got a response within an hour and a refund since the pen I ordered had been out of stock. Really great customer service. I’m pretty happy to keep ordering from them.
Ive been waiting almost 2 months now for my order...The status of my order has been shipped since Feb 2, I placed it on Jan 31st. Lasti ordered from them was back in October and it came as fast as possible, took it like less than a week and now Im waiting almost 2 months?? The site doesnt even work for me right now, it just says error.. it worked for me an hour ago? I ordered from their website and they requested an age verification. I had no problem providing one as I was of age. What I did have an issue with was when they said that if I was not of age they would not only not fulfil the order but not issue a refund either. So this business would have been comfortable not sending a product to a customer while keeping the customers money. That sounds like theft to me. I would stay away. Any business okay with stealing is a business that should be avoided. I can understand and agree with not fulfilling the order, but not getting your money back either? Thats disgusting, predatory, and borderline criminal. And they said this in an email that lives forever that they are comfortable STEALING from customers.
Ordered 3 bottles of juice for a great price. Unfortunately never received them. I was wondering why it was talking awhile so I emailed asking for my tracking number. It stated it was delivered the 21st of December in my mailbox. It was not in my mailbox. I even went to the post office to file a claim. Couldnt because it was not insured. Im outback $40 something and that sucks.No mail theft, we have cameras and our mailbox is locked and have to ha e a key to gain access. Thanks for the response, still outback $ and no juice

I ordered two packages of 1.2ohm Caliburn As2 and I received two packages of 0.9 ohm Caliburn A2 pods. I understand that they also work for my vape but they’re not the ones I ordered and wanted. I would appreciate if they fixed this order for me.The next morning: I do need to add that this is one day later and there customer service has already responded and offered me a full return on my purchase plus shipping or a store credit and I chose store credit in hopes that it gets fixed. This company fixed my order and sent it to me priority mail. I ended up being a satisfied customer and I will continue ordering from this company.
I ordered ten vapes from them about two months ago. Two tasted like plastic which I understand theres nothing they can do about but then one didnt work at all. When I got to that single, I emailed them to let them know and they said it was past the 48 hour return mark. How am I supposed to use 10 vapes in 48 hours? There response was all products should be opened and tested upon delivery. So I break the seal in all of them and then they go stale and all taste bad? Horrible customer service. Id give them 0 stars if I could.
UPDATE:I received a separate email from an employee named Chrissy at perfect Vape. She explained that there weren’t any notes in their system that customer service had been in contact with me however, she apologized for the issue and did provide my refund for the missing item. Thank god for Chrissy and her professional kindness!!ORIGINAL:THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! RECORD ALL PACKAGE OPENINGS!!!! I placed an order for 2 Hyde Curve Maxs and recently received the package. The package only contained 1 of the 2 ordered Hydes. This is not the first time I have had issues ordering from this company. I contacted customer support requesting a replacement or refund for the missing product. They claim that the package had the proper shipping weight label so therefore nothing could be missing. They refuse to refund me or replace the product and refuse to provide any additional customer service support when asked. They obviously made a mistake somehow because we didn’t get everything we ordered. So now they have refused to help me and stole my money. Highly disgusted with this company and their customer support.
I ordered for the first time from this company. took %ish days to get shipping info but then it showed up the next day. ordered a second time and got that one super fast (3/4 days) so far very pleased with this company and their response time and products for the price. Will be ordering from them again!
Avoid this company. I placed an order and was shipped the wrong order. They had me send it back to them and promised theyd get me my order asap, yeah right. I finally received my order 3 weeks to the day that I originally placed my order, then to top it all off. The device was defective and doesnt work right and you cant even read the screen. I thought about contacting customer service but screw it. After they couldnt get my order correct the first time, it would take days to even get a reply from them. I knew I should have asked for a refund, but I learned my lesson. Decided to purchase a different device through a different company and take the loss.
Google should give the option of NEGATIVE stars.Placed an order for coils on 4/11/2020. I emailed them on 4/16 after no progress and they they take 1-5 business days to complete order fulfillment. So on Friday 4/17 I emailed again and was told I can expect to see an update by the day end. However nothing happened again. So I called in and someone told me that they are going to work on Sunday and ship my order on Sunday. As expected nothing happened, I emailed and called them on Monday 4/20 after I see my order status change to pending and the lady now said my item is now OUT OF STOCK and without apologizing offered store credit or a full refund to my card. I wish I had come here before even giving them a cent and seen all the horrible reviews they have. If anyone is here before they buy, please, unless you want to waste time/money, do not bother with this company. Take your business somwehere else. Perfect Vape more like Perfect Scam
I would normally order from Perfect Vape, and order 10-20 rechargeable disposable vapes at a time. I got my order about a week or so ago- and would open and use maybe a vape or two a week. I opened several of them, and they’re brand new- within a week or so from receiving them- they won’t work. I made sure it was charged, and is still nothing. Not only did I place my order, pay shipping, I’ve never complained previously when one wouldn’t work. But this time I have 4 total that don’t function. I emailed the company, in hopes that maybe a credit or something would be done. Buyer beware. When you order- mind you it takes weeks to receive. Supposedly- you only have 48hrs to report any issues. I was advised that when they come, I have to open every single one immediately, and ensure they all function. I think that’s a horrible policy, especially for those that are repeat customers, and have never complained when one or so every order wouldn’t work. When it’s beyond one, I truly believe that it’s wrong that a dedicated customer would be refused, not helped, and told your basically screwed out of $60+ because you didn’t open all 15 vapes that day. Such a shame!
My order was processed quickly and sent out, but with NO TRACKING NUMBER, so I thought I had been ripped off. I sent emails, but none were answered. My order arrived in one week and everything I ordered was there and works great. I will be ordering again next month and hope that they send the tracking number. There was a tracking number on the label of this last box. NO REASON NOT TO HAVE IT ON THE EMAIL letting me know that the order was sent. Good products and fast service, but needs better Customer Service.
I am simply at a loss when I see once their reviews for this company. I have been doing business with them for 6 years now or close to it. They have always provided me with top notch genuine products and charge a very fair shipping rate which they probably dont even break even on. I just received another order from them, I order hardware and even their bulk salt nic e-liquids which you can configure in not only strength but even extra flavor and the exact percentage of pg/vg that you want. These people have always been awesome to me and I will be loyal to them until they show me a reason to be otherwise but this is an honest review and please believe me I dont do show reviews I tell it like it is and they always come through for me even during covid
Love my mod. My only complaint is that it took 4 days before my order shipped out.Once my order did ship out it arrived 2 days later. I sent several emails trying to figure out why my order hadnt ship and didnt receive any responses until Monday evening. That is why I only gave 3 stars.After I had received my order my husband showed me the same exact mod on a different website that was 20$ cheaper than what I had just paid on this website. So make sure you do your research.The mod is a little big but fits good in my hands and Im a small woman. I love that it takes the big batteries. It does everything you need it to. I love it.
They sell to underage children and wont stop the order when told.I would email, but as soon as they got proof I was an adult, they stopped responding. My 15 year old ordered without id, name she used does not match why legal documents. No id was asked for. Once caught, she couldnt cancel order without proof she is old enough.Still waiting on refund. Order was sent out after both my kid and I emailed.
Look, this place has great prices and I use it for my smaller orders because its fairly close and the shipping is cheap, but I have been disappointed the last few times. When this site first went up the shipping was quick, but my last few orders have taken the whole 7 days to even get shipped, and the last one I put in 7 days ago was just refunded with no explanation as to why. I do understand the delay with a growing business. The more orders you get, the longer it takes to get out and its understandable. What i dont understand is not keeping up with your inventory and having peoples time and money tied up for a week without explanation. I will continue to do business here as long as yall will continue to try and improve
Took 2 weeks with 3 day shipping to receive my purchase. Company kept putting my billing address from the state I moved from as my shipping address when my shipping address in the state I live in now was clearly used for shipping. Had to call multiple times and argue with customer service until I could get a supervisor. Supervisor was nice and understanding. Only reason why I’m giving the 1 star.Get your stuff together perfect vape. Customer service sucked, shipping sucked, but I’m happy with my purchase. Exactly why I wanted.

Not to mention every negative review it was made to look as if the customer was at fault. Made a small order looking for a new online place to shop like I usually do. This place is a hard pass.
Dont be fooled by the low prices. In this case you get what you pay for. Products are expired and are worthless. 5 out of 7 disposables purchased were dried out and taste horrible . Company does not offer refunds for burnt taste because they claim they can not verify burnt taste. If you like to vape dry cotton, purchase from Perfect Vape!I reached out to customer service on 7/21. Received an automated email claiming that I would get a response in 1-2 business days. Today is 7/30 and I have yet to receive a response!
Started ordering from them because they have decent prices and quick shipping. However, with my most recent order, the package was marked delivered but I never actually got the package. I contacted usps as customer service advised and usps went as far as to type up on letter head that my package was mis-delivered (neighborhood cluster box) and unrecoverable and for the organization to file a claim so that they could refund or replace my items. I tried to follow up on that and of course no response. Super unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from here again. I wanted to love you all but you had the chance to make things right and provide awesome customer service, but you decided to not give a f*ck. Thanks!Update: I can’t file the usps claim myself because it was uninsured. Perfect!
Honestly Im surprised at how many bad reviews this site has. Ive completed well over ten orders from here and never had a single issue. When the email comes in that its been shipped it ALWAYS arrives no more than 3 days later. The site definitely has the best prices online and the ten dollar flat rate shipping isnt bad compared to some other sites. Ever since I stumbled upon perfect vape I havent ordered from another online vape shop. They have everything I need/like at a few dollars cheaper than the rest!
Ive been a customer for over 5 years and at one time I would have given them 5 stars. As a matter of fact I used to refuse to shop anywhere else until recently. Ive never had a problem with my orders until the last 4 months. They have sent the wrong products my past 2 orders and when Ive tried to call, no one answers the phone, itll send you to voicemail but 9 times out of 10 it hangs up on you saying you cant leave a message. If you do leave a message then there is never a return call. Also tried emailing customer service with no reply from them either. The first time this happened it took weeks for a reply and this time nothing. Come to find out they let you order the products that you want, charge your card and if they are out they send a different product that youve ordered before. I only know this because when I received the wrong products both times, I went back to reorder them then all of a sudden they are out of stock and trust me Im very good at making sure the website says in stock before I buy it. They way I look at it is if you run out of an item and someone has already paid for it then at least send an email and refund the money. I understand mistakes happen thats why I was just going to reorder until I got a response from the company but poor customer service is where I draw the line. Ive spent a lot of money with this company and referred my friends as well but they have also been having the same problems so none of us are using this company again. Ive very disappointed to say the least.Reply to owner, I do understand that mistakes happen like I said in my original review. My issue is the lack of customer service. I have called and emailed multiple times with no reply after waiting weeks. Im a pretty patient person but I shouldnt have to go multiple weeks waiting on a response. Thank God, I dont live paycheck to paycheck or I would have had to go without any vapor products. Have a great day.
I placed my order on 3/11/2020 and promptly received a receipt for my purchase and status of the order stated awaiting fulfillment. The shipping policy states that most orders ship out the same or the next business day on in stock items. On 3/14 I logged in to check the status, since I had heard nothing, and it still showed awaiting fulfillment. I tried to contact customer service at the number on the website and no one answered at 1:30pm central, so I left a message asking for an update on the status of my order. I received no reply back. On 3/17 ,after still showing the same status, I contacted customer service again and once again no answer. I was in the middle of leaving another message when a call came in from Perfect vape on the other line. I switched over and explained to the lady on the other end that I had heard nothing about my order 6 days earlier. I was told that their policy was that they have 8-10 days from the date of the order until it is shipped out but that those days do not include actual ship time to me. I explained to the lady thats not what their website info says but she did not reply at all. She was very rude and not once did I feel that she gave 2 squats about my business and she never once even offered a single Im sorry. I even told her that this will most likely be my only order to their business ever again and not a single peep from her in reply. On 3/19 I received an email stating that my order was filled and ready to ship. My order arrived to my door 2 days later. The order itself was correct and exactly what expected to receive. Im happy with the product but the lack of customer service empathy and the ridiculously slow order processing will prevent me from spending another dime at Perfect Vape. Next time I order from an unfamiliar company, I will do my homework first. There are far too many reviews that are exactly what I have stated here.
I would never recommend this vape company to buy from. I made an order on 11/11/22. I am still yet to receive my package. I was never sent a tracking number, I was never told that my items are on back order. I was sent an email by spam pretending to be DHL sayin they need 2.00 to clear and deliver my package and wated me to upload and pay with my credit card. This was clearly a scam. I reached out to perfect vape and After multiple answered and also un answered emails I have finally received a proper tracking number. My order will not be here until 12/05/22. I was honestly contemplating reporting this company to BBB - BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU but just don’t want to waste the energy. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service. If you can’t take care of those that are spending hard earned cash with you how do you expect to stay in business. Please be - EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS - when ordering from this website. I will never make another order from them again. Dave yourself a headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Made a online order, of course they instantly took the money, 5-6 days later i get a email about my refund.i had to email them to ask why, as it was not stated.out of stockwell maybe you should atleast put that in the email...will never attempt another order from this site again.response to update...its 2022... if your system - lists a out of stock item. your a step above a scam bc atleast you refunded my money.get with the times and actually have innovatory of your items and if its sold out - it automatically goes to out of stock not sellable.and your snide response tells me about the quality of your business... you would never survive in nyc.
Spent a lot of money with this company and my last order I ordered two 10 packs and every single vape leaked before I even opened them. Told them about it and said they couldn’t help me. Doing business elsewhere as should you. Ridiculous
Customer service is a joke. I place $200-$300 orders here roughly every month. I received three bad items in this shipment first time ever. One of them would not drag, one would come apart and the third would send juices into your mouth. I tried to get replacements not even a refund is what I was looking for. The company said they refused to refund on the item unless I show a video of them not working. I showed each one other than the one sending juice into your mouth. They are refusing to refund it unless I allow the juices to go into my mouth to prove it doesn’t work. Stay away from this business as they don’t stand behind the products they sell to you’ll.
Perfect vape sucks! Go elsewhere for your vaping needs. A more honest and dependable company. The 10 day rule of delivery is a joke.
When I ordered online, all of my items were in stock and it told me they all were being shipped. However I got everything but the pods I ordered for my Juul. I havent heard anything about them being out of order while the order was processing either, nor after my other products were shipped, as well as no refund or offer of a replacement product. Everything else came smoothly with no issues and was very prompt in timing.
I placed an order for some coils from them on Jan 23rd. Its now Feb 4th. They sent me the wrong coils. I put in a request to return them. They contacted me to provide proof (pic of coils I received), I did. They then asked me if I had a printer. I replied I had access to one. That was 4 days ago. Still havent received a return label. Tried to contact them by phone and the recording said contact them through their website for customer service, no luck with that link. Went to post something on their FB page, will not allow comments to be posted. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had getting an item that theyve ALREADY taken my money for.
When they send out defective disposable vapes (which happens with about every other order) they decline refund or replacement even though it was leaking in the package before opening-MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. Buy local-they allow you to inspect before leaving the store and automatically give you a new one. I have purchased probably close to 100 items in their store-the customer service is terrible. Not standing behind the product you sell is not a good business practice. After my last order had a vape that was sputtering and leaking, and they declined my request for replacement/refund for the 2nd time, Im taking my business elsewhere.Response to their response: Ive had a vape SPUTTERING AND HISSING in the package and offered to send video. Also, funny how you cancelled an order of mine (with no explanation) as it was in process after I left this review....just as well.Also, be aware there is NO PHONE NUMBER that you can contact this company-its just a recording.
I waited a week for my order to ship only to have it cancelled without notice. I called multiple times during the week to check on the status of my order and each person told me ten days. I waited the ten days after spending a good amount of money to have my order cancelled. Then to top it off I called for a refund only for them to tell me it will be another 3-10 business days to receive it.Never buying from them again.
I’ve had an order for 9 disposable devices for almost a month now. Close to $100 and still haven’t received them nor any answers on what is going on. Email is automated and says your order is still awaiting fulfillment and it’s been way longer than the 1-10 business days. I have co-worker that can order and receive there’s within a few days. Customer service phone number never works. Not super happy at this point.
I just received my first order. Honestly I was very hesitant on ordering based on a lot of negative reviews but I like to form my own opinion. I am so glad I did. They had items that are out of stock everywhere and at way better prices. Shipping was super fast too. Highly recommend!
These guys dont mess around. Dont question the reliability of perfect vape, Ive ordered through every major online vape retailer & these guys are in the top 2, if not the best. Ive placed 10 or so orders through their website and Ive yet to experience even the smallest hiccup. The only issue Ive encountered with them is something out of their control, they are out of stock of a lot of items. But like I said, it out of their control & I dont hold that against them. My last order (3/11/22) made it from Oklahoma to Indiana in less than 72 hours, after submitting the order. To the people that continue to leave these guys negative reviews for taking too long to receive your order, why cant you understand that they have no control over the amount of time your order is in transit. Some of the people complaining and threatening to report them to the BBB or wherever, need to learn how to have a little patience, you cant have everything right this second, surely you compulsive complainers realize that you complain excessively, dont you? I have used perfect vape for quite sometime and I have never had any issues at all. They have prompt costumer service response and prompt shipping time which I love! I order about every 2 weeks and I definitely use my reward points when I can! The website is easy to reorder from and if there are any stock issues which only happened once i was notified and sent something similar in its place
Ordered recently just received my order. I was charged for everything I purchased. But when I got my package I was missing 2 sweet mint cali bars and 1 watermelon ice. I have sent messages via the contact us page. Never got an email saying out of stock or a refund for items missing but they were sure to take the full payment for all items. I thought this was a great place but not if they are going to RIP me off. If I hear backI will let you all know. Very disappointed!
Placed an order for 10 item for $127.00Received 4 items. Called talked to a young lady who said the other 6 items were back ordered but they have them now. Did I want the items or my money back. Should have got my money. Still havent received the 6 items and cant get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. Not happy at all with the service. Appears Im not the only one.Ive continued to use Perfect vape and must say their service has improved. Theyve also been very helpful with returns.
Ordered 15 disposable vapes. Saw the status was changed to shipped via email. Couldn’t locate a tracking number, but I emailed customer service and they supplied the tracking number within 30 minutes. The package was delivered within 5 business days of placing the order. It is pretty hot out in my area so I checked for leakage and didn’t notice any. Thanks!
