Workers get are always really nice but they never seem to have any left of what Im looking for. Always tell me orders show up on a certain day and when I come in on those days, theyre still out of my product. Ive had to resort to driving much further to another store that always has my juice in stock without fail. I rarely even give this place a chance anymore. Its really unfortunate as I really like the guys working here.

A solid, clean and professional shop. The man there was very knowledgeable and concise, and my Geek Bar was readily authenticated!

I bought a geek bar and told the associate it tasted burnt, they just stared at me and did not offer me a better one. This place is over priced, low inventory, and has poor customer service. And apparently the cameras do not have audio in case there are issues.

Cool little shop in NW OKC. Guys inside were cool and helpful, disposable vape selection was limited but there is a cool little selection of rechargeable vapes. Mainly a vapor shop! Bought a banana ice Take Off vape for $12 plus tax. This vape has a cool little cigar design.

I called and the lady who answered the phone mumbled the greeting, and I didn’t know what she said. So I asked if this was Thunder Vapor and she replied, “Yes, that’s exactly what I said.” When I apologized for not hearing her, she got even more rude and said, “What do you need?” I promptly hung up the phone. That’s simply rude, and unnecessary. She could’ve empathized with me, told me it was no big deal and proceed to help me. She chose the opposite. I won’t go there if that’s the level of service that is offered on the phone.I swear, if you don’t like your job or dealing with the public, quit.

Came to this place for the first time on September 23rd to buy an Elfbar. Noticed it lit up blue which to my knowledge is not normal but I went about my business. Flavor was super gross (not their fault) so I came back on the 26th to grab another one. On this visit I was charged two dollars more than I had been the first time. Sketchy. I get to my car and the device is just not what I usually get when I buy these elsewhere, color is weird, it was hitting odd, and again lighting up blue. Elfbar provides authenticity stickers as well as QR codes you can scan to confirm whatever you’ve bought is their real product. Both boxes scanned as fake twice. I went back to the store and told the worker that both of them were fake and they responded with no kindness “Okay can you prove it?” I pulled out my phone to show them the QR code and they said “No, does the device work?” I said yes it works but that isn’t the point you’ve sold me a counterfeit item and that’s dangerous. They continued to argue with me and I finally said firmly I didn’t care I didn’t want the items and I wanted my money back. The worker then said fine and tapped away on the machine for awhile and then said the funds would be back in my account sometime. I was uncomfortable since the situation had escalated unnecessarily so I left without a receipt. It’s been over two weeks now and I have yet to receive a refund. So this place sold me fake items and then scammed me out of $40+ (can’t speak for any of their other products). Don’t recommend for obvious reason. Lack of compassion from employees (I just wanted my money back since the item was fake) and they lied to me.

Hardly any stock everytime I’ve gone in

First time in had to make a emergency purchase since I lost my vappe. This was one of the only stores I could find that was open past 8:00 so I do appreciate their hours of operation. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My ONE complaint would be that they only sell 60ml bottles and up, and that you do NOT receive a bottle of juice with your purchase of a new mod. ($50) Most places throw in a bottle of juice with a purchase of mod. They should consider doing that. Overall, a decent experience, cant comment on their juice.

I rate your store the best. There is a location at Sooner and I40.. The young man with blond hair was such a huge help. He knows how to explain each vapor specifically. Your store is the only store that carried my atomizer. The young man also made me some juice and was very wonderful. Thank you for all your wonderful work. Your customer service was excellent.. I purchased a defective tank around closing time last night. I brought it back in today and after they wasted an hour of my time trying to fix the tank but ultimately only making it worse they told me I would have to buy a new one.I took the tank to vapor garage and they fixed it for me for free and showed me the same tank for $10 less than what I paid at Thunder.Needless to say, I will not be back.Edit:Actually what I said when I left was thaks anyway because the tank still did not work nd in fact was worse than when I brought it in! Anyway, its definitely better to call a customer a liar than offer an actual solution .. A+ service!

Friendly staff and close to home makes this a choice location! Doesnt appear theres a lot of turnover because Ive been coming here at least 2 years and the same people that greeted me on my first visits are the same ones now which says a lot about the great company culture too. Id definitely recommend this vape shop to others vehemently for personal service and good prices!

Staff was friendly and helped me out when I didnt know a thing about vapes. I ended up buying the juul stater kit for my first time. So far I love it and will be returning for refills. Definitely a nice shop!

OKC Liquid Vapor Lounge is better and here’s why.A 4500 puff disposable vape there costs 21$A 1500 puff disposable costs 35$ at Thunder Vapor.I had a terrible experience there a little while ago. I was forced to buy this terrible deal because my favorite store was closed. (Both vapes are made by the same manufacturer btw). I left without testing the vape, that’s on me. I returned the next day explaining how it was already burnt out after only a couple puffs. They looked at it and saw that it was indeed still 100% full of liquid. I simply expected an exchange for a new one, but to my surprise-this was “impossible”. These are their words: “the manufacturer requires paperwork and the product to be mailed with warranty stuff filled out, and this was too much of a hassle for them and not worth it so they just don’t.” I said that’s ridiculous, but it made no difference. They took my old one, threw it in the trash can right in front of me and told me they wouldn’t do anything to help me out. I already got taken advantage of with their price gouging, and now they won’t even honor selling me a faulty product. When I told them calmly, without swearing, or getting upset- that I would absolutely never return, their response was “do what ya gotta do”. I left and have never returned because they don’t care and also make it a point to be as useless as possible. Everyone in there was rude and the fact that they are lazy, over-priced, and quite frankly, not nearly as good as Liquid Vapor Lounge, has left me with only one regret...which is not being able to leave a zero star review. Don’t shop here unless you like horrible prices and even worse customer service.

Hands down the best vape shop in Oklahoma city! Their staff is incredibly knowledgable and helpful! Not to mention the friendliest staff Ive encountered at any shop too! They have a huge selection of juice to choose from and the staff knows a flavor profile on each one which is super helpful!

Please inform customers that the disposable they are about to buy requires you to wait for the coil to be primed after opening. I was informed only AFTER I got a mouth full of cotton smoke and came back in. YES, I did not see the instructions on the only obstacle between me and satisfying my nicotine craving (the sticker covering the intake) my fault. BUT, If you go to a restaurant and order something really spicy, the waiter or waitress will still say Hey, this dish is really spicy, just fyi. As a vape shop employee myself I always inform customers if something has menthol in it, if a liquid has a different PG/VG ratio than most, or if the device they are getting works a little differently than others.At least pretend you enjoy your job.Ill give it an extra star since I have met the owner and he is really nice.

Brant and staff were so helpful friendly . This is the best place to do business. Very knowledgeable and best deals in ok. Will recommend to all friends and family. Enjoying my new mod and the juice mix the manager recommended is awesome. Thanks

Great selection of vaporizers and all of the accessories you could want. Easy in and out with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices on accessories are hard to beat. Definitely the place for coils, pods, etc.

I have not physically been to the store yet but I recently needed a battery and a friend got one from there I love the warmer its great for weather like were having also I do construction and it took a fall from about 12 and still works great

This is the best place for vaping hands down. They have a great selection and the staff goes above and beyond to help out. Ask for John when you go in there and hell make sure you leave happy.

Ive been into a lot of vape shops in OKC. I honestly have to say the best one is still Thunder Vapor. The crew there is great and super friendly. Their knowledge of the vape game is superior to none. The variety of liquids they have is always the best and newest on the market. I cant say enough good things about Thunder Vapor and the amazing crew operating there. Definitely check them out, you wont be disappointed!!!

Worst Vape shop in OKC. Ive been going there for a few years, here in the past couple months they have DOUBLED their prices on everything, their customer service is awful, and from the last 4 packs of atomizers I purchased 3 of the packs were duds. Never going back.
