Just came up from Houston, and this is THE SPOT! ..... Came in for a couple bottles of juice, walked out with that and a bag of goodies. Hospitality was great, great customer service, and new exactly how to guide me around the store and find what I want. Google only let me give 5 stars or I woulda put more. GREAT STORE

Very cool place from the store front to the guy working. This place had a cool vibe and the guy working was very knowledgeable and friendly hooked us up with a great deal on vapes even giving us a few free ones. Highly recommend, only wish I was a local.

I was full of questions and comments and Jess (I think that was his name😬) was very patient and answered questions before I could even ask most of them. I wish I could have tipped him more than I did. I will absolutely make this shop my go to.

Jesse have has always hooked me up with the best prices on my vape, vape coils, and flavors. He is friendly knowledgeable and I respect him for attitude towards his customers.

This shop is phenomenal. Not only is the theme amazing, but Jesse is incredibly friendly. He knows his stuff, and you can tell he pours his heart and soul into his business. We exclusively go here over other shops because we know we are getting quality. If you give him a price point of what youre willing to spend, he makes sure you walk out with the best deal he can. I cant recommend this shop enough.

Was going by distance from where I live to find a vape shop near me. I called asking for Vapresso pods and unfortunately, Jesse the representative of Vapen Room told me he didnt have it in stock. BUT! He stopped me from hanging up and said if I come down and tell him I just called when I walked in he would give me VIP service. I thought I might as well check it out. When I got there I walked in and within 2 seconds of my right foot stepping in I was instantly greeted by Jesse, not only that he already knew I was the one who called. Instantly this mans energy was felt, his enthusiasm and jubilant nature was really welcoming. On top of that the store itself gave this very Halloween vibe that was really awesome. He instantly offered his knowledge over vapes and was extremely informative. On top of that it really felt like I was VIP status. Highly recommend this store. Will surely come back 10/10 experience.

You need to go to Vapen Room for Juice. Great variety, high quality and the best price! Also have fun when you buy. The place is an horror memorabilia museum and I just got a free disposable vape, for putting the golf ball in the hole. Ill return to get that vape again its so good.

Good prices on juice. They only use VG in all of their juices. Good people and very knowledgeable. Their equipment prices are a little high priced. Very unique in their decor. Go check them out. They only have their own house and premium juices for sale. No other outside juices. But their premium juice flavors are pretty good.

I just had a great experience here. I came in to replace the glass i broke on my falcon tank. Mandy was very helpful and I ended up buying a new mod from her. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am not from okc but I wish there was a store like this where I am from.

I went to your current location at 5943 nw 23rd st. I love the decorations being a huge horror fan, however I will not back to the store. I went on 12/15 around 2pm and had the worst experience ever. Absolutely horrible customer service. Stephanie at the counter did not know her merchandise, nor how to work the cash register, and had the worst attitude ever. She made me and my girlfriend feel like we were bothering her by asking questions about the tanks and the vape juice and continuously responded to our inquiries with rude answers. We bought 2 tanks for Christmas presents because of a 20% off discount. We decided to trade one of the tanks we purchased for a larger one (before we left the store) and she rang us up the wrong dollar amount. We told her politely the amount was in error and she was very disrespectful and condescending. Before letting us explain to her the error, she rudely said Do you want to call my boss? We said no, let us explain. We literally had to write out the correct amounts on the receipt with a pen and do the math for her to show the amount charged was wrong and when we had proven our figures were correct she said Do YOU want to talk to my boss? I also had to ask for her name twice, she didnt originally give it because she knew she had been rude. I only wanted friendly customer service and to be charged the correct amount. So sad, because a few months ago a nice young guy behind the counter was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you want a Nightmare, go to Family Video and rent Nightmare on Elmstreet... but steer clear of this store... at least until they have better customer service.

Called in advance to see if they had coils for my tank, she replied Id have to see the Mod first ti see if we have the item in stocks. I will give you a 10% off when I make a purchase. Upon arrival I was greated friendly, but, when it came to knowing if they had the correct coil was a toss up, she was kind enough to OPEN some of the SMOK coils n they didnt work, after I googled the information with my personal cell, we found one first was told it would be $3. Nd some change we of course had to test to make sure it worked she insisted that I purchase the liquid from HER OWN PERSONAL STASH OF VAPE JUICE. Not only unsanitary, but was charged 2 separate charges may i say no discount was added. I ended up paying $5 and some change for the coil, and $10 for a used juice from some strangers bag. She complained how she didnt want to recount the drawer because of my purchases and honestly felt very sketchy.Very unprofessional, not happy in the end result of my first visit to the store.

I Didnt realise they dont stand behind their products. I purchased a t-priv 3 from them and it wouldnt charge. Brought it back to the store and they wouldnt exchange it. I dont see the difference in going there or buying online if you have to mail it in to get the problem solved. Bottom line. Ive come there since they opened but as of today Ill spend my money else where.

Cud MUCH MORE EASILY replaced their expensive defective interior SMOK product most others refuse to even sell n nobody comes out of pocket business as usual n customer goes on happy. But NOT with VapenRoom and literally every other VAPEShop nearby is NICER, not the best choices in juices some are good tho, definitely not @ALLL worth getting into your car to go frequent since theyre philosophy is fight n argue with customers over why they are screwing ripping you off pointing the finger at the inferior DEFECTIVE products THEY SELL ADMITTEDLY SO. Am dedicating the full might of every regulatory agency in the land reigning GodKingEmperor of their domain since their in the habit of doing their customers knowingly dirty. Am sending all future business n people to biggest competitor n will have my unit replaced eventually so absolutely no LOSS to ME however they lose ALL. due to their pride taken in extremely unethical business practices. This place isnt going to be around much longer at that rate everything there literally is INFERIOR especially the staff.

Obviously the people that run this place are morons! I drove here because it said they were open and now Ill never come back. Dont say that you are open when youre not.
