Visitor to Omaha, and needed a good disposable vape and have bad experiences with quality and prices at 2 other stores here in Omaha previously, so I found this and gave it a shot and I am so glad I did! Both visits over the last week were great, staff was friendly, and the prices here are honestly the best Ive seen ANYWHERE. I was throughly shocked at how cheap my total was! Super pleasant experience and I will be back when I return to Omaha!

Great customer service amazing prices and their delivery service is top notch. Great prices plus they go above and beyond to special order juice flavors. I have put them through the works on flavors I vape lol.

Used to be a pretty awesome store. Not sure what happened, but the current help at this location is rude as hell, and very uninformed on the products they are selling. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Great place to go for all your vaping needs! They have a great selection and the staff is informative and friendly. Plus, they have a rewards program that pays to take part in, and if you refer another customer, you both get the incentive!!

I initially had a disappointing and confusing experience but the manager reached out and made it right. I appreciate the care and concern. Great team working here.

Caterpillar Vapes has been a solid place to go to get the products i love with a massive selection. Sometimes prices could be better but i understand the cost of having a brick and mortar facility isnt cheap. The employee that has a different color of hair every few weeks has always been super nice and helpful. Me and my Wife love his personality and has helped me when others have not. The manager responded immediately when i initially had a problem with quality control issue with a product i get weekly. The issue was solved promptly when the problem was brought to the right employees/managers attention. Thanks

You guys should really watch how you treat your employees when customers are around. After noticing that you guys were treating your employees so rudely in front of people will not be going back.

I called late on a Saturday night to place an order for a couple disposable vapes. They were super friendly on the phone and by noon on Sunday my vapes were delivered, cheap delivery fee.

Great place to go and love the hospitality they provide. I have been to many vape shops and they all suck compared to caterpillar vapes. When I am in Omaha area best believe Ill be going to them for my vape needs. Customer service is top notch

The best if the best. Professional and the store looks amazing. Huge variety. Also, BJ always makes sure stock is good and ordered new products.Emma is amazing, she helped me find the correct items. I’ve been coming to caterpillar vapes for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Emma helped me today and she was so sweet! Large selection as well.

Let me start by saying that I love this shop and I have been coming here exclusively for around 6 years. But this last weekend I was not impressed by the customer service I revieved. I was looking for a new pod system because mine broke and one of the employees told me literally everything was out of stock and acted like answering my questions was a chore that they had no interest in doing. Than after I found a device that I wanted it was magically back in stock. I was treated extremely rudely by this employee and it made the experience very unpleasant.

I keep having issues with my pod systems. Its no fault of theirs but short story, i needed a new setup. I looked online and found what I wanted. I didnt see one in the case but the staff took the time to search the back. They found the last one just for me. Thats the kind of stuff they do all the time. It also didnt hurt a 20% off sale was going on that I didnt know about. Thanks guys

Caterpillar Vapes is the most amazing vape shop. Ive never experienced such a kind, helpful staff from any store. The customer service is above and beyond excellent. I have shopped from them for 0 many yrs. They are generous with returns and make it easy returns or replacements, although they are very rare.

Been going here for quite a few years great variety of flavors. I just had some liquid delivered, it wasnt the correct stuff. The delivery driver is going to exchange it and bring it back. Excellent service!

Very poor customer service. I recommend going to ANY other vape store than this one. Employees are rude, stuck up, and inefficient. The employee that I dealt with had very little knowledge of products as well as store policies and laws. They say they price match then when I got to the counter to pay he gave some lame excuse as to why they don’t. Lying To get customers in the door is unacceptable in my opinion.

Ive been going to this company exclusively since 2017 the last year and a half they either do not have my brand or do not have my nicotine level of my brand they are constantly short staffed having to wait a long time to be served

They helped me pick a MOD and took the rime to show me how to use it and properly maintain it. I got a bad battery and they happily exchanged it. Good juice specials and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful

Went in looking for a new mod. The guy working there overnight was incredibly helpful and honestly will make me a returning customer! I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with selecting mods while also having a fun time!

Good selection of nearly anything you need. Service is as prompt as it can be in this line of business. Ive been vaping for almost 6 years and although Im fairly new to Omaha, I enjoy coming here out of other shops Ive been to.

Bought a different smok two weeks ago didn’t like it wanted to just exchange it for a different one equal pricing and couldn’t I love this store but I guess your stuck with something you tired and didn’t like

I shop at the Q street location and the staff and selection is outstanding. I live in the Sioux City area but work in Omaha, and with all the choices I have for a vape shop this is my go to. If you are looking for anything vape related I highly recommend giving them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Have bought a few vapes and every single time the employees are incredibly helpful. I recently found a vape I thought I lost last year and stopped by a different smoke shop and was sold the wrong coil. I called and Nathan was incredibly insightful and eager to help. Thanks guys!

This location gives me everything I need in a vape store: prime location, great people, and fantastic prices. Their selection on premium E-liquids that I consider bearable could use some work, although thats a matter of preference over quality. I Find myself waiting a little bit longer at this store than I do at competitors, but this locations makes up for that in friendliness and great atmosphere! I recommend.

The young man that helped me this evening was super nice and patient. I had a lot of questions because I personally don’t smoke and I was getting a gift for my husband. He didn’t try to sell me anything expensive, he listened and got me the best fit for my husband. Thank you so much!! Updating my review in January of 2022 as I move out of state. Over the last two years Caterpillar has continued to be a fantastic shop and has always treated me well. My original review stands - Caterpillar rocks!--- Original ---One of the best vape shops Ive seen in a while. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, they have convenient hours (seriously, 7am to 12am rocks), and a massive selection of juice and supplies. Caterpillar has become my goto shop since moving to Omaha. Thanks!!

This was the first time we visited Caterpillar Vapes, but not the last. The staff was friendly and helpful, but most importantly knew their products. We visited this location twice. The first time was to take advantage of their BOGO offer on NERDZ. The staff was VERY knowledgeable about the different flavors and how the type of vape you had affected the flavor. We left happy. We went back that evening to purchase a MOD. The evening staff were just as knowledgeable about the products and helped us put together a MOD that suited OUR needs. We bought the Vapresso and continue to be amazed at the difference in flavor. Amazing location. Well be going there from now on AND recommend it to our friends.

Best Vape business in Omaha. I’ve been to them all and Caterpillar outdoes them all. Use the loyalty program. It pays off big time.

I stopped in for a coil because while on a family staycation, I accidentally burnt the one in my vape during a chaotic moment with one of my kids lol. My roommate brings me my coils usually so I never actually know what is called lol. The employee was really helpful and made sure I got a coil that was designed for my tank!

Being a total n00b with vaping, I cant help but feel like a bit of a jackass every time I walk into a vape store. Im very glad I decided to check out Caterpillar though, because not only were the prices extremely reasonable and the selection very broad (not to mention an online shop with current prices), but Melissa went above and beyond, was super nice and helped me much more than the other shops Ive visited, rather than making me feel like more of a jackass when I left. I will be frequenting this store in the future, thanks guys.

I had a friend accidentally lock his keys in his car after coming in to make a purchase and came back in to tell the employee working the night shift on October 3rd, 2021 that a tow truck is coming and the employee told him he can’t stay here and he has to move his car. He kept looking at my friend and making him uncomfortable, I don’t know who he thinks he is but unless he can help move the car he has no right saying that and that is very bad customer service and he forced him to stay outside in the cold to wait. Not happy with this employee or trip at all.

I walked in specifically for one juice, the Cloud Nerdz juice, I walked out with one extra juice some coils and was extremely happy. I was going to other vape stores in Omaha based on the juice I want. They are only missing one juice I love but to be honest since my first stop into caterpillar I haven’t gone anywhere else. The employees are overall amazing with great customer service. The juice selection is amazing, there is an amazing selection of Mods and tanks. I’ve found my one Vape store. I just wish they had the one juice that I only found at one store in Omaha. I will ALWAYS recommend this vape store!

I’ve been coming here for a while bc it’s the only place i can find koko vape stuff. last week i came in w SO MANY questions about the delta-8 and sam answered every question i had, was so knowledgeable, and honestly made the experience incredible. if you’re looking for a top-tier vape shop, this is the place for sure
