Wish there was better management at this place! Its a shame that one person can bring down the entire experience of a decent store. You get the sense this guy doesnt like his job or just hates people in general!

Ive been to plenty of shops and this is by far my favorite!! At other places, Ive had a huge issue with products frequently being broken/unusable & never getting a replacement. Rarely have I had a product that I couldnt use from here, but the few times I have its always replaced. Everyone is really helpful, make great suggestions, and point out the best deals! Such a huge selection too.

Everyone there is very friendly and helps you out if you have questions about a product. The store has many different options and has a very wide selection. They have many selections of glass and other things such as pendants, marbles, and more.

Came in with a friend to pick up a piece last night and the girl who helped us was so nice!! ive been stopping in randomly ever since this place was at its last location and its really cool to see how much its changed over time! this is srsly the best smokeshop in Omaha, and all of the art here is so beautiful! We honestly shouldve taken more pictures 😂

This should be the #1 spot on your list for getting a pipe, hookah, or any glassware! Of course they have the normal smoke shop merch, but its amazing to see them blowing their own glass (in store) and own a piece of local art.

Went in for a glass repair on a 3 foot water pipe and you can’t even tell it had been broken. Great customer service, I will be brining another piece to be fixed. 10/10

I just stopped by to grab some cleaner, and they weren’t open yet to my dismay. I got almost all the way in the car before I heard a pounding on the window. The gentleman-turns out to be the OWNER-graciously opened up and let me in!!! I have had nothing but positive experiences here at G & Gs. I bought my very first ever piece there, I buy all my cleaners there, I collect bowls from there lol. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Truly an exceptional place.

Great experience compared to other area shops especially, but just overall as a fine glass provider compared to places like the hideaway in minneapolis.First these guys actually answered their phone, and unlike the only other shop that andwered, this place actually had knowledgeable staff that actually knew what a quartz pillar and quartz gear insert was.(the other place never heard of either one before so....)Would definitely suggest anyone that actually wants a fair shake for prices, and quality that matches the prices (and id even say exceeds the quality for the price)This is the headshop you were looking for and didnt know it.Go there, get glass, thank me later.They had a 20% off accesories with water piece purchase when i visited too.Oh and they repair broken functional art pieces too, so if youve been keeping a special vessel because you cant bring yourself to get rid of it, talk to these guys

Everytime I go to G&Gs (which is a household name for all our G&G related needs) I know I can expect a clean store staffed by friendly people who will have the answers to all of your questions that you could think to ask (trust me I have, truly cant stump them) about things in the shop. They always will answer honestly for what will best suit your needs. Seriously cannot recommend G&Gs enough to people!Send some love their way 💕

There is a new smokeshop popping up every block. I have visited them all. G&G is my go to. I literally drive by 10 other smoke shops on my way to this one and its well worth the effort.

After I knew what I was looking for, I was able to clearly communicate my info over the phone to a young lady, but I do not remember her name. Zach showed me some cool glass and local glass but I was in the market for durability and he got me exactly what I needed. Then entered a raffle, and I really hope I win! Happy bday g and g.

Staff there is always welcoming and amazing to me when I go buy my cigarettes there. They have the lowest price cigarettes in town or at least Wildhorse. I wish it was closer to my place but I enjoy going there and the staff always asks me how I am doing and we have small talk.

Their new store is bigger and they have good glass quality. This is the only smoke shop I frequently visit because they have a good selection of non glass items too. You should go visit.

Wish I could give this a negative star. The lady asked if my pipe i brought in was clean. I said i had cut myself on the pipe when it broke ot say there may be blood but its not used for drugs so theres no oil. She tols me she no longer wanted my business as i had crossed the line and said my pipe was for drugs. I came as business rep ready to spend thousands on inventory. Looks like ill be heading to 42°

Not one of the nicer stores in town. Dingy, dark, and your average burnout teenagers running the desk. There are several nicer shops within 5-10 minutes of this one.

Saw drug use outside of shop..this sadly was intravenous and seemed to be a friend of a young guy working inside,he screamed at me and called me names when I let employee know outside(not sure of what the hell I saw..but I know I saw enough to never go back)...this is a terrible place..go anywhere but here..COLORADO bound!
