UPDATE:The owner did reach out to me and truly made a great effort to rectify the issue. That says a lot because most just ignore bad reviews and issues. For this reason, I have changed my star rating from 1 to 4 because I believe they will try to do better in the future to serve their customers well.Original:I will no longer be using them after numerous broken promises to stock their GS location with my products, forcing me to drive to OB, a huge run around. Got fed up and found me a new great shop that is more than happy to serve me.

The customer service was great and very helpful. I would highly recommend this store because of the variety offered.

Bought an escobar here. Burned within 15 hours. I understand this can sometimes happen so I called up to get an exchange, (which most shops do) guy accused me of hitting it back to back so it burned. Gave me an attitude because I wanted an exchange. Terrible

Hi! My name is Beth! Not only do I highly recommend the vapor shop but the Undertow itself is my favorite place to go out and have a drink, sing some kareokee, listen to great bands or just be around really sweet and friendly people. The owner and staff are excellent! They also have all you can eat shrimp, potatoes and sausage and corn on the cob on the weekends or you can get a great serving of these foods everyday of the week to take out! Its my favorite place to go and just unwind and be happy. I give it 5 stars for sure!

Customers seem to be a very big inconvenience for the gentleman working….. if you ask a question about his products he seems even more bothered…. This is the south he needs to find some hospitality!

Sanford is always fair and has extremely competitive prices. He always has the new stuff and rotates his juice stock. I am going to give this a 10 out of 10. Friendly staff and you can grab the best burger in Orange Beach while you are at it!

I dont usually write reviews but I have to on this one. If you are looking for a friendly, informative, professional experience, then you have found it. Being a soldier, I have visited many vape shops all over the country and even a few overseas and this one was hands down the best. The prices are more than fair, staff is friendly and informative, what more could you ask for? Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile if you have to and visit them, you wont be disappointed.

They have a good about of vape products at this little shop. It is attached to a mellow bar. The bar seemed be a full bar. Nice small crowd, seemed like a place locals go more that tourists.New careful if you need to exit left from the parking lot; the traffic can be heavy. Also, you are in the Deep South, smile someone will let you in.

The guy takes care of you. They didn’t have what I needed but did have halo juice. Prices are average. The dude was basically Sam Elliot’s brother. Thanks again pal you’re the man.

They keep all their juices in cabinets where they arent visible without asking for help. They had 1 customer when i got there and ignored me for the fist minute after making eye contact. I eventually interrupted and asked where the juices were and got an attitude filled answer telling me they were in the cabinets; attendant then went back to other customer (which I understand). After about another minute he asked if he could help me and I told him I wanted to see juices. He reminded me they are in cabinets... I decided I didnt want to give them my money and left. Im sure they have great products but dont expect to browse by yourself...

Awesome shop and VERY knowledgeable staff! These guys went way out of there way even staying open past closing time to wait on me to arrive after I dropped my vape and busted my glass while on vacation and gave me a loaner tank to use until the next day when there other store would be open so that I could purchase a new glass for my vape.

I am very new to the world of vaping, while visiting orange beach I wanted to stop in and check out some liquids. I knew the only other vape shop I had ever been too, had screwed me. Roughly. So in all my ignorance I walked into this vape shop and immediately I was greated with friendliness and a warm atmosphere. The owner (Im assuming here) asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted something besides skittles. He started asking questions. Not only did I have a hunk of out dated junk, I had paid WAY to much for it!I was there for maybe 45 minutes, I learned so much. He explained everything. It was amazing and wonderful. Everyone was nice! I was blown away by the kindness in my experience vape shops only care about making a dollor.I walked out with an awesome new rig, a new liquid but more importantly, new knowledge.5 stars and next vacation I will be going back!
