My wife and I did a couples massage and had an amazing experience. Friendly staff, informative, and by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Very clean calm and comforting. Recommend this place to any one looking for an escape and proper treatment.

Went in today for a facial and massage! Jennifer was amazing 😊 very sweet and definitely kept me relaxed! One of the best massages I’ve had. I also had my first facial and it was amazing! I felt so rejuvenated after. Thank you! Definitely would come back. The atmosphere was also very comfortable and made you feel at home.

Heres a review reflecting our experience:I have been a loyal client at Time Out Day Spa for some time now and have always appreciated their services. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Due to circumstances beyond my control, we had to miss and appointment for me and my friend on Mothers Day. Despite my explanation and long-standing patronage, they charged me a hefty 50% of the service fee. This lack of flexibility and understanding was very disheartening, especially on a day meant for celebration. Whats more frustrating is that their policy regarding this was not clearly disclosed anywhere. This experience has left a sour taste, and I will not be returning. I caution others to be aware of this policy before booking.customer service needs to review their policy with frequent client!Belle & Noris

Wonderful spa. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Staff is wonderful! I booked a 1 hr swedish message for me and my daughter for her 30th birthday and the messages did not disappoint!! Our message therapist were fabulous! Thank you for making my daughters day very special!

Very friendly staff & owner. 4 star instead of 5 because it wasnt a unique or super relaxing experience. The mani/pedi portion of our day was lacking alot of luster. We had a half day at the spa & walked out with our feet still dirty. Im glad we got regular polish so its easy to remove. Our nails arent fully covered & blotchy. Tech just didnt have the proper equipment or knowledge. However, the massage & facial were great. Highly recommend Noelani & Colleen. Owner Debbie is amazing & made up for the few shortcomings.

This was the most amazing spa experience Ive ever had. I went for the whole package: 90 minute Swedish massage, 30 minute foot massage, body ionization, and 70 minute facial. I feel like a new person now. The aching and pain are all gone. Cant wait to go back in 6 weeks! Well worth every penny spent.

Have been here several times and LOVE the staff and quality of care they all give their clients. These are woman who truly care and want you to enjoy the experience. She really helps make life manageable, and she’s really kind. It’s easy to schedule appointments, prices are reasonable, and the staff at Time Out Day Spa are all professional and nice. Debbie my therapist is an awesome wonder! She is professional and listens to your issues in order to give you the best massage possible.

My girlfriend and I made an appointment at this location for 2pm on 6/25, not as a couples massage, but two separate massages at the same time. An employee contacted me around noon (two hours before the appointment) and informed me the ac was broken and my appointment was cancelled. However, my girlfriend never received the same phone call. Instead, she received a phone call at 2:05 asking where she was and asking why she did not show up for her appointment. We called the business back and asked why hers wasn’t cancelled but mine was, stating that I had gotten a call that the ac was broken, but she never had. When I spoke with the employee, there was a lot of “ums” and “I’m not sure” and “you were told the ac was broken? Well it is warm in here, it could be”. My parents recommended this place to me, but after this obvious lack of professionalism, I don’t see myself or my family going back here.

Jessica Scott is a very professional massage therapist who really cares about making her clients feel better. The other massage therapist at this location are very kind and friendly too. Super legit, super professional! Highly recommend this place!

Booked 3 massages all at 12pm for me and my mom and sister about a week ago. I got a call today (2 hours before our appointment) letting us know they booked it incorrectly and probably can’t accommodate us. I cancelled the appointment and went elsewhere. Lady on the phone sounded like she was on drugs.

Went for a pedicure and gel polish. The actual pedi was very good, the massages were on point and the chair they have actual hugs you while you get you back massage. I did not like the way my toes were painted, it did not have a clean look and the gel polish job was bad. My nails looked bumpy and not clean looking, I ended up going to another location to get my feet re painted and nails redone.

I had a wonderful time. I got the spa package which included one hour massage 30 min facial manicure and pedicure, and I got to tell you it was wonderful. The workers are so nice and very polite. The prices are very good. I will be going back.

Thanks for fixing my aching neck and back. Debbie, the owner, is so professional and her technique is so effective, I can rest now without sore muscle pain. TODS is the best.!!!

Had a wonderful 60 minute massage with Diana today. The spa itself has a wonderful atmosphere that envelops you when you walk in. Definitely recommend this spa if you need to escape and relax for a while.

Had an hour massage and half hour facial by Ashley today and it was amazing. Highly recommend her and this facility as well. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere.

My eye brows look good but my nails didn’t last and I don’t do hard labor so I don’t know why they peeled off within less than what was expected.
