Quickly became one of my favorite spots in town. Good hours of operation, especially if you need something later in the day, just get in before 10pm. Great selection of smoke and vape products. Good price on E-juice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely down to earth. If they dont have it in stock that day, bring it up to them and if its something they usually carry theyll get it back in for you. Easy point earning system. Regularly do deals on some inventory. I saw the price of their Tobacco and Disposable Vapes, and walked right out! There is also a third shop which is super close to my house (walking distance). I wont throw any names out there, but lets just say their name rhymes with Cotton :-) ... Two girls worked there and i always prayed the Super Nice one was working every time i went in.. The other girl acted like she was being bothered by you, and hated being there.. Its a very uncomfortable vibe, Zero Talking.. But all their selections are just a teeny tiny disappointing sampling of what Luxe Carries..I like how they always have sales on the things i regularly buy.. Rachel is always Super Sweet, Helpful, Knowledgeable and always answers any questions i might have, with a smile! And im pleased they still have evening hours when I cant get out during the day. I think Joe is obsessed with constantly adding new products, In a Good Way! It always amazes me how he ends up finding the space for New Items in his store, with an already Super HUGE Inventory.. It reminds me of the famous line from Jaws Were going to need a bigger boat! :-)

Absolutely love this shop.It’s super Convenient for me to stop in, and they always have a crazy big selection. Great staff, owner is really nice, and so have been all the staff. If I could give this place more starts I would. I purchased a vaporizer that was having issues with clogging and was basically unusable. Rachel, who was managing the store was nice enough to try to trouble shoot the issue and even contacted her boss to see if we can work out a way to fix the problem. We worked out a way for me to get a better vaporizer and I could tell that this establishment cared about me as a customer and didn’t want me to feel like I made a bad purchase with no recourse. Rachel also helped me decide between different vaporizers and was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Most places act like they care or have knowledge, but Luxe genuinely wanted me to walk away knowing they tried everything they could. They also had the best selection and inventory of any place in a wide radius, so I recommend coming here for many reasons and more to come as I will be a return customer. Thank you!

Hella disappointed with the smoke shop bought vape juice from them had the son help me out and told him the juice tasted weird and got sick from it went to return unused portion and explain what had happened dude didn’t even attempt to make it right with a loyal customer never again when I use this place or recommend them

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone who works there is down to earth and very inviting. If you are looking for Delta 8 this is the place. They are super fair when weighing out they don’t give you all stems they make sure you get what you want. They have military discounts and they never do you dirty. They have glass and are always willing to help you find what you need and are more than happy to let you inspect the merchandise when asked. 100% recommend.

I’ve been here a few times over the last month and i’ve always had a good experience. Everyone there is extremely kind and have always been helpful or nice enough to engage in conversation. Luxe has a great selection of delta-8 whether it’s edibles, disposables, cartridges, or flower. The only thing I wish is that they carried my preferred rolling papers but they still have a good selection to choose from. Thank y’all for your kindness and your wide selection to choose from.

I am new to a lot of this stuff but Im getting off of Suboxone with the help of Krarom and getting rid of the cigarettes by vapeing. Both are working so well, Ive actually been 100% suboxone and cigarette free for months now! Because Im still so new to all of this though, and there is so much to learn when it comes to Kratom and vapeing, Ive been looking for a shop with knowledgeable, helpful people AND good prices. Up to this point every shop Ive been to was one or the other, either good prices OR knowledgeable, helpful staff. THIS is my shop now for sure! The staff was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed AND for great prices! They also have a rewards program that I signed up for because I will absolutely be a regular now, so that will be very helpful! Highly recommend! If you havent been in, you have to check them out!.. Update - I recently went back to Luxe and the level of customer service that was provided to me was absolutely unmatched. Wonderful people who actually care, and it was extremely helpful that I can buy kratom by weight.. As in not the prepackaged weights that Ive normally had to buy (1oz, 3oz, 8oz, 20oz, etc). I was able to get what I needed with the very minimal money I had at the time. I cant stress enough how great this place is!

Ive been to nearly 10 vape shops so far and never had an experience like I had tonight. This shop greeted me, and then GAVE ME SPACE. They didnt pressure any upsell, when I said I was okay on a coil they let me just buy what I wanted and go. They were even extremely friendly explaining the rewards program both quickly and effectively. To put it short - they treated me like I was smart enough to know why I was there. And it was so refreshing that this is now my new shop living in Daytona Beach.This is also the first place where Ive been allowed to get close to the juices available and I wasnt anxious feeling like I was wasting some juice trolls time trying to see what flavors there are. I got to see all the options instead of just going with whatever caught my eye first. It truly is an experience you dont know youre missing out on until you try it.They had plenty of things there besides vape supplies but their small vape section has more than most shops offer at competitive prices. They dont argue with you to get a better sale. They just want to get you what youre looking for and they have the selection.

I use the Infinity fume, selection was few, so a gentleman waa talking to me about the cali pod ultra frozen BlackBerry. So I got one, definitely not a fan. I went back to the store to find the fume infinity stock was restocked...why not tell the customer that you have stock just not out yet. I would have been more understanding. I have previously given 5 stars this was lucky to get 3 because I wasted my money because YOU AS A BUSINESS DIDNT COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!! YOU HAVE THE STOCK PUT IT OUT OR CHECK FOR A CUSTOMER, THATS SIMPLE AND NOT DIFFICULT!!!!!

I drive 20 miles to come here. Discounts for military and mmj card holders. New . Upon buying a CBD cart I noticed it was working when I got in my truck. Came back and he tried to change it for another 1. Same thing I have a back up battery lets try that same thing.i tried on his an it worked. So thought maybe dead battery pack. No cart killed 5 battery sticks. I havent been back since.

I bought a vape for 89.99 it didnt even turn on the screen was blank and had a scratch on it when I bought it I got 3 good puffs then it stopped working all together, I went in and told the owner and he told me that If I put the battery in backwards it would short out the vape, I put them in the right way, then he asked If the screen was scratched when it left and blamed us, wouldnt give cash back or refund even with recept. This place is a SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Usually has what youre looking for, reason for 2 stars is cause I buy Airbars here frequently, typically never have any issue with them. However I purchased one last night 30 mins before close, I get home take 10 puffs maybe and it starts blinking as if its dead. I call this morning and was told there has been too much time in between time of sale and when I called theres nothing we can do sorry. So will be buying from somewhere else unfortunately.
