Be very careful with this store, I bought a product that did not work. They never gave me a receipt. When I made the claim, they did not print a copy with the text that said that no refunds were made. Then he told me he would send the product for review because he needed 24 hours. I have come three times and I always make up a different story. Today he told me that he had never kept the product that he had returned to me. So he didnt change the product to me, he didnt give me a refund and now he just robbed me.

Freddy was Great ! He provided great customer gave excellent deals and even made me laugh a lot. Definitely will come back!

The sales guys was very personable and hilarious. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didnt pressure us to buy just gave tips and pointers.

Great store with great people. Twice Ive went in there and twice Ive been made to feel welcomed and wasnt treated like a walking wallet. Will return again and again. The juice selection is great too. Lots of deep cuts that you wont find anywhere else.

I drove 40 mins to come here after attempting to call. Their phone is broken and they have cigars in the name but…don’t carry cigars? And couldn’t even give me a recommendation of anywhere else that would be good nearby. The person working the counter said she had zero knowledge on it, has never even smoked a cigar and they had none for sale. I’m from Indiana and chose them based on great reviews. What a letdown.

This store is AMAZING!!! Always has what I need. Amazing customer service and just an all around amazing vibe. They have an array of varieties of plenty different hookahs. Got my first edibles from them and it was an EXPERIENCE!!! Come to this store. You won’t regret it!!

FREDDY IS THE MAN! JASON IS ALSO THE MAN! Best prices around. I was paying $70 for pens and the same pens here are only $40. I haven’t visited any other shops since I’ve found this one. Located right by the entrance of the mall by amc so it’s super convenient.

They advertise a large humidor. This is a lie. The only cigars they offer are swishers. If you are looking for crack pipes this is the place.

I was sold a jank whip cream dispenser that the store clerk recommended and when I tried to return it the next day with the receipt they wouldn’t give me a refund or store credit they wouldn’t even replace the broken product they sold me

Found some new things to try and they helped me with all kinds of information to find the best flavors to start with. Great Customer Service and amazing prices

Well, i DID write a stellar review for 5 stars but now thats gotta change. We were sold a full metal spring grinder, highly recomended from the gentleman who ran the shop instead of the one we had originally went for. We thought alright awesome, well take it.Come to find out when we get hom the grinder we recieved was incomplete and the funnel is completely exposed with no catch for whatever you put in there. We live an hour and a half away in south GA so this isnt some quick fix we can do. We paid for an incomplete grinder because the shop didnt inspect the product in the box and we were dumb ebough to not open it up right there on the counter to check first. While we shouldnt need to, if we did this wouldve been avoided. Now i do believe this was just a genuine mistake that could happen to any store BUT its a little hard not to be frustrated when we know theres pretty much no way to fix this.

Worst customer service ever. Spent over $100.00 on an electric cigarette roller. Doesnt make a good cigarette. It rips the papers and doesnt pack the tubes properly. Took back the very next day and was told pretty much its my problem. They wouldnt even do an exchange. I will not be stepping one foot in there door again and recommend no one else does either. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Not one person working in that store knows anything, and they lied to my wife about being able to return the piece of junk cigar humidor they sold her. We returned twice to the location to try and return the UNUSED fake humidor, and both times the incompetent gentleman behind the counter rudely declined the return, and stated he didn’t know how to issue a refund... asked for a store credit and he had no clue what we were talking about. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.Revised 12/20/2019 - Went in last night and had a completely different experience. Thanks for the help!

Sold me a knockoff vaporizer. Mouthpiece broke the first day and battery last maybe 10 min. Spoke to someone from the company that makes it. Emailed pictures of everything to them. In the reply I was told that I was sold a fake. I paid $50 for it and was told they don’t sell one for less than $89. Have to say I’m pretty mad about that one.

They sell fake Smok coils. Not saying the rest of their lineup is fake, but if theyre willing to fake something as cheap as coils, i wouldnt trust them with anything worth more.
