Phenix Salon Suites SoDo Orlando

I had my own suite inside of Phenix Salon. Had a great experience at the suite. Clean and well maintained. Management is good with communication. I would recommend if you’re looking to provide a private experience to your clients. 10/10

I recently visited the Phenix Salon Suites at SoDo, and I must express my disappointment with the overall atmosphere. The pervasive smell of marijuana within the premises was not only unpleasant but also unprofessional. Its disheartening to encounter an environment where such strong odors are tolerated, as it detracts from the intended ambiance of a salon.

Phoenix salon suites were hands down the best but not only the stylist were amazing but the whole building. I lost my Apple Watch inside and in the whole building pitched in to help me find it.The cleaning staff made sure to lock my watch up somewhere safe. Thank you so much. If I could rate over 5 stars I would. The watch was found if you guys were wondering. I can’t wait to come back! 💘

I went there for the first time ever today and saw Gail, owner of Soft Aesthetics. I have had many massages with many different people in my 61 years and I can tell you that she was the very best Ive ever had! Shes so kind and professional, her studio is beautiful and comfortable and I sure hope she insured those hand, because God works thru those hands- I felt like I was in heaven! Phenix in SoDo is an amazing location! We rented a suite there for the last five years. We started with just one suite and eventually our business grew and we rented a second one. The location here is great, easy access from I-4, several restaurants and of course Target in the plaza helps not only with foot traffic but also makes getting things for both yourself and your clients super convenient. We have definitely loved it here. We were able to really make each suite our own and had a lot more freedom to personalize the space then any other suite rental salons we had seen. The owner of this location keeps the location looking pristine and takes great care of the salon and the tenants. When things are broken they are fixed right away, the paint and flooring is always being touched up to make the place look its best and the owner is onsite often making sure everything is is going well. During our five years here we were able to grow our business to the point that last month we actually had to expand into a stand alone location. We were sad to leave our suites that we had been in for so long but are very grateful that this place gave us the opportunity to grow our business and provide us a home for five great years. If you are looking for a place to start your own business I highly recommend this location! It really provides you with a great platform to grow and allows you to focus on growing your clientele and develop you business without the stresses that come with other alternatives.

As a suite renter and a customer myself to other renters in this place this place is always clean and sterilized on a daily basis. Everyone who works here is nice and respectful to other tenants and their clientele. Each suite is its own owner so if there is an issue with that particular person it does not reflect everyone there. The girl (Liz) going viral for being racist to an Asian own restaurant has not worked here in over a year and her values definitely do not reflect the rest of us who work there. I’ve been there 9 years, since the day it opened. My clients love it there and so do I. With lots of stores and restaurants to check out, our suites provide all beauty services.

I have gone to see my independent stylist at this salon suite location for 2 years. The owner is present, helpful, attentive to cleaning, and the stylists and caregivers that rent are all seemingly friendly, aware, and allies. To the folks leaving one star reviews over a tiktok video, that racist was evicted over a year ago. Think before you review. You are harming the wrong people when you do this. While Liz needs to be called out and held accountable for her harm in our community, the other folks who have nothing to do with her, do not deserve to have their businesses dragged down by that. My review speaks to the welcoming atmosphere, delightfully diverse mix of talented professionals, and an owner I physically observe trying to do right in the world. Do not review businesses you have not been to, friends.

I love this hair salon the minute I stepped inside. This place is beautiful, clean, and super professional! Soad is amazing! Shes located at the Blush hair studio in Phenix Salon and has been doing my hair for over 5 years now and Ive always had the best experience. I would recommend her to everyone she always exceeds my expectations!! Thank you Soad!

Selma Lyman has her own salon inside. She the it girl for perfect t color and cut. Its also private so you wont have to share your spa e or time. ♥️ her!

I have had my hair cut multiple times now by Soad.She does such precise and clean work! I am always beyond satisfied when leaving. She is such a sweetheart. I would recommend her 10/10 to any male or female looking to get their hair done

Venus in suite 115 is absolutely amazing!! He is professional, knowledgeable but yet so friendly, like someone you have known for years! I had hair past my butt and was a little nervous but he made me feel at ease and the process was amazing! I had a lot cut off and then colored and I am in love with my hair now, I can’t quit touching it! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great cut, and experience!! Thank you !!!!

Venus was awesome, suite 115. This place has a really cool concept in which there are a bunch of independent salon owner and each suite is owned by a different person and they provide different different services. Venus did a wonderful job on my hair and highlights and was fun to talk to. Will definitely be back!

I heard that Liz went into a restaurant in Orlando Florida and started spewing racial slurs at the staff. Is that true? I obtained this information from a credible source and that is a shame. Phenix Salon Suite SODO is friendly with an upscale environment. It seems quite busy but very quiet. I highly recommend any of the Salon Professionals.
