Sanctuary Salon is great! I live locally and genuinely love coming here. The salon itself is small but very personable, offering a vast array of services that are all very reasonably priced. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. The location feels very safe and parking is pretty good with plenty of shade.Juan is an incredible stylist! You can tell he’s very knowledgeable, passionate with his craft, and in his element behind the salon chair. He’s very gentle with brushing and styling, which is great for those with a sensitive scalp or hair with compromised integrity (as is my case; bleach damage). Not only is he great with hair, but his professionalism and kindness from stylist to client is top tier. He’s made absolute art with my hair in the two times I’ve sat in his chair and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. I’ve gotten a color treatment and 2 haircuts from him thus far, and I plan on going back to him for future maintenance for as long as I can.Maria at the hair wash station is such a pleasant person to be around. She’s so so so kind and is practically an expert with head massages. I honestly don’t think my hair has ever felt as clean as it does after her ministrations. She doesn’t pull, tug, or snag any hair and is always checking in with you to make sure everything’s okay. I’ve honestly caught myself almost falling asleep several times at the bowl with her work.

Such a wonderful experience! Meenaz started by a relaxing and rejuvenating facial. She is such a pleasant person. I left the room absolutely glowing!I was greeted in the hall by Coco, my masseuse, who led me into the most zen massage experience that one can imagine! Her intuitive, healing touch was perfect to release the stress built up in my muscles.I highly recommend treating yourself. I left feeling like a million bucks!

My massage therapist Sam, was great. and super kind. She heard my needs and took care of business in just 30 minutes. Im highly considering a monthly membership with them. The front desk ladies were very nice from when I called them to when i arrived. I will be going back.

Was visiting from New York and searched for an area for Male Spas, even though I was the only male this place was absolutely professional and comforting. I went with the Male Package which came with a Swedish massage, facial and a haircut. Each persona was professional and respectful. I would recommend this place to any guy who needs to treat themselves. Our mental health and upkeep is important as well and this place definitely made it so.

My wife, daughter, and I are in town for a family wedding (from LA) and wanted to find someplace to do our hair and makeup and make us look stunning. The wonderful people at Sanctuary definitely exceeded our expectations. Everyone who worked with us was incredibly gracious and really listened to what we wanted. From start to finish we each had an incredible experience and are so pleased with the services we received. If we lived here we would definitely come back!

Stopped in out of th blue, the ladies were so warm and welcoming. I was pampered with the best shampoo scalp massage and fresh cut by Pareem. I had no expectations and let her kind of bring out the best in me. I drove with my windows down and the cut is looking cuter and cuter, it was clear that I got a first rate cut. I will be back the next next time I am in Orlando!

Have been coming to Sanctuary for 24 years and have always had excellent service. If you want beautiful hair, go see Brenda. She never fails to make me feel stunning. My eyebrows were threaded and tinted to perfection. It was a very good day for this busy mama.

This is my favorite salon in all of Orlando! They have all the services that I need for my hair and eyebrows. They also do facial treatments with products that actually work. I always feel like a whole new person when I walk out of the salon. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

I have gotten half my face lasered (not including the forhead ). After finishing my 12th session today, i can say that the service was amazing and staff is lovely. Super cooperating with everything. As far as facial growth, I have seen alot of improvement compared to before and my hairs are a lot thinner now.

Ive been undergoing laser hair removal for the past few months, and my experience has been largely positive. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure, but Im glad I decided to go through with it.I highly recommend Erly!!

Went for a perm consult and explained what I wanted and exactly what I didn’t want. Spent 45 minutes having her show me what she could do which was exactly what I said I very clearly didn’t want. At the end she said “I have to use what they give me,” so obviously she knew what she was doing. She had me under the heat lamp for 30 minutes to dry two pieces of hair to show me this, which is fine… but she very exactly parted two pieces at the front of my hair and I could feel my scalp burning. My scalp is now irritated and red and I have a nice little bald spot right in the middle at the front of my scalp. I was obviously showing signs of distress and discomfort under the lamp and would peak out to look for her but she was nowhere to be found. She provided no heat protection for my hair, either. Lazy and incompetent.End of story, I have a bald spot in my 20s and a part of me hates her and this salon with a passion because that sucks. It’ll grow back eventually/hopefully and I won’t hate them as much anymore but I will recommend that everyone I know in Windermere stay far, far away. Waste of time and a complete self-esteem destroyer. Wouldnt go to this salon again if they paid me.

Love going in, but really love leaving and the feeling of relaxation and calm. I have had the opportunity to be paired with most of their massage therapist and they are fabulous.

I went to see Pareen and her lovely staff for my birthday trip to Disney in May 2023. I could not have been more delighted with the staff and the services provided. The ladies are knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel at home. They gave me a special birthday shout out and went above and beyond with customer service. I had a Moroccan glow scrub, a signature massage, and a signature facial. They even did derma planing and eyebrow threading and I have to say no one has ever done my brows so perfectly

Very disappointed with this salon and their operations. First appt was great, returned today for another Pedi & was immediately told upon arrival that the pedicurist had quit a few days ago. I had just driven  35 minutes, why wouldnt the salon have given me the courtesy of a phone call?? Owner says they left it up to the pedicurist that left to contact her appointments. I never received a call. How does a salon thats been around for 25 years leave their reputation in the hands of a former employee?! Youve lost at least one customer, but I have to imagine their are others.

Best hairdresser in Orlando!!! Faeze is so talented and has transformed my daughter’s hair! I can’t say enough positive things. The atmosphere is friendly, personal and professional and the staff is of the highest quality. I highly recommend.

I started coming here because of a Groupon, the first appointment as other say it is a little pushy they try to sell you a lot more areas and a membership, which I end up buying. I wish they let u use your membership money towards laser hair removal and not just spa services. The laser is done at a different location than the spa but is very easy to find. I have had a great experience with the laser hair removal. I have done several areas already and will continue to do more. I have also done a couple massages and facials. The facial lady she is amazing, and the massage girl I had, she is very weak, had a deep tissue massage didnt feel anything, but i was told to try a different girl. I still give this place 5 stars I will continue to go back.

I went to Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa for my bachelorette party and hairstyling. This team went above and beyond to make my wedding special. They offered my sister and me additional services when I had a friend cancel their bachelorette party package at the last min. They helped me decorate the spa room. They also got us doughnut holes on the day of the wedding! My party and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend a relaxing bachelorette party at Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa. Its different. It gets everyone in the ideal relaxed mood. I was able to have an intimate, memorable afternoon with the women who matter most to me.

Service has been wonderful, Early the technian is very pleasent and very professional. They have a very effective laser, depending obviously on your skin/hair type but ive been able To see results from the first session, with my legs ive only had six sessions and I havent seen as strand of hair in a while I would definitely recommend. The environment is calm a quiet and have lots of parking available

Meenaz was excellent her soft relaxing tone puts you at ease. Process was quick and mole she removed a skin tag from my face!

I got a mani pedi with Amy and it was fabulous! She’s great at the clean up and my feet felt so much less pressure when I got up as she really knows how to get in there and get you feet looking perfect; even w/o polish. My only complaint is my gel mani. I didn’t love how she did my French as it was very thick and they may have been why it chipped so quickly? I went for my birthday and my nails chipped before my birthday, 3 days!!! My gel polish never chips and I’ve used the OPI gel before so I’m not sure what happened this time. I should’ve taken a side shot of my nails so we could see how thick the pink French was but by the time I thought to do so it was all already chipped off. I suggest not doing French here and maybe it’ll last longer.

The laser hair removal services I’ve received at Sanctuary Salon and Med Spa have been exceptional. The excess hair I had on my chin and neck is pretty much completely gone, and I no longer have to shave the area. The staff is also very attentive and professional. I highly recommend Sanctuary’s laser hair removal services to anyone who wants to get rid of unwanted hair.

I got my first laser treatment done at Sanctuary spa. I started off with underarms and eventually loved the results so much I’ve done my legs and face as well. I wish I took before photos, but the results are way better than I ever expected and I haven’t had any issues. It’s easier and more relaxed than I expected and after waxing, sugaring, and shaving with ingrowns for so long the pain is not much different than that, but comes with lasting results and I haven’t had issues with ingrowns since. I went from shaving my underarms everyday or two with a constant gray shadow to maybe once a month and no undertones, it’s really changed so much for me. I’ll tell everyone it’s been the best thing I’ve spent my money on for myself.Erly really is the best, she’s so sweet and always makes it such an easy, painless process! Love coming to see her for my appointments!

I’ve been going to Sanctuary Salon and Spa for over a year. I get facial laser hair removal and most recently facials and sublime treatment for signs of aging in my neck area. Meenaz is a miracle worker! After my sublime treatment I was in shock to see how the wrinkles in my neck disappeared. I highly recommend them for laser hair removal, eye brow threading, acne facials and Sublime laser treatment for sagging skin in the neck area. You will not regret the investment. The owner Pareen is amazing! Very customer friendly and wants the best for her clients. Trust me you will leave very, very, very satisfied.

I’ve continued my treatments, which is easy since they always have appointments available, remaining flexible always working with my work schedule to fit me in. I now use them for hair cuts, facials, massages, in addition to my laser hair removal, making them my one stop shop! They have a monthly membership program which makes getting monthly treatments extremely affordable. I came to the Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa with my granddaughter, who had an appointment, so I was basically a walk-in with no intention of having any of the services. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, and were very impressed after being given a tour of the place. After seeing the results of several other customers, I decided to have my brows done as well as a hair trim. I am more than super- pleased with the results! For the first time I did hair Botox. I have thick wavy hair and it’s made it so much more manageable and I’m able to have much more quicker hair dries, sometimes no hair dries. It’s been great and I have historically used Brazilian blowouts. This is much better and easier highly recommend sanctuary salon in their hair Botox.

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now and I have to say its one the best! Meenaz gives the best facials in town! If you havent had one done by her you are missing out. She also does amazing eyebrow threading. The staff at Sanctuary are very professional and very helpful. The level of customer service at this salon is incredible. The salon/spa is very clean... I feel very comfortable with the level of hygiene.The location is very easy to get to and there is always ample parking.

Meenaz did my facial and it was amazing my skin immediately looked better and brighter afterwards, I am also her micro needling fan which Meenaz does for me every other month and the benefits are enormous, my skin feels plump and smooth and hydrated.She is just an amazing aesthetician and I give her 10/10.Once you get used the Sanctuary spa and all it has to offer every other place just won’t work, have to mention Pareen and her wonderful staff. I’ve came to this salon a couple times now and my issue isn’t even with the hairstylists or anybody of that sort, they’re all super sweet and inviting. On the other hand I believe there are 2 front desk girls but from the times that I have went, Brooke just seems so lost, rude, and never says hi to me when I walk in. I did not feel welcomed at all. I have my own business and would never hire somebody that acts in this manner towards clients/guests. The other girl, I believe her name is Mary, is super nice and friendly though. I will be returning since I am satisfied with the services provided but I just hate walking in and feeling immediately uncomfortable.

I have been getting laser hair removal at Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa since November 2020 and it was one of the best choices I have ever made. Not only did it boost my confidence by decreasing my unwanted facial hair, but it literally made my thunder thighs stop chaffing because they are so smooth now. It really is life changing to be able to just wear shorts at a theme park and not have to worry about chaffing 😅 I am addicted to laser hair removal. I have always gone to Erly and she is so extremely knowledgeable and professional. I always tell my friends they should go to her and get laser hair removal! My massage was amazing! Jessica immediately found my tight and sore spots and went to work massaging out those knots. She applied the perfect amount of pressure to really make a difference. I have been going to Amy for years, very professional. Her pedicures and Manicures are the best which is why I have stayed with her. She also introduced me to silk wrapped nails and I love them and they look so pretty.

Not happy with my results on laser hair removal, and the attitude of Erly is terrible every time I go, after 12 sessions I have to pay for more sessions, not what they said in the first evaluation (evaluation is made for another person who doesn’t do the sessions) what a waste of money

I am halfway through my Brazilian sessions, and decided to add underarms as I am very satisfied with the results so far.I am North African, aka quite hairy, and my hairs have considerably thinned and some spots are now completely bare. I did a lot of research before deciding to go here, including a consultation at Ideal Image, which was pretty overpriced.The most important thing to know is that both places use the best machine on the market (Candela) and that their techs have equivalent training and expertise.I also appreciated the level of customer service I received. Pareen, who owns this business, took a lot of time of her day to walk me through the process and options. Since I had done a good amount of research, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and she was very patient and understanding. She also made herself available via text and calls after my initial consultation and beyond the purchase.I drive 30 min to get to the practice vs. the 5 min if I had gone with Ideal Image, but it’s totally worth it. No more messy and painful waxing, this is the life!

Very friendly employees and professional technicians but Ive done a year here and a year at Ideal Image and still my hair grooooows lol. Verified with my doctor there is nothing hormonal nor genetic causing the growth so Ill move on to laser as needed instead of packages at this point!!

Groupon find! Staff is really nice and the laser technician, Erly is sweet and understanding. The laser location is right by Volcano Bay (separate from the Salon). When I went in for my consultation with the owner, it did feel like she was selling me so much stuff which turned me down but the result of the laser is amazing. I like the flexibility of the times & days since I work Mon- Fr 9-5. Overall, I would recommend!

This spa is amazing! Me and my daughter drive 40 minutes to come to this spa because they have everything under one roof. The massage therapist are so experienced and know exactly what your body needs. The facials are the best I have ever experienced. Clean and professional. Absolutely loving my laser hair removal. I have used different machines in the past before and havent seen results of this scope. Happy customer. I did receive a nice facial. The extractions hurt like hell but I know its worth it. Woke up with a little rash over my lips though. It might be the beads in the products they used that might have been rubbed in too hard. I would suggest being a little more gentle. Overall, nice experience.

I went to the Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa for laser hair removal for my underarms. The process was explained to me very well and then I was scheduled for my first of 6 appointments. I had the same technician every time, her name was Erly. She was very pleasant, she also explained the process, offered me numbing cream, a stress ball and was very quick when it came to the treatment. The treatment took very well. All I have left on my underarms are very sparse soft downy hairs. You cant even see them. I would definitely recommend them for your laser hair removal needs.

Best place for laser hair removal. My hair growth under my arms is non existent and other areas have reduced significantly. I am still in the process of completing my treatments and very happy with my results so far. While other places try to charge thousands of dollars, their prices are great and laser machine is top notch with a cool blasting fan for added comfort. Also, the laser technician is very professional, fast, and super sweet! Highly recommended!Update: after about 7 treatments my bikini line is completely hair free! No more razor burn for me. A friend referred me to this location for laser hair removal treatments. I came in today for my consultation and I am very pleased with the experience! From the start the staff was very welcoming and friendly which was complimented well by the aesthetically pleasing and relaxing environment of the salon. During the laser treatment consultation, the procedure was well explained and I felt like I was in good hands. As a busy college student, I appreciated how flexible they were with scheduling so that I could get the proper treatments at times when I’d be available. While I was waiting for my laser appointment I was offered a facial and dermaplaning treatment and gladly accepted! Meena performed this treatment and did a great job! Have been struggling for years to get rid of the brassy ugly blonde I had from previous hair dressers. Went to Patricia for a hair cut a few months back, skeptical of even getting it done since I’ve had such struggles with hair dressers, especially with cutting it and she did AMAZING along with all the staff. Of course keeping that in mind, I felt that I needed to try switching up the color and giving it a shot too. Never had a good experience with that either so I went back recently to try that out too. Unsure of how the results would come out, the staff worked with me and gave me all the suggestions I needed on how to achieve the desired results. Walked in nervous, but all the staff including Patricia MADE SURE that I felt comfortable and confident and that I would receive the result I wanted. Showed them a picture and received exactly what I requested. Also got my eyebrows done in the process and that never disappoints either (thank you!!!) and thank you Patricia for such amazing hair, Maria for being such a kind hair washer and made sure she removed all the dye that got on my skin from all the process and all of the other front desk staff who were so attentive, caring and even more excited than I was for my desired results. She detailed how to take care of your skin and recommended products which were perfect for my skin tone. She was patient and did an amazing job with the facial.Even though I dont live in Orlando, I still look forward for the products and highly recommend the Spa and specially Mehnaz for your facial treatment.

Don’t think about going...just do it! Not only is the location clean and tranquil...but everyone there is so kind and sweet. I just finished my second laser treatment and once again I feel so comfortable and my thoughts put at ease. I’ve always been apprehensive about laser hair removal. With African American skin it’s hard to find someone that i think will understand my darker complexion, but after my consultation all my reservations melted away. I have been getting perms off and on for over 35 years. I had the pleasure of getting a perm by Patricia, and I feel confident in saying that the results are the best I have ever received. Extremely rude staff, the door was closed when I arrived there and I waited long time outside then a lady named Early opened the door she was so rude and never apologized, she did my first laser hair removal Brazilian area and she only did half the area very quickly when I was not satisfied and supported why only half area she said we only do that ( no one told me before that they only do half) and when I was about to leave she said I cant leave without giving her a tip because its there policy and I had to gave her a tip even though Im not satisfied. I dont recommend this place and Im so happy I finished my 6 sessions even though it was not worth it.

Even as I was freaking out before it started she was calm and understanding. It does hurt, but she was quick and efficient making the process easier.I cant wait to go back!

In addition, Mina became my eyebrow threader and I have had them threaded with her 2x now as well, today will be my third time. My experience was for a full body aromatherapy massage. The masseuse was extremely nice to talk too, however she was half and hour to 45 minutes late and when we finally got started she did not take the full allotted time with my massage by trying to make up for lost time to get to other clients. Overall, amazing salon, very relaxing. Maybe it was just an off day for them.

Love this company. My husband booked a massage for me. I had Vicky (I think thats her name). She was absolutely amazing. She was nice, considerate and made sure that her pressure wasnt too much. I will absolutely go back. The only reason why I didnt give an extra star for a total of 5 is because the music in the salon was loud enough for me to hear throughout the duration of the massage. Although I love a good fist-pump song, I can imagine someone being terribly upset about it. I was able to ignore after 10 minutes but perhaps the salon should think about it.

Found Alder while researching salons. He did an amazing job with my hair. I appreciate the constant communication throughout the color and cut process. It’s not easy for a stylist to understand someone’s hair likes and dislikes during a first appointment but his communication was top notch. I definitely found my new stylist!

I always have an exceptional experience at Sanctuary. Pat is a brilliant & talented hair artist. She’s a perfectionist who takes her time in ensuring symmetry with each hair layer. Since I found Sanctuary on-line I have done facials, massages, body scrubs, eyebrow threading, and laser for underarms and Brazilian. I have had 7 laser hair removal appointment for my underarm. Im very satisfied with the result! Most of the hair were gone after the first treatment, and now I could only see very fine hair growing. Hopefully all the hair could gone after all the appointments!

First impressions clean and well put together place. I called the day before I went in for more info on chemical peels , i was told to come in for a consult and we would move forward from there. My first red flag shouldve been when i was called in & I was told to get ready for my facial. I reminded them I came in for a consult and her response was we as in her and the manager spoke about my skin and already decided what they were going to do although it was my first time there. So i stopped her and said i would like my consult and would really like a chemical. I was suggested another procedure and was told it was the same price as a chemical and it was a good start to my skin journey. I got the procedure done trusting the lady helping me. Given this story they are very unorganized and alot of faults that they will call miscommunication when they mess up and overcharge you will have to bug them to get an issue that was their fault resolved.

My experience at Sanctuary Salon & Spa has been nothing but wonders. Everyone welcomes and values me. Meena and Janelle both provide exceptional services. I treated myself with a massage and facial in celebration of my birthday. Best investment I’ve done. Sanctuary has earned my business. I say this as someone who has gotten laser hair removal before from another company in the area. 13 entire treatments and it didn’t work! I was so disappointed. Fast forward two years later and I heard about Sanctuary Med Spa from a friend and decided to give it one more try hoping it would work for me. It depends entirely on the type of laser you use! This laser is high quality and actually works. I’ve had more results in one treatment than I ever had with 13. The laser aesthetician was so sweet and helpful in the process. I’m so excited to continue my Treatments and see even more results that actually last!

Everything about this salon is right! The owner (Pareen) is knowledgeable and amazing, the receptionists are pleasant and courteous, shampoo lady (I think her name is Maria) knows how to wash and massage while making you feel comfortable. As for the stylists, I had a favorite that had to relocate and thanks to Pareen, she put me in the hands of Alder who was everything I needed him to be ❤ great cut, great advice and a long lasting blow out! I have also been a laser hair removal client here and I pretty much am addicted to the skill of the tech. Ive tried other places but she really gets it right. Thank you Pareen for keeping me at your salon for all of my beauty needs 💖

It’s been about fifteen years with Sanctuary Salon and I have not gone anywhere else since then. A home away from home, for me!From sweet Maria who gives me a wonderful mini head massage whilst shampooing my hair, to Brenda my personal stylist who is more of a friend now, to the professionalism of Pat and Alder the other stylists, and Pareen Merchant, the owner, whose warmth and experience adds another star to the salon. Recommend it highly. If you haven’t been, give it a chance. Let’s bring back small businesses.

Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa is filled with kind, amazing people and incredible services! I have had two treatments done, E2 Sublative and laser hair removal and I can honestly say both have given great results! The E2 Sublative made huge improvements on the texture of my face and after just one session of laser hair removal on my face my hair growth has decreased drastically! I’ve had laser hair removal done at another salon but never saw results like this. The people that work here truly care about their clients and it shows through their work. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ive recently discovered Sanctuary when I followed my aesthetician there...Temple is the queen of eyebrows by the way! She has always been very professional and honest so I knew any place she chose to work would be the same. Temple recommended Mary to save my hair from the wrong cut and color Ive been suffering with from a previous salon. Mary took extra time during our consultation to understand where I was coming from and what I wanted. She even looked up some pictures on her own time to be prepared for my appointment. My hair looks much more flattering to my skin tone and she made sure to use treatments to maintain the health of my hair...all the time being careful to stay under my budget which I was very clear about.The salon is quite clean and seems to run efficiently. I hope to have my birthday party here in a few weeks!!

Such an amazing n lively place. They followed all the Covid protocols, well staffed and clean salon. I hav been here a couple of times now. Right from massages , waxing, hair cut & color to skin consult, everything is 5 star! Pareen took special care about giving advice and recommending products for my hair n skin.Have also been here for makeup for an Indian wedding. Thanks to the amazing team !Keep up the good work in making women look more glamorous 😍

I have been a member at this spa for many years . The owner Pareen and her staff have always treated me like family. My go to person for facials is Meenaz . She does an amazing job. I feel and look younger every time because of expertise and quality services .

This place is amazing the consultation to start off with was very detailed and helpful I did my laser prior in Miami med ,but after 5 sits nothing happened when I started going to sanctuary I saw sooo Much more change prior to getting my laser done my hair would grow every day after shaving as thick as a man and i would have to shave everyday but after sanctuary after 5 sessions my hair barely grows I havent shaven in one month. The laser technician is super nice and does things efficiently and effectively def recommend this place

Buyer beware!Today I went to receive my 6th and final laser treatment. I purchased two areas. In November I called more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule the appointment (as per the contract). The lady I spoke with was very accommodating and helped me reschedule my appointment. I expressly asked if this would be considered a ‘no-show’ and deducted from my treatments. She said it would not. At my appointment today I was notified that they would only do one area as I had a no show. Obviously, this makes no sense as this made a total of 6 of one treatment and 5 of the other. The laser technician was very brash and would not answer my questions. I called sanctuary and the woman notified me of this no show and stated I was very lucky they gave me half of my service today. When I scheduled this final laser treatment 6 weeks ago it was clear that I would be receiving the full treatment. I was also disturbed by the fact that there is no customer privacy. I was able to see the full names and treatment areas of the other clients.

I will never get a service at this spa. I went in for a root touch up. The owner was very rude and very pushy trying to force me into a facial and buying products she didnt know I needed. I also noted her to be very rude to her staff. Very unprofessional!
